基于现有技术中的不足, 本领域常釆用的技术方案是将取放口开设于箱体 的顶壁以方便拿取物品, 同时为简化箱体结构, 仅开设一个位于箱体顶壁的取 放口, 而将上箱体和下箱体一体成型。 但是, 直接将箱体一体成型存在问题而 无法实现: 为方便硬质行李箱的运输, 硬质行李箱的侧壁上需安装若干轮子, 轮子之间的间距越大则对硬质行李箱的支撑越稳定, 由于硬质行李箱的尺寸有 限, 通常将轮子安装在硬质行李箱一侧面的最边缘, 为避免与取放口发生干涉, 需保留部分顶壁以便安装轮子, 仅切除部分顶壁形成取放口; 而现有硬质行李 箱箱体的制备均为吸塑成型, 由于吸塑成型工艺所限, 无法制成保留部分顶壁 的箱体。
对此, 本发明提供的硬质行李箱, 硬质上箱体与硬质下箱体为分体式, 从 而使得硬质上箱体保留部分顶壁, 部分顶壁和与其连接的侧壁形成用于安装轮 子的安装部; 分体式的硬质上箱体和硬质下箱体永久封闭连接, 仅开设一个位 于箱体顶壁的取放口, 结构简单, 操作简便, 同时硬质上箱体和硬质下箱体永 久封闭连接提高了箱体的安全性, 避免从硬质上箱体与硬质下箱体的连接处打 开硬质行李箱的情况发生; 上容置腔和下容置腔连通形成箱体的容置空间, 同 时通过开合安装于硬质上箱体的盖体, 以方便地打开取放口取放物品抑或封闭 取放口存储物品。 在取放物品时, 打开盖体以打开取放口, 即打开容置空间, 方便地取放物品。 由于盖体体积较小, 用户在取放物品时, 将盖体完全打开亦 不会占用很大空间, 当然, 用户也可以一手托住盖体, 一手取放物品, 操作方
便, 占用空间小, 同时容置空间内的物品不会暴露, 充分保护用户的隐私。 较佳的, 所述硬质上箱体与所述硬质下箱体可拉伸地封闭连接; 通过拉伸 而应对不同的场合。
在一实施例中, 所述硬质行李箱还包括柔性环带和扩展拉链, 所述柔性环 带的宽度大于所述扩展拉链的宽度; 所述柔性环带的上侧环绕并固定于所述上 侧壁, 所述柔性环带的下侧环绕并固定于所述下侧壁; 所述扩展拉链设置于所 述柔性环带背离所述容置空间的一侧, 且所述扩展拉链的上侧环绕并固定于所 述上侧壁, 所述扩展拉链的下侧环绕并固定于所述下侧壁; 硬质上箱体和硬质 下箱体之间固定连接柔性环带以实现硬质上箱体和硬质下箱体的不可拆封闭连 接; 柔性环带的宽度大于扩展拉链的宽度, 当拉上扩展拉链时, 硬质上箱体与 硬质下箱体之间的距离为扩展拉链的宽度, 距离较近; 当拉开扩展拉链时, 硬 质上箱体与硬质下箱体之间的距离为柔性环带的宽度, 距离较远; 从而调整容 置空间的大小。
具体地, 所述硬质行李箱还包括封闭胶骨, 所述封闭胶骨具有两个, 一所 述封闭胶骨部分包覆所述扩展拉链的外侧并固定连接于所述上侧壁, 另一所述 封闭胶骨部分包覆所述扩展拉链的外侧并固定连接于所述下侧壁; 所述扩展拉 链闭合时, 两所述封闭胶骨相接; 所述封闭胶骨的设置, 一方面保护扩展拉链, 防止扩展拉链被外力撞开或扯开, 另一方面提高了硬质行李箱的防水效果。
较佳的, 所述硬质上箱体和所述硬质下箱体牢固对接; 通过硬质上箱体与 硬质下箱体的牢固对接, 提高了硬质上箱体和硬质下箱体连接的可靠性。
在一实施例中, 所述上侧壁的下侧边缘与所述下侧壁的上侧边缘对接形成 一对接环线, 一环形封闭条包覆所述对接环线, 且所述环形封闭条固定连接于 所述上侧壁和所述下侧壁; 通过硬质上箱体和硬质下箱体相对接、 上侧壁的下 侧边缘与下侧壁的上侧边缘对接形成对接环线, 并通过固定连接于上侧壁和下 侧壁的一环形封闭条包覆所述对接环线, 从而实现硬质上箱体和硬质下箱体的 牢固对接, 结构简单、 易于实现, 且连接可靠性高。
具体地, 所述环形封闭条包括内封闭条和外封闭条, 所述内封闭条于所述
上侧壁和所述下侧壁的内侧覆盖所述对接环线, 所述外封闭条于所述上侧壁和 所述下侧壁的外侧覆盖所述对接环线; 外封闭条和内封闭条分别于箱体内侧和 箱体外侧覆盖对接环线, 以实现对对接环线的包覆, 一方面进一步提高硬质上 箱体与硬质下箱体连接的可靠性, 另一方面, 提高了硬质行李箱的防水性。
较佳的, 所述硬质上箱体和所述硬质下箱体牢固套接; 通过硬质上箱体与 硬质下箱体的牢固套接, 提高了硬质上箱体和硬质下箱体连接的可靠性。
在一实施例中, 所述上侧壁与所述下侧壁中的一者部分套接于另一者, 且 所述上侧壁和所述下侧壁于所述上侧壁与所述下侧壁的套接叠合区域固定连 接; 通过所述上侧壁与所述下侧壁相套接, 并于上侧壁与下侧壁的套接叠合区 域固定连接上侧壁与下侧壁, 结构简单、 易于实现, 且连接可靠性高。
具体地, 所述上侧壁的下侧边缘向所述容置空间内凹伸后向下凸伸形成下 侧部, 所述下侧部插接于所述下侧壁; 所述上侧壁的下侧边缘内 形成下侧部, 且下侧部插接于下侧壁, 因而下侧部与下侧壁相套接后, 硬质行李箱的外壁呈 平面, 避免下侧部与下侧壁套接叠合区域受到外界的冲击, 提高硬质上箱体与 硬质下箱体连接的安全性。 附图说明

为详细说明本发明的技术内容、 构造特征、 所实现目的及效果, 以下结合 实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
图 2-图 8所示为本发明第一实施例硬质行李箱 A00。
如图 2-图 4所示, 硬质行李箱 A00包括箱体 100和四个轮子 200 , 其中, 箱体 100包括硬质上箱体 110、 硬质下箱体 120和盖体 1 30。 硬质上箱体 110由 上侧壁 111和顶壁 112围成一上部封闭、 下部开通的上容置腔 110a , 硬质下箱 体 120由下侧壁 121和底壁 122围成一下部封闭、 上部开通的下容置腔 120a , 硬质上箱体 110与硬质下箱体 120永久封闭连接, 使得上容置腔 110a和下容置 腔 120a相通形成箱体 1 00的容置空间 100a , 容置空间 100a用以装盛物品。 顶 壁 112部分切除形成与容置空间 100a相通的取放口 11 3 , 剩余的部分顶壁 112 和与其相连接的上侧壁 111形成用于安装轮子 200的安装部 114。盖体 1 30—侧 可枢转地连接于上侧壁 1 11 的边缘, 并通过拉链(图中未示)可开合地连接于 取放口 11 3 , 以打开或封闭容置空间 100a。 用户通过打开或收合盖体 1 30即可 方便地从硬质行李箱 A00取放物品。 结合图 5-图 8所示, 更具体地:
箱体 100大体呈矩形框体, 底壁 121构成箱体 100的底面, 盖体 1 30构成 箱体 100的顶面, 上侧壁 111和下侧壁 121构成箱体 100的前后左右四侧面。 四个轮子 200对称地安装于箱体 100的一侧面上, 其中两轮子 200安装于安装 部 114 , 其中另两轮子 200对称安装于硬质下箱体 120。 与轮子 200所在侧面正 对的另一侧面上设置有伸缩拉杆 300和提手 400。 当搬运硬质行李箱 A00时, 可 将箱体 100侧置、 四个轮子 200同时着地, 亦可将箱体 100倾斜放置、 仅两个 轮子 200着地, 此时, 设置有伸缩拉杆 300和提手 400的侧面位于上方, 用户 可方便地操作伸缩拉杆 300或提手 400以拉动硬质行李箱 A00。轮子 200的数量 为三个及三个以上, 单数双数均可。
本发明提供的硬质行李箱 A00将硬质上箱体 110与硬质下箱体 120设置为 分体式, 从而使得硬质上箱体 110保留部分顶壁 112 , 部分顶壁 1 12和与其连接
的侧壁 111形成用于安装轮子的安装部 114;分体式的硬质上箱体 110和硬质下 箱体 120永久封闭连接, 仅开设一个位于顶壁 112的取放口 113, 结构简单, 操 作简便, 同时硬质上箱体 110和硬质下箱体 120永久封闭连接提高了箱体 100 的安全性, 避免从硬质上箱体 110与硬质下箱体 120的连接处打开硬质行李箱 A00的情况发生;上容置腔 110a和下容置腔 120a连通形成箱体 100的容置空间 100a, 同时通过开合安装于硬质上箱体 110 的盖体 130, 以方便地打开取放口 113取放物品抑或封闭取放口 113存储物品。 在取放物品时, 打开盖体 130以打 开取放口 113, 即打开容置空间 100a, 方便地取放物品。 由于盖体 130体积较 小, 用户在取放物品时, 将盖体 130 完全打开亦不会占用 艮大空间, 当然, 用 户也可以一手托住盖体 130, —手取放物品, 操作方便, 占用空间小, 同时容置 空间 100a内的物品不会暴露, 充分保护用户的隐私。
在本实施例中, 箱体 100还包括柔性环带 140和扩展拉链 150, 柔性环带 140为具有一定宽度的环形连接带,且柔性环带 140的宽度大于扩展拉链 150的 宽度。 柔性环带 140的上侧环绕地固定连接于上侧壁 111 的下侧边缘, 柔性环 带 140的下侧环绕地固定连接于下侧壁 121的上侧边缘; 扩展拉链 150包括上 链条 151、 下链条 152和拉头 153, 扩展拉链 150设置于柔性环带 140背离容置 空间 100a的一侧, 且上链条 151环绕地固定连接于上侧壁 111的下侧边缘, 下 链条 152环绕地固定连接于下侧壁 121的上侧边缘。 当拉上拉头 153封闭上链 条 151和下链条 152时, 硬质上箱体 110和硬质下箱体 120相互靠近, 柔性环 带 140折叠于上侧壁 111和下侧壁 121之间, 如图 5所示; 当拉开拉头 153打 开上链条 151和下链条 152时, 硬质上箱体 110相对硬质下箱体 120抬升, 柔 性环带 140展开, 如图 7所示。
进一步地, 箱体 100还包括两个封闭胶骨 160, —封闭胶骨 160包覆上拉条 151的外侧并固定连接于上侧壁 111, 另一封闭胶骨 160包覆下拉条 152的外侧 并固定连接于下侧壁 121。 当拉上拉头 153, 封闭上拉条 151与下拉条 152时, 两封闭胶骨 160相接,从而保护扩展拉链 150, 防止其受到外力冲击力而造成上 拉条 151和下拉条 152裂开, 同时还提高了硬质行李箱 A00的防水效果。
根据本实施例的硬质行李箱 A00,通过柔性环带 140和扩展拉链 150的设置,
使得硬质上箱体 110和硬质下箱体 120可拉伸地封闭连接, 同时使得硬质行李 箱 A00的容置空间 100a可根据需要进行调整, 以应对不同的场合。
硬质上箱体 110和硬质下箱体 120可拉伸地封闭连接的技术方案不仅限于 通过柔性环带 140和扩展拉链 150来实现, 用可收缩件替代柔性环带 140、 多个 锁扣替代扩展拉链 150亦能够实现硬质上箱体 110和硬质下箱体 120可拉伸地 封闭连接。 将上箱体 11 0与下箱体 120相套接, 通过调整上箱体 110与下箱体 120套接的宽度,同样可以实现硬质上箱体 110和硬质下箱体 120可拉伸地封闭 连接。
图 9与图 10所示为本发明第二实施例硬质行李箱 B00。
第二实施例的硬质行李箱 B00与第一实施例的硬质行李箱 A00的区别仅在 于: 第二实施例的硬质行李箱 B00的硬质上箱体 110,和硬质下箱体 120,的连接 方式为牢固对接。 具体地:
硬质上箱体 11 0'与硬质下箱体 120'相对接, 于上侧壁 1 11 '的下侧边缘与下 侧壁 12 Γ的上侧边缘的对接处形成一封闭环线0^。 硬质行李箱 200还包括环形 封闭条 140,, 环形封闭条 140,包覆封闭环线 α , 且环形封闭条 140,固定连接于 上侧壁 11 1,和下侧壁 112,。 更具体地: 环形封闭条 140,包括内封闭条 141,和外 封闭条 142,, 内封闭条 141,于上侧壁 111, 和下侧壁 121, 的内侧覆盖对接环线 α , 外封闭条 142,于上侧壁 1 11, 和下侧壁 121, 的外侧覆盖对接环线 α , 内封 闭条 141,和外封闭条 142,共同包覆对接环线 α。 于对接环线 α的上侧, 外封闭 条 142,、 上侧壁 11 1, 与内封闭条 141,通过车缝线固定连接; 于对接环线 α的下 侧, 外封闭条 142,、 下侧壁 121, 与内封闭条 141,通过车缝线固定连接。 以上实 现硬质上箱体 210与硬质下箱体 220牢固对接。
图 11与图 12所示为本发明第三实施例硬质行李箱 C00。
第三实施例的硬质行李箱 C00与第一实施例的硬质行李箱 A00、第二实施例 的硬质行李箱 B00的区别仅在于: 第三实施例的硬质行李箱 C00的硬质上箱体 110"和硬质下箱体 120"的连接方式为牢固套接。 具体地:
硬质上箱体 110"与硬质下箱体 120"相套接, 上侧壁 111 "与下侧壁 121 "的 其中一者部分套接于其中另一者,两者的相套接形成上侧壁 1 11 "与下侧壁 121 "
的其中一者在内侧、 其中另一者在外侧的套接叠合区域; 于该套接叠合区域, 通过车缝线将上侧壁 111 "与下侧壁 121 "固定连接, 以实现硬质上箱体 110"与 硬质下箱体 120"的牢固套接。
较佳的, 上侧壁 111 "的下侧边缘向内凹伸后向下凸伸形成下侧部 111a" , 下侧部 111a"的外侧边缘与下侧壁 121 "的内侧边缘形状相同且尺寸相等; 下侧 壁 121 "套接于下侧部 111a" , 即, 下侧部 111a"插接于下侧壁 121 "内, 形成下 侧部 111a"在内侧、 下侧壁 121 "在外侧的套接叠合区域; 于该套接叠合区域, 通过车缝线将下侧部 111a"与下侧壁 121 "固定连接。 由于上侧壁 111 "的下侧边 缘内凹后向下凸伸形成下侧部 111a" , 下侧部 111a"插接于下侧壁 121 "内, 两 者套接后, 箱体 100"的外壁仍呈平面, 避免下侧部 111a"与下侧壁 121 "的套接 叠合区域受到外部的冲击,提高硬质上箱体 110"与硬质下箱体 120"连接的安全 性。
第一实施例的硬质行李箱 A00通过柔性环带 140和扩展拉链 150实现硬质 上箱体 110与硬质下箱体 120永久封闭连接; 第二实施例的硬质行李箱 B00的 硬质上箱体 110'与硬质下箱体 120'相对接,通过两侧分别连接于硬质上箱体 110' 和硬质下箱体 120'的环形封闭条 140' , 实现硬质上箱体 110'与硬质下箱体 120' 永久封闭连接; 第三实施例的硬质行李箱 C00的硬质上箱体 110"与硬质下箱体 120"相套接,通过上侧壁 111 "的下侧尺寸与下侧壁 121 "的上侧尺寸存在差值以 将上侧壁 111 "与下侧壁 121 "相套接形成套接重叠区域,通过车缝线于套接重叠 区域固定连接上侧壁 111 "与下侧壁 121 " , 实现硬质上箱体 110"与硬质下箱体 120"永久封闭连接。 以上为硬质行李箱的硬质上箱体与硬质下箱体实现永久封 闭连接的几种具体的技术方案, 但本发明所要求保护的技术方案不限于此, 也 可通过车缝、 胶粘、 焊接等方式将分体式的硬质上箱体和硬质下箱体永久封闭 连接。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本发明 之权利范围, 因此依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化, 仍属本发明所涵盖 的范围。
Claims
1.一种硬质行李箱,包括箱体和若干轮子, 其特征在于, 所述箱体包括硬质上箱 体、 硬质下箱体和盖体, 所述硬质上箱体由顶壁和上侧壁围成一上部封闭、 下 部开通的上容置腔, 所述硬质下箱体由底壁和下侧壁围成一下部封闭、 上部开 通的下容置腔, 所述硬质上箱体和所述硬质下箱体永久封闭连接, 所述上容置 腔和所述下容置腔连通形成所述箱体的容置空间; 所述顶壁部分切除形成与所 述容置空间相通的取放口, 所述顶壁的剩余部分和与所述顶壁的剩余部分连接 的所述上侧壁形成供部分所述轮子安装的安装部, 其余部分轮子对应安装于所 述硬质下箱体; 所述盖体安装于所述硬质上箱体, 以打开或封闭所述取放口。
2.如权利要求 1 所述的硬质行李箱, 其特征在于, 所述硬质上箱体与所述硬质 下箱体可拉伸地封闭连接。
3.如权利要求 2 所述的硬质行李箱, 其特征在于, 所述硬质行李箱还包括柔性 环带和扩展拉链, 所述柔性环带的宽度大于所述扩展拉链的宽度; 所述柔性环 带的上侧环绕并固定于所述上侧壁, 所述柔性环带的下侧环绕并固定于所述下 侧壁; 所述扩展拉链设置于所述柔性环带背离所述容置空间的一侧, 且所述扩 展拉链的上侧环绕并固定于所述上侧壁, 所述扩展拉链的下侧环绕并固定于所 述下侧壁。
4.如权利要求 3 所述的硬质行李箱, 其特征在于, 所述硬质行李箱还包括封闭 胶骨, 所述封闭胶骨具有两个, 一所述封闭胶骨部分包覆所述扩展拉链的外侧 并固定连接于所述上侧壁, 另一所述封闭胶骨部分包覆所述扩展拉链的外侧并 固定连接于所述下侧壁; 所述拉链闭合时, 两所述封闭胶骨相接。
5.如权利要求 1 所述的硬质行李箱, 其特征在于, 所述硬质上箱体和所述硬质
下箱体牢固对接。
6.如权利要求 5 所述的硬质行李箱, 其特征在于, 所述上侧壁的下侧边缘与所 述下侧壁的上侧边缘对接形成一对接环线, 一环形封闭条包覆所述对接环线, 且所述环形封闭条固定连接于所述上侧壁和所述下侧壁。
7.如权利要求 6 所述的硬质行李箱, 其特征在于, 所述环形封闭条包括内封闭 条和外封闭条, 所述内封闭条于所述上侧壁和所述下侧壁的内侧覆盖所述对接 环线, 所述外封闭条于所述上侧壁和所述下侧壁的外侧覆盖所述对接环线。
8.如权利要求 1 所述的硬质行李箱, 其特征在于, 所述硬质上箱体和所述硬质 下箱体牢固套接。
9.如权利要求 8 所述的硬质行李箱, 其特征在于, 所述上侧壁与所述下侧壁中 的一者部分套接于另一者, 且所述上侧壁和所述下侧壁于所述上侧壁与所述下 侧壁的套接叠合区域固定连接。
10.如权利要求 9所述的硬质行李箱, 其特征在于, 所述上侧壁的下侧边缘向所 述容置空间内凹伸后向下凸伸形成下侧部, 所述下侧部插接于所述下侧壁。
