Abstract

本发明公开了一种控制移动终端的方法,包括接收通讯请求发起方发送的通讯请求,计算接收到所述通讯请求的时刻与接收到所述通讯请求发起方上一次通讯请求的时刻的时间间隔;若所述时间间隔大于预设的阈值,则对所述通讯请求不发出振动和/或铃声提醒,并检测与所述通讯请求发起方关联的通讯软件账号的在线状态,向在线的通讯软件账号发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于表示所述移动终端处于勿扰模式。本发明还公开了一种装置和移动终端。采用本发明,解决移动终端开启勿扰模式后漏掉通讯请求发起方重要信息的不足。

移动终端的呼叫方法、 控制移动终端的方法及相关设备 本申请要求于 2013 年 6 月 29 日提交中国专利局, 申请号为 201310270818. 0 , 发明名称为 "移动终端的呼叫方法、 控制移动终端的方法 及相关设备" 的中国专利申请, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通讯领域, 尤其涉及一种移动终端的呼叫方法、 控制移动终 端的方法及相关设备。
背景技术
随着科技的发展, 现在包括手机等移动终端的功能越来越多, 其智能化 的程度也越来越高。 人们可以使用手机给其他用户打电话、 发短信, 也可以 使用手机自带的相机、 计算器、 收音机、 备忘录、 电子书等功能, 还可以使 用手机上网看电影、 玩游戏或查资料等。 手机等移动终端的普及, 为人们的 工作和生活提供了极大的便利, 用户可以随时使用这些移动终端与他人通信, 沟通某些重要事件。 但是, 这些移动终端在某些情况下, 也会为用户带来一 定的麻烦。 比如说, 用户希望在晚上睡觉或其他的休息时间内不会被不重要 的来电打扰, 但同时又不会错失重要来电。 可实际上, 在这段时间内往往会 有一些无关紧要的电话, 有些甚至是骚扰电话, 使得用户无法很好的休息。
现有技术已为该场景提供的解决方案是, 为手机设置勿扰模式, 用户开 启该勿扰模式后可以在收到推送消息、 短信或来电等通讯请求时不发出声音 或震动提示, 同时可以通过重复来电的设置, 通过来电请求屏蔽勿扰模式。 但是此时通讯请求发起方并不知道被叫方已开启勿扰模式, 通讯请求发起方 在第一次拨打被叫方电话, 当电话打不通时, 又向被叫方发短信, 在这种情 况下, 被叫方的手机因开启了勿扰模式不会得到提醒, 若此时通讯请求发起 方有紧急事情, 被叫方可能会错过重要信息。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于, 提供一种移动终端的呼叫方法、 控制 移动终端的方法及相关设备。 可解决现有技术中移动终端开启勿扰模式后漏 掉通讯请求发起方重要信息的不足。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明第一方面提供了一种控制移动终端的方 法, 包括:
接收通讯请求发起方发送的通讯请求, 计算接收到所述通讯请求的时刻 与接收到所述通讯请求发起方上一次通讯请求的时刻的时间间隔;
若所述时间间隔大于预设的阔值, 则对所述通讯请求不发出振动和 /或铃 在线的通讯软件账号发送提示信息, 所述提示信息用于表示所述移动终端处 于勿扰模式。
在第一种可能的实现方式中, 所述检测与所述通讯请求发起方关联的通 讯软件账号的在线状态, 向在线的通讯软件账号发送提示信息的步骤包括: 根据预置的映射关系查询所述通讯请求发起方对应的通讯软件账号。 结合第一种可能的实现方式中, 在第二种可能的实现方式中, 所述检测 账号发送提示信息的步骤包括:
若所述通讯请求发起方对应多个通讯软件账号, 检测每个通讯软件账号 的在线状态和预设的优先级;
向处于在线状态且优先级最高的通讯软件账号发送提示信息。
结合第一方面的第二种可能的实现方式, 在第三种可能的实现方式中, 还包括:

本发明第二方面提供了一种移动终端的呼叫方法, 包括:
向被叫方的移动终端发起呼叫请求;
当检测到所述被叫方的移动终端拒接所述呼叫请求时, 向所述被叫方关 联的处于在线状态的通讯软件账号发送通讯消息, 以使所述被叫方的移动终 端根据所述通讯消息发出振动和 /或铃声提醒。
在第一种可能的实现方式中, 所述当检测到所述被叫方的移动终端拒接 讯消息的步骤包括:
根据预置的映射关系查询所述被叫方对应的通讯软件账号;
若所述被叫方对应多个通讯软件账号, 检测每个通讯软件账号的在线状 态和预设的优先级;
向处于在线状态且优先级最高的通讯软件账号发送提示信息。
结合第二方面的第一种可能的实现方式, 在第二种可能的实现方式中, 所述向被叫方的移动终端发起呼叫请求的步骤之前, 还包括:

结合第二方面至第二种可能的实现方式中的任一种, 在第三种可能的实 现方式中, 所述通讯请求具体为:
来电请求、 短信息请求、 即时通讯信息请求、 邮件信息请求和推送信息 请求中的任一种。
本发明第四方面提供了一种移动终端, 包括上述第三方面的任一种装置。 本发明第五方面提供了一种移动终端的呼叫装置, 包括:
来电请求模块, 向被叫方的移动终端发起呼叫请求;
消息发送模块, 当检测到所述被叫方的移动终端拒接所述呼叫请求时, 述被叫方的移动终端根据所述通讯消息发出振动和 /或铃声提醒。
在第一种可能的实现方式中, 所述消息发送模块包括:

通过在移动终端设置并开启勿扰模式, 计算通讯请求发起方的本次通讯 时刻和上一次通讯时刻的时间间隔, 根据该时间间隔判断是否小于预设的阔 值, 若为是, 则屏蔽移动终端设置的勿扰模式, 发出振动和 /或铃声提醒, 若 为否, 禁止移动终端发出振动和 /或铃声提醒, 并向处于在线状态的该通讯请 求发起方对应的通讯软件账号发出提示信息, 以通知通讯请求发起方移动终 端已开启勿扰模式, 这样可有效解决现有技术中移动终端开启勿扰模式后错 过通讯请求发起方重要信息的情况。 附图说明

参见图 1 , 为本发明实施例的一种控制移动终端的方法的流程示意图, 该 方法包括:
步骤 101、接收通讯请求发起方发送的通讯请求, 计算接收到所述通讯请 求的时刻与接收到所述通讯请求发起方上一次通讯请求的时刻的时间间隔。
具体的, 移动终端预先已开启勿扰模式和设置勿扰时间段, 开启勿扰模 式和设置勿扰时间段后, 移动终端在勿扰时间段内接收到通讯请求时, 计算 通讯请求发起方上一次通讯请求时刻与本次通讯请求时刻的时间间隔。 殳设 移动终端设置的勿扰时间段为 23: 00-7:00, 通讯请求发起方发起的本次通讯 请求时刻在 5:00 , 该通讯请求发起方发起的上一次通讯请求时刻为 4:55 , 二 者均在预先设置的勿扰时间段内, 此时计算本次通讯请求时刻和上一次通讯 请求时刻的时间间隔为 5 分钟。 若通讯请求发起方首次发起本次通讯请求, 将该通讯请求发起方发起的上一次通讯请求时刻初始化为无穷小, 在这种情 况下 , 本次通讯请求时刻和上一次通讯请求时刻的时间间隔为无穷大。
在本发明实施例中, 移动终端接收到的通讯请求可以为短信请求、 来电 请求、 邮件请求、 推送消息请求或即时通讯消息请求等, 本次通讯请求和上 一次通讯请求可以相同也可以不相同, 例如本次通讯请求为即时通讯消息请 求, 上一次通讯请求为来电请求, 此处不作限制, 此处不再局限于现有技术 中只能通过来电请求来屏蔽移动终端设置的勿扰模式, 以降低移动终端错过 通讯请求发起方重要信息的可能。
步骤 102、 判断所述时间间隔是否小于预设的阔值。
具体的, 根据步骤 101 计算出来的时间间隔判断是否小于预设的阔值, 若为是, 执行步骤 103 , 否则, 执行步骤 104。
步骤 103、 发出振动和 /或铃声提醒。
步骤 104、 对所述通讯请求不发出振动和 /或铃声提醒, 并检测与所述通 讯请求发起方关联的通讯软件账号的在线状态, 向在线的通讯软件账号发送 提示信息。
具体的, 移动终端不发出振动和 /或铃声提醒, 并检测与通讯请求发起方 关联的通讯软件账号是否处于在线状态, 若为是, 向该通讯软件账号发送提 示信息, 该提示信息为移动终端预先保存在本地中的, 当满足上述触发条件 时, 由移动终端自动发送, 提示信息中包括提示移动终端已开启勿扰模式的 信息和移动终端设置的阔值, 例如, 提示信息为 "已开启勿扰模式, 若有紧 急事情, 请在 3分钟之内进行第二次请求", 这样通讯请求发起方就会根据该 提示信息决定是否再次发起通讯请求, 而针对移动终端来说, 能减少不必要 的骚扰。
实施本发明的实施例, 通过在移动终端设置并开启勿扰模式, 计算通讯 请求发起方的本次通讯时刻和上一次通讯时刻的时间间隔 , 才艮据该时间间隔 判断是否小于预设的阔值, 若为是, 则屏蔽移动终端设置的勿扰模式, 发出 振动和 /或铃声提醒, 若为否, 禁止移动终端发出振动和 /或铃声提醒, 并向处 于在线状态的该通讯请求发起方对应的通讯软件账号发出提示信息, 以通知 通讯请求发起方移动终端已开启勿扰模式, 这样可有效解决现有技术中移动 终端开启勿扰模式后错过通讯请求发起方重要信息的情况。
参见图 2,为本发明实施例的一种移动终端勿 4尤模式的优化方法的另一流 程示意图, 该方法包括:
步骤 201、 开启并设置移动终端的勿扰模式, 其中, 设置的内容包括设置 勿扰时间段和预置屏蔽所述移动终端的勿扰模式的重复通讯请求的阔值。
具体的, 开启并设置移动终端的勿扰模式, 设置的内容包括设置勿扰时 间段和阔值, 假设设置的勿扰时间段为 23:00-7:00, 阔值为 3分钟, 同时在移 动终端还可以设置个人收藏列表, 该列表中的联系人为可屏蔽勿扰模式的联 系人。
步骤 202、接收通讯请求发起方发送的通讯请求, 计算接收到所述通讯请 求的时刻与接收到所述通讯请求发起方上一次通讯请求的时刻的时间间隔。
具体的, 若移动终端设置了个人收藏列表, 则此处的通讯请求发起方为 非个人收藏列表联系人。 假设移动终端接收到的通讯请求时刻为 5: 00 , 本次 通讯请求时刻在步骤 201 设置的勿扰时间段内, 计算通讯请求发起方发起的 上一次通讯请求时刻和本次通讯请求时刻的时间间隔 , 4叚设通讯请求发起方 的上一次通讯请求时刻为 4:48 , 计算得到通讯请求发起方的上一次通讯请求 和本次通讯请求的时间间隔为 2分钟; 若通讯请求发起方首次发起本次通讯 请求, 将该通讯请求发起方的上一次通讯请求时刻初始化为无穷小, 计算得 到本次通讯请求时刻和上一次通讯请求时刻的时间间隔为无穷大。
本次通讯请求和上一次通讯请求的通讯类型可以相同也可以不同, 当两 次通讯请求的通讯类型不同时, 通过预置的映射关系判断通讯请求发起方是 否为同一个人, 具体为, 映射关系中的联系人下关联有若干通讯软件账号, 例如张三下关联有电话号码、 QQ号码、 微信账号和邮箱账号等, 假设移动终 端接收到本次通讯请求为微信消息, 上一次通讯请求为来电请求, 在预置的 映射关系中查询微信消息的微信账号和来电请求的电话号码是否为同一用户 张三。
步骤 203、 判断所述时间间隔是否小于预设的阔值。
具体的, 根据步骤 202计算出的时间间隔判断是否小于步骤 201预设的 阔值, 若为是, 执行步骤 204; 若为否, 执行步骤 205。 在步骤 202的示例中, 计算出来的时间间隔为 2分钟, 预设的阔值为 3分钟, 此时执行步骤 204。
步骤 204、 发出振动和 /或铃声提醒。
步骤 205、 不发出振动和 /或铃声提醒。
具体的, 当步骤 203判断为否时, 使移动终端保持静音状态。
步骤 206、根据预置的映射关系查询所述通讯请求发起方对应的通讯软件 账号。
具体的, 预置的映射关系具体为, 假设通讯请求发起方张三在映射关系 中关联的通讯软件账号有电话号码、 QQ账号、微信账号、邮箱账号和 iMessage 账号, 同时预先设置了每个通讯软件账号的优先级, 假设 iMessage账号的优 先级最高; 本次通讯请求的通讯类型为来电请求, 则根据映射关系查询到对 应的通讯软件账号为 QQ账号、 微信账号和 iMessage账号。
步骤 207、若所述通讯请求发起方对应多个通讯软件账号时,检测每个通 讯软件账号的在线状态和预设的优先级。
具体的, 以步骤 206 中查询到的通讯软件账号为例, 通讯请求发起方对 应 3 个通讯软件账号, 检测每个通讯软件账号的在线状态和获取每个处于在 线状态的通讯软件账号的优先级, 假设本例中的 QQ 账号、 微信账号和 iMessage账号均在线。
步骤 208、 向处于在线状态且优先级最高的通讯软件账号发送提示信息。 具体的, 向 iMessage账号发送提示信息, 该提示信息中包括表示移动终 端已开启勿扰模式的消息和设置的阔值, 例如提示信息为 "现在属于勿扰时 间, 若有紧急事情, 请在 3 分钟之内进行第二次来电", 通讯请求发起方接 收到该提示信息后, 可根据事情是否紧急决定是否继续对被叫方 (即移动终 端)进行通讯请求, 能有效的减少移动终端的通讯骚扰和错过重要的通讯信 息。
进一步优选的, 移动终端根据本次通讯请求的通讯类型判断是否为来电 请求, 若为是, 继续判断来电请求的请求时间是否大于预置时间, 若为否, 禁止发出振动和 /或铃声提醒。 当来电请求的请求时间大于预置时间时, 发出 振动和 /或铃声提醒, 否则禁止发出振动和 /或铃声提醒。
具体的, 针对本次通讯请求中的来电请求进行识别, 同时对该来电请求 的请求时间进行判断, 只在本次通讯请求为来电请求且请求时间大于预置时 间时发出振动和 /或铃声提醒, 可有效减少移动终端用户被其他垃圾消息打扰 的频率。
当本次通讯请求不为来电请求或来电请求的请求时间小于预置时间时, 例如, 短信请求、 邮件请求、 Push推送信息或即时通讯消息请求等, 不发出 振动和 /或铃声提醒。
实施本发明的实施例, 通过在移动终端设置并开启勿扰模式, 计算通讯 请求发起方的本次通讯时刻和上一次通讯时刻的时间间隔 , 才艮据该时间间隔 判断是否小于预设的阔值, 若为是, 则屏蔽移动终端设置的勿扰模式, 发出 振动和 /或铃声提醒, 若为否, 禁止移动终端发出振动和 /或铃声提醒, 并向处 于在线状态的该通讯请求发起方对应的通讯软件账号发出提示信息, 以通知 通讯请求发起方移动终端已开启勿扰模式, 这样可有效解决现有技术中移动 终端开启勿扰模式后错过通讯请求发起方重要信息的情况。
参见图 3 ,为本发明实施例的一种移动终端勿 4尤模式的优化方法的又一流 程示意图, 该方法包括: 步骤 301、 开启并设置移动终端的勿扰模式, 其中, 设置的内容包括设置 勿扰时间段。
步骤 302、在所述移动终端开启的勿扰模式中设置的勿扰时间段接收到通 讯请求。
步骤 303、 判断所述通讯请求是否为来电请求。
具体的, 移动终端接收到的通讯请求可能为来电请求、 短信请求、 即时 通讯消息请求或邮件请求等, 移动终端根据接收到的通讯请求的类型识别是 否来电请求, 若为是, 执行步骤 304 , 否则, 执行步骤 305。
步骤 304、 判断所述来电请求的请求时间是否大于预置时间。
具体的, 步骤 303 识别出的来电请求的请求时间是否大于预置时间, 假 设预置时间为 30秒, 即移动终端判断该来电请求的请求时间是否大于 30秒, 若为是执行步骤 306 , 否则执行步骤 305。

具体的, 主叫方的移动终端向预先设置勿扰模式的被叫方的移动终端发 起呼叫请求, 且该呼叫请求是在勿扰时间段内发起的, 同时为主叫方第一次 发起的。 步骤 403、 当检测到所述被叫方的移动终端拒接所述呼叫请求时, 向所述 的移动终端根据所述通讯消息发出振动和 /或铃声提醒。
具体的, 根据被叫方的移动终端勿扰模式的设置, 该呼叫请求不会被接 听, 主叫方的移动终端检测到呼叫请求未被接听时, 向所述被叫方关联的处 于在线状态的通讯软件账号发送通讯消息。 具体过程可以是: 主叫方的移动 终端检测被叫方关联的通讯软件账号的在线状态, 例如, 被叫方张三的手机 号为 138XXXXXXXX, 该手机号关联的通讯软件账号为 QQ账号、 邮箱账号 或 iMessage账号, 每个账号预先设置了优先级。 主叫方的移动终端检测被叫 方关联的通讯软件账号的在线状态, 其中对于非即时通讯软件账号可视作一 直处于在线状态, 同时获取每个处于在线状态的通讯软件账号的优先级, 向 处于在线状态的且优先级最高的通讯软件账号发送步骤 401设置的通讯消息。
该通讯消息也可不预先进行设置, 在检测到被叫方的移动终端未接听来 电请求时, 提供一个通讯消息编辑的页面, 由用户进行编辑后发送至被叫方 关联的通讯软件账号。
被叫方的移动终端接收该通讯消息后, 判断接收到的呼叫请求和通信消 息是否为同一用户发出, 若为是, 则判断两次通讯请求的时间间隔是否小于 预设的阔值, 例如阔值为 3 分钟, 若为是, 屏蔽自身设置的勿扰模式, 发出 振动和 /或铃声提醒。
参见图 5, 为本发明实施例的一种控制移动终端的装置的结构示意图, 以 下简称装置 1 , 该装置 1包括计算模块 11和提醒模块 12。
计算模块 11 , 计算模块, 接收通讯请求发起方发送的通讯请求, 计算接 收到所述通讯请求的时刻与接收到所述通讯请求发起方上一次通讯请求的时 刻的时间间隔。
具体的, 移动终端预先已开启勿扰模式和设置勿扰时间段, 开启勿扰模 式和设置勿扰时间段后, 计算模块 11在勿扰时间段内接收到通讯请求时, 计 算通讯请求发起方上一次通讯请求时刻与本次通讯请求时刻的时间间隔。 假 设移动终端设置的勿扰时间段为 23 : 00-7:00, 通讯请求发起方发起的本次通 讯请求时刻在 5:00, 该通讯请求发起方发起的上一次通讯请求时刻为 4:55 , 二者均在预先设置的勿扰时间段内, 此时计算模块 11计算本次通讯请求时刻 和上一次通讯请求时刻的时间间隔为 5 分钟。 若通讯请求发起方首次发起本 次通讯请求 , 将该通讯请求发起方发起的上一次通讯请求时刻初始化为无穷 小, 在这种情况下, 计算模块 11计算出本次通讯请求时刻和上一次通讯请求 时刻的时间间隔为无穷大。
在本发明实施例中, 计算模块 11接收到的通讯请求可以为短信请求、 来 电请求、 邮件请求、 推送消息请求或即时通讯消息请求等, 本次通讯请求和 上一次通讯请求可以相同也可以不相同, 例如本次通讯请求为即时通讯消息 请求, 上一次通讯请求为来电请求, 此处不作限制。
提醒模块 12, 用于若所述时间间隔大于预设的阔值, 则对所述通讯请求 号的在线状态, 向在线的通讯软件账号发送提示信息, 所述提示信息用于表 示所述移动终端处于勿 4尤模式。
实施本发明的实施例, 通过在移动终端设置并开启勿扰模式, 计算通讯 请求发起方的本次通讯时刻和上一次通讯时刻的时间间隔 , 才艮据该时间间隔 判断是否小于预设的阔值, 若为是, 则屏蔽移动终端设置的勿扰模式, 发出 振动和 /或铃声提醒, 若为否, 禁止移动终端发出振动和 /或铃声提醒, 并向处 于在线状态的该通讯请求发起方对应的通讯软件账号发出提示信息, 以通知 通讯请求发起方移动终端已开启勿扰模式, 这样可有效解决现有技术中移动 终端开启勿扰模式后错过通讯请求发起方重要信息的情况。
进一步的, 参见图 6和图 7 , 为本发明实施例的一种控制移动终端的装置 的另一结构示意图, 装置 1除包括计算模块 11、 提醒模块 12外, 还包括过滤 模块 13 , 过滤模块 13 , 用于若所述时间间隔小于预设的阔值时, 继续判断所述通 讯请求是否为来电请求, 若为是, 发出振动和 /或铃声提醒, 若为否, 不发出 振动和 /或铃声提醒。
进一步优选的, 在本发明的一些实施例中, 提醒模块 12包括第一查询单 元 121、 第一检测单元 122和第一发送单元 123。
第一查询单元 121 ,用于根据预置的映射关系查询所述通讯请求发起方对 应的通讯软件账号;
第一检测单元 122, 若所述通讯请求发起方对应多个通讯软件账号,检测 每个通讯软件账号的在线状态和预设的优先级;
第一发送单元 123 ,向处于在线状态且优先级最高的通讯软件账号发送提 示信息。
实施本发明的实施例, 通过在移动终端设置并开启勿扰模式, 计算通信 发起方的本次通讯时刻和上一次通讯时刻的时间间隔 , 才艮据该时间间隔判断 是否小于预设的阔值, 若为是, 则屏蔽移动终端设置的勿扰模式, 发出振动 和 /或铃声提醒, 若为否, 禁止移动终端发出振动和 /或铃声提醒, 并向处于在 线状态的该通讯请求发起方对应的通讯软件账号发出提示信息, 以通知通讯 请求发起方移动终端已开启勿扰模式, 这样可有效解决现有技术中移动终端 开启勿扰模式后错过通讯请求发起方重要信息的情况。
参见图 8 , 为本发明实施例的一种控制移动终端的装置的又一结构示意 图, 装置 1 包括处理器 61、 存储器 62、 输入装置 63和输出装置 64, 装置 1 中的处理器 61的数量可以是一个或多个, 图 8以一个处理器为例。 本发明的 一些实施例中, 处理器 61、 存储器 62、 输入装置 63和输出装置 64可通过总 线或其他方式连接, 图 8中以总线连接为例。
其中, 存储器 62中存储一组程序代码, 且处理器 61用于调用存储器 62 中存储的程序代码, 用于执行以下操作:
接收通讯请求发起方发送的通讯请求, 计算接收到所述通讯请求的时刻 与接收到所述通讯请求发起方上一次通讯请求的时刻的时间间隔; 若所述时间间隔大于预设的阔值, 则对所述通讯请求不发出振动和 /或铃 在线的通讯软件账号发送提示信息, 所述提示信息用于表示所述移动终端处 于勿扰模式。
在本发明的一些实施例中, 处理器 61执行所述检测与所述通讯请求发起 方关联的通讯软件账号的在线状态, 向在线的通讯软件账号发送提示信息的 步骤具体为:
根据预置的映射关系查询所述通讯请求发起方对应的通讯软件账号; 若所述通讯请求发起方对应多个通讯软件账号, 检测每个通讯软件账号 的在线状态和预设的优先级;
向处于在线状态且优先级最高的通讯软件账号发送提示信息。
在本发明的一些实施例中, 处理器 61还用于执行:
若所述时间间隔小于预设的阔值时, 继续判断所述通讯请求是否为来电 请求, 若为是, 发出振动和 /或铃声提醒, 若为否, 不发出振动和 /或铃声提醒。
实施本发明的实施例, 通过在移动终端设置并开启勿扰模式, 计算通信 发起方的本次通讯时刻和上一次通讯时刻的时间间隔 , 才艮据该时间间隔判断 是否小于预设的阔值, 若为是, 则屏蔽移动终端设置的勿扰模式, 发出振动 和 /或铃声提醒, 若为否, 禁止移动终端发出振动和 /或铃声提醒, 并向处于在 线状态的该通讯请求发起方对应的通讯软件账号发出提示信息, 以通知通讯 请求发起方移动终端已开启勿扰模式, 这样可有效解决现有技术中移动终端 开启勿扰模式后错过通讯请求发起方重要信息的情况。
参见图 9和图 10 , 为本发明实施例的一种移动终端的呼叫装置的结构示 意图, 该呼叫装置 2包括内容配置模块 23、 来电请求模块 21和消息发送模块 22:
内容配置模块 23 , 用于预先设置所述通讯消息的内容。 来电请求模块 21 , 用于向被叫方的移动终端发起呼叫请求。
消息发送模块 22 , 用于当检测到所述被叫方的移动终端拒接所述呼叫请 使所述被叫方的移动终端根据所述通讯消息发出振动和 /或铃声提醒。
进一步优选的, 消息发送模块 22包括:
第二查询单元 221 ,根据预置的映射关系查询所述被叫方对应的通讯软件 账号;
第二检测单元 222 , 若所述被叫方对应多个通讯软件账号,检测每个通讯 软件账号的在线状态和预设的优先级;
第二发送单元 223 ,向处于在线状态且优先级最高的通讯软件账号发送提 示信息。
实施本发明的实施例, 通过主叫方的移动终端向被叫方的移动终端发起 来电请求, 当检测到被叫方的移动终端未处理该来电请求时, 向被叫方关联 的通讯软件账号发送通讯消息, 以使被叫方的移动终端根据该通讯消息屏蔽 自身设置的勿扰模式, 发出振动和 /或铃声提醒, 避免错过主叫方重要信息。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流 程, 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可存储于 一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各方法的实施 例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体( Read-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存 己忆体 ( Random Access Memory, RAM )等。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明一种较佳实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本 发明之权利范围, 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部 分流程, 并依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化, 仍属于发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims

权 利 要求 书
1、 一种控制移动终端的方法, 所述移动终端处于勿扰模式, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收通讯请求发起方发送的通讯请求, 计算接收到所述通讯请求的时刻与 接收到所述通讯请求发起方上一次通讯请求的时刻的时间间隔;
若所述时间间隔大于预设的阔值, 则对所述通讯请求不发出振动和 /或铃声 的通讯软件账号发送提示信息, 所述提示信息用于表示所述移动终端处于勿扰 模式。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述检测与所述通讯请求发起 方关联的通讯软件账号的在线状态, 向在线的通讯软件账号发送提示信息的步 骤包括:
根据预置的映射关系查询所述通讯请求发起方对应的通讯软件账号。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述检测与所述通讯请求发起 方关联的通讯软件账号的在线状态, 向在线的通讯软件账号发送提示信息的步 骤包括:
若所述通讯请求发起方对应多个通讯软件账号, 检测每个通讯软件账号的 在线状态和预设的优先级;
向处于在线状态且优先级最高的通讯软件账号发送提示信息。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
若所述时间间隔小于预设的阔值时, 继续判断所述通讯请求是否为来电请 求, 若为是, 发出振动和 /或铃声提醒, 若为否, 不发出振动和 /或铃声提醒。
5、 如权利要求 1-4任一种所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述通讯请求具体为: 来电请求、 短信息请求、 即时通讯信息请求、 邮件信息请求和推送信息请 求中的任一种。
6、 一种移动终端的呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
向被叫方的移动终端发起呼叫请求;
当检测到所述被叫方的移动终端拒接所述呼叫请求时, 向所述被叫方关联 的处于在线状态的通讯软件账号发送通讯消息, 以使所述被叫方的移动终端根 据所述通讯消息发出振动和 /或铃声提醒。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 所述当检测到所述被叫方 的移动终端拒接所述呼叫请求时, 向所述被叫方关联的处于在线状态的通讯软 件账号发送通讯消息的步骤包括:
根据预置的映射关系查询所述被叫方对应的通讯软件账号;
若所述被叫方对应多个通讯软件账号, 检测每个通讯软件账号的在线状态 和预设的优先级;
向处于在线状态且优先级最高的通讯软件账号发送提示信息。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 所述向被叫方的移动终端 发起呼叫请求的步骤之前, 还包括:
预先设置所述通讯消息的内容。
9、 如权利要求 6-8任一项所述的呼叫, 其特征在于, 所述通讯消息包括: 即时通讯消息、 短消息、 电子邮件或推送信息。
10、 一种控制移动终端的装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 计算模块, 接收通讯请求发起方发送的通讯请求, 计算接收到所述通讯请 求的时刻与接收到所述通讯请求发起方上一次通讯请求的时刻的时间间隔; 提醒模块, 用于若所述时间间隔大于预设的阔值, 则对所述通讯请求不发 线状态, 向在线的通讯软件账号发送提示信息, 所述提示信息用于表示所述移 动终端处于勿扰模式。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述提醒模块包括: 第一查询单元, 用于根据预置的映射关系查询所述通讯请求发起方对应的 通讯软件账号;
第一检测单元, 若所述通讯请求发起方对应多个通讯软件账号, 检测每个 通讯软件账号的在线状态和预设的优先级;
第一发送单元, 向处于在线状态且优先级最高的通讯软件账号发送提示信 息。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
过滤模块, 用于若所述时间间隔小于预设的阔值时, 继续判断所述通讯请 求是否为来电请求, 若为是, 发出振动和 /或铃声提醒, 若为否, 不发出振动和 / 或铃声提醒。
13、 如权利要求 10-12任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述通讯请求具体 为:
来电请求、 短信息请求、 即时通讯信息请求、 邮件信息请求和推送信息请 求中的任一种。
14、一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括如权利要求 10-13任一项所述的装置。
15、 一种移动终端的呼叫装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
来电请求模块, 向被叫方的移动终端发起呼叫请求;
消息发送模块, 当检测到所述被叫方的移动终端拒接所述呼叫请求时, 向 叫方的移动终端根据所述通讯消息发出振动和 /或铃声提醒。
16、如权利要求 15所述的呼叫装置, 其特征在于, 所述消息发送模块包括: 第二查询单元, 根据预置的映射关系查询所述被叫方对应的通讯软件账号; 第二检测单元, 若所述被叫方对应多个通讯软件账号, 检测每个通讯软件 账号的在线状态和预设的优先级;
第二发送单元, 向处于在线状态且优先级最高的通讯软件账号发送提示信 息。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的呼叫装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
内容配置模块, 用于预先设置所述通讯消息的内容。
18、 如权利要求 15-17任一项所述的呼叫装置, 其特征在于, 所述通讯消息 包括:
即时通讯消息、 短消息、 电子邮件或推送信息。
19、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括如权利要求 15-18任一项所述的呼叫 装置。
