图 2为本发明提供的洗衣机的原理框图。如图 2所示, 本实施例提供的 洗衣机包括洗涤筒 301、 过滤组件 303、 控制装置 302以及连通洗涤筒 301 和过滤组件 303的管路 304。控制装置 302用于:接收清洗过滤组件的指令, 并在接收到清洗过滤组件的指令后控制通过管路 304将洗涤筒 301内的洗涤 液送入过滤组件 303。
本实施例提供的技术方案中控制装置 302 在检测到有清洗过滤组件的 指令输入的情况下, 控制洗涤液进入过滤组件 303进行清洗。 因此, 本发明 提供的技术方案可控制地对过滤组件进行清洗维护,以保证过滤组件的可靠 运行。
本发明中实施例中所述的洗涤液为洗涤剂和水的混合溶液。
具体地,控制装置 302控制导通洗衣机的洗涤筒 301与过滤组件 303之 间的管路 304, 经所述管路 304向所述过滤组件 303引入洗涤液, 引入的洗 涤液浸泡预设时长后排出。
作为一种可选的实施方式,控制装置 302还用于控制引入的洗涤液在过 滤组件 303中停留的预设时长内对过滤组件 303进行至少一次气洗。
将洗涤液引入过滤组件 303后停留一预设时长以对过滤组件 303进行浸 泡, 浸泡过滤组件的预设时长优选为 2-5分钟。在浸泡过滤组件的预设时长 内开启相应的阀门和气泵, 对过滤组件 303进行气洗至少一次, 气洗一预设 时长, 气洗过滤组件的预设时长优选为 1-3分钟, 气洗完毕后将引入的洗涤 液排放至洗衣机外。
过滤组件 303首先进行浸泡,使过滤组件 303上的部分污物脱落至过滤 组件中的洗涤液中, 再进行气洗, 进一步使残留在过滤组件 303上的污物脱 落, 气洗完毕后将过滤组件中的洗涤液排放至洗衣机外, 此时过滤组件 303 可达到一定的洁净度,保证在后期的衣物洗涤程序和衣物漂洗程序中过滤组 件 303的可靠运行。 此外,还可以从洗涤筒 301内再次引入适量的洗涤液对过滤组件进行清 洗。
作为一种可选的实施方式,控制装置 302还用于控制将洗涤筒 301中的 洗涤液加热至预设温度。
预设温度优选为 30-60度, 在此温度下, 可使得洗涤液内洗涤剂的活性 最强, 进一步提高洗涤剂的去污能力, 进而进一步提高过滤组件的洗净度。
作为一种可选的实施方式,控制装置 302还用于控制当接收到清洗过滤 组件的指令后控制在洗衣机的洗衣流程中控制洗涤液进入过滤组件 303。
一般地, 洗衣流程一般包括: 衣物浸泡处理程序、 衣物洗涤程序、 衣物 漂洗程序和衣物甩干程序。作为一种优选的实施方式, 如果接收到清洗过滤 组件的指令,控制装置 302控制在衣物浸泡处理程序或衣物洗涤程序中控制 洗涤液进入过滤组件 303进行清洗。
考虑到衣物浸泡处理程序和衣物洗涤程序在衣物漂洗程序之前,在衣物 浸泡程序或衣物漂洗程序中清洗过滤组件,可保证在后续的衣物漂洗程序中 过滤组件的可靠运行。
作为一种可选的实施方式,本发明提供的洗衣机的控制装置 302还用于 累计洗衣次数, 并检测洗衣次数是否达到预设阈值, 如果是, 则产生所述清 洗过滤组件的指令。
在洗衣次数达到预设阈值时,产生所述清洗过滤组件的指令,控制洗涤 液进入过滤组件 303进行清洗,即在过滤组件使用一定周期后自动执行过滤 组件的清洗流程, 提高洗衣机控制的智能化程度。
作为一种可选的实施方式,本实施例提供的控制装置 302还用于控制检 测过滤组件 303两端的压力值, 若压力值达到预设阈值, 则产生清洗过滤组 件的指令。
具体地,控制装置 302控制压力传感器检测过滤组件 303进水端和出水 端的压力值, 如果压力值达到预设阈值, 则说明过滤组件 303内部己造成污 堵, 此时产生清洗过滤组件 303的指令, 执行清洗流程对过滤组件 303进行 清洗。
通过检测过滤组件两端的压力值,可判断过滤组件是否污堵,在过滤组 件产生污堵时可及时的对过滤组件进行清洗, 有效保持过滤组件的洁净度, 保证过滤组件的可靠运行。 下面以图 3为例,对依据本发明提供的技术方案可能形成的洗衣流程进 行示例性说明。本发明实施例提供的洗衣机包括控制装置, 此外, 如图 3所 示, 还包括: 洗涤剂盒、 第一阀门 1、 浊度传感器 2、 洗涤筒 3、 水泵 4、 第 一三通阀 5、 第二阀门 6、 排水口 7、 粗过滤器 8、 过滤组件 9、 单向阀 10、 气泵 11、 第二三通阀 12、 管路 13、 加热装置 14。
清水经过第一阀门 1进入到洗涤剂盒,将盒内的洗涤剂冲入洗涤筒 3内, 形成洗涤液。
进水结束后,进入衣物浸泡程序, 此时控制装置检测是否有清洗过滤组 件的指令输入, 如果有, 则导通洗涤筒 3和过滤组件 9之间的管路 13, 向 过滤组件 9中引入洗涤液, 管路 13上设有水泵 4、 粗过滤器 8以及第二阀 门 6, 浸泡过程中, 将三通阀 5开启, 连通排水管路, 开启气泵 11和单向 阀 10, 气流经过单向阀 10对过滤组件 9进行气洗, 气洗完毕后将过滤组件 9中的洗涤液排走至排水口 7。
作为一种可选的实施方式, 导通管路 13之前, 加热装置 14将洗涤筒 3 内的洗涤液加热至预设温度, 加热装置 14包括用于检测洗涤液的温度的温 度传感器; 之后开启第二阀门 6, 洗涤筒 3内的部分洗涤液经水泵 4、 过滤 器 8和第二阀门 6进入过滤组件 9内进行浸泡。
过滤组件 9清洗完毕后, 进入衣物洗涤程序, 衣物洗涤预设时长后, 浊 度传感器 2检测洗涤筒 3内的洗涤液的浊度,如果浊度检测值小于预设阈值, 则开启水泵 4、第二阀门 6以及第二三通阀 12至洗衣机洗涤筒 3,洗涤液经 水泵 4进入粗过滤器 8进行粗过滤,之后通过第二阀门 6进入过滤组件中进 行精过滤, 实现洗衣用水的净化, 净化后的洗涤液经第二三通阀 12流回洗 涤筒 3进行循环使用; 如果洗涤液的浊度大于预设阈值, 则开启第一三通阀 5将洗涤液排出洗衣机外。
此外,本实施例所述的洗衣机还包括用于检测过滤组件 9两端压力值的 压力传感器(图中未示出) , 用于检测过滤组件 9两端的压力值, 该压力值 用于判断过滤组件是否产生污堵,具体过程可参见用于洗衣机的控制方法实 施例。
本发明提供的洗衣机及其控制方法,可及时清理过滤组件的滤膜上拦截 的污物,避免了因污物的长期残留造成过滤组件清洗困难, 有利于延长过滤 组件的使用寿命, 降低洗衣机的维护成本。 在本发明上述各实施例中, 实施例的序号仅仅便于描述,不代表实施例 的优劣。 对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重, 某个实施例中没有详述的部分, 可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤 可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读 取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述 的存储介质包括: 只读存储器 (Read-Only Memory, 简称 ROM) 、 随机 存取存储器 (Random Access Memory, 简称 RAM) 、 磁碟或者光盘等各 种可以存储程序代码的介质。

1. 一种用于洗衣机的控制方法, 包括:
接收清洗过滤组件的指令;
控制洗涤液进入所述过滤组件。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的控制方法, 其中
所述控制洗涤液进入所述过滤组件包括:
导通所述洗衣机的洗涤筒与所述过滤组件,从所述洗涤筒向所述过滤组 件引入所述洗涤液。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的控制方法, 其中
引入的所述洗涤液在所述过滤组件内停留预设时长。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的控制方法, 其中
在引入的所述洗涤液在所述过滤组件内停留所述预设时长内,对所述过 滤组件进行至少一次气洗。
5. 根据权利要求 2所述的控制方法, 其中
导通所述洗涤筒与所述过滤组件之前, 还包括:
将所述洗涤筒中的洗涤液加热至预设温度。
6. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的控制方法, 其中
接收到所述清洗过滤组件的指令后,在所述洗衣机的洗衣流程中控制所 述洗涤液进入所述过滤组件。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的控制方法, 其中
所述洗衣流程包括衣物浸泡处理程序和衣物洗涤程序;
在所述衣物浸泡处理程序或所述衣物洗涤程序中控制所述洗涤液进入 所述过滤组件。
8. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的控制方法, 还包括: 若洗衣次数或所述过滤组件两端的压力值达到预设阈值,则产生所述清 洗过滤组件的指令。
9. 一种洗衣机, 包括洗涤筒、 过滤组件、 控制装置以及连通所述洗涤 筒和所述过滤组件的管路;
所述控制装置用于接收清洗过滤组件的指令并控制通过所述管路将所 述洗涤筒内的洗涤液送入所述过滤组件。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的洗衣机, 还包括:
与所述过滤组件连通的气泵,所述控制装置还用于控制所述气泵在所述 洗涤液进入所述过滤组件后对所述过滤组件进行至少一次气洗。
11. 根据权利要求 9所述的洗衣机, 其中
所述控制装置还用于当接收到所述清洗过滤组件的指令后控制在所述 洗衣机的洗衣流程中控制所述洗涤液进入所述过滤组件。
12. 根据权利要求 9所述的洗衣机, 还包括:
设置在所述管路上的粗过滤器,所述洗涤筒经所述粗过滤器与所述过滤 组件连通; 和 /或,
设置在所述洗涤筒用于将所述洗涤液加热至预设温度的加热装置,所述 加热装置包括用于检测所述洗涤液的温度的温度传感器; 和 /或,
用于检测所述过滤组件两端压力值的压力传感器; 和 /或,
用于盛放洗涤剂的洗涤剂盒,清水进入所述洗涤剂盒并将所述洗涤剂冲 入所述洗涤筒内以形成所述洗涤液。
