食品加工机 技术领域
本发明属于日用家电领域,尤其涉及一种食品加工机。
背景技术
家用食品加工机给人们的生活带来方便,现有的食品加工机一般只能在一个速度驱动负载如切菜或搅拌;如果同时切菜并搅拌,现有的食品加工机只能以同一速度进行这两个工序;但实际的情况一般是切菜速度快扭矩小,而搅拌速度慢而扭矩大,所以现有的食品加工机不能很好地满足低转速、大扭矩的炒菜工序的需求。
技术问题
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种食品加工机,以解决现有的食品加工机不能完成搅拌速度慢而扭矩大的工序的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明实施例是这样实现的,一种食品加工机,包括容器、装在所述容器内的旋转刀,所述旋转刀包括空心刀轴和径向设置于所述空心刀轴上的刀片;所述容器的底部中心设有向上延伸的空心圆柱;所述空心刀轴可旋转地套设于所述空心圆柱上;所述容器的空心圆柱内还设有贯穿所述空心圆柱且与所述空心圆柱呈间隙配合的可旋转的驱动轴;还包括传动机构,所述传动机构包括输入轮和输出轮,所述输入轮与所述驱动轴连接;在所述旋转刀上设有与所述空心刀轴同轴的且与所述输出轮相配合的圆环。
具体地,所述输出轮为齿轮,所述圆环的内侧设置有与所述齿轮啮合的内齿轮或所述圆环的外侧设置有与所述齿轮啮合的外齿轮。
具体地,所述输出轮为摩擦轮,所述圆环的内侧或外侧与所述摩擦轮摩擦连接。
具体地,在所述容器下部设有加热装置。
具体地,所述驱动轴上连接有切菜组件。

有益效果
本发明提供的一种食品加工机,在用于盛装食品的容器内转动设置有用于搅拌食品的旋转刀,旋转刀的空心刀轴与驱动轴同轴设置,并且驱动轴通过传动机构将转动力传递给旋转刀上设置的圆环,进而带动整个旋转刀转动,实现对食品搅拌的功能。通过采用传动机构的传动,改变驱动轴传来的转速和扭矩,解决了现有技术无法完成搅拌时速度慢而扭矩大的工序的问题,提高了食品加工机使用的便捷性。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施方式,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供一种食品加工机,包括容器11、装在容器11内的旋转刀,旋转刀包括空心刀轴121和设在空心刀轴121径向外侧的刀片122;容器11的底部中心设有向上延伸的空心圆柱13;空心刀轴121可旋转地套在空心圆柱13上;容器11的空心圆柱13内设有贯穿空心圆柱13且与空心圆柱13呈间隙配合的可旋转的驱动轴14;还包括传动机构15,传动机构15包括输入轮151和输出轮152,输入轮151与驱动轴14连接;在旋转刀上设有与空心刀轴121同轴的且与输出轮152相配合的圆环123。
由于采用传动机构15来改变驱动轴14传来的转速和扭矩,解决了现有技术无法完成搅拌速度慢而扭矩大的工序的问题。
以下结合具体实施方式对本发明的实现进行详细的描述。
如图1所示,一种食品加工机,包括容器11,在容器11内装有旋转刀,旋转刀包括空心刀轴121和设在空心刀轴121径向外侧的刀片122,刀片122可以与空心刀轴121一体成型,也可以是刀片122可拆卸地插装到空心刀轴121上,这可根据实际情况来定;容器11的底部中心设有向上延伸的空心圆柱13;空心刀轴121套在空心圆柱13上,并可以绕空心圆柱13旋转;驱动轴14在容器11的空心圆柱13内贯穿空心圆柱13,驱动轴14与空心圆柱13呈间隙配合,这样驱动轴14旋转并不受空心圆柱13影响;传动机构15设置在驱动轴14的端部,传动机构15包括输入轮151和输出轮152,传动机构15的输入轮151与驱动轴14相轴连,当然可以根据实际情况安排传动机构15与驱动轴14的连接位置;在旋转刀上设有圆环123,圆环123与旋转刀可以是一体成型,也可以用组装方式成为一体,例如,圆环123与刀片122固定组装后,再由刀片122插装到空心刀轴121上,此时空心刀轴121上设有与刀片122相应的插槽;空心刀轴121与圆环123同轴,传动机构15的输出轮1526与圆环123接触。
本实用新型提供的一种食品加工机,通过传动机构15将驱动轴14的速度和扭矩变换后传递给圆环123,由于圆环123与旋转刀是硬连接,于是带动旋转刀旋转,并且,传动机构15具有调整改变转速快慢的功能,进而解决了现有技术无法完成搅拌速度慢而扭矩大的工序的问题。
具体地,如图2所示,输出轮152为齿轮,圆环123的内侧设置有与输出轮152啮合的内齿轮153,用这样的方式可以得到转速慢、驱动特性硬的旋转。当然,可以理解地,也可将圆环123的外侧设置有与齿轮啮合的外齿轮,这样圆环123就要设计得小些,这样的方式得到的转速稍快些、驱动特性也较硬。
具体地,输出轮152也可以采用摩擦轮,圆环的内侧或外侧与摩擦轮摩擦连接,这样得到的驱动特性较软,这些设计可根据不同的负载特性灵活采用。
具体地,如图1所示,在容器11下部设有加热装置16,加热装置16可以是设在容器11的底部,也可以设在容器11的侧部;也可以设在容器11内,如用热得快放在容器11内烧水煮汤。
进一步地,驱动轴14上还可设有切菜组件15,这样就可以把菜切好后,掉到容器11内继续炒菜,这就实现了切菜炒菜功能、切菜煮汤功能的集成。提高了食品加工机的应用范围。
具体地,切菜组件15包括旋转盘(图中未标示),旋转盘的中心设有与驱动轴14相配的轴孔(图中未标示);旋转盘上设有切菜刀片(图中未标示),切菜刀片可以与旋转盘一体成型,也可以组合成型,这可根据实际情况来定。
具体地,如图3所示,容器11的侧部设有容器入口17,这样可以方便向容器11内投放食料、佐料;同时烹调完成后也可以方便倒出,特别是汤类等液体可顺着容器入口17的斜面倒出,容易掌握,不会泼洒。
具体地,如图2所示,旋转刀的刀片122为一片以上,当刀片122为两片以上时,为了受力均匀,刀片122在空心刀轴121周围正对称分布。圆环123设在旋转刀的刀片122上,圆环123与刀片122可以一体成型,也可以采用组合方式连接,采用这种结构的好处是菜切后,转动力能够直接到刀片122,结构简洁。
具体地,圆环123也可以通过筋条设在旋转刀的空心刀轴121上,同样圆环123、筋条和空心刀轴121可一体成型,也可用组合方式连接。
此外,容器11的底部可以用多层金属层叠而成,可提高加热效率。
在图1中,电机18设在容器11的旁边,皮带轮19与驱动轴14相轴连,电机12通过皮带将动力传到皮带轮19上,进而带动驱动轴14旋转;当然,电机也可以直接设在容器11下部或其他部位;或者也可以采用手摇方式来带动驱动轴14,这些具体的驱动方式都属本发明的变形。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施方式而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种食品加工机,包括容器、装在所述容器内的旋转刀,所述旋转刀包括空心刀轴和径向设置于所述空心刀轴上的刀片;所述容器的底部中心设有向上延伸的空心圆柱;所述空心刀轴可旋转地套设于所述空心圆柱上;所述容器的空心圆柱内还设有贯穿所述空心圆柱且与所述空心圆柱呈间隙配合的可旋转的驱动轴;其特征在于:还包括传动机构,所述传动机构包括输入轮和输出轮,所述输入轮与所述驱动轴连接;在所述旋转刀上设有与所述空心刀轴同轴的且与所述输出轮相配合的圆环。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的食品加工机,其特征在于:所述输出轮为齿轮,所述圆环的内侧设置有与所述齿轮啮合的内齿轮或所述圆环的外侧设置有与所述齿轮啮合的外齿轮。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的食品加工机,其特征在于:所述输出轮为摩擦轮,所述圆环的内侧或外侧与所述摩擦轮摩擦连接。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的食品加工机,其特征在于:在所述容器下部设有加热装置。
  5. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的食品加工机,其特征在于:所述驱动轴上连接有切菜组件。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的食品加工机,其特征在于:所述切菜组件包括旋转盘,所述旋转盘的中心设有与所述驱动轴相配的轴孔;所述旋转盘上设有切菜刀片。
  7. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的食品加工机,其特征在于:所述容器的侧部设有容器入口。
  8. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的食品加工机,其特征在于:所述旋转刀的刀片设置至少一片。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的食品加工机,其特征在于:所述圆环设在所述旋转刀的刀片上。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的食品加工机,其特征在于:所述圆环通过筋条设在所述旋转刀的空心刀轴上。
