PALÉ CON SUPERFICIE SUPERIOR DE ENCLAVAMIENTO
DESCRIPCIÓN. Objeto de la invención
La presente invención se refiere a un palé fabricado en material plástico, que presenta una superficie superior de recepción de mercancía irregular, es decir presenta irregularidades que provocan que la mercancía quede inmovilizada, lo que facilita la sujeción de la mercancía sobre el palé objeto de la invención.
Problema técnico a resolver y antecedentes de la invención
La colocación de artículos como botellas de bebida, en cajas plástico es práctica habitual tanto en el almacenamiento de dichos artículos como en los repartos que se realizan. Dichas cajas si se sitúan sobre palés de los conocidos hasta la fecha, se desplazan sobre ellos, puesto que los citados palés están formados por láminas, habitualmente de madera, que configuran una superficie superior plana y lisa, y no contienen ningún medio de retención de la carga situada sobre los palés.
Un diseño habitual de una estructura de palé consiste en un conjunto suficientemente rígido y resistente de piezas tradicionalmente de madera, que soporta el peso de la carga. En este conjunto rígido se distinguen una parte superior, generalmente plana, sobre la que descansan las mercancías soportadas por el palé, y una superficie inferior de apoyo, que en ocasiones se sustituye por patas o conjuntos de patas que distribuyen la carga soportada por el palé al suelo. Las patas pueden estar vinculadas entre sí mediante extensiones inferiores longitudinales que constituyen secciones de unión entre dichas patas. Siempre se generan huecos entre las patas de modo que se pueden introducir en dichos huecos los brazos de una carretilla elevadora o una transpaleta. En el estado de la técnica son conocidos varios documentos que divulgan palés para el almacenamiento y transporte de cualquier producto. Entre otros documentos el documento ES 1 079 113 U, que divulga una estructura mejorada para palé, con una estructura modulable de modo que elementos que resulten dañados en el uso del palé pueden ser sustituidos sin necesidad de desechar el palé en su totalidad.
También es conocido el documento WO 2006 013 308 A1 que divulga un palé de material plástico (1), en el que el material plástico se mezcla con nanotubos proporcionando de esta manera ligereza, carga y resistencia al impacto al palé.
También es conocido el documento BE 1 010 793 A3, que divulga un palé modulable que permite la modificación de las dimensiones del palé según las necesidades de cada ocasión.
Todos los palés que se conocen ofrecen una cara superior lisa, sobre la que se sitúa la carga, de modo que ninguna ofrece medios de sujeción propios en el palé que eviten el movimiento de la carga sobre el palé. Cuando sobre un palé se desea fijar una carga, lo habitual es usar medios externos al palé que unen palé y carga.
Descripción de la invención
Para evitar los inconvenientes indicados y lograr los objetivos anteriormente mencionados, la invención divulga un palé fabricado en material plástico que ofrece una superficie superior de enclavamiento, de modo que dicha superficie superior de enclavamiento sirve para la sujeción de las cargas situadas sobre el palé.
El palé con superficie superior de enclavamiento objeto de la invención comprende una superficie superior, una superficie inferior y una superficie lateral. En el citado palé la superficie superior comprende un reborde perimetral, una serie de nervaduras principales ortogonales entre sí, que dividen la superficie superior en alojamientos cuadrangulares y que configuran un escalonamiento entre los alojamientos cuadrangulares.
En el palé con superficie superior de enclavamiento objeto de la invención mediante el reborde perimetral, las nervaduras principales y los alojamientos cuadrangulares se define una superficie superior de perfil irregular en la que una carga queda enclavada. En el palé con superficie superior de enclavamiento objeto de la invención los alojamientos cuadrangulares comprenden unas nervaduras internas, que dividen cada alojamiento cuadrangular en una serie de orificios de enclavamiento.
En el palé con superficie superior de enclavamiento objeto de la invención los orificios de enclavamiento son huecos pasantes. En el palé con superficie superior de enclavamiento objeto de la invención la superficie inferior comprende una zona perimetral y una zona central con forma de cruz definiendo la zona perimetral y la zona central unos huecos inferiores. En el palé con superficie superior de enclavamiento objeto de la invención la zona perimetral y la zona central comprenden unas nervaduras que definen huecos entre las citadas nervaduras.
Descripción de las figuras
Para completar la descripción y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, se acompaña a esta memoria descriptiva, como parte integrante de la misma, un conjunto de dibujos en dónde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente:
La figura 1 muestra una vista en perspectiva del palé objeto de la invención.
La figura 2 muestra una vista en planta del palé objeto de la invención observándose la superficie superior del citado palé, y un detalle de un alojamiento cuadrángulas
La figura 3 muestra una vista de la superficie inferior del palé objeto de la invención.
La figura 4 muestra una vista de un palé objeto de la invención cargado con cajas. Las referencias numéricas que se reflejan en las figuras corresponden a los siguientes elementos:

Descripción de una forma preferente de realización
El palé (1) objeto de la invención es un palé especialmente diseñado para albergar sobre su superficie superior (7) cajas (6) de las que se emplean para almacenar y distribuir botellas de bebidas, de modo que la forma y los elementos que configuran la superficie superior (7), dan a la citada superficie superior (7) una superficie irregular que hace que las citadas cajas (6) no se muevan. El palé (1) objeto de la invención (observable en la figura 1) comprende una superficie superior (7), una superficie inferior (8) o de apoyo y una serie de zonas de unión (10) entre las dos superficies (7, 8). Las zonas de unión (10) configuran unos huecos (1 1) en las superficies laterales (9) en los que se introducen los brazos de una carretilla elevadora o de una transpaleta para mover el palé (1).
Los términos superior e inferior referidos a las superficies son términos relativos, que se refieren a la posición del palé (1) según la figura 1 , esto es preparado para situar sobre el palé (1) una carga. Hasta lo anteriormente descrito, salvo el hecho de que el palé (1) objeto de la invención está fabricado en material plástico, cualquier palé (1) de los que se emplean diariamente para cualquier uso responde a esta descripción.
La novedad de la invención reside la superficie superior (7) del palé (1) objeto de la invención, ya que hasta ahora la superficie superior (7) de los palés (1) es una superficie lisa, sobre la que situar la mercancía, pero cuando hay que sujetar la mercancía a algún palé (1) se emplean medios de sujeción externos, bien envolviendo la mercancía con un film plástico alrededor de toda ella, o bien empleando cintas o tiras que unen mercancía y palé (1).
La superficie superior (7) del palé (1) objeto de la invención comprende una serie de nervaduras principales (3) ortogonales entre sí, que dividen la superficie superior (7) en alojamientos cuadrangulares (4) y un reborde perimetral (2) alrededor de toda la superficie superior (7) del palé (1) que favorece la retención de la mercancía. Las nervaduras principales (3) configuran un escalonamiento entre los alojamientos cuadrangulares (4), de modo que los alojamientos cuadrangulares (4) ofrecen una superficie situada en una posición a una cota inferior respecto las nervaduras principales (3). Asimismo los alojamientos cuadrangulares (4) comprenden unas nervaduras internas (1 1), que hacen que cada alojamiento cuadrangular (4) esté dividido en una serie de orificios de enclavamiento (12) en los que las cajas que forman la mercancía para la que se ha desarrollado el palé (1) objeto de la invención quedan enclavadas. Los orificios de enclavamiento (12) son huecos con lo que se obtiene un ahorro de material plástico en la fabricación del palé (1).
Como las cajas (6) que forman la mercancía se colocan sobre la superficie superior (7) de modo que, debido a la configuración de dicha superficie superior (7), no se desplazan sobre ella, pero las cajas (6) no quedan fijadas a ella, por lo que la operación de despaletizado es sencilla, facilitando la labor a repartidores a la llegada a establecimientos, ya que la caja (6) es fácilmente extraíble del palé (1) mediante la operación de izado de la caja (6), asimismo si el palé (1) cargado con todas las cajas (6) tiene que ser extraído del vehículo de reparto, también es fácilmente extraíble con el empleo de una carretilla elevadora o una transpaleta, sin correr el riesgo de que las cajas (6) se desplacen por el palé (1) y se caigan, puesto que están enclavadas sobre la superficie superior (7).
Finalmente la superficie inferior (8) del palé (1) (observable en la figura 3) comprende una zona perimetral (14) y una zona central (15) con forma de cruz que definen unos huecos inferiores (16), asimismo tanto la zona perimetral (14) como la zona central (15) comprenden unas nervaduras (3) que definen huecos (5) entre las citadas nervaduras (3). La configuración de la superficie inferior (8) del palé (1) evita el deslizamiento de los palés (1) cuando se encuentran apilados en vacío, y también cuando están cargados de cajas (6). Asimismo cuando se apilan varios palés (1) cargados de cajas (6) el palé (1) situado inmediatamente por encima de otro, la forma de la superficie inferior (8) hace que el apilamiento sea estable y las cajas (6) queden unidas y trabadas por medio de las nervaduras (3).
En el palé (1) objeto de la invención se encuentran unas hendiduras (13) a lo largo de la superficie inferior (8) que facilitan la retención del palé (1) cuando está cargado con cajas (6).
La invención no debe verse limitada a las realizaciones particulares descritas en este documento. Expertos en la materia pueden desarrollar otras realizaciones a la vista de la descripción aquí realizada. En consecuencia, el alcance de la invención se define por las siguientes reivindicaciones.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1. - Palé (1) con superficie superior (7) de enclavamiento que comprende una superficie superior (7), una superficie inferior (8) y una superficie lateral (9) caracterizado por que la superficie superior (4) comprende:
un reborde perimetral (2),
una serie de nervaduras principales (3) ortogonales entre sí, que dividen la superficie superior (7) en alojamientos cuadrangulares (4) y que configuran un escalonamiento entre los alojamientos cuadrangulares (4),
tales que mediante el reborde perimetral (2), las nervaduras principales (3) y los alojamientos cuadrangulares (4) se define una superficie superior (7) de perfil irregular en la que una carga queda enclavada.
2. - Palé con superficie superior de enclavamiento según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado por que los alojamientos cuadrangulares (4) comprenden unas nervaduras internas (1 1), que dividen cada alojamiento cuadrangular (4) en una serie de orificios de enclavamiento (12).
3. - Palé con superficie superior de enclavamiento según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado por que los orificios de enclavamiento (12) son huecos pasantes.
4. - Palé con superficie superior de enclavamiento según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores caracterizada por que la superficie inferior (8) comprende una zona perimetral (14) y una zona central (15) con forma de cruz definiendo la zona perimetral (14) y la zona central (15) unos huecos inferiores (16).
5. - Palé con superficie superior de enclavamiento según la reivindicación 4, caracterizado por que la zona perimetral (14) y la zona central (15) comprenden unas nervaduras (3) que definen huecos (5) entre las citadas nervaduras (3).
