一种自行车的轮毂发电机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种轮毂发电机,尤其涉及一种自行车的轮毂发电机。
背景技术
现有自行车的轮毂发电机包括轮毂、轮毂轴、永久磁铁、定子铁心、 筒状磁心、线圈骨架、线圈、固定套筒、固定螺母和垫圈;在定子铁心的中心设有可使轮毂轴穿过的铁心孔,从铁心孔向定子铁心的外周缘设有沟孔;在筒状磁心中心设有磁心孔;轮毂套装在轮毂轴上,永久磁铁配置在轮毂的内侧;通过铁心孔在轮毂轴外周设有与永久磁铁的磁极相对应的具有多个极片的两个定子铁心,线圈骨架设置在两个定子铁心中,线圈绕在线圈骨架上;筒状磁心通过磁心孔套在轮毂轴上并在线圈骨架内;固定套筒与固定螺母设置在轮毂轴上并将两定子铁心夹持住;垫圈设置在固定螺母与定子铁心之间;固定套筒和固定螺母分别都是与轮毂轴相螺纹结合;在自行车的轮毂发电机工作时,为防止筒状磁心跟转,在筒状磁心的外圆周面上设有一凹槽,对应凹槽在线圈骨架内周面上设有一凸边,线圈骨架内周面上的凸边卡入筒状磁心外周面上凹槽中;由于凸边卡入凹槽后结合不是很紧密,从而造成筒状磁心、线圈和定子铁心之间的圆心同心度发生偏差,从而造成自行车的轮毂发电机在发电时的输出电压不稳定。
技术问题
针对上述缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种既可防止筒状磁心跟转又可防止筒状磁心、线圈和定子铁心之间的圆心同心度发生偏差的自行车的轮毂发电机。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术内容:一种自行车的轮毂发电机,包括轮毂、轮毂轴、永久磁铁、定子铁心、 筒状磁心、线圈骨架、线圈、固定套筒、固定螺母和垫圈;在筒状磁心中心设有磁心孔;在定子铁心的中心设有可使轮毂轴穿过的铁心孔,定子铁心上设有与永久磁铁的磁极相对应的多个极片,轮毂套装在轮毂轴上,永久磁铁配置在轮毂的内侧;两个定子铁心通过铁心孔设在轮毂轴外周;线圈骨架设置在两个定子铁心中,线圈绕在线圈骨架上;筒状磁心通过磁心孔套在轮毂轴上并在线圈骨架内;固定套筒与固定螺母设置在轮毂轴上并将两定子铁心夹持住;垫圈设置在固定螺母与定子铁心之间;固定套筒和固定螺母都是与轮毂轴相螺纹结合;其特征是在垫圈上设有凸块,在筒状磁心一侧面设有一凹孔,紧靠垫圈的一定子铁心上从铁心孔向定子铁心的外周缘设有沟孔;垫圈上的凸块穿过沟孔卡入筒状磁心的凹孔,由此防止筒状磁心跟转。
有益效果
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的优点是:本发明是通过在筒状磁心的侧面设置凹槽来插入垫圈上的凸块来防止筒状磁心跟转,由此避免了筒状磁心、线圈和定子铁心之间的圆心同心度发生偏差,由此使得自行车的轮毂发电机在发电时的输出电压稳定。

如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6和图7所示,一种自行车的轮毂发电机,包括轮毂1、轮毂轴2、永久磁铁3、定子铁心4、 筒状磁心5、线圈骨架6、线圈7、固定套筒8、固定螺母9和垫圈10;在筒状磁心5中心设有磁心孔5.1;在定子铁心4的中心设有可使轮毂轴穿过的铁心孔4.1,定子铁心4上设有与永久磁铁的磁极相对应的多个极片4.2,轮毂1套装在轮毂轴2上,永久磁铁3配置在轮毂1的内侧;两个定子铁心4通过铁心孔4.1设在轮毂轴2外周;线圈骨架6设置在两个定子铁心4中,线圈7绕在线圈骨架6上;筒状磁心5通过磁心孔5.1套在轮毂轴2上并在线圈骨架6内;固定套筒8与固定螺母9设置在轮毂轴2上并将两定子铁心4夹持住;垫圈10设置在固定螺母9与定子铁心4之间;固定套筒8和固定螺母9都是与轮毂轴2相螺纹结合;其特征是在垫圈10上设有凸块10.1,在筒状磁心5一侧面设有一凹孔5.2,紧靠垫圈10的一定子铁心4上从铁心孔4.1向定子铁心的外周缘设有沟孔4.3;垫圈10上的凸块10.1穿过沟孔4.3卡入筒状磁心5的凹孔5.2,由此防止筒状磁心跟转。

  1. 一种自行车的轮毂发电机,包括轮毂、轮毂轴、永久磁铁、定子铁心、 筒状磁心、线圈骨架、线圈、固定套筒、固定螺母和垫圈;在筒状磁心中心设有磁心孔;在定子铁心的中心设有可使轮毂轴穿过的铁心孔,定子铁心上设有与永久磁铁的磁极相对应的多个极片,轮毂套装在轮毂轴上,永久磁铁配置在在轮毂的内侧;两个定子铁心通过铁心孔设在轮毂轴外周;线圈骨架设置在两个定子铁心中,线圈绕在线圈骨架上;筒状磁心通过磁心孔套在轮毂轴上并在线圈骨架内;固定套筒与固定螺母设置在轮毂轴上并将两定子铁心夹持住;垫圈设置在固定螺母与定子铁心之间;固定套筒和固定螺母都是与轮毂轴相螺纹结合;其特征是在垫圈上设有凸块,在筒状磁心一侧面设有一凹孔,紧靠垫圈的一定子铁心上从铁心孔向定子铁心的外周缘设有沟孔;垫圈上的凸块穿过沟孔卡入筒状磁心的凹孔。
