步骤 S104: 根据用户信息判断主叫用户是否真实有效, 并根据判断结果对终呼请 求进行处理。 本实施例通过上述步骤, 在接收到终呼请求后, 便对该终呼请求的主叫用户的用 户信息进行查询, 从而根据该用户信息判断出该主叫用户是否真实有效, 为过滤垃圾 短信提供了一条更加方便快捷的路线。 解决了相关技术中无法判断主叫号码真实性的 问题, 为通过主叫号码过滤垃圾短信提供了坚实的技术基础, 且判断方式简单方便。 作为一种优选实施方式, 根据判断结果对终呼请求进行处理的方式可以是在判断 结果为主叫用户不真实有效的情况下, 对终呼请求进行拦截处理, 而在判断结果为主 叫用户真实有效的情况下, 才进行终呼请求的常规后续处理。 通过这种方式, 可以根 据主叫用户的真实性, 来实现对垃圾短信的快速过滤, 成功率很高。 由于主叫用户的用户信息存在并不一定说明该主叫用户就是真实有效的, 也有可 能是被别的用户冒用的, 因此优选地, 在判断主叫用户是否真实有效时, 可以判断该 用户信息是否存在于预先配置的用户信息数据库中且该用户信息对应的用户设备开关 机状态是否为开机; 如果判断结果皆为是, 则确定主叫用户真实有效, 否则确定主叫 用户不真实有效。 通过这种方式, 进一步提升了对主叫用户的真实性判断的准确率。 例如作为一种优选实施方式, 在网络侧的短消息中心内部, 短消息中心的业务处 理机在接收来自短消息中心的前置机的包含主叫用户的用户信息的报告之后, 业务处 理机可以判断用户信息是否存在于预先配置的用户信息数据库中且用户信息对应的用 户设备开关机状态是否为开机; 如果判断结果皆为是, 则确定主叫用户真实有效, 否 则确定主叫用户不真实有效。 在判断出主叫用户真实有效的情况下, 该业务处理机可以向前置机发送继续流程 的指令; 而在判断出主叫用户不真实有效的情况下, 业务处理机则可以向前置机发送 结束流程的指令。 通过这种方式, 简单直接地将来自非真实有效的主叫用户的所有终 呼请求均过滤掉了。 作为一种优选实施方式,向终呼请求的主叫用户对应的 HLR查询主叫用户的用户 信息可以通过 SRI流程查询, 例如: 短消息中心的前置机在接收到短消息中心的业务 处理机下发的终呼请求之后, 可以向 HLR发送 SRI信令请求; 在该前置机接收 SRI 信令请求的信令响应之后, 可以从该信令响应中提取出主叫用户的用户信息。 在本实施例中还提供了一种终呼处理装置, 该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实 施方式, 已经进行过说明的不再赘述。 如以下所使用的, 术语 "单元"或者 "模块" 可以实现预定功能的软件和 /或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软 件来实现, 但是硬件, 或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。 图 2是根 据本发明实施例的终呼处理装置的结构框图,如图 2所示,该装置包括:查询模块 202、 判断模块 204和处理模块 206, 下面对该结构进行详细说明。 查询模块 202, 设置为向终呼请求的主叫用户对应的归属位置寄存器 (HLR) 查 询主叫用户的用户信息; 判断模块 204, 与查询模块 202相连, 设置为根据查询模块 202 查询到的用户信息判断主叫用户是否真实有效; 处理模块 206, 与判断模块 204 相连, 设置为根据判断模块 204的判断结果对终呼请求进行处理。 本实施例通过上述结构, 在接收到终呼请求后, 查询模块 202便对该终呼请求的 主叫用户的用户信息进行查询, 从而判断模块 204根据该用户信息判断出该主叫用户 是否真实有效, 然后处理模块 206进行相应处理, 为过滤垃圾短信提供了一条更加方 便快捷的路线。 解决了相关技术中无法判断主叫号码真实性的问题, 为通过主叫号码 过滤垃圾短信提供了坚实的技术基础, 且判断方式简单方便。 图 3是根据本发明实施例的处理模块 206的优选结构框图, 如图 3所示, 处理模 块 206可以包括:拦截单元 2062,设置为在判断结果为主叫用户不真实有效的情况下, 对终呼请求进行拦截处理。 图 4是根据本发明实施例的判断模块 204的优选结构框图, 如图 4所示, 判断模 块 204可以包括: 判断单元 2042, 设置为判断用户信息是否存在于预先配置的用户信 息数据库中且用户信息对应的用户设备开关机状态是否为开机; 确定单元 2044, 与判 断单元 2042相连, 设置为在判断单元 2042的判断结果皆为是的情况下, 确定主叫用 户真实有效, 否则确定主叫用户不真实有效。 优选地, 当判断模块 204位于短消息中心的业务处理机中,该判断模块可以包括: 第一接收单元 2040, 设置为接收来自短消息中心的前置机的包含主叫用户的用户信息 的报告; 判断单元 2042, 与第一接收单元 2040相连, 设置为判断用户信息是否存在 于预先配置的用户信息数据库中且用户信息对应的用户设备开关机状态是否为开机; 确定单元 2044, 与判断单元 2042相连, 设置为在判断单元 2042的判断结果皆为是的 情况下, 确定主叫用户真实有效, 否则确定主叫用户不真实有效; 此时, 位于短消息 中心的业务处理机中的处理模块 206还包括第一发送单元 2060, 与确定单元 2044相 连, 设置为在确定单元 2044确定主叫用户真实有效的情况下, 向前置机发送继续流程 的指令; 并在确定单元 2044确定主叫用户不真实有效的情况下, 向前置机发送结束流 程的指令。 优选地, 当查询模块 202位于短消息中心的前置机中,该查询模块 202可以包括: 第二接收单元 2022, 设置为接收到短消息中心的业务处理机下发的终呼请求; 第二发 送单元 2024, 与第二接收单元 2022相连, 设置为向 HLR发送 SRI信令请求; 第三接 收单元 2026, 与第二发送单元 2024相连, 设置为接收 SRI信令请求的信令响应, 其 中信令响应中携带主叫用户的用户信息。 下面结合优选实施例进行说明, 以下优选实施例结合了上述实施例及其优选实施 方式。 在以下优选实施例中, 提供了一种基于主叫信息鉴权的短消息防垃圾处理机制, 该机制尤指在短消息七号信令网络中实现了一种防垃圾短信的系统。 目前很多垃圾短信设备, 用很多不存在的空号段进行连续发送。 如背景技术中所 述, 短信自带的垃圾短信过滤, 一般是按照主叫号码发送频率以及一些关键字信息来 进行过滤, 无法判断主叫号码的真实性与否, 特别主叫号码不属于本国家, 没有办法 进行有效性核实。 本优选实施例中在终呼流程触发后, 首先向主叫用户 HLR发起主叫用户号码 SRI 流程。 根据主叫用户 HLR返回的用户信息, 鉴权主叫用户是否真正存在, 而且 IMSI 号码等信息是否合法等。 以此为判断依据, 判断短信是否为垃圾消息并相应地做是否 拦截的处理。 针对以上情形, 基于 GSM 网络短消息通信系统, 本文提出了一种有效拦截恶意 短消息的方法。 通过在终呼流程中增加 SRI流程, 向网络设备实时地验证主叫号码的 有效性, 即真实存在并且开机。 从而达到了阻止垃圾短信的目的。 图 5是根据本发明优选实施例的基于主叫用户的有效拦截恶意短消息方案的组网 示意图, 如图 5所示, 图中的 STP ( Signaling Transfer Point) 代表信令转接点, MSC (Mobile Switching Center) 代表移动交换中心, HLR (Home Location Register) 代表 归属位置寄存器, SMSC ( Short Message Service Center) 代表短信中心, 又称短消息 中心。 图 6是根据本发明优选实施例的基于主叫用户的有效拦截恶意短消息方案的流程 图, 基于图 5所示的组网结构, 该流程包括如下步骤: 步骤 S2) 短信中心业务处理机向前置机下发终呼请求; 步骤 S4) 前置机向主叫 HLR发起主叫用户 SRI信令请求; 步骤 S6) 主叫 HLR向短信中心回送 SRI信令响应, 并携带主叫用户的国际移动 用户识别码 (International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number, 简称为 IMSI)等信 息; 步骤 S8) 前置机收到响应后, 向业务处理机报告主叫用户 IMSI等信息; 步骤 S10) 业务处理机根据配置的主叫用户信息和主要用户开关机状态等信息, 判断主叫用户是否合法并存在, 并向前置机发送指令; 步骤 S12) 前置机根据业务处理的指令做相应动作, 如果是合法消息, 则继续步 骤 S14; 如果是非法消息, 则结束流程; 步骤 S14) 前置机向被叫 HLR发起被叫用户 SRI信令请求; 步骤 S16) 被叫 HLR向短信中心回送 SRI信令响应, 并携带被叫用户的 IMSI和 MSC地址信息等; 步骤 S18) 前置机向 MSC下发终呼信令消息; 步骤 S20) MSC向短信中心回送终呼响应信令消息; 步骤 S22) 前置机向短信业务处理机回送终呼响应。 在另外一个实施例中, 还提供了一种软件, 该软件用于执行上述实施例及优选实 施方式中描述的技术方案。 在另外一个实施例中, 还提供了一种存储介质, 该存储介质中存储有上述软件, 该存储介质包括但不限于: 光盘、 软盘、 硬盘、 可擦写存储器等。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明实现了如下技术效果: 确定与包括时间参数 在内的条件参数所对应的屏幕显示的显示参数, 从而根据确定的显示参数对屏幕的显 示进行调整, 通过上述方式解决了相关技术中对屏幕显示进行调整的灵活性不高, 用 户体验不好的技术问题, 达到了提高屏幕显示参数调整的灵活性的技术效果。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。 工业实用性 如上所述, 本发明实施例提供的一种终呼处理方法和装置, 具有以下有益效 果: 为通过主叫号码过滤垃圾短信提供了坚实的技术基础, 且判断方式简单方便。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种终呼处理方法, 包括:
向终呼请求的主叫用户对应的归属位置寄存器 HLR查询所述主叫用户的 用户信息;
根据所述用户信息判断所述主叫用户是否真实有效, 并根据判断结果对所 述终呼请求进行处理。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 根据判断结果对所述终呼请求进行处理包 括:
在所述判断结果为所述主叫用户不真实有效的情况下, 对所述终呼请求进 行拦截处理。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 根据所述用户信息判断所述主叫用户 是否真实有效包括:
判断所述用户信息是否存在于预先配置的用户信息数据库中且所述用户信 息对应的用户设备开关机状态是否为开机;
如果判断结果皆为是, 则确定所述主叫用户真实有效, 否则确定所述主叫 用户不真实有效。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 根据所述用户信息判断所述主叫用户是否 真实有效包括:
所述短消息中心的业务处理机接收来自短消息中心的前置机的包含所述主 叫用户的用户信息的报告;
所述业务处理机判断所述用户信息是否存在于预先配置的用户信息数据库 中且所述用户信息对应的用户设备开关机状态是否为开机; 如果判断结果皆为 是, 则确定所述主叫用户真实有效, 否则确定所述主叫用户不真实有效。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 根据判断结果对所述终呼请求进行处理包 括:
在所述主叫用户真实有效的情况下, 所述业务处理机向所述前置机发送继 续流程的指令; 在所述主叫用户不真实有效的情况下, 所述业务处理机向所述前置机发送 结束流程的指令。 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 向终呼请求的主叫用户对应 的 HLR查询所述主叫用户的用户信息包括:
短消息中心的前置机接收到所述短消息中心的业务处理机下发的所述终呼 请求;
所述前置机向所述 HLR发送 SRI信令请求;
所述前置机接收所述 SRI信令请求的信令响应, 其中所述信令响应中携带 所述主叫用户的用户信息。 一种终呼处理装置, 包括:
查询模块,设置为向终呼请求的主叫用户对应的归属位置寄存器 HLR查询 所述主叫用户的用户信息;
判断模块, 设置为根据所述用户信息判断所述主叫用户是否真实有效; 处理模块,设置为根据所述判断模块的判断结果对所述终呼请求进行处理。 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述处理模块包括: 拦截单元, 设置为在所述判断结果为所述主叫用户不真实有效的情况下, 对所述终呼请求进行拦截处理。 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述判断模块包括:
判断单元, 设置为判断所述用户信息是否存在于预先配置的用户信息数据 库中且所述用户信息对应的用户设备开关机状态是否为开机;
确定单元, 设置为在所述判断单元的判断结果皆为是的情况下, 确定所述 主叫用户真实有效, 否则确定所述主叫用户不真实有效。 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其中, 所述判断模块位于短消息中心的业务处理 机中, 所述判断模块包括:
第一接收单元, 设置为接收来自短消息中心的前置机的包含所述主叫用户 的用户信息的报告;
判断单元, 设置为判断所述用户信息是否存在于预先配置的用户信息数据 库中且所述用户信息对应的用户设备开关机状态是否为开机; 确定单元, 设置为在所述判断单元的判断结果皆为是的情况下, 确定所述 主叫用户真实有效, 否则确定所述主叫用户不真实有效。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的装置,其中,所述处理模块位于短消息中心的业务处理 机中, 所述处理模块包括:
第一发送单元, 设置为在所述确定单元确定所述主叫用户真实有效的情况 下, 向所述前置机发送继续流程的指令; 并在所述确定单元确定所述主叫用户 不真实有效的情况下, 向所述前置机发送结束流程的指令。
12. 根据权利要求 7至 11中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述查询模块位于短消息中 心的前置机中, 所述查询模块包括:
第二接收单元, 设置为接收到所述短消息中心的业务处理机下发的所述终 呼请求;
第二发送单元, 设置为向所述 HLR发送 SRI信令请求;
第三接收单元, 设置为接收所述 SRI信令请求的信令响应, 其中所述信令 响应中携带所述主叫用户的用户信息。
