下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进 行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没 有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的 范围。
请参阅图 1及图 2, 本发明第一实施方式提供一种无线上网设备 100。 该无线上网设备 100用于连接至通信终端 200,以与该通信终端 200进行通 信。 需要说明的是, 本发明可以适用于任何安装有 USB连接器, 并且能够 读取用户卡的电子设备, 本发明以无线上网设备这一特定电子设备进行说 明, 但这并不构成本发明应用于无线上网设备以外的电子设备的限制。
该无线上网设备 100包括本体部 21及 USB(universal serial bus,通用串 行总线)连接器 22。 该本体部 21内设置有第一电路板 211。 该 USB连接器 22用于连接至该无线上网设备 100的本体部 21的第一电路板 211。该 USB 连接器 22设置于该本体部 21的一端。 该 USB连接器 22连接至该第一电 路板 211 , 以与该第一电路板 211 进行信号传输。 在其他实施方式中, 该 USB连接器 22还可用于连接至其他的电子设备的本体部的第一电路板,来 与第一电路板进行信号传输。
请继续参考图 3及图 4, 该 USB连接器 22包括基底 221、 USB信号引 脚 223、 用户卡安装部 225及用户卡数据信号引脚 226。 该 USB信号引脚 223设置于该基底 221的顶部 222。 该 USB信号引脚 223与该第一电路板 211电连接, 以进行 USB信号传输。该用户卡安装部 225设置于该基底 221 的底部 224, 以安装用户卡 300。 该顶部与该底部相对设置。 该用户数据信 号引脚 226设置于该用户卡安装部 225内。 该用户卡数据信号引脚 226与 该第一电路板 211 电连接, 以当该用户卡 300安装至该用户卡安装部 225 内时, 通过该用户卡数据信号引脚 226实现该用户卡 300与该第一电路板 211之间的用户卡数据信号传输。 在本实施方式中, 基底 221为塑胶体。 可 选的, 该基底 221也可以是该第一电路板 211延伸出来的电路板。
其中, 该第一电路板 211上设置有预设 USB信号引脚 212及预设用户 卡数据信号引脚 213。 该 USB连接器 22的 USB信号引脚 223连接至该预 设 USB信号引脚 212, 以进行 USB信号传输。 该 USB连接器 22的用户卡 数据信号引脚 226连接至该预设用户卡数据信号引脚 213 ,以进行用户卡数 据信号传输。 在本发明的实施例中, 该 USB信号引脚 223和用户卡数据信 号引脚 226可以通过该第一电路板 211暴露在外的信号线路连接到该第一 电路板 211上的电子元件, 也可以通过该第一电路板 211 的内部线路连接 到该第一电路板 211 上的电子元件, 还可以直接连接到该第一电路板 211 上的电子元件, 本发明对此不作限制。
请继续参考图 5 , 可选的, 该用户卡安装部 225为凹槽。 该凹槽是由该 基底 221的底部 224向内凹陷形成的。 当该用户卡 300安装至所述凹槽内 时,该用户卡 300的数据信号引脚与所述凹槽内的用户卡数据信号引脚 226 电连接。
具体地, 该凹槽的第一侧壁与该凹槽的底壁 2254之间的夹角为钝角, 以引导该用户卡 300进入或退出该凹槽。 该第一侧壁对应该豁口 234。
在本实施方式中, 该用户卡数据信号引脚 226为导电弹片。 当该用户 卡 300安装与该用户卡安装部 225内时, 该导电弹片抵顶该用户卡 30的数 据信号引脚, 以与该用户卡 300电连接。 其中, 该导电弹片为半球型弹片。 在其他实施方式中, 该第一数据卡信号引脚 226 可以为其他形状的导电弹 片 (如弯脚导电弹片)。 请继续参考图 6及图 7 , 本发明第二实施方式提供一种无线上网设备。 该第二实施方式提供的无线上网设备与第一实施方式提供的无线上网设备 100相似, 其两者的区别在于: 在第二实施方式中, 该安装部为用户卡卡座 201。 该用户卡卡座 201通过基底 202电连接至该第一电路板 211 , 以使该 用户卡 300通过该用户卡卡座 201及该基底 221与该第一电路板 211进行 用户卡数据传输。
具体地, 该基底 221为由该第一电路板 211延伸出的第二电路板。 该 用户卡卡座 201 固定于该第二电路板的底部, 并与该第二电路板电连接。 该第二电路板的底部位于该用户卡卡座 201的两侧设置有定位块 203 ,以对 该用户卡卡座 201进行定位。
该用户卡数据信号引脚 226设置于该用户卡卡座 201上, 以对应该用 户卡 300上的相应数据信号引脚。当该用户卡 300安装于该用户卡卡座 201 上时, 该用户卡数据信号引脚连接至该用户卡 300上的相应数据信号引脚, 从而使该用户卡 300通过该第二电路板与该第一电路板 211进行用户卡数 据信号传输。
可选的, 在本发明的以上实施例中, 该 USB连接器 22还包括第一外 壳 23。 该第一外壳 23包覆该基底 221的底部 224及两侧 2211 , 以当该用 户卡 300安装于该用户卡安装部 225内时, 对该用户卡 300进行辅助定位。 该用户卡数据信号引脚 226设置于该凹槽 225的底壁 2254上。 当该用户卡 300安装于该凹槽 225内时,该用户卡数据信号引脚 226与该用户卡 300的 相应引脚电连接, 从而使该用户卡 300与该第一电路板 211进行用户卡数 据信号传输。
具体地, 该第一外壳 23包括定位部 232及由该定位部 232两侧弯折向 上延伸出的第一连接部 233及第二连接部 234。该第一连接部 233及该第二 连接部 234固定在该基底 221的两侧 2211。
请继续参考图 8, 可选的, 该固定部 232的第一端开设有豁口 234。 当 该用户卡 300安装于该用户卡安装部 225内时, 该用户卡 300部分对应该 豁口 234。 通过抽拔该用户卡 300对应该豁口 234的部分来将该用户卡 300 抽出该用户卡安装部 225。 可选的, 该第一外壳 23的固定部 232上还设置有驱动口 236。 当该用 户卡 300安装于该用户卡安装部 225内时, 该用户卡 300部分对应该驱动 口 236。通过该驱动口 236驱动与该驱动口 236对应的用户卡 300使该用户 卡 300脱离该用户卡安装部 225。
该 USB连接器 22还可以包括第二外壳 24。该第二外壳 24罩覆在该基 底 221的顶部 222, 从而使该基底 221的顶部 222与该第二外壳 24围成收 容空间 25 , 以收容及连接另一 USB连接器的连接部, 从而进行 USB信号 的传输。 该第二外壳 24包括限位部 241及由该限位部 241的两端弯折延伸 出的第三连接部 242及第四连接部 243。该第三连接部 242的端部设置在该 第一连接部 233的端部上。 该第四连接部 243的端部设置在该第二连接部 234的端部上。
请继续参考图 9及图 10, 可选地, 该 USB信号引脚 223弯折延伸出该 USB连接器 22的连接处 30 , 形成 USB信号焊接引脚 227 , 以与该第一电 路板 211进行连接。 该用户卡数据信号引脚 226延伸出所述 USB连接器的 连接处, 形成用户卡数据信号焊接引脚 229, 以与该第一电路板 211进行连 接。 该 USB信号焊接引脚 227与该用户卡数据信号焊接引脚 229可以分布 在同一水平面上, 来减小了该 USB连接器 22的厚度。 该 USB信号焊接引 脚 227与该数据卡信号焊接引脚 229也可以不分布在同一水平面上。 如该 USB信号焊接引脚 227与该用户卡数据信号焊接引脚 229可以分布双排设 置, 从而减少了该 USB连接器 22的宽度。 即该 USB信号焊接引脚 227与 该用户卡数据信号焊接引脚 229的设置方式可以根据实际需要进行调整。
在其他实施方式中, 该 USB连接器 22还可以包括连接线路 228。 该用 户卡数据信号引脚 226连接至该连接线路 228的第一端。 该连接线路 228 的第二端伸出该 USB连接器 22的连接处 30, 形成用户卡数据信号焊接引 脚 229 , 以与该第一电路板 211进行连接。
在本发明的实施方式中, 可选的, 该无线上网设备 100为无线上网卡。 该用户卡 300为 NANO SIM卡。该 NANO SIM卡的长度为 12.3mm ± 0.1mm。 该 NANO SIM卡的宽度为 8.8mm士 0.1mm。 该 NANO SIM卡的厚度约为 0.65mm。 该 USB连接器的长度为 14mm。 该 USB连接器的宽度为 12mm。 该 USB连接器的厚度为 4.5mm。
在上述实施方式中, 该无线上网设备 100的该 USB连接器 22包括基 底 221、 USB信号引脚 223、用户卡安装部 225及用户卡数据信号引脚 226。 该 USB信号引脚 223设置于该基底 221的顶部 222。 该 USB信号引脚 223 与该第一电路板 211电连接, 以进行 USB信号传输。 该用户卡安装部 225 设置于该基底 221的底部 224,以安装用户卡 300。该用户数据信号引脚 226 设置于该用户卡安装部 225上。 该用户卡数据信号引脚 226与该第一电路 板 211 电连接, 以当该用户卡 300安装至该用户卡安装部 225内时, 通过 该用户卡数据信号引脚 226实现该用户卡 300与该第一电路板 211之间的 用户卡数据信号传输。 因此, 该用户卡 300未安装于该本体部 21内, 而是 安装于该 USB连接器 22内, 因而节省了该本体部 21的空间, 从而减小了 该无线上网设备 100的尺寸, 实现了无线上网设备 100向小型化发展的目 的, 并且降低了无线上网设备 100内部发热对用户卡 300造成的影响。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种 USB 连接器, 用于连接至电子设备的本体部的第一电路板, 以与所述第一电路板进行信号传输, 其特征在于: 所述 USB连接器包括基 底、 USB信号引脚、 用户卡安装部及用户卡数据信号引脚, 所述 USB信号 弓 I脚设置于所述基底的顶部,所述 USB信号引脚与所述第一电路板电连接, 以进行 USB信号传输, 所述用户卡安装部设置于所述基底的底部, 以安装 用户卡, 所述用户卡数据信号引脚设置于所述用户卡安装部内, 所述用户 卡数据信号引脚与所述第一电路板电连接, 以当所述用户卡安装至所述安 装部内时, 通过所述用户卡数据信号引脚, 实现所述用户卡与所述第一电 路板之间的用户卡数据信号传输。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的 USB连接器, 其特征在于, 所述用户卡安装 部为 IHJ槽, 所述 IHJ槽由所述基底的底部向内 IHJ陷形成, 当所述用户卡安装 至所述 IHJ槽内时, 所述用户卡的数据信号引脚与所述 IHJ槽内的用户卡数据 信号引脚电连接。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的 USB连接器, 其特征在于, 所述用户卡信号 引脚为导电弹片, 当所述用户卡安装于所述 IHJ槽内时, 所述导电弹片抵顶 所述用户卡的数据信号引脚, 以与所述用户卡电连接。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的 USB连接器, 其特征在于, 所述用户卡安装 部为用户卡卡座, 所述用户卡卡座通过所述基底电连接至所述第一电路板, 以使所述用户卡通过所述用户卡卡座及所述基底与所述第一电路板进行用 户卡数据传输。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的 USB连接器, 其特征在于, 所述基底为由第 一电路板延伸出的第二电路板, 所述用户卡卡座固定于所述第二电路板的 底部, 并与所述第二电路板电连接。
6、 如权利要求 1-5项任一项所述的 USB连接器, 其特征在于, 所述 USB连接器还包括第一外壳, 所述第一外壳包覆所述基底的底部及两侧, 以当所述用户卡安装于所述用户卡安装部内时, 对所述用户卡进行辅助定 位。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的 USB连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第一外壳开 设有豁口, 当所述用户卡安装于所述用户卡安装部内时, 所述用户卡部分 对应所述豁口, 通过抽拔所述用户卡与所述豁口对应的部分来将所述用户 卡抽拔出所述用户卡安装部。
8、 如权利要求 6或 7所述的 USB连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第一外 壳上还设置有驱动口, 当所述用户卡安装于所述用户卡安装部内时, 所述 用户卡部分对应所述驱动口, 通过所述驱动口驱动所述用户卡与所述驱动 口对应的部分使所述用户卡脱离所述用户卡安装部。
9、 如权利要求 1-8项任一项所述的 USB连接器, 其特征在于, 所述 USB连接器还包括第二外壳, 所述第二外壳罩覆在所述基底的顶部, 从而 使所述基底的顶部与所述第二外壳围成收容空间。
10、 如权利要求 1-9项任一项所述的 USB连接器, 其特征在于, 所述 USB信号引脚延伸出所述 USB连接器的连接处, 形成 USB信号焊接引脚, 以与该第一电路板进行连接, 所述用户卡数据信号引脚延伸出所述 USB连 接器的连接处, 形成用户卡数据信号焊接引脚, 以与所述第一电路板进行 连接, 所述 USB信号焊接引脚与所述用户卡数据信号焊接引脚分布在同一 水平面上或双排分布。
11、 一种无线上网设备, 包括本体部及如权利要求 1-10任一项所述的 USB连接器, 所述 USB连接器设置于所述本体部的一端。
