另外, 作为一种改进设计, 过滤网支架 10的外圆周面的中部设有一环 形凸圈 12,环形凸圈 12与过滤网 11的外圆周面固定,硅胶刷 24的内侧中 部设有与环形凸圈 12相适配的 U形缺口 241,硅胶刷 24的安装方式为自硅 胶刷支架 20的内侧向外侧安装, 因此, 硅胶刷 24的外侧呈楔形, 中部设 有纵向卡槽 242,并且卡槽 242的侧边棱设有成圆弧形倒角, 以方便硅胶刷 24的安装。 U形缺口 241卡在环形凸圈 12上, 起到了对硅胶刷支架 20的 限位作用, 可以防止硅胶刷支架 20的轴向和径向跳动, 进一歩提高了硅胶 刷支架 20的转动平稳性。
硅胶刷支架驱动装置 30包括两个传动齿轮 31和用于固定传动齿轮 31 的螺栓 33。传动齿轮 31在轴套 32, 轴套 32的外圆周面上设有一环形轴肩 321, 传动齿轮 31转动设置在在轴套 32的上部, 并通过环形轴肩 321进行 轴向限位。 上环 21 的顶面内侧壁上设有一环形凹槽 211, 过滤网支架 10 的顶面外侧壁上设有一环形凸缘 101,硅胶刷支架 20的下环 22的侧壁下端 设有向下突出的环形凸台, 环形凸台由沿周向均布设置的多个立柱组成, 立柱的内侧面与传动齿轮 31的齿形相匹配, 由此,多个立柱形成齿圈 221。 组合过滤网支架 10、 硅胶刷支架 20和硅胶刷支架驱动装置 30时, 首先将 过滤网支架 10放置在硅胶刷支架 20内,使环形凸缘 101位于环形凹槽 211 内, 然后, 将螺栓 33自下而上穿过轴套 32与过滤网支架 10的底面固定, 从而将过滤网支架 10、 硅胶刷支架 20和硅胶刷支架驱动装置 30组合为一 整体结构。
安装完成后, 两个传动齿轮 31的外侧分别与齿圈 221啮合, 传动齿轮 31的内侧分别与电动搾汗机的螺杆 4下端的驱动齿轮 41啮合 (请参见图 3)。 当使用电动搾汁机时, 打开开关, 主机驱动螺杆 4正向高速旋转, 在两个 传动齿轮 31的作用下, 硅胶刷支架 20低速反向旋转, 硅胶刷 24将过滤网 11外侧面挤出的残渣刮落, 由于采用了两个传动齿轮 31驱动硅胶刷支架 20反向转动, 因此, 硅胶刷支架 20的转动更加平稳, 同时, 由多个立柱形 成的齿圈 221, 提高了强度, 可以承载更大的驱动力, 延长了硅胶刷支架驱 动装置 30的使用寿命。
为了更方便地固定和安装传动齿轮 31,滤网支架 10的底面上设有多根 固定柱 13, 固定柱 13的侧壁下端设有定位槽 131, 轴套 32的内壁上与定 位槽 131相匹配的凸棱, 这样, 可以方便轴套 32安装时的定位和导向。 在此基础上, 本实用新型还提供了一种电动搾汁机, 如图 3所示, 电 动搾汁机包括主机 1、 杯体 2、 搾汁网组件 3、 螺杆 4和杯盖 5, 其中, 搾 汁网组件 3采用的是上述结构的一体式搾汁网组件。 杯体 2安装在主机 1上, 搾汁网组件 3置于杯体 2内, 螺杆 4的下端 设有驱动齿轮 41, 螺杆 4置于搾汁网组件 3内且通过主机 1带动驱动齿轮 41使螺杆 4高速度旋转, 同时, 硅胶刷支架 20低速反向转动, 杯盖 5扣装 在杯体 2的上端开口处, 通过杯盖 5上的入口将水果、 蔬菜及豆类等材料 输入到搾汁网组件 3内搾取汁液, 并由杯体 2底部的出汁口流出, 残渣则 由杯体 2下部的出渣口排出。
本实用新型提供的电动搾汁机, 其杯盖 5上具有安全锁扣装置 6,可以 防止使用倒转功能时, 杯体 2和杯盖 5跟转松脱, 确保倒转功能的正常运 行, 并提高使用的安全性。 如图 4、 图 5、 图 6和图 7所示, 图 4为本实用 新型提供的电动搾汁机安全锁扣按下时的示意图, 图 5为图 4中的 A部放 大图, 图 6为本实用新型提供的电动搾汁机安全锁扣打开时的示意图, 图 7 为图 6中的 B部放大图, 杯盖 5的外侧面上设有一凸出部 61, 凸出部 61 上设有上下贯通的通孔 62, 通孔 62内插装有一个锁扣 63, 杯体 2上对应 地设有与锁扣 63相匹配的锁销 64, 并配置成:
向下按下锁扣 63使其处于锁定位置时,锁销 64的上端插入锁扣 63内, 从而使杯体 2和杯盖 5结合为一体, 如图 4、 图 5所示;
向上拨出锁扣 63使其处于打开位置时, 锁销 64的上端离开锁扣 63, 从而使杯体 2和杯盖 5分离, 如图 6、 图 7所示。
安全锁扣装置 6设计成上下两档式结构, 以方便使用, 具体方案如下: 锁扣 63的两个相对的侧面上(或者仅在一个侧面上设置)分别设有上 下布置的上凹槽 65和下凹槽(图中未示出), 凸出部 61上的上下贯通的通 孔 62的内壁上分别设有与上、 下凹槽相匹配的限位凸棱 (图中未显示), 限位凸棱的截面为半圆形, 锁扣 63处于锁定位置时, 限位凸棱位于上凹槽 65内, 锁扣 63处于打开位置时, 限位凸棱位于下凹槽内。通过限位凸棱与 上、 下凹槽的配合, 可以保证安全锁扣装置 6不会因震动而改变位置, 提 高安全性。 上述方案也可以设计成一个凹槽与两个限位凸棱相配合的连接 方式。
综上所述, 同现有技术相比, 本实用新型提供的电动搾汁机具有以下 主要优点:
( 1 ) 一体式搾汁网组件可以整体取下, 拆装和清洗残渣很方便;
( 2 )在电机高速运转的过程中, 传动齿轮的运动更平稳, 整体噪音较 小;
( 3 )在搾取汁液时, 对于硬性的水果、 蔬菜及豆类产品, 一体式搾汁 网可以消除不安全隐患和不安全因素的产生, 对电机的保护起到很重要的 作用。
( 4)通过安全锁扣装置可以防止搾汁机在使用倒车功能时, 杯盖随之 转动, 进而从微动开关处滑出致使使用功能突然终止, 杜绝各种不安全因 素的出现。 本实用新型不局限于上述最佳实施方式, 任何人应该得知在本实用新 型的启示下作出的结构变化, 凡是与本实用新型具有相同或相近的技术方 案, 均落入本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 电动搾汁机的一体式搾汁网组件, 包括:
过滤网支架, 过滤网固定在所述过滤网支架内;
硅胶刷支架, 其内侧壁上沿周向固定设有多条纵向布置的硅胶刷; 其特征在于, 还包括硅胶刷支架驱动装置, 所述硅胶刷支架驱动装置 包括:
至少两个传动齿轮, 分别转动设置在相应的轴套的上部;
用于固定传动齿轮的螺栓, 所述硅胶刷支架的顶面内侧壁上设有一环 形凹槽, 所述过滤网支架的顶面外侧壁上设有一环形凸缘, 所述过滤网支 架置于所述硅胶刷支架内且所述环形凸缘与所述环形凹槽的底面相抵, 所 述硅胶刷支架的侧壁下端设有向下突出的环形凸台, 所述环形凸台上设有 齿圈,所述螺栓分别自下而上穿过所述轴套与所述过滤网支架的底面固定; 所述传动齿轮分别与所述齿圈啮合, 同时, 所述传动齿轮还配置成分 别与电动搾汁机的螺杆下端的驱动齿轮啮合。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的一体式搾汁网组件, 其特征在于, 所述过滤网 支架的外圆周面的中部设有一环形凸圈, 所述环形凸圈与所述过滤网的外 圆周面固定, 所述硅胶刷的中部设有与所述环形凸圈相适配的 U形缺口。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的一体式搾汁网组件, 其特征在于, 所述环形凸 台由沿周向均布设置的多个立柱组成, 所述立柱的内侧面与所述传动齿轮 的齿形相匹配, 多个所述立柱形成所述齿圈。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的一体式搾汁网组件, 其特征在于, 所述传动齿 轮的数量为两个。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的一体式搾汁网组件, 其特征在于, 所述过滤网 支架的底面上设有多根固定柱, 所述固定柱的侧壁下端设有定位槽, 所述 轴套的内壁上设有与所述定位槽相匹配的凸棱。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的一体式搾汁网组件, 其特征在于, 所述硅胶刷 支架包括上环和下环,所述上环和下环通过多根沿周向布置的连接臂连接, 所述连接壁上设有纵向设置的条形通孔, 所述硅胶刷卡装在所述条形通孔 内。
7、 电动搾汁机, 包括主机、 杯体、 一体式搾汁网组件、 螺杆和杯盖, 所述杯体安装在所述主机上, 所述搾汁网组件置于所述杯体内, 所述螺杆 的下端设有驱动齿轮, 所述螺杆置于所述搾汁网组件内且所述驱动齿轮由 所述主机驱动, 所述杯盖扣装在所述杯体的上端开口处, 其特征在于, 所 述搾汁网组件采用的是如权利要求 1至 6项任一项所述的一体式搾汁网组 件。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的电动搾汁机, 其特征在于, 所述杯盖的外侧面 上设有一凸出部, 所述凸出部上设有上下贯通的通孔, 所述通孔内插装有 一个安全锁扣, 所述杯体上对应地设有与所述锁扣相匹配的锁销, 并配置 成:
向下按下所述锁扣使其处于锁定位置时, 所述锁销的上端插入所述锁 扣内;
向上拨出所述锁扣使其处于打开位置时, 所述锁销的上端离开所述锁 扣。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的电动搾汁机, 其特征在于, 所述锁扣的至少一 个侧面上设有上下布置的上、 下凹槽, 所述凸出部上的上下贯通的通孔的 内壁上分别设有与所述上、 下凹槽均相匹配的一个限位凸棱, 并配置成: 所述锁扣处于锁定位置时, 所述限位凸棱位于所述上凹槽内; 所述锁扣处于打开位置时, 所述限位凸棱位于所述下凹槽内。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的电动搾汁机, 其特征在于, 所述限位凸棱的 截面为半圆形。
