TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention is related to chemical spraying slubbing system enabling the fabric woven from slub warp yarn or yarn without slubs to have a different appearance as a result of several applications performed on said warp yarn before or after dyeing.
The present invention is especially related to slubbing system that removes the indigo dye on the yarn by spraying chemical substance onto the warp yarn that is in the form of rope, or provides the yarn with different appearances in accordance with the content of chemical substance and the application way, and that can be used in both continuous warp and rope dyeing machines and in all machines used for fabric finishing processes and in yarn hank dyeing processes.
STATE OF ART
In the state of art, the warp yarn is divided into two groups; slub yarn or yarn without slubs. The yarn without slubs is not an effective yarn due to its nature. The fabric obtained from a flat yarn without slubs has a simple appearance. However, slub yarn is preferred more than the yarn without slubs. The reason is that the slub yarn gains a different and beautiful appearance when transformed into fabric. The applications performed while slubs are created have lower effect on the quality of slub yarn when compared to the yarn without slubs. Moreover, additional washing is required for pants or sewed clothing products in order to obtain effects on slub yarns during denim manufacture.
In the present systems, the denim fabric woven with slub yarns manufactured is subjected to mechanic processes such as sanding and stone washing after the manufacturing process and the indigo dye on the slubs of the yarn is removed. All of said processes increase the costs of the products.
As a result of the need for new embodiments that will eliminate the above mentioned disadvantages and offer new solutions for the present systems, the slubbing system that sprays chemical substances onto warp yarns without requiring mechanic processes and provides the desired appearance and effects, has been developed. OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is related to chemical spraying slubbing system that meets the above mentioned requirements, eliminates all the disadvantages and offers additional advantages.
An object of the present invention is to achieve slub yarn appearance by spraying chemical substance to flat warp yarn without slubs.
Another object of the present invention is to obtain warp yarn that has the same quality with the flat yarn without slubs and has various effects such as slub yarn unlike the warp yarn.
Another object of the present invention is to use the final product without additional washing during the manufacture process. Another object of the present invention is to remove the indigo dye . s■ o , ,n :- the - yarn by using chemical substances that may have different properties and to create white spots on the yarn. Another object of the present invention is to eliminate the need for processes such as abrasion, washing and sanding in the denim products after the manufacture and to achieve said effects before weaving.
Another object of the present invention is to achieve colors, different effects and appearances on the yarn in accordance with the sprayed chemical.
In order to achieve all the advantages mentioned above and to be understood from the detailed description below, the present invention is slubbing system that removes the indigo dye on the yarn by spraying chemical substance onto the slub warp yarn or yarn without slubs before or after dyeing or provides the yarn with different appearances in accordance with the content of chemical substance and the application way, and comprises;
a chemical supply tank in which chemical substance that will be sprayed onto the yarn is stored,
valves ordered reciprocally and collaterally on two parallel pipe fittings,
nozzles provided at the end of each valve and narrowing the outlet for spraying,
at least one pump that draws the chemical substance from the supply tanks, pressurizes thereof and enables the chemical substance to be discharged by means of pipe fittings through the nozzles at the end of the valves,
control panel regulating the switching on/off of the system and the operation of the pump, • electric connection cables transferring the data input through said control panel and the power required for the operation of the system to the pump and the valves. FIGURES

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the chemical spraying slubbing system (1) according to the present invention are described only for the subject to be understood better without any limiting effect.
The present invention is related to chemical spraying slubbing system (1) enabling the fabric to have a different appearance as a result of several applications performed on slub warp yarn or yarn without slubs before or after dyeing. The schematic view of the chemical spraying slubbing system
(1 ) according to the present invention is given in Figure 1 . Accordingly, the main function of the present system (1 ) is to remove the dyes on the yarn by spraying chemical substance onto the yarn or to provide the yarn with different appearances. As can be seen on the scheme in Figure 1 , the slubbing system (1 ) fulfilling said function comprises valves (3) ordered reciprocally and collaterally on two parallel piping fittings (9) and nozzles (4) provided at the end of said valves (3). Said valves (3) are solenoid valves. One end of piping fittings (9) extends towards the chemical supply tank (5). Said chemical supply tank (5) comprises chemical substance therein, which is supplied to the system (1 ) and performs the desired changes on the product by affecting the yarn. Pump (6) is used in the system (1 ) in order for the chemical in the chemical supply tank (5) to be pressurized and to be sprayed by means of nozzles (4) at the end of the valves (3). Drain line (7) is provided at the bottom of the supply tank (5). When required, the chemical substance within the supply tank (5) is discharged through said drain line (7).
The mechanic and electronic controls of valves (3) and pump (6) are performed by means of control panel (2) in the chemical spraying slubbing system (1 ) according to the present invention. The spraying formula is adjusted by means of the information screen (2.1 ) on said control panel (2). Moreover, switchgear (2.2) that switches on and off the system (1 ) and the relays (2.3) controlling the valves (3) are also provided on the control panel
(2) . Control panel (2) is connected to valves (3) and pump (6) by means of electric connection cables (8). The operation principle of the chemical spraying slubbing system (1) according to the present invention is as follows:
Firstly, the switchgear (2.2) on the control panel (2) is turned on and the system (1) is provided with energy. Then, the spraying formula to be applied on the yarn is entered through the information screen (2.1). The valves (3) are ordered by means of the relays (2.3) on the control panel (2) in accordance with the spraying formula input. When the rope that will be processed, arrives the dye vessel, the chemical substance in the supply tank (5) is drawn by means of pump (6) and pressurized. While the rope is passing through the spraying area (10), the valves (3) are opened at certain intervals in accordance with the spraying formula input through the control panel (2) and the pressurized chemical substance passing through the nozzles (4) at the end of the valves (3) is sprayed onto the warp yarn in the form of rope. Therefore, the chemical substance sprayed onto the warp yarn provides a different appearance on the yarn. After the spraying process is completed, the chemical substance in the chemical substance tank (5) is discharged from the tank (5) by means of drain line (7).
The chemical substance used in the chemical spraying slubbing system (1) according to the present invention is especially used for removing the indigo dye. The dye is removed in accordance with the spraying formula input by means of information screen (2.1) and the weaving yarn is provided with the same appearance before weaving without the need for the processes such as abrasion, washing and sanding applied after the weaving. The slubbing system (1) both removes the dye and provides the yarn with different appearances in accordance with the chemical sprayed onto the yarn. Then, said yarns are woven and different appearances are obtained on the resulting fabric.
The chernical spraying slubbing system (1) according to the present invention can be used in both continuous warp and rope dyeing machines in textile industry, in all machines used for fabric finishing processes and in yarn hank dyeing processes. The slubbing system (1) integrated to said textile machines is applied to the yarn while the warp yarns are being processed in their routine process (rope dyeing), and various effects are achieved on the yarn. Therefore, the fabric obtained by weaving said yarns is provided with a different appearance.
