可以看出, 本发明实施例公开的无线终端设备, 通过将用户卡卡座 31 固定在外壳 32 , 从而将用户卡卡座 31与主板 33在空间上隔离, 利用空气 作为良好的隔热介质, 从而有效防止用户卡受热变形, 而不再像现有技术 中那样, 用户卡卡座 31与主板 33的物理连接导致主板 33上的发热量大 量传导到用户卡卡座 31 上, 导致用户卡发热变形。 同时本发明实施例的 用户卡卡座 31不再设置在主板 33上, 可以有效节省主板空间, 降低无线 终端设备的尺寸。 另外, 本发明实施例中, 也不需要副板等其他部件固定 用户卡卡座 31 , 可以进一步降低成本, 空间占用更低。
其中, 用户卡卡座 31可用于插入 SIM卡、 USIM卡等用户卡。 主板
33可以是印刷电路板( Printed circuit board, PCB ) , 主板 33上可以承载 发热器件 38 ,发热器件 38包括 USB调制解调器在工作时发热量较大的器 件如基带芯片、 射频芯片等。 该 USB调制解调器还可以包括 USB头 37 , 天线 36等部件, USB头 37和天线 36分别与主板 33连接。 用户卡卡座 31与主板 33之间有一定的空间, 用户卡卡座 31与主板 33之间通过低导 热方式电气连接, 实现用户卡卡座 31与主板 33之间的信号交互。 该低导 热方式的连接, 可以是 FPC或者线缆或者顶针或者弹片的连接方式,相较 于副板直接安装在主板上, 或者副板与主板通过板对板连接器这样的连接 方式, 低导热方式的连接的接触面小, 导热量低。 可选的, 用户卡卡座 31可以通过 FPC35或者线缆与该主板 33连接, 以 实现用户卡卡座 31与主板 33之间的信号交互。 FPC35或者线缆可以焊接到 该主板和该用户卡卡座上, 或者该 FPC35或者该线缆可以通过连接器, 与 该主板和该用户卡卡座连接。 用户卡卡座 31也可以通过弹片或者顶针与该 主板连接,在此不再赘述。
可选的, 如图 11所示, 该外壳 32可以向内延伸出第二挡块 39 , 该第 二挡块 39阻挡用户卡卡座 31 , 并将该用户卡卡座 31 固定在外壳 32。 可选的, 如图 10所示, 该用户卡卡座 31 可以与外壳 32通过双面胶
34或胶水粘连, 以固定在该外壳 32。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种无线终端设备, 其特征在于, 包括: 用户卡卡座、 主板、 副 板、 外壳, 其中, 所述主板、 所述副板和所述用户卡卡座位于所述外壳内, 所述用户卡卡座设置在所述副板上, 所述副板固定在所述外壳, 以使所述 用户卡卡座与所述主板在空间上分离, 所述副板与所述主板使用低导热方 式连接。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的无线终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述副板固定 在所述外壳, 具体为, 所述外壳内部设有第一挡块, 所述第一挡块固定所 述副板。
3、 如权利要求 1 所述的无线终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述副板固定 在所述外壳, 具体为, 所述副板与所述外壳粘连, 以使所述副板固定在所 述外壳上。
4、 如权利要求 1 所述的无线终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述副板固定 在所述外壳, 具体为, 所述副板通过螺钉或者热熔柱或者卡扣固定在所述 外壳。
5、 如权利要求 1 所述的无线终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述副板固定 在所述外壳, 具体为, 所述用户卡卡座与所述外壳粘连, 所述副板通过所 述用户卡卡座固定在所述外壳。
6、 如权利要求 1至 5任意一项所述的无线终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述副板与所述主板使用低导热方式连接, 具体为, 所述副板通过 FPC、 线缆、 顶针或弹片与所述主板连接。
7、 如权利要求 1至 6任意一项所述的无线终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述无线终端设备为 USB调制解调器、 手机、 平板电脑或无线路由器。
8、 一种无线终端设备, 其特征在于, 包括: 用户卡卡座、 主板、 外 壳, 其中, 所述主板和所述用户卡卡座位于所述外壳内, 所述用户卡卡座 固定在所述外壳, 以使所述用户卡卡座与所述主板在空间上分离, 所述用 户卡卡座与所述主板使用低导热方式连接。
9、 如权利要求 8 所述的无线终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述用户卡卡 座固定在所述外壳, 具体为:
所述用户卡卡座与所述外壳粘连; 或,
所述外壳内部设有第二挡块, 所述第二挡块固定所述用户卡卡座。
10、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的无线终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述用户 卡卡座与所述主板使用低导热方式连接, 具体为, 所述用户卡卡座通过 FPC或者线缆或者顶针或者弹片与所述主板连接。
11、 如权利要求 8至 10任意一项所述的无线终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述无线终端设备为 USB调制解调器、 手机、 平板电脑或无线路由器。
