Abstract
Description
本発明に係る曲面用フック1は、例えば、図2に示す実施形態のように、物を吊るす係止部(物を掛ける部分)5が設けられた本体部10と、平坦面、及び曲面(図示せず)に対して吸着可能な吸着部材を保持した吸着部20A~20Dと、を有している。
前記本体部50の中央には、円形凹所50aが形成されており、その部分に基台52が装着されるようになっている。円形凹所50aの中央には、挿通孔50bが形成されており、基台52に突出形成されたピン52bが挿入され、基台52は、裏側から保持部材57によって保持される。これにより、基台52は、本体部50に対し、360°回転可能に支持された状態となる。
例えば、係止部に吊るす物の重量によっては、本体部10,50や、吸着部20A~20D,60A~60Dが変形して剥がれ易くなるため、必要に応じて本体部に厚肉部を形成したり、吸着部と本体部との間の連結部分に補強部を形成したり、硬度の高い材料を用いる等、補強手段を用いることが好ましい。また、本体部や吸着部の形状や、各吸着部における吸着部材の保持の仕方等についても、適宜変形することが可能である。

Claims (10)
- 物を吊るす係止部が設けられた本体部と、
平坦面、及び曲面に対して吸着可能な吸着部材を保持した吸着部と、
を有する曲面用フックであって、
前記本体部と吸着部は、弾性を有する素材によって一体的に形成されるとともに、前記吸着部は、前記本体部に設けられる係止部の支持位置を中心として径方向に向けて複数個、突出形成されており、
前記本体部から複数個、突出形成されている前記吸着部は、前記係止部の支持位置を中心として、その周りに略等間隔で配置されており、
前記本体部、及び/又は、前記複数個の吸着部には、前記係止部の支持位置を通る直線を中心として、前記複数個の吸着部が屈曲可能となるように、前記直線の両サイドに対称となる薄肉厚部が形成されている、
ことを特徴とする曲面用フック。 - 前記複数個の吸着部は、それぞれの吸着部材が前記本体部の係止部の支持位置を中心とした任意円の円周上に配置されるように、前記本体部に一体形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の曲面用フック。
- 前記係止部は、前記本体部に対し、1つの面内で略90°回動可能に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の曲面用フック。
- 前記係止部は、前記本体部に対し、360°に亘って軸周りに回転可能に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の曲面用フック。
- 前記本体部に360°回転可能な基台を設け、前記係止部を基台に支持したことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の曲面用フック。
- 前記薄肉厚部は、前記直線の方向に沿った方向に指向する溝を有することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の曲面用フック。
- 前記薄肉厚部は、前記直線を中心として、両サイドに形成される凹部、又はテーパを有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の曲面用フック。
- 前記吸着部材は磁石であり、各吸着部の磁石はヨークに保持され、その吸着部分が前記係止部の支持位置を通る前記直線と平行となるように仕向けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の曲面用フック。
- 前記各吸着部には、開口が形成されており、前記磁石を保持したヨークは開口内に保持されて、蓋体によって閉塞されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の曲面用フック。
- 前記各吸着部には、前記蓋体と反対側に薄膜が一体形成されており、前記吸着部分は、薄膜を介して前記平坦面、及び曲面に吸着されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の曲面用フック。
