本发明的实施例涉及一种显示装置。 背景技术
从显示面一侧开始, 显示装置一般依次包括前框、 显示屏、 背光模组、 时序控制板、 背板和后盖。
一般的显示装置, 时序控制板安装在背板的上边缘, 现有的时序控制板 和背板的连接方式是采用胶粘, 然后与显示屏连接。 由于采用胶粘的固定方 式不牢固,在搬运和做跌落试验时,时序控制板容易脱离,刮伤覆晶薄膜(筒 称 COF )排线, 造成花屏等不良现象。
为了解决上述问题, 目前有的显示装置的前框包括胶框和铁框, 时序控 制板与背板胶粘后, 显示屏、 背光模组与背板装配后需要通过螺釘固定在铁 框上, 然后整体扣在前框内, 最后合上后盖, 因此, 就需要在铁框的上、 下、 左、 右边缘上预留螺釘的安装孔, 因此, 增加了前框和显示屏的上下边框的 宽度, 进而使得显示屏的显示区域变窄。 发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种显示装置, 能够防止时序控制板的脱落, 避免 刮伤显示屏而使得显示屏产生亮线, 且能够缩短前框上下边缘的宽度, 增加 显示屏的显示区域面积, 实现超薄显示装置。
本发明的实施例提供一种显示装置, 包括: 时序控制板; 以及背板, 包 括一个主体以及多个边缘, 所述时序控制板采用连接件附接所述背板的边缘 之一, 所述连接件包括卡扣部和与所述卡扣部连接的连接部, 所述卡扣部用 于卡住所述时序控制板, 所述连接部与背板的所述边缘连接。 附图说明

示例性地,该连接部 220与背板 100的下边缘连接,背板 100和前框 600 的上边缘不需要预留螺丝安装位置。 前框 600为例如胶框, 不再采用铁框对 背板和显示屏进行固定。显示屏 400、背光模组 500和安装有时序控制板 300 的背板 100扣在胶框内, 最后再扣上后盖 700, 只需要在背板 100和胶框的 下边缘、 左边缘和右边缘预留螺纹孔, 通过螺釘将背板 100和胶框连接, 背 板 100和胶框的上边缘只需扣合在一起即可, 而下边缘的时序控制板 300采 用扣合的连接方式已经可以保证背板 100和时序控制板 300的可靠连接, 只 需在下边缘预留较小宽度的螺纹孔来进行与胶框的连接, 该结构尤其适用于 直下式一体机。
需要指出的是, 卡扣部 210还可以为两端开口的管状, 安装时, 将时序 控制板穿入即可。 需要指出的是, 连接部 220的截面还可以为蝶形、 十字形 等; 此外, 连接部 220和卡槽 110还可以设计为快速插拔的连接结构, 如, 将连接部设置为连接杆形状, 在该连接杆上安装可伸缩的凸台, 并在卡槽内 相应的位置设有与凸台相匹配的搭接槽,连接杆内设有控制凸台伸缩的机构, 类似于伞骨, 连接杆插入卡槽内, 凸台卡在搭接槽内, 使得连接杆与卡槽连 接。
示例性地, 多个连接件均匀地设置于时序控制板的长度方向上。 例如, 连接件 200为五个。 需要指出的是, 该连接件 200的个数不限, 是根据时序 控制板的长度而定, 以确保时序控制板连接牢固为依据。
上述显示装置可以为: 液晶显示器、 电子纸、 有机发光二极管显示器 ( OLED ) 、 液晶电视、 数码相框、 手机、 平板电脑等任何具有显示功能的 产品或部件。
本发明的实施例所提供的一种显示装置, 其中时序控制板和背板的边缘 采用卡扣的连接方式, 使其连接牢固, 可避免由搬运或跌落试验等引起的振 动时造成时序控制板脱离的问题, 避免刮伤显示屏而使得显示屏产生亮线。 进一步地, 时序控制板放置在背板的下边缘, 背板和前框的上边缘不需要预 留螺丝安装位置, 可以缩短前框上下边缘的宽度, 从而增加了显示屏的显示 区域, 达到视觉上超薄的效果。 而且, 时序控制板可通过竖板设置在背板的 下边缘, 时序控制板设置在竖板的外侧, 并且竖板可具有一定的倾斜角度, 此时时序控制板设置于竖板上后可对其进行支撑, 时序控制板也与背板所在 平面具有一定倾斜角度, 形成位于背板下边缘的倒放结构, 使得即使时序控 制板脱落也不会刮伤显示屏。本发明实施例的显示装置的结构和性能较稳定。
以上所述仅是本发明的实施例, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术 人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换, 这些改进和替换也应视为本发明实施例的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种显示装置, 包括:
时序控制板; 以及
背板, 包括一个主体以及多个边缘, 所述时序控制板采用连接件附接到 所述背板的边缘之一,所述连接件包括卡扣部和与所述卡扣部连接的连接部, 所述卡扣部用于卡住所述时序控制板, 所述连接部与背板的所述边缘连接。
2、如权利要求 1所述的显示装置,其中所述连接部连接到所述背板的下 边缘。
3、如权利要求 1或 2所述的显示装置,其中所述卡扣部为凹字形,包括: 一个横段; 两个竖段, 设置在所述横段的两端且与其连接; 以及两个挡块, 每个设置在一个竖段的未与所述横段连接的一端, 所述挡块与所述横段之间 具有可卡住所述时序控制板的间隙。
4、如权利要求 3所述的显示装置,其中所述间隙等于所述时序控制板的 厚度。
5、如权利要求 3或 4所述的显示装置,其中所述横段的内长度等于所述 时序控制板的宽度, 所述两个挡块的端部沿所述横段的长度方向之间的距离 小于所述时序控制板的宽度。
6、如权利要求 2-5中任一项所述的显示装置, 其中所述背板的下边缘形 成有竖板, 所述连接件的所述连接部附接到所述竖板。
7、如权利要求 6所述的显示装置,其中所述时序控制板设置在所述背板 的竖板的外侧, 其中所述时序控制板的长度方向沿着所述竖板的长度方向。
8、如权利要求 1-7中任一项所述的显示装置,其中所述连接部为凸字形, 包括: 凸起部位和主体, 所述凸起部位固定到所述卡扣部的横段的背部。
9、如权利要求 8所述的显示装置, 其中, 所述凸起部位固定到所述横段 在长度方向上的中间位置。
10、 如权利要求 1-9中任一项所述的显示装置, 其中所述卡扣部和所述 连接部形成为一体。
11、 如权利要求 7所述的显示装置, 其中所述背板的竖板上形成有多个 卡槽, 所述多个卡槽沿着所述竖板的长度方向均勾设置且用于卡住所述连接 部。
12、 如权利要 1-5中任一项所述的显示装置, 其中所述背板的边缘设有 卡槽, 所述卡槽用于卡住所述连接部。
13、 如权利要求 8所述的显示装置, 其中所述连接部的凸起部位为楔形 块。
14、如权利要求 13所述的显示装置,其中所述楔形块截面较小的一端与 所述卡扣部连接, 其截面较大的一端与所述背板的边缘连接。
15、 如权利要求 1-7中任一项所述的显示装置, 其中所述连接部的截面 为蝶形或十字形。
16、如权利要 12所述的显示装置,其中所述卡槽沿着所述时序控制板的 长度方向均匀设置。
17、如权利要求 1-16中任一项所述的显示装置, 其中所述显示装置还包 括前框、 显示屏和背光模组。
18、如权利要求 17所述的显示装置,其中所述前框为胶框,所述显示屏、 背光模组和安装有时序控制板的背板扣在所述胶框内。
19、如权利要求 18所述的显示装置, 其中所述背板的下边缘、左边缘和 右边缘通过螺釘与所述胶框连接。
