Description
DESCRIPTION
SERVO MOTOR ROTATION SYSTEM
TECHNICAL FIELD
This invention relates to a servo motor rotation system that is used for cleaning the corners of PVC (polyvinylchloride) frames, and provides the process to be automatically controlled and to be performed rapidly. PRIOR ART
Today, in the present systems, the cleaning process is performed by rotating the welded frames by means of a pneumatic system giving the corners to the cleaning machine.
In the operations performed by the method mentioned above, stable rotation movement cannot be provided in different sizes of frames. Due to the attempt to rotate in the pneumatic system, while rotating the frame that is large and getting heavier, the compressed air strives to control rotating at different speeds and this causes noise pollution together with knocking operation.
Before introducing the frame to the corner cleaning machine, the rotation should have been completed and this method increases the processing time. Because of this, time loss in production indirectly causes more work loss.
The present invention removes the disadvantages mentioned above.
The present invention is related to a servo motor rotation system that is used for cleaning the corners of PVC (polyvinylchloride) frames, and provides for the process to be automatically controlled and to be performed rapidly.
In the present invention, frames, through information in the cleaning machine, feed the small frames to the cleaning machine by means of the servo-controlled
rotating system, by rotating small frames quickly and by rotating large frames with different variable speeds.
In the present invention, a serial production can be realized saving time and without waiting by introducing small frames fast (1 sec), and large frames at controlled variable speeds ( 1.5 - 4 sec.) to the corner cleaning machine by means of the rotating system in the invention. Due to mass production, unnecessary loss of work and labor is avoided. Also, the present invention can be used to obtain cutting at different angles in cutting machines.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION PF DRAWINGS
Figure 1. Overview of the present invention DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a servo motor rotating system that is comprised of rotating handle (1), threaded rod (2), threaded rod nut (3), servo motor (4), bearing part (5) and pressing part (6).
In the present invention, the rotating handle (1) is the part that acts for rotation. The bearing part (5) is as mounted on the system.
In the present invention, the threaded rod (2) is the part that acts for the transmission of the movement from the servo motor (4) to the threaded rod nut (3). In the present invention, the threaded rod nut (3) is the part that acts for the transmission of the movement from the threaded rod (2) to the rotating handle (1).
In the present invention, the servo motor (4) acts for the power production necessary for rotation in the system.
In the present invention, the bearing part (5) acts for bearing the rotating handle (1) to provide for the rotation system to run smoothly (trouble-free, without compressing). In the present invention, the pressing part (6) helps the frame to rotate by means of the movement from the rotating handle (1).
The assembly and operating principal of the present invention is; In the present invention, the servo motor (4) and the threaded rod (2) are connected on to a body and are assembled to each other by the bearing elements and coupler. This assembled group is connected to the robot arm body that carries the system with bearing elements. The rotating handle (1) is the part that is embedded into the robot arm body by the rotating threaded rod (1) and connected pressing part (6) group with the bearing elements.
In the rotating system, the threaded rod (2) transmits the rotation drive taken from the servo motor (4) to the threaded rod nut (3) without loss. The fixed threaded rod nut (3) transmits the force from the servo motor (4) by parabolic motion due to the connection geometry with the rotating handle (1) in the bearing elements (5) and provides for the frame to be rotated.
