또한, 리퍼러 검색어는 상기 B 사이트로 이동하기 전에 B 사이트의 하이퍼링크를 검색하기 위해 입력한 단어를 의미한다.
아울러, 상기 리퍼러 검색어에 매칭된 URL 정보는 리퍼러 검색어를 키워드로 이용한 키워드 광고 결과나 가격비교 결과를 나타내는 URL 정보이거나, 상기 리퍼러 검색어를 추출한 광고주 사이트에 포함된 광고주 페이지의 URL 정보이다.

더욱이, 사용자 단말기(200)가 광고주 관리 DB에 저장된 광고주 페이지의 방문 기록이 없는 경우, 운영자 서버(100)는 사용자 단말기(200)가 제휴 사이트의 접속 시 URL 정보를 노출시키는 광고주 페이지의 종류를 조절할 수 있도록 구성된다. 예를 들어, 운영자 서버(100)는 A라는 제휴 사이트에 연계된 광고주 페이지를 B나 C 또는 D로 설정할 수 있다.
다시 말해, 운영자 서버(100)가 A라는 제휴 사이트에 연계된 광고주 페이지를 B로 설정하면, 사용자 단말기(200)가 B라는 웹 페이지에 방문한 이후 A라는 웹 사이트에 방문한 경우에만 A의 제휴 사이트에 B의 배너광고를 배치한 상태로 노출시키며, 사용자 단말기(200)가 C나 D라는 웹 페이지를 방문한 이후 A라는 웹 사이트에 방문한 경우에는 A의 제휴 사이트에 C나 D의 배너광고를 노출시키지 않는다.
한편, 운영자 서버(100)는 제휴 사이트에 삽입된 액션스크립트(actionscript)를 통해 사용자 단말기(200)의 쿠키, URL 및 리퍼러 정보를 수집하도록 구성될 수 있다.
이를 위해, 운영자 서버(100)는 제휴 사이트를 제공하는 웹 서버(400)에 액션스크립트를 제공할 수 있다.
이때, 운영자 서버(100)는 제휴 사이트에 접속한 사용자 단말기(200)의 쿠키, URL 및 리퍼러 정보를 MAC 및 IP 주소로 분류하여 광고주 관리 DB(110)에 저장한다.
특정 양태로서, 본 발명에 따른 운영자 서버(100)는 외부와의 통신을 위한 통신수단과, 광고주 단말기(300)로부터 업로드된 설정 정보가 분류되어 저장된 정보저장수단과, 시스템의 전체적인 동작을 제어하는 호스트부와, 인터넷과 같은 네트워크에 연결하기 위한 네트워크 연결부를 포함하여 이루어진다. 필요에 따라, 상기 운영자 서버(100)에는 운영자 인터페이스를 위한 입력수단이 더 포함될 수 있다.

기존의 광고 서비스 시스템은 웹 브라우저의 검색창에 키워드가 입력된 상태로 키보드를 통해 엔터의 신호가 입력되면 상기 키워드를 감지하여 키워드에 매칭되는 URL 정보를 사용자 단말기의 화면에 제공하였다. 이와 같이, 종래 광고 서비스 시스템은 웹 브라우저의 검색창에 입력된 키워드와 연관된 광고 서비스를 사용자 단말기에 제공할 수 있지만, 상기 키워드가 아닌 다른 변수를 사용하여 광고 서비스를 제공할 수는 없었다.
이에 반해, 본 발명은 URL, 쿠키 정보, 리퍼러 정보의 수집을 통해 광고주 페이지와 제휴 사이트의 접속을 감지하도록 구성되어 쿠키 정보 및 리퍼러 정보를 바탕으로 생성된 배너광고를 제휴 사이트에 노출하며, 상기 배너광고가 클릭되면 배너광고에 링크된 광고주 페이지를 1차적으로 사용자 단말기에 제공하고 2차적으로 상기 광고주 페이지를 포함하는 광고주 사이트의 메인 페이지를 제공하므로, 키워드 광고와 차별화된 다른 광고 서비스를 제공받을 수 있다.
예를 들면, 종래의 광고 서비스는 사용자 단말기가 운영자 서버로부터 URL 정보를 제공받기 위해서는 반드시 사용자 단말기가 키워드를 입력하여야 하지만, 본 발명은 키워드를 입력하지 않고 웹 서핑을 통해 광고주 페이지와 제휴 사이트를 방문하는 것만으로 해당 광고주의 웹페이지에 대한 URL 정보를 운영자 서버(100)로부터 제공받을 수 있다.
또한, 메인 페이지(세컨드 페이지)는 배너광고에 링크된 광고주 페이지가 출력된 이후 설정된 지연시간 간격으로 사용자 단말기에 출력되도록 구성되며, 이러한 세컨드 페이지는 퍼스트 페이지나 제휴 사이트와 다른 새로운 웹 페이지로 출력(팝업 노출 또는 팝언더 노출)된다.
필요에 따라, 상기 세컨드 페이지에는 해당 광고주 사이트에서 사용할 수 있는 쿠폰이 포함될 수 있다. 이때, 쿠폰은 광고주 사이트에 불규칙적으로 포함되도록 하여 고객의 유인 효과를 극대화시킬 수도 있다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 광고 서비스 방법을 설명하기 위한 동작 흐름도이다.
도 3을 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 광고 서비스 방법은 액션스크립트가 삽입된 제휴 사이트를 방문한 사용자 단말기의 광고 적합성을 분석하여 제휴 사이트의 배너광고를 노출시키는 단계(S300)와, 사용자 단말기로부터 배너광고의 클릭신호가 입력됨에 따라 배너광고에 연동된 팝업창을 출력하는 단계(S400), 및 배너광고에 대한 클릭신호가 입력되면 세컨드 페이지의 URL 정보를 전송하여 사용자 단말기(200)의 화면에 노출시키는 단계(S500)를 포함한다.
이하, 도면을 참조하여 각 단계별로 보다 구체적으로 설명한다.
도 4는 도 3의 광고 서비스 방법을 설명하기 위한 전체 흐름도이다.
먼저, 광고 서비스 시스템의 관리자와 광고주가 인터넷 광고사업과 관련된 계약을 체결하고, 상기 계약에 의거하여 인터넷을 통해 접속된 광고주 단말기(300)로부터 제공받은 설정 정보를 운영자 서버(100)가 정보저장수단에 저장한다(단계 S10). 이때, 상기 설정 정보에는 광고주 페이지 정보, 광고주 사이트 정보, 제휴 사이트 정보 등이 하나 이상 포함된다.
보다 구체적으로, 이러한 광고 서비스 시스템의 관리자는 광고 게재를 희망하는 광고주와 광고 계약을 체결하고, 상기 광고주에 의해 선택된 웹 사이트(다시 말해, 제휴 사이트)의 종류에 따라 광고비를 산정하여 광고주로부터 지급받는다. 이때, 제휴 사이트로는 포탈 사이트, 금융/부동산 사이트, 언론/미디어 사이트, 엔터테인먼트 사이트, 쇼핑/경매 사이트, 게임 사이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 웹 사이트가 지정될 수 있다.
즉, 광고주 단말기(300)가 운영자 서버(100)에 접속하여 배너광고가 노출되는 웹 사이트(제휴 사이트)를 지정하면, 운영자 서버(100)는 지정된 웹 사이트의 종류에 따라 광고비를 산정하도록 동작한다. 이때, 광고주 단말기(300)는 운영자 서버(100)에 접속하여 화면에 출력된 URL 정보의 노출 방법을 선택할 수 있다.
이와 같이, 광 고 계약이 체결되면 광고 서비스 시스템 관리자는 광고주 단말기(300)로부터 광고(재 노출)를 원하는 웹 페이지의 접속 주소를 포함하는 광고주 페이지 정보를 전송받아서 상기 운영자 서버(100)에 저장한다. 이때, 운영자 서버(100)는 광고주 단말기(300)로부터 상기 광고주 페이지를 포함하는 광고주 사이트 정보도 전송받아 저장할 수 있다.
이어서, 본 발명에 따른 광고 서비스 방법은 광고주 페이지 정보와 제휴 사이트 정보를 운영자 서버(100)에 저장하고(단계 S20), 운영자 서버(100)가 인터넷을 통해 제휴 사이트를 제공하는 웹 서버(400)로 액션스크립트를 전송한다(단계 S30).
그 다음, 운영자 서버(100)로부터 액션스크립트를 전송받은 웹 서버(400)는 상기 액션스크립트를 설치하여 제휴 사이트에 액션스크립트를 삽입하고, 제휴 사이트에 접속한 사용자 단말기(200)로부터 쿠키, URL 및 리퍼러 정보의 제공을 요청하며, 상기 사용자 단말기(200)가 제공하는 쿠키, URL 및 리퍼러 정보를 수집한다(단계 S40).
이 후, 웹 서버(400)는 사용자 단말기(200)로부터 수집된 쿠키, URL 및 리퍼러 정보를 운영자 서버(100)로 전송한다(단계 S50). 광고주 페이지를 제공하는 웹 서버 또한 제휴 사이트를 제공하는 웹 서버(400)와 동일한 과정을 수행한다.
그 다음, 운영자 서버(100)는 액션스크립트가 삽입된 제휴 사이트에 접속한 복수의 사용자 단말기(200)로부터 쿠키, URL 및 리퍼러 정보를 전송받아 해당 정보를 분석한다(단계 S100).
이어서, 운영자 서버(100)에 의해 광고주 페이지를 방문한 후 소정 시간 이내에 제휴 사이트를 방문한 사용자 단말기(200)가 추출되면(단계 S200), 액션스크립트가 삽입된 제휴 사이트를 방문한 사용자 단말기의 광고 적합성을 분석하여 제휴 사이트의 배너광고를 노출시킨다(단계 S300). 여기서, 소정 시간은 운영자 서버(100)의 관리자에 의해 5일, 10일, 15일 등으로 변경될 수 있으므로, 특별히 한정되지 않는다.
이때, 광고 적합성은 쿠키, URL 및 리퍼러 정보를 분석하여 동일한 MAC 및 IP 주소를 가지는 사용자 단말기(200)가 광고주 페이지를 방문한 후 제휴 사이트를 방문한 사실 유무에 따라 다르게 결정된다.
예컨대, 쿠키, URL 및 리퍼러 정보를 분석하여 동일한 MAC 및 IP 주소를 가지는 사용자 단말기(200)가 광고주 페이지를 방문한 후 제휴 사이트를 방문한 사실이 확인되면, 상기 광고주 페이지가 링크된 배너광고를 제휴 사이트의 배너 영역에 노출시킨다.
이와 달리, 쿠키, URL 및 리퍼러 정보를 분석하여 동일한 MAC 및 IP 주소를 가지는 사용자 단말기(200)가 광고주 페이지를 방문하지 않고 제휴 사이트만을 방문한 사실이 확인되면, 운영자 서버(100)는 제휴 사이트의 리퍼러 검색어를 추출하고(단계 S350), 해당 사용자 단말기(200)로 제휴 사이트의 리퍼러 검색어와 동일한 카테고리의 상품에 대한 URL 정보가 링크된 배너광고를 제휴 사이트의 배너 영역에 노출시킨다(단계 S360).
그리고 사용자 단말기(200)로부터 배너광고의 클릭신호가 입력됨에 따라 배너광고에 연동된 팝업창을 출력한다(단계 S400).
구체적으로, 본 단계에서 운영자 서버(100)는 사용자 단말기(200)로부터 제휴 사이트의 배너영역에 배치된 배너광고에 대한 클릭신호가 접수되면, 배너광고에 링크된 퍼스트 페이지(메인 페이지)의 URL 정보를 사용자 단말기(100)제공한다.
마지막으로, 운영자 서버(100)는 액션스크립트를 통해 배너광고에 대한 클릭신호가 입력되면 설정된 지연시간 이후에 사용자 단말기의 화면에 세컨드 페이지를 노출시킨다(단계 S500).
단계에서 운영자 서버(100)는 해당 사용자 단말기(200)로 설정된 지연시간, 예를 들면 10 내지 60초 이후에 세컨드 페이지를 생성하는 광고주 사이트의 URL 정보를 전송하여 상기 URL 정보를 사용자 단말기의 화면에 노출시킨다.
특정 양태로서, 본 발명에 따른 세컨드 페이지를 생성하는 광고주 사이트의 URL 정보로는 퍼스트 페이지에서 http://부터 처음 /까지 분석하여 처음 / 이후 부분을 제외한 나머지 URL 정보를 사용할 수 있다.
상기에서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 참조하여 설명하였지만, 해당 기술분야의 숙련된 당업자는 하기의 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 사상 및 영역으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경시킬 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 사용자 단말기와 웹 서버와 운영자 서버를 포함하는 광고 서비스 시스템에 있어서,
    액션스크립트가 삽입된 제휴 사이트에 구비된 광고주 페이지에 대한 배너광고의 클릭신호를 입력받아 상기 운영자 서버에 제공하고, 상기 배너광고에 링크된 퍼스트 페이지를 출력하며, 상기 액션스크립트를 통해 운영자 서버로부터 제공받은 URL 정보로 세컨드 페이지를 출력하도록 구성된 사용자 단말기; 및
    광고주 페이지가 포함된 광고주 사이트 정보와 제휴 사이트 정보가 저장된 광고주 관리 DB가 설치되고, 상기 액션스크립트를 통해 배너광고에 대한 클릭신호가 입력되면 해당 사용자 단말기로 상기 광고주 페이지에 할당된 세컨드 페이지를 생성하는 광고주 사이트의 URL 정보를 전송하도록 구성된 운영자 서버를 포함하는 광고 서비스 시스템.
  2. 사용자 단말기와 웹 서버와 운영자 서버를 포함하는 광고 서비스 시스템에 있어서,
    액션스크립트가 삽입된 제휴 사이트에 방문하여 저장된 쿠키, URL 및 리퍼러 정보를 상기 운영자 서버에 제공하고, 광고주 페이지에 대한 배너광고의 클릭신호를 입력받아 상기 운영자 서버에 제공하며, 상기 배너광고에 링크된 퍼스트 페이지를 출력하고 상기 액션스크립트를 통해 운영자 서버로부터 제공받은 URL 정보로 세컨드 페이지를 출력하도록 구성된 사용자 단말기; 및
    광고주 페이지가 포함된 광고주 사이트 정보와 제휴 사이트 정보가 저장된 광고주 관리 DB가 설치되고, 상기 쿠키, URL 및 리퍼러 정보를 MAC 및 IP 주소로 분류하여 광고주 관리 DB에 저장하며, 상기 액션스크립트를 통해 배너광고에 대한 클릭신호가 입력되면 해당 사용자 단말기로 세컨드 페이지를 생성하는 광고주 사이트의 URL 정보를 전송하도록 구성된 운영자 서버를 포함하는 광고 서비스 시스템.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 배너광고는
    상기 쿠키, URL 및 리퍼러 정보를 바탕으로 생성된 배너광고인 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 서비스 시스템.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 배너광고는
    동일한 MAC 및 IP 주소를 가지는 사용자 단말기가 상기 광고주 페이지를 방문한 후 상기 제휴 사이트를 방문한 경우, 상기 광고주 페이지에 대한 광고로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 서비스 시스템.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 배너광고는
    동일한 MAC 및 IP 주소를 가지는 사용자 단말기가 상기 광고주 페이지를 방문하지 않고 상기 제휴 사이트를 방문한 경우, 리퍼러 검색어와 동일한 카테고리의 광고로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 서비스 시스템.
  6. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 광고주 사이트의 URL 정보는
    광고주 사이트의 메인 페이지인 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 서비스 시스템.
  7. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 운영자 서버는
    상기 사용자 단말기의 클릭신호에 따라 URL 정보를 노출시키는 세컨드 페이지의 종류를 조절할 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 서비스 시스템.
  8. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 운영자 서버는
    클릭신호가 입력된 5초 이후 세컨드 페이지가 사용자 단말기에 출력되도록 세컨드 페이지를 생성하는 광고주 사이트의 URL 정보를 사용자 단말기에 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 서비스 시스템.
  9. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 운영자 서버에 연결되어 광고주 페이지 정보, 상기 광고주 페이지가 포함된 광고주 사이트 정보, 및 제휴 사이트 정보를 운영자 서버의 광고주 관리 DB로 업로드 하는 광고주 단말기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 서비스 시스템.
  10. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 광고주 관리 DB는 각각의 제휴 사이트 마다 독립적인 광고주 페이지가 연계되도록 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 서비스 시스템.
  11. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 세컨드 페이지는 해당 광고 사이트에서 사용할 수 있는 쿠폰이 포함되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 서비스 시스템.
  12. 액션스크립트가 삽입된 제휴 사이트를 방문한 사용자 단말기의 광고 적합성을 분석하여 제휴 사이트의 배너광고를 노출시키는 단계;
    상기 배너광고의 클릭신호가 입력됨에 따라 상기 배너광고에 연동된 팝업창을 사용자 단말기의 화면에 출력하는 단계; 및
    상기 액션스크립트로부터 클릭신호를 제공받은 운영자 단말기가 설정된 지연시간에 맞춰 상기 사용자 단말기로 세컨드 페이지를 생성하는 광고주 사이트의 URL 정보를 전송하여 상기 URL 정보를 사용자 단말기의 화면에 노출시키는 단계를 포함하는 광고 서비스 방법.
