Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un appareil intégré et sûr d'impression à transfert par sublimation d'encre. L'appareil est configuré pour imprimer une ou plusieurs images sur un support de transfert, puis pour aligner le support de transfert sur un substrat. Un produit sélectionné pour recevoir l'image sublimée est positionné sur le support de transfert, et l'appareil amène le support de transfert et une ou plusieurs plaques chauffantes en contact pour sublimer l'image. La plaque chauffante est configurée pour sublimer un ou plusieurs côtés opposés d'un produit sensiblement en même temps dans un même cycle thermique. Selon certains modes de réalisation, l'appareil peut être incorporé dans un distributeur automatique totalement fermé pour fournir des accessoires et des produits sublimés personnalisés sur demande pour un consommateur.
