一种正反转刀片传动装置及使用其的榨汁机 技术领域
本实用新型属于食物处理领域,尤其涉及一种搅拌式食物处理设备。
背景技术
现有技术中,果汁机或者绞碎机在进行打汁或者打碎食物过程中,通过使用搅拌刀沿一个方向高速旋转,打碎各种食物进而得到所需要的汁液或者碎末,由于食物在被打碎到一定体积的时候,非常容易粘连到搅拌刀上随同搅拌刀做相同方向的旋转,为此只有加大马力,增快搅拌刀的旋转速度才有可能将食物进一步的打碎,消耗了更多能量,同时增大马力也提高了生产成本,即使如此,仍然会有一定的具有很强韧性或者硬度较高的食物材料无法达到预想效果,处理食物结果不理想,处理食物具有一定局限性。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种正反转刀片传动装置,旨在解决食物与搅拌刀同转不易打碎的问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型是这样实现的,一种正反转刀片传动装置,包括传动轴,正转刀片,具有中孔机座,具有中孔的反转刀片,所述传动轴穿过所述机座的中孔及所述反转刀片的中孔与正转刀片相连,所述传动轴下端具有传动齿轮,所述机座内具有内齿轮和轴承固定座,所述轴承固定座上设有从动齿轮,所述从动齿轮一边与传动齿轮啮合,另一边与内齿轮啮合,所述反转刀片固定装配在所述内齿轮上端。

依借上述技术方案,本实用新型提供的正反转刀片传动装置,工作时,传动轴接收动力旋转带动正转刀片旋转 ,所述传动轴下端设有的同心传动齿轮与所述从动齿轮啮合,带动传动齿轮反向旋转,所述传动齿轮的另一边与所述内齿轮啮合,推动内齿轮与所述从动齿轮同方向旋转,所述反转刀片固定装配在所述内齿轮上端,反转刀片被带动进行与正转刀片相反方向的旋转,对于进行处理的食物,正反转刀片起到了不同方向的撕拉作用,导致食物被处理的的更加精细,处理食物的可选性也大大增加,同时也解决了现有技术中增大马力带来的能耗与成本双增加的不足之处。

参照图1至图3所示,本实用新型实施例提供一种正反转刀片传动装置,包括传动轴8,正转刀片2,具有中孔机座1,具有中孔的反转刀片3,所述传动轴8穿过所述机座1的中孔及所述反转刀片3的中孔与正转刀片2相连,所述传动轴8下端具有传动齿轮7,所述机座1内具有内齿轮4和轴承固定座5,所述轴承固定座5上设有从动齿轮6,所述从动齿轮6一边与传动齿轮7啮合,另一边与内齿轮4啮合,所述反转刀片3固定装配在所述内齿轮4上端。依借上述技术方案,本实施例提供的正反转刀片传动装置,工作时,传动轴8接收动力旋转带动正转刀片2旋转 ,所述传动轴8下端设有的同心传动齿轮7与所述从动齿轮6啮合,带动传动齿轮6反向旋转,所述传动齿轮6的另一边与所述内齿轮4啮合,推动内齿轮4做与所述从动齿轮6同方向的旋转运动,所述反转刀片3固定装配在所述内齿轮4上端,反转刀片3被带动进行与正转刀片2相反方向的旋转,对于进行处理的食物,正反转刀片起到了不同方向的撕拉作用,导致食物被处理的的更加精细,处理食物的可选性也大大增加,同时也解决了现有技术中增大马力带来的能耗与成本双增加的不足之处。
为了使传动齿轮7与从动齿轮6在运行过程中更加平稳,传动齿轮受力均匀,本实施例将所述轴承固定座5上设三个从动齿轮7,为了更好的对食物进行处理,所述正转刀片2的端部向上方翘起,可以对食物进行斜切处理,更快的将食物切碎,同时,所述反转刀片3的端部向下方折弯,可以将食物从底部搅动起来,更好的与正转刀片2对食物进行撕拉切割。
本实用新型实施例还提供了一种榨汁机,包括含有驱动装置的本体,以及坐落在所述本体之上的杯体,所述杯体底部设有上述的正反转刀片传动装置,所述正反转刀片传动装置中的传动轴下端与所述本体中的驱动装置连接,所述机座固定在本体之上,所述正反转刀片置于所述杯体中,将食物放入杯体中,本体中的驱动装置与传动轴连接,驱动正反转刀片对杯体内食物进行处理,可以得到更加精细的处理食物。
