- Hydroxy terminated polysiloxanes having ester bonds of formula (6) were prepared by drying in a vacuum oven for 24 hours.
- the peaks of the methylene group of the polysiloxane observed at 2.6 ppm by H-NMR and the hydrogen peak of the benzene ring of TCL at 8.35 ppm and the hydrogen peak of the benzene ring of polysiloxane observed at 6.75 to 7.35 ppm were observed. It was confirmed.
- a condenser was installed in a 500 mL three-necked flask, and 22.52 g (0.01 mol) of PMS-25 (see Table 1 below) of Damipolychem Co., Ltd. was dissolved in 100 ml of toluene under a nitrogen atmosphere, followed by 1.01 g of triethylamine (TEA) catalyst ( 0.01 mol) was added. While the solution was refluxed, 0.97 g (0.005 mol) of phenyl phosphonic dichloride was slowly added for 1 hour and refluxed for 5 hours. After removing the solvent toluene of the reaction solution, the phosphate-containing hydroxy-terminated polysiloxane of the formula (7) was prepared by drying in a vacuum oven for 24 hours.

- the reactant passed through the tubular reactor was subjected to an interfacial reaction in a nitrogen environment for about 10 minutes to prepare an oligomeric polycarbonate having a viscosity average molecular weight of about 1,000.
- 215 mL of the organic phase and 322 mL of an aqueous phase were collected from the mixture containing the oligomeric polycarbonate prepared above, 1.383 g (9.21 mmol, 3.5 mol% of bisphenol A) and p-tert-butylphenol (PTBP), tetrabutylammonium chloride ( tetrabutyl ammonium chloride, TBACl) 0.731g (2.63mmol, 1 mol% based on bisphenol A), 15% by weight of triethylamine (TEA) 0.1mL and reacted for 30 minutes, branched polycarbonate Oligomeric solution was prepared.

- a polysiloxane-branched polycarbonate block copolymer was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1, except that 2.1 g (3.5 wt% based on bisphenol A) of the polysiloxane compound of Formula 6 was used.

Claims (13)
- 하기 화학식 1의 히드록시 말단 폴리실록산과 분지상 폴리카보네이트 블록을 반복단위로 포함하는 폴리실록산-분지상 폴리카보네이트 블록 공중합체:[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서,R1은 독립적으로, 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, 히드록시기, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 알콕시기 또는 아릴기를 나타내고,R2는 독립적으로, 탄소수 1 내지 13의 탄화수소기 또는 히드록시기를 나타내며,R3는 독립적으로, 탄소수 2 내지 8의 알킬렌기를 나타내고,m은 독립적으로, 0 내지 4의 정수를 나타내며,n은 독립적으로 1 내지 200의 정수를 나타내고,A는 하기 화학식 2 또는 3의 구조를 나타내며,[화학식 2]상기 화학식 2에서,X는 Y 또는 NH-Y-NH이고, 여기서, Y는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 선형 또는 분지형 지방족기, 사이클로알킬렌기, 또는 할로겐 원자, 알킬기, 알콕시기, 아릴기 또는 카르복실기로 치환된 또는 비치환된 탄소수 6 내지 30의 단핵 또는 다핵의 아릴렌기를 나타내며,[화학식 3]상기 화학식 3에서,R4는 탄소수 6 내지 30의 방향족 또는 방향족/지방족 혼합형 탄화수소기를 나타내거나, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 지방족 탄화수소기를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, A가 화학식 2의 구조를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실록산-분지상 폴리카보네이트 블록 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, A가 화학식 3의 구조를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실록산-분지상 폴리카보네이트 블록 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분지상 폴리카보네이트 블록은, 분지상 폴리카보네이트 올리고머를 상기 화학식 1의 히드록시 말단 실록산과 반응시킴으로써 공중합체 내에 도입된 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리실록산-분지상 폴리카보네이트 블록 공중합체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 분지상 폴리카보네이트 올리고머는 올리고머성 폴리카보네이트에 분지제를 투입하여 반응시켜 제조된 것이거나, 또는 2가 페놀류 화합물 및 포스겐을 분지제와 함께 혼합하는 포스겐법으로 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리실록산-분지상 폴리카보네이트 블록 공중합체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 분지제는 하이드록시기(-OH), 카르복시기(-COOH), 아미노기(-NH2), 산할로겐(-COCI) 및 포밀기(-CHO)로 이루어진 그룹에서 독립적으로 선택된 분지화 작용기를 3개 이상 갖는 유기 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실록산-분지상 폴리카보네이트 블록 공중합체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 분지상 폴리카보네이트 올리고머의 제조에 사용된 2가 페놀류 화합물 양을 100 mol%로 기준하여, 0.001 ~ 15 mol%의 분지제가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실록산-분지상 폴리카보네이트 블록 공중합체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 분지상 폴리카보네이트 올리고머의 점도평균분자량이 800 내지 20,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실록산-분지상 폴리카보네이트 블록 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 1의 히드록시 말단 폴리실록산 : 분지상 폴리카보네이트 블록의 함량비가 중랑비로 50~99:50~1인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실록산-분지상 폴리카보네이트 블록 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 15,000 내지 200,000의 점도평균분자량(Mv)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실록산-분지상 폴리카보네이트 블록 공중합체.
- 분지상 폴리카보네이트 올리고머를 제조하는 단계; 및제조된 분지상 폴리카보네이트 올리고머와, 하기 화학식 1의 히드록시 말단 폴리실록산을 공중합하는 단계를 포함하는, 폴리실록산-분지상 폴리카보네이트 블록 공중합체의 제조방법:[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서,R1은 독립적으로, 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, 히드록시기, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 알콕시기 또는 아릴기를 나타내고,R2는 독립적으로, 탄소수 1 내지 13의 탄화수소기 또는 히드록시기를 나타내며,R3는 독립적으로, 탄소수 2 내지 8의 알킬렌기를 나타내고,m은 독립적으로, 0 내지 4의 정수를 나타내며,n은 독립적으로 1 내지 200의 정수를 나타내고,A는 하기 화학식 2 또는 3의 구조를 나타내며,[화학식 2]상기 화학식 2에서,X는 Y 또는 NH-Y-NH이고, 여기서, Y는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 선형 또는 분지형 지방족기, 사이클로알킬렌기, 또는 할로겐 원자, 알킬기, 알콕시기, 아릴기 또는 카르복실기로 치환된 또는 비치환된 탄소수 6 내지 30의 단핵 또는 다핵의 아릴렌기를 나타내며,[화학식 3]상기 화학식 3에서,R4는 탄소수 6 내지 30의 방향족 또는 방향족/지방족 혼합형 탄화수소기를 나타내거나, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 지방족 탄화수소기를 나타낸다.
- 제11항에 있어서, 분지상 폴리카보네이트 올리고머가 올리고머성 폴리카보네이트에 분지제를 투입하여 반응시켜 제조되거나, 또는 2가 페놀류 화합물 및 포스겐을 분지제와 함께 혼합하는 포스겐법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실록산-분지상 폴리카보네이트 블록 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리실록산-분지상 폴리카보네이트 블록 공중합체를 포함하는 성형품.
