Note that the number of times the user has tried the product before purchase may be registered in the purchase reason analysis table.
- the control unit 211 may estimate that the user has decided to purchase the product before visiting the store. Further, the control unit 211 may estimate the purchase reason from the acoustic data registered in the trial data. For example, when a user who has possessed the product A and has not performed an operation purchases the product A, if the sound data includes voices such as “light” and “small”, the control unit In 211, the weight (lightness) and size of the product A are estimated as the reason for purchase. Also in this case, the control unit 211 may store the specifications of the purchased product and the weight and size of other products in the purchase reason analysis table. In addition, even if the user repeatedly performs various operations, since the function or operation of interest is often reconfirmed at the end, the control unit 211 purchases the last operation performed by the user. May be stored in the purchase reason analysis table.
- step S209 the control unit 211 determines whether or not all the extracted data has been analyzed. If the determination is negative, the process returns to step S203. If the determination is positive, the process proceeds to step S211.
- the control unit 211 counts the analysis data registered in the purchase reason analysis table (FIG. 8B), and outputs the count result in step S213. For example, the control unit 211 aggregates the purchase reasons for each product and user attribute, ranks the purchase reasons, and displays them on the display unit 207 or prints them from a printer (not shown).

プログラムを流通させる場合には、例えば、そのプログラムが記録されたDVD(Digital Versatile Disc)、CD-ROM(Compact Disc Read Only Memory)などの可搬型記録媒体の形態で販売される。
