- FIG. 1 is an overall configuration diagram showing an electronic mail delivery system according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. It is a control block diagram of the electronic mail delivery server which comprises the electronic mail delivery system which concerns on the same Embodiment 1.
- FIG. 3 is a flowchart of an e-mail delivery program according to the first embodiment. It is a schematic diagram which shows the mail preparation screen of a mailer. In the electronic mail delivery system according to the first embodiment, when a part of an e-mail address designated as an e-mail transmission destination is made into a prone part, an example of a procedure for extracting characters that can be made prone is shown in the e-mail address It is a schematic diagram to do. 5 is a schematic diagram showing a confirmation screen for a mail address designated as an electronic mail transmission destination in the electronic mail delivery system according to Embodiment 1. FIG.
- Embodiment 1 of the Invention 1 to 6 show a first embodiment of the present invention. First, the configuration will be described.
- the e-mail delivery system 1 has an e-mail transmission server 3 and a plurality of clients 6 as shown in FIG.
- the e-mail transmission server 3 and the client 6 are installed in an organization 13 such as a company, a central / local government office, a hospital / clinic or the like, connected to each other via a LAN (local area network) 11.
- LAN local area network
- Each client 6 includes an information processing device 61, an input device 62 such as a keyboard, a display device 63 such as a CRT (CRT), and a storage device 64 such as a semiconductor disk.
- Mail client software is stored.
- the electronic mail delivery system 1 has an electronic mail receiving server 9, and the electronic mail receiving server 9 is connected to the Internet 12.
- the electronic mail delivery system 1 has an electronic mail delivery server 2, and this electronic mail delivery server 2 is installed in the organization 13 as a gateway that relays between the LAN 11 and the Internet 12.
- the electronic mail delivery server 2 includes a main control unit 20, and the main control unit 20 includes an e-mail address illegitimate presentation unit 21, an e-mail selection delivery unit 22, and characters that can be made illegitimate.
- An extraction unit 23 and a letter character selection unit 24 are connected.
- the electronic mail delivery system 1 Since the electronic mail delivery system 1 has the above-described configuration, when an individual belonging to the organization 13 transmits an electronic mail to a plurality of other parties (transmission destinations), the sender (individual) is input at the client 6. The mailer is activated by operating the device 62, and a mail creation button (not shown) is clicked.
- the mail creation screen P1 is displayed on the display device 63 of the client 6 as shown in FIG.
- the mail creation screen P1 includes a sender field (From field) 14, a destination field (To field) 15, a subject field (Subject field) 16, a body field 17, and a send button 18. Therefore, the sender inputs his / her mail address in the sender field 14 and designates it as the sender of the e-mail, and inputs a predetermined number of e-mail addresses in the destination field 15 (for example, three). A plurality of e-mail destinations are designated, a predetermined subject is input in the subject field 16, and a mail body is appropriately input in the body field 17, and then a transmission button 18 is clicked. Then, the client 6 outputs a mail transmission command to the electronic mail transmission server 3 together with these pieces of electronic mail information (transmission source mail address, transmission destination multiple mail addresses, subject, and mail text).
- the e-mail transmission server 3 outputs the e-mail information (the e-mail address of the transmission source, the plurality of e-mail addresses of the transmission destination, the subject, and the e-mail text) to the e-mail delivery server 2.
- the e-mail delivery server 2 performs e-mail delivery processing while eliminating erroneous transmission as described below, based on the e-mail delivery program PRG1 shown in FIG.
- the main control unit 20 instructs the probable character extraction unit 23 to extract probable characters.
- the character-extractable character extraction unit 23 extracts one or more characters that can be converted from a plurality of characters constituting the mail address by using a predetermined partial character extraction logic for each destination mail address. (Step S1 of the electronic mail delivery program PRG1).
- This script part extraction logic follows the following procedure.
- the selected character is compared with the characters of other mail addresses (other mail addresses among the mail addresses having the same number of characters) in the same digit position.
- the character at this digit position is determined as a non-blind character.
- the character except the character which cannot be converted into a letter is extracted as a character which can be converted into a letter from a plurality of characters which constitute the mail address.
- the email address to be processed is arbitrary Select a combination of two or more characters at the digit position.
- each character of this combination is compared with each character of another mail address combination at the same digit position.
- the character of this combination is determined as a character that cannot be converted into a letter. And the character except the character which cannot be converted into a letter is extracted as a character which can be converted into a letter from a plurality of characters which constitute the mail address.
- the reason for limiting the number of characters to the same email address in this script part extraction logic is that there is no need to apply this script part extraction logic to email addresses with different number of characters, and that any character can be converted to a script. Based.
- the same mail address is usually not included in a plurality of destination mail addresses. Therefore, under such a premise, there is no situation where uncharacterized characters cannot be found even if continued to the end. Note that only one portion of the extracted part for one email address may be a non-bendable character, or all or a part of the extracted part may be a non-bendable character.
- “YAMADA” is compared with “TANAKA” and “TAMADA” one character at a time. Then, since the first character “Y” of “YAMADA” exists only in “YAMADA”, this character “Y” becomes a non-bendable character (see FIG. 5A). Next, since the second character “A” of “YAMADA” exists in places other than “YAMADA” (“TANAKA” and “TAMADA”), this character “A” does not become a non-obfuscated character (FIG. 5 ( b)).
- TANAKA is compared with “YAMADA” and “TAMADA” one character at a time. Then, the non-buffable character of “TANAKA” becomes the third character “N” (see FIG. 5C).
- the character “K” as the fifth character of “TANAKA”. Does not become a non-bendable character.
- TAMADA is compared with “YAMADA” and “TANAKA” one character at a time. As a result, there is no character that cannot be converted into a lowercase character (see FIG. 5C).
- the probable character extraction unit 23 increases the number of selected characters from one to two. In other words, the probable character extraction unit 23 compares “TAMADA” with “TANAKA” and “TAMADA” two characters at a time. First, when the comparison operation for the combination (T, A) of the first character “T” and the second character “A” of “TAMADA” is performed, the character of (T, A) is “TAMADA”. ”(In other words, in“ TANAKA ”), it cannot be a combined non-bendable character (see FIG. 5D).
- YAMADA cannot be abbreviated as the first character “Y”
- TANAKA cannot be abbreviated as the third character “N”
- TAMADA The character that cannot be converted is a combination (T, M) of the first character “T” and the third character “M” (see FIG. 5F).
- the subscript-capable character extraction unit 23 extracts characters excluding the non-capitalized characters from the plurality of characters composing each destination mail address as the subscript-capable characters.
- the process proceeds to the scripted character selection process, and the main control unit 20 selects a scripted character from the scripted character selection unit 24.
- the prone character selection unit 24 randomly selects a predetermined number of characters to be the prone part from the one or more prone characters that have been extracted earlier (step S2 of the e-mail delivery program PRG1). ).
- the lowercase character selection unit 24 does not match any of the other mail addresses in the plurality of mail addresses even if an arbitrary character is input at the digit position intended to be the lowercase part. , Select the characters that will be the prone part. As a result, it is possible to avoid the inconvenience that transmission is permitted because an accidental coincidence with another correct e-mail address occurs despite the fact that an incorrect character is entered in the prone part.
- the process proceeds to the e-mail address illegitimate presentation process, and the main control unit 20 presents the e-mail address illegitimate presentation to the e-mail address illegitimate presentation unit 21. Is commanded.
- the mail address connotation presentation unit 21 sets each part of the destination mail address as shown in FIG. 6 in order to make the sender check whether the destination mail address is correct (see FIG. 6).
- the two letters are presented in the form of the illegitimate part, and the correct address (in FIG. 6, “n” and “e”) is entered to complete the mail address.
- the sender is prompted (step S3 of the electronic mail delivery program PRG1).
- FIG. 6 shows only one mail address among a plurality of mail addresses of transmission destinations.
- the process proceeds to a mail selection / delivery process, and the main control unit 20 instructs the mail selection / delivery unit 22 to perform selective mail delivery.
- the mail selection / delivery unit 22 determines whether or not a correct character has been input in the lower part of the mail address (step S4 of the e-mail delivery program PRG1). Then, when a correct character is input in the abbreviated part of the mail address, the mail selection / delivery unit 22 performs delivery of the e-mail to the e-mail receiving server 9 (step S5 of the e-mail delivery program PRG1).
- the mail selection / delivery unit 22 stops the delivery of the e-mail to the e-mail receiving server 9 (step S6 of the e-mail delivery program PRG1). .
- the e-mail transmission work is completed.
- the sender when sending an e-mail, the sender considers whether or not the e-mail address is correct by making a part of the e-mail address of the destination a part of the e-mail and making the sender input the e-mail part again. Can be made. Therefore, it is possible to improve the effectiveness in the confirmation work of the mail address and prevent the confirmation work from becoming a skeleton. As a result, it is possible to prevent erroneous transmission of e-mails and thus prevent information leakage.
- the comparison is started when the number of selected characters is one character. Instead, the comparison may be started from any number of two or more characters.
- each e-mail address is configured using a predetermined lower part part extraction logic.
- a predetermined lower part part extraction logic A case has been described in which characters that can be converted from a plurality of characters are extracted.
- the character at this digit position is As long as it is a part, the above-described technique not based on the extracted part extraction logic can be substituted or used in combination.
- the present invention can be similarly applied when an electronic mail is transmitted to one transmission destination.
- the email address of the destination is presented with a part of it as a part of the lower part, it is not necessary to use a predetermined part extraction logic, and any character constituting this mail address can be converted to the upper part. I do not care.
- a case has been described in which a part of the destination e-mail address is converted to a lower case.
- a part of the sender's email address (the sender's own email address entered in the sender field 14 on the email creation screen P1) can be made into a letter.
- the sender uses a plurality of mail addresses (for example, a business mail address and a personal mail address), an error in the transmitted mail address can be prevented.
- the present invention can be similarly applied to the case of sending Web mail. That is, in the present invention, the electronic mail may be SMTP mail, Web mail, or another protocol.
- the electronic mail delivery system 1 in which the electronic mail delivery server 2 is installed in the organization 13 has been described.
- the electronic mail delivery server 2 is not necessarily installed in the organization 13.
- the e-mail delivery system 1 in which the e-mail delivery server 2 is installed as a gateway that relays between the LAN 11 and the Internet 12 has been described.
- the e-mail distribution system 1 having any configuration can be used. I do not care.
- an existing mail transfer server (not shown) can be interposed between the electronic mail delivery server 2 and the Internet 12.
- the electronic mail delivery server 2 performs the electronic mail delivery process.
- the e-mail delivery process can be performed by the client 6 instead of the e-mail delivery server 2.
- the e-mail delivery system 1 in which the e-mail transmission server 3 and the client 6 are connected to each other via the LAN 11 and the e-mail reception server 9 is connected to the Internet 12 has been described.
- a communication network such as an intranet, a VAN line, or an extranet using a dedicated line provided by a communication carrier can be used.
- the present invention provides this ID information (user's ID) when registration of the user's e-mail address is required as ID information that can uniquely identify the user in the membership system service on the Internet or the like. It can also be applied when entering (email address).
