本发明实施例的有益效果是:
本发明实施例提供的情景模式管理及状态通知方法、终端、网元及通信系统,终端可获取自身当前设置的情景模式并将获取的情景模式发给网络侧的目标网元;目标网元接收到终端发送的情景模式后对其进行保存,即可知道该终端当前所设置的情景模式以及对应的状态,然后该目标网元在接收到业务发起终端向该终端发起的业务请求后,即可根据该终端当前的情景模式向业务发起终端反馈终端的当前状态,以便于业务发起终端了解终端当前的 状态。可见,本发明实施例中终端在设置了情景模式后,可透传给网络侧的目标网元,且在业务处理过程中还可通过目标网元将对应的状态反馈给业务发起终端,提高了用户体验满意度。例如当用户通过业务发起终端向终端发起呼叫业务,而根据目标网元反馈的状态得知终端用户当前在开会时即可理解挂断呼叫,避免对终端用户的打扰,可同时提升主叫方和被叫方双方用户的体验。

本发明的实施方式
本发明实施例的终端可将自身当前设置的情景模式发送给网络侧的目标网元进行存储,以便目标网元获知该终端当前的情景模式以及对应的状态;当后续业务发起终端通过目标网元向终端发起业务请求时,目标网元则可根据该终端当前的情景模式向业务发起终端反馈终端当前的状态,以便于业务发起终端的用户做进一步操作策略的决定,例如放弃或继续当前业务。提升了用户体验的满意度。且应当理解的是,本发明实施例提供的方式适用于CS(Circuit Switched,电路交换)域网络(例如GSM(Global System for Mobile  Communication,全球移动通信系统)网络),PS(Packet Switch,分组交换)域网络(例如LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)网络)或者CS域网络和PS域网络交叉的网络。也即本发明实施例的中的目标网元既可以是CS域的网元,也可以是PS域的网元。下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一:
本实施例中,终端侧的情景模式管理方法请参见图1所示,包括:
步骤101:终端获取自身当前设置的情景模式;
本实施例中的情景模式包括标准、静音、家庭、会议、户外、飞行、寻呼机、离线、行车模式、振动中的至少一种;应当理解的是,其还可包括采用其他任意标准划分得到的情景模式;
步骤102:终端将得到的情景模式发给网络侧的目标网元。
本实施例中,终端可以主动将自身当前设置的情景模式推送给网络侧的目标网元,也可以根据目标网元发送的情景模式获取请求将自身当前设置的情景模式发送给目标网元,或者两种方式结合将情景模式发送给目标网元。也即,上述步骤101中终端获取自身当前的情景模式包括:
终端在检测到自身情景模式变化时,获取自身当前变化后的情景模式;
和/或,终端在接收到目标网元发送的情景模式获取请求时,获取自身当前设置的情景模式。
通过上述方式获取到自身当前设置的情景模式后再发给网络侧的目标网元进行保存。
在网络侧,目标网元接收到终端发送的情景模式后对其进行保存,保存时其可将情景模式与终端标识进行一一对应保存,以便于后续查询。然后在接收到业务发起终端向终端发起的业务请求后,查询到该终端当前的情景模式并据此提醒业务发起终端该终端当前的情景模式或状态。该过程请参见图2所示,包括:
步骤201:目标网元获取终端当前设置的情景模式并进行保存;
步骤202:目标网元接收业务发起终端向终端发起的业务请求;
步骤203:目标网元向业务发起终端反馈终端当前的情景模式,或根据终端当前的情景模式向业务发起终端反馈终端的当前状态。
其中,根据终端当前的情景模式向业务发起终端反馈终端的当前状态包括:
在预先设置的情景模式和状态之间的对应关系中,查找终端当前的情景模式对应的状态,将查找到的状态发生给业务发起终端。
本实施例中可针对特定的业务才执行上述图2所示的提醒过程,例如呼叫业务,也即业务发起终端向终端发起的业务请求包括呼叫业务请求时,才执行上述图2所示的提醒过程;也可包括短信业务、彩信业务、或者其他语音和/或视频业务等。
另外,本实施例中目标网元可以选择性的对业务发起终端进行提醒,例如当业务发起终端所发起的业务成功时,则不对业务发起终端进行提醒,业务发起终端所发起的业务失败时,才对业务发起终端进行提醒,这样可以提升业务处理效果,进一步提升业务处理的智能化。下面仍以呼叫业务为例进行示例说明,此时目标网元向业务发起终端反馈终端当前的情景模式,或根据终端的情景模式向业务发起终端反馈终端的当前状态之前,还包括:
目标网元判断终端是否接听了业务发起终端发送的呼叫请求,如果终端接听了业务发起终端发送的呼叫请求,则不向业务发起终端反馈终端当前的情景模式或终端的当前状态;如果终端没有接听业务发起终端发送的呼叫请求,则向该业务发起终端反馈终端当前的情景模式或终端当前的状态。
当然,本实施例中,目标网元也可以直接向业务发起终端进行提醒,而不管该业务发起终端发起的业务的执行结果。
应当理解的是,本实施例中的目标网元可以包括目标网元为归属位置寄存器、归属签约用户服务器中的至少一种。例如在CS域中目标网元具体设置为归属位置寄存器,在PS域中目标网元具体设置为归属签约用户服务器。
为了更好的理解本发明,本实施例下面结合几个具体的应用场景为示例,对本发明做进一步说明。
下面以第一终端、第二终端以及目标网元组成的通信系统进行说明。其 中第二终端为业务发起终端;第一终端在自身情景模式发生变化时通知目标网元进行同步更新,目标网元则在第二终端向第一终端发起业务请求时向第二终端进行提醒,该过程请参见图3所示,包括:
步骤301:第一终端设置情景模式为a,向网络侧目标网元发送情景模式为a的消息;
步骤302:目标网元接收第一终端发送的情景模式为a的消息并进行同步更新,然后向第一终端反馈情景模式修改成功的通知;
步骤303:第二终端通过目标网元向第一终端发起某种业务;
步骤304:目标网元根据第一终端的情景模式a向第二终端进行提示,提示第一终端当前的状态,其提示时可以将第一终端的情景模式a直接发给第二终端,也可以根据情景模式a向第二终端提示第一终端当前所处的状态。且该提示可以通过语音、文体或二者结合以及其他任意方式进行;
步骤305:第二终端根据目标网元的提示继续后续操作,可以是停止也可以是继续业务处理。
下面以第一终端设置情景模式为会议模式进行示例说明,请参见图4所示,包括:
步骤401:第一终端设置情景模式为会议模式,向网络侧目标网元发送情景模式为会议模式的消息;
步骤402:目标网元接收第一终端发送的情景模式为会议模式的消息并进行同步更新,然后向第一终端反馈情景模式修改成功的通知;
步骤403:第二终端通过目标网元向第一终端发起呼叫业务;
步骤404:目标网元判断第一终端是否接听,如是,转至步骤405;如果不是,转至步骤406;
步骤405:目标网元不向第二终端提示。
步骤406:目标网元通过语音向第二终端提示第一终端正在开会;
步骤407:第二终端根据该提示进行挂机,以避免打扰第一终端用户。
下面以第一终端设置情景模式为行车模式进行示例说明,请参见图5所 示,包括:
步骤501:第一终端设置情景模式为行车模式,向网络侧目标网元发送情景模式为会议模式的消息;
步骤502:目标网元接收第一终端发送的情景模式为行车模式的消息并进行同步更新,然后向第一终端反馈情景模式修改成功的通知;
步骤503:第二终端通过目标网元向第一终端发起呼叫业务;
步骤504:目标网元通过短线或者推送服务向第一终端发送呼叫请求,不干扰第一终端的正常驾驶;
步骤505:目标网元通过语音向第二终端提示第一终端正在开车;
步骤506:第二终端根据该提示进行挂机,以避免干扰第一终端用户开车。应当理解的是第二终端用户在需要马上联系到第一终端用户时也可继续呼叫。
可见,本实施例中网络侧的目标网元可以获取到终端当前的情景模式并据此提醒业务发起终端,以便业务发起终端获知终端的状态并决定后续操作的处理,能提升用户处理的满意度。
本发明实施例还提出了一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,计算机可执行指令用于执行上述描述的任意一个方法。
实施例二:
本实施例提供了一种通信系统,请参见图6所示,包括终端1和目标网元2;
终端1设置为获取自身当前设置的情景模式,将获取的情景模式发给网络侧的目标网元2;本实施例中的终端1可以是手机或其他移动终端,其情景模式包括标准、静音、家庭、会议、户外、飞行、寻呼机、离线、行车模式、振动中的至少一种;应当理解的是,其还可包括采用其他任意标准划分得到的情景模式;
目标网元2设置为获取终端当前设置的情景模式并进行更新或保存,接收业务发起终端向终端1发起的业务请求,向业务发起终端反馈终端1当前的情景模式,或根据终端1当前的情景模式向业务发起终端反馈终端1的当 前状态,以便于业务发起终端用户了解终端1状态以进行后续操作。
请参见图7所示,终端1包括:
情景模式获取模块11,设置为获取终端1当前设置的情景模式;
发送模块12,设置为将所述情景模式发送给目标网元2。
本实施例中,情景模式获取模块11是设置为主动将自身当前设置的情景模式推送给网络侧的目标网元,也可以根据目标网元发送的情景模式获取请求将自身当前设置的情景模式发送给目标网元,或者两种方式结合将情景模式发送给目标网元。
请参见图8所示,本实施例中的目标网元2包括:
接收模块21,设置为接收终端1发送的其当前设置的情景模式并进行保存,此处的保存为更新保存,也即对终端1的情景模式进行更新后保存;
业务处理模块22,设置为接收业务发起终端向终端1发起的业务请求;
提醒模块23,设置为向业务发起终端反馈终端当前的情景模式,或根据终端1当前的情景模式向业务发起终端反馈终端1的当前状态。
本实施例中提醒模块23可针对特定的业务才执行上述提醒过程,例如呼叫业务,也即业务发起终端向终端发起的业务请求为呼叫业务请求时,才执行上述提醒过程;此时业务处理模块22为呼叫业务处理模块,业务请求为呼叫请求。
应当理解的是,本实施例中业务也可为短信业务、彩信业务或者其他语音和/或视频业务等。
另外,本实施例中目标网元2可以选择性的对业务发起终端进行提醒,例如当业务发起终端所发起的业务成功时,则不对业务发起终端进行提醒,业务发起终端所发起的业务失败时,才对业务发起终端进行提醒,这样可以提升业务处理效果,进一步提升业务处理的智能化。此时目标网元2还包括判断模块24,设置为在提醒模块23向业务发起终端反馈终端当前的情景模式,或根据终端1当前的情景模式向业务发起终端反馈终端1的当前状态之前,判断终端1是否接听呼叫请求,如果终端1接听了业务发起终端发送的呼叫请求,通知提醒模块23不向业务发起终端反馈终端1当前的情景模式或 终端1的当前状态。
当然,本实施例中,目标网元2是设置为直接向业务发起终端进行提醒,而不管该业务发起终端发起的业务的执行结果。
应当理解的是,本实施例中的目标网元可以包括目标网元为归属位置寄存器、归属签约用户服务器中的至少一种。例如在CS域中目标网元具体设置为归属位置寄存器,在PS域中目标网元具体设置为归属签约用户服务器。
本实施例中网络侧的目标网元2可以获取到终端1当前的情景模式并据此提醒业务发起终端,以便业务发起终端获知终端1的状态并决定后续操作的处理,能提升用户处理的满意度。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件(例如处理器)完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,例如通过集成电路来实现其相应功能,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现,例如通过处理器执行存储与存储器中的程序/指令来实现其相应功能。本发明不限于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
以上内容是结合具体的实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

上述技术方案实现了网络侧或其他终端了解终端自身的情景模式的设置结果,从而提高了用户的体验度。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种终端情景模式管理方法,包括:
    终端获取自身当前设置的情景模式;
    终端将所述情景模式发给网络侧的目标网元。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的终端情景模式管理方法,其中,终端获取自身当前的情景模式包括:
    所述终端在检测到自身设置的情景模式变化时,获取自身当前变化后的情景模式;
    和/或,所述终端在接收到所述目标网元发送的情景模式获取请求时,获取自身当前设置的情景模式。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的终端情景模式管理方法,其中,所述情景模式包括标准、静音、家庭、会议、户外、飞行、寻呼机、离线、行车模式、振动中的至少一种。
  4. 一种终端状态通知方法,包括:
    目标网元通过如权利要求1-3任一项所述的终端情景模式管理方法获取终端当前设置的情景模式并进行保存;
    目标网元接收业务发起终端向所述终端发起的业务请求;
    目标网元向业务发起终端反馈终端当前的情景模式,或根据所述终端当前的情景模式向所述业务发起终端反馈所述终端的当前状态。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的终端状态通知方法,其中,所述业务请求包括呼叫请求。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的终端状态通知方法,还包括:
    所述目标网元向业务发起终端反馈终端当前的情景模式,或根据所述终端当前的情景模式向所述业务发起终端反馈所述终端的当前状态之前,判断所述终端是否接听所述呼叫请求,如果所述终端接听了所述业务发起终端发送的呼叫请求,则不向所述业务发起终端反馈所述终端当前的情景模式或所述终端的当前状态。
  7. 如权利要求4-6任一项所述的终端状态通知方法,其中,所述目标网元包括归属位置寄存器、归属签约用户服务器中的至少一种。
  8. 一种终端,包括:
    情景模式获取模块,设置为获取终端当前设置的情景模式;
    发送模块,设置为将所述情景模式发送给目标网元。
  9. 一种目标网元,包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收终端发送的当前设置的情景模式并进行保存;
    业务处理模块,设置为接收业务发起终端向所述终端发起的业务请求;
    提醒模块,设置为向业务发起终端反馈终端当前的情景模式,或根据所述终端当前的情景模式向所述业务发起终端反馈所述终端的当前状态。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的目标网元,其中,所述业务处理模块包括呼叫业务处理模块,所述业务请求包括呼叫请求。
  11. 如权利要求9或10所述的目标网元,还包括:
    判断模块,设置为在所述提醒模块向业务发起终端反馈终端当前的情景模式,或根据所述终端当前的情景模式向所述业务发起终端反馈所述终端的当前状态之前,判断所述终端是否接听所述呼叫请求,如果所述终端接听了所述业务发起终端发送的呼叫请求,通知所述提醒模块不向所述业务发起终端反馈所述终端当前的情景模式或所述终端的当前状态。
  12. 一种通信系统,包括权利要求8所述的终端和权利要求9-11任一项所述的目标网元;
    所述终端设置为获取自身当前设置的情景模式,将所述情景模式发给网络侧的目标网元;
    所述目标网元设置为获取所述终端当前设置的情景模式并进行保存,接收业务发起终端向所述终端发起的业务请求,向业务发起终端反馈终端当前的情景模式,或根据所述终端当前的情景模式向所述业务发起终端反馈所述终端的当前状态。
