Abstract
Description
この給電制御装置において、記憶部12には、複数の需要家の各々が使用している電気機器の定格消費電力が登録されることも好ましい。判定部たる電力処理部13は、複数の需要家の各々について、電力計測器4が計測した供給電力が、記憶部に登録された電気機器の定格消費電力の合計値よりも所定量以上大きくなると、盗電されていると判定するように構成されている。
Claims (5)
- 発電装置によって発電された電力を蓄電池に蓄積し前記蓄電池に蓄えた電力を外部に供給する分散電源から、複数の需要家の各々に供給される供給電力を個別に計測する計測部と、
前記複数の需要家の各々について前記計測部によって計測された供給電力の時間変化を示す変化パターンを記憶する記憶部と、
前記複数の需要家の各々について、前記計測部が計測した供給電力が、前記変化パターンから求めた計測時点における供給電力よりも、所定の閾値以上増加すると、盗電されていると判定する判定部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする給電制御装置。 - 前記記憶部には、前記複数の需要家の各々が使用している電気機器の定格消費電力が登録されており、
前記判定部は、前記複数の需要家の各々について、前記計測部が計測した供給電力が、前記記憶部に登録された前記電気機器の定格消費電力の合計値よりも所定量以上大きくなると、盗電されていると判定するように構成された
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の給電制御装置。 - 通知部と制御部とをさらに備え、
前記通知部は、前記複数の需要家のうち、盗電されていると前記判定部が判定した需要家に対して、盗電の有無を確認させる通知を行うように構成され、
前記制御部は、前記通知を受けた前記需要家より電力供給を停止させる制御命令が入力されると、前記分散電源から、前記制御命令の送信元である前記需要家への電力供給を停止させるように構成された
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2の何れかに記載の給電制御装置。 - 前記通知部は、前記複数の需要家のうち、盗電されていると前記判定部が判定した需要家に対して、盗電の有無を確認させる通知を行う際に、前記通知を行う度に生成した識別情報を一緒に通知するように構成され、
前記制御部は、前記通知部が通知した前記識別情報と、前記需要家より前記制御命令と共に返送された識別情報とを照合し、両者が一致しなければ前記制御命令を実行せず、両者が一致した場合に前記制御命令を実行するように構成された
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の給電制御装置。 - 制御部をさらに備え、
前記複数の需要家のうち、盗電されていると前記判定部が判定した需要家への給電経路が複数存在し、且つ、複数の前記給電経路のうち、盗電されていないと前記判定部が判定した給電経路が少なくとも1つ存在する場合、
前記制御部は、複数の前記給電経路のうち、盗電されていると判定された給電経路を介しての電力供給は停止させ、盗電されていないと判定された前記給電経路を介しての電力供給は継続するように構成された
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2の何れかに記載の給電制御装置。
