Description

LAUNDRY MACHINE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a control technique for a laundry 5 machine, and particularly to a laundry machine and a control method thereof. Background of the Invention A conventional laundry machine usually needs to perform one or more io rinsing procedures after completion of a washing procedure, and a lot of clean water is used in each rinsing procedure. Especially in the case that a plurality of rinsing procedures are needed, a lot of clean water needs to be replaced to perform subsequent rinsing procedure no matter whether the clothes are clean or not after completion of each rinsing procedure, thereby 15 causing a huge waste of water resource. To save laundry water, the prior art proposes a scheme of cyclically using the used laundry water, e.g., filtering the drained laundry water after completion of each rinsing procedure and then cyclically using the same. Such a laundry machine has a recycled water filtering system which 20 comprises a filtering assembly to perform cyclical filtration for the laundry water. However, after operation in a period of time, dirt-plugging may occur in the filtering assembly for cyclically filtering the laundry water or the filter membrane therein, which affects reliable operation of the filtering assembly 25 or the filter membrane therein. Summary of the Invention The brief summary of the present invention is given in the text below to provide basic understanding of some aspects of the present invention. Apparently, the embodiments depicted herein are partial embodiments of the present 25 invention other than all embodiments. An element or feature depicted in a figure or an embodiment of the present invention may be combined with one or more elements or features shown in other figures or embodiments. It should be appreciated that for clarity purpose, expressions and depictions of parts and treatment which are irrelevant to the present invention and 30 already known by a person of ordinary skill in the art are omitted in the figures and description. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without making any inventive efforts all fall within the extent of protection of the present invention. 35 As shown in Fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a control method -3for a laundry machine, comprising: step S101: receiving an instruction of cleaning a filtering assembly, in which: the manner of inputting the instruction of cleaning the filtering 5 assembly is not limited, e.g., the instruction of cleaning the filtering assembly may be input via an operation panel or display panel of the laundry machine, or the instructionto clean the filtering assembly is input into the laundry machine via the Internet of Things; and step S102: controlling washing liquid to enter the filtering assembly. 10 The present invention does not limit a controlling and processing manner of a laundry machine in the absence of input of the instruction of cleaning the filtering assembly, for example, an optional embodiment: entering a conventional laundry process. According to the technical solution provided by the present 15 embodiment, after the instruction of cleaning the filtering assembly is received, a procedure of cleaning the filtering assembly is performed to control a washing liquid to enter the filtering assembly to clean the filtering assembly. Therefore, the technical solution provided by the present invention can controllably perform cleaning maintenance on the filtering 20 assembly, and clean the dirt intercepted by the filter membrane(s) of the filtering assembly in time, so as to avoid the difficulty of cleaning the filtering assembly due to the long-term residue of the dirt, which facilitates extending the service life of the filtering assembly, reduce the maintenance costs of the laundry machine and ensures reliable operation of the filtering 25 assembly. The washing liquid in the embodiment of the present invention is a mixed solution of detergent (or named as abstergent) and water. Particularly, the cleaning procedure further comprises: turning on a pipeline between a washing cylinder and the filtering assembly of the 30 laundry machine to introduce the washing liquid through the pipeline from the washing cylinder to the filtering assembly. The introduced washing liquid will stay in the filtering assembly for its preset duration, i.e., immerse the filtering assembly for its preset duration. As an optional embodiment, the filtering assembly is subjected to 35 air-purging at least once during the preset duration while the introduced -4washing liquid stays in the filtering assembly. The washing liquid, after being introduced into the filtering assembly, stays for its preset duration to immerse the filtering assembly, and the preset duration for immersing the filtering assembly is preferably 2-5 minutes. 5 During this period of time, corresponding valve and air pump are opened to perform air-purging of the filtering assembly at least once for its preset duration. The preset duration of air-purging the filtering assembly is preferably 1-3 minutes. The washing liquid in the filtering assembly is discharged out of the laundry machine after completion of the air-purging. 10 The filtering assembly is first immersed so that a part of the dirt on the filtering assembly falls off into the washing liquid in the filtering assembly, then air-purging is performed to further cause the dirt remaining on the filtering assembly to fall off, and the washing liquid in the filtering assembly is discharged out of the laundry machine after completion of the air-purging. 15 At this time, the filtering assembly may reach certain cleanness to ensure reliable operation of the filtering assembly in subsequent clothes-washing procedure and clothes-rinsing procedure. As an optional embodiment, before turning on the pipeline between the washing cylinder and the filtering assembly of the laundry machine, the 20 cleaning procedure further comprises heating the washing liquid in the washing cylinder to its preset temperature. The preset temperature is preferably 30-60 degrees centigrade. At this temperature, activity of the detergent in the washing liquid can be maximized to further improve the cleaning capability of the detergent and 25 thereby further improve the cleanness of the filtering assembly. As an optional embodiment, after the instruction of cleaning the filtering assembly is received, the washing liquid is controlled to enter the filtering assembly for cleaning in a laundry process. Generally, the laundry process comprises: a clothes-immersing 30 procedure, a clothes-washing procedure, a clothes-rinsing procedure and a clothes-dewatering procedure. As a preferred embodiment, if the instruction of cleaning the filtering assembly is received, the washing liquid is controlled in the clothes-immersing procedure or the clothes-washing procedure to enter the filtering assembly for cleaning it. 35 Since the clothes-immersing procedure and the clothes-washing -5procedure are prior to the clothes-rinsing procedure, the cleaning of the filtering assembly in the clothes-immersing procedure or the clothes-washing procedure can ensure reliable operation of the filtering assembly in subsequent clothes-rinsing procedure. 5 As an optional embodiment, the control method for the laundry machine according to the present invention further comprises: accumulating the number of times of the laundry machine performing the laundry process, namely, accumulating the number of times of laundry. Detecting whether to generate the instruction of cleaning the filtering io assembly comprises detecting whether the number of times of laundry reaches its preset threshold, and generating the instruction of cleaning the filtering assembly if yes. In the laundry machine and the control method thereof according to the present invention, those skilled in the art may appreciate that when the is instruction of cleaning the filtering assembly is generated, a corresponding module of the device and a corresponding step of the method will also receive the instruction of cleaning the filtering assembly. When the number of times of laundry reaches its preset threshold, the instruction of cleaning the filtering assembly is generated, and the washing 20 liquid is controlled to enter the filtering assembly for cleaning, i.e., the filtering assembly is automatically cleaned after the filtering assembly is used for a certain period of time, which improves the intelligence degree of control of the laundry machine. As an optional embodiment, the control method for the laundry 25 machine according to the present embodiment also comprises: detecting a pressure value (i.e., differential pressure) between both ends of the filtering assembly, and generating the instruction of cleaning the filtering assembly if the pressure value reaches its preset threshold. Particularly, a pressure sensor is configured to detect a pressure value 30 (i.e., differential pressure) between a water inlet end and a water outlet end of the filtering assembly. If the pressure value reaches its preset threshold, this indicates that dirt-plugging is caused in the interior of the filtering assembly, and at this moment the instruction of cleaning the filtering assembly is generated, and the washing liquid is controlled to enter the 35 filtering assembly for cleaning. -6- Whether dirt-plugging occurs in the filtering assembly may be determined by detecting the pressure value between both ends of the filtering assembly. Cleanness of the filtering assembly is effectively maintained and reliable operation of the filtering assembly is ensured by 5 cleaning the filtering assembly in time when dirt-plugging occurs in the filtering assembly. Fig. 2 is a block diagram showing a principle of a laundry machine according to the present invention. As shown in Fig. 2, the laundry machine according to the present embodiment comprises a washing cylinder 10 301, a filtering assembly 303, a control device 302 and a pipeline 304 communicating the washing cylinder 301 with the filtering assembly 303. The control device 302 is configured to receive an instruction of cleaning the filtering assembly, and control delivery of the washing liquid in the washing cylinder 301 to the filtering assembly 303 through the pipeline 304 after is reception of instruction of cleaning the filtering assembly. In the technical solution provided by the present embodiment, after detecting that there is input of the instruction of cleaning the filtering assembly, the control device 302 controls the washing liquid to enter the filtering assembly 303 for cleaning. Hence, the technical solution according 20 to the present invention controllably cleans and maintains the filtering assembly to ensure reliable operation of the filtering assembly. The washing liquid in the embodiment of the present invention is a mixed solution of detergent and water. Particularly, the control device 302 controls turn-on of the pipeline 304 25 between the washing cylinder 301 and the filtering assembly 303 of the laundry machine, so as to introduce the washing liquid through the pipeline 304 to the filtering assembly 303, which introduced washing liquid is discharged out after immersing for its preset duration. As an optional embodiment, the control device 302 is also configured to 30 control the introduced washing liquid to perform air-purging of the filtering assembly 303 at least once during the preset duration while the introduced washing liquid stays in the filtering assembly 303. The washing liquid, after being introduced into the filtering assembly 303, stays for a preset duration to immerse the filtering assembly 303, and 35 the preset duration for immersing the filtering assembly is preferably 2-5 -7minutes. During the preset duration for immersing the filtering assembly, corresponding valve(s) and air pump are opened to perform air-purging of the filtering assembly 303 at least once for a preset duration. The preset duration of air-purging the filtering assembly is preferably 1-3 minutes. 5 The introduced washing liquid is discharged out of the laundry machine after completion of the air-purging. The filtering assembly 303 is first immersed so that a part of the dirt on the filtering assembly 303 falls off into the washing liquid in the filtering assembly, then air-purging is performed to further cause the dirt remaining io on the filtering assembly 303 to fall off, and the washing liquid in the filtering assembly is discharged out of the laundry machine after completion of the air-purging. At this time, the filtering assembly 303 may reach certain cleanness to ensure reliable operation of the filtering assembly 303 in subsequent clothes-washing procedure and clothes-rinsing procedure. 15 In addition, it is feasible to again introduce a suitable amount of washing liquid from the washing cylinder 301 to clean the filtering assembly. As an optional embodiment, the control device 302 is also configured to control heating the washing liquid in the washing cylinder 301 to a preset temperature. 20 The preset temperature is preferably 30-60 degrees centigrade. At this temperature, activity of the detergent in the washing liquid may be maximized to further improve the cleaning capability of the detergent and thereby further improve the cleanness of the filtering assembly. As an optional embodiment, the control device 302 is also configured to, 25 after receiving the instruction of cleaning the filtering assembly, control the washing liquid to enter the filtering assembly 303 for cleaning in the laundry process of the laundry machine. Generally, the laundry process comprises: a clothes-immersing procedure, a clothes-washing procedure, a clothes-rinsing procedure and a 30 clothes-dewatering procedure. As a preferred embodiment, if the instruction of cleaning the filtering assembly is received, the control device 302 controls the washing liquid to enter the filtering assembly 303 for cleaning in the clothes-immersing procedure or the clothes-washing procedure. 35 Since the clothes-immersing procedure and the clothes-washing -8procedure are prior to the clothes-rinsing procedure, the filtering assembly is cleaned in the clothes-immersing procedure or the clothes-washing procedure to ensure reliable operation of the filtering assembly in subsequent clothes-rinsing procedure. 5 As an optional embodiment, the control device 302 of the laundry machine according to the present invention is also configured to accumulate the number of times of laundry and detect whether the number of times of laundry reaches a preset threshold, and generate the instruction of cleaning the filtering assembly if yes. 10 When the number of times of laundry reaches its preset threshold, the instruction of cleaning the filtering assembly is generated, the washing liquid is controlled to enter the filtering assembly 303 for cleaning, i.e., the cleaning procedure of the filtering assembly is automatically performed after the filtering assembly is used for a certain period of time to improve the is intelligence degree of control of the laundry machine. As an optional embodiment, the control device 302 according to the present embodiment is also configured to control detecting a pressure value (i.e., differential pressure) between both ends of the filtering assembly 303, and generate the instruction of cleaning the filtering assembly if the pressure 20 value reaches a preset threshold. Particularly, the control device 302 controls a pressure sensor to detect a pressure value (i.e., differential pressure) between a water inlet end and a water outlet end of the filtering assembly 303. If the pressure value reaches its preset threshold, this indicates that dirt-plugging is already caused in the 25 interior of the filtering assembly 303, whereupon the instruction of cleaning the filtering assembly 303 is generated, and the cleaning procedure is performed to clean the filtering assembly 303. Whether dirt-plugging occurs in the filtering assembly may be determined by detecting the pressure value between both ends of the 30 filtering assembly. Cleanness of the filtering assembly is effectively maintained and reliable operation of the filtering assembly is ensured by cleaning the filtering assembly in time when dirt-plugging occurs in the filtering assembly. Fig. 3 is taken as an example to exemplarily illustrate the laundry 35 process which may be formed according to the technical solution provided -9by the present invention. Clean water enters the detergent box through the first valve 1 to wash the detergent in the detergent box into the washing cylinder 3 to form the io washing liquid. After completion of water ingress, the laundry process enters to the clothes-immersing procedure, and at this time the control device detects whether there is input of the instruction of cleaning the filtering assembly; if yes, the pipeline 13 between the washing cylinder 3 and the filtering is assembly 9 is turned on to introduce the washing liquid into the filtering assembly 9. The water pump 4, the coarse filter 8 and the second valve 6 are provided in the pipeline 13. During the immersing procedure, the three-way valve 5 is opened so that the water discharge pipeline is communicated, and the air pump 11 and the check valve 10 are opened so 20 that air flow passes through the check valve 10 to air purge the filtering assembly 9 and the washing liquid in the filtering assembly 9 is discharged to the water discharge port 7 after completion of the air-purging. As an optional embodiment, before the pipeline 13 is turned on, the heating device 14 heats the washing liquid in the washing cylinder 3 to its 25 preset temperature, which heating device 14 comprises a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the washing liquid; then the second valve 6 is opened so that partial washing liquid in the washing cylinder 3 passes through the water pump 4, the filter 8 and the second valve 6 into the filtering assembly 9 for immersion. 30 After completion of the cleaning of the filtering assembly 9, the laundry process enters to the clothes-washing procedure. After the clothes are washed for a preset duration, the turbidity sensor 2 detects turbidity of the washing liquid in the washing cylinder 3. If the detected turbidity value is smaller than a preset threshold, the water pump 4, the second valve 6 and 35 the second three-way valve 12 are turned on to communicate to the washing - 10 cylinder 3 of the laundry machine so that the washing liquid enters through the water pump 4 into the coarse filter 8 for coarse filtering, and then enters through the second valve 6 into the filtering assembly for fine filtering to achieve purification of the laundry water.
