一种信息处理方法及系统 技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 具体涉及一种信息处理方法及系统。 背景技术 运营商的端到端传统短信业务和彩信业务由于受到多方面影响而增速放缓, 特别 是现在的网络通信软件的流行, 如微信, QQ 等, 对传统的短信业务和彩信业务进一 步产生的挤压。 所以如何从服务提供商 (SP) 引起更多的短信流量是短信业务能否再 上台阶的重要因素。 但是服务提供商的业务流程固化, 存在不能满足用户多样性的业 务需求的缺陷, 降低了用户体验的满意度, 因此在一定程度上制约了短信和彩信增值 业务的发展。 发明内容 本发明实施例提供了一种信息处理方法及系统, 以解决现有服务提供商的业务流 程固化而导致不能满足用户多样性的业务需求的问题。 为解决上述技术问题, 本发明实施例提供一种信息处理方法, 包括: 用户设定信息处理规则, 所述信息包括短信和彩信中的至少一种; 接收信息; 将接收到的信息按照用户设定的处理规则进行处理后再发送。 在本发明的一种实施例中,将接收到的信息按照用户设定的处理规则进行处理前, 还包括: 判断该信息是否满足按照用户设定的处理规则进行处理的条件, 如满足, 判定对 该信息按照用户设定的处理规则进行处理。 在本发明的一种实施例中, 判断接收到的信息是否满足按照用户设定的处理规则 进行处理的条件包括: 判断发送该信息的发送终端用户和接收该信息的目标终端用户是否有至少一个用 户设定了信息处理规则; 如是, 则对其按照用户设定的处理规则进行处理。 在本发明的一种实施例中, 若判定所述发送终端用户和目标终端用户都设定了信 息处理规则, 则对所述信息先按照发送终端用户设定的处理规则进行处理, 然后再对 其按照目标终端用户设定的信息处理规则处理。 在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述接收信息包括: 判断当前接收到的信息是否是级 联信息, 如是, 则继续接收, 直到接收到该级联信息的最后一条信息或直到接收超时。 在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述用户设定信息处理规则包括: 用户先设定至少一个信息处理流程, 然后在每个信息处理流程中设置至少一个信 息处理规则。 在本发明的一种实施例中, 当用户设定至少两个信息处理流程时, 对所述信息处 理时同时选择多个信息处理流程对其进行处理; 当用户在一个信息处理流程中设定至 少两个信息处理规则时, 该信息处理流程中的各信息处理规则按照优先级从高到低的 顺序排列, 对信息处理时按照优先级从高到低下或从低到高的顺序依次选择对应的信 息处理规则。 在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述信息处理规则包括触发条件, 处理方式; 选取一 个信息处理规则对信息处理时, 判定该信息是否满足该信息处理规则的触发条件, 如 满足, 则按照该信息处理规则的处理方式该信息进行处理。 在本发明的一种实施例中,所述触发条件包括信息发送时间、发送终端标识信息、 目标终端标识信息、 信息内容中的至少一种。 在本发明的一种实施例中,所述处理方式包括对信息不作处理、对信息停止处理、 转发信息、 将信息保存到邮件、 修改信息的格式、 自动回复信息、 在信息中增加第三 方信息中的至少一种。 本发明实施例还提供了一种信息处理系统, 包括信息接入网元、 信息增值平台、 信息输出网元; 所述信息接入网元设置为接收信息并转发送给信息增值平台, 所述信息包括短信 和彩信中的至少一种; 所述信息增值平台设置为保存用户设定的信息处理规则, 以及用于接收到所述信 息接入网元发送的信息后, 按照用户设定的处理规则对其进行处理; 并将处理后的信 息发送给信息输出网元; 所述信息输出网元设置为将所述信息增值平台发送的信息输出。 在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述信息接入网元接收信息包括: 所述信息接入网元 判断当前接收到的信息是否是级联信息, 如是, 则继续接收, 直到接收到该级联信息 的最后一条信息或直到接收超时。 在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述用户设定的信息处理规则包括: 至少一个信息处 理流程, 每个信息处理流程中设置有至少一个信息处理规则。 在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述信息处理规则包括触发条件, 处理方式; 所述信 息增值平台选取一个信息处理规则对信息处理时, 判定该信息是否满足该信息处理规 则的触发条件, 如满足, 则按照该信息处理规则的处理方式该信息进行处理。 在本发明的一种实施例中,所述处理方式包括对信息不作处理、对信息停止处理、 转发信息、 将信息保存到邮件、 修改信息的格式、 自动回复信息、 在信息中增加第三 方信息中的至少一种。 本发明的有益效果是: 本发明实施例提供的信息处理方法及系统, 用户可以设定短信、 彩信等信息的处 理规则, 然后在接收到相应的信息后, 对接收到的信息按照用户设定的信息处理规则 进行处理后再发送给对应的目标用户。 也即, 用户可以利用本发明提供的信息处理方 法及系统设定对短信、 彩信等信息处理的规则, 并不仅限于服务提供商的固化业务流 程, 因此可满足不同用户的多样化业务需求, 进而提高用户体验的满意度, 在一定程 度上能促进短信和彩信增值业务的发展。 附图说明 图 1为本发明实施例一提供的信息处理流程示意图; 图 2为本发明实施例一提供的级联信息接收流程示意图; 以及 图 3为本发明实施例二提供的信息处理系统结构示意图。 具体实施方式 下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。 实施例一: 本实施例提供的信息处理包括以下过程, 请参见图 1所示: 步骤 101 : 用户设定信息处理规则, 本实施例中的信息包括短信和彩信中的至少 一种; 即本实施例中的用户可设定短信的处理规则, 也可设定彩信的处理规则, 还可 同时设定彩信和短信的处理规则; 且本实施例中的处理规则可由用户自定义设定; 当 然, 也可提前设定好以供用户选择; 本实施例中为了进一步满足不同用户的个性化需 求, 可选取用户自定义设置信息的处理规则; 步骤 102: 接收信息, 即从信息接入网元接收信息, 该信息可以是短信, 也可以 是彩信 步骤 103: 将接收到的信息按照用户设定的处理规则进行处理后再发送。 可见, 用户可以利用本实施例提供的信息处理方法设置对短信、 彩信等信息处理 的规则, 并不仅限于服务提供商的固化业务流程, 因此可满足不同用户的多样化业务 需求,进而提高用户体验的满意度,在一定程度上能促进短信和彩信增值业务的发展。 在本实施例中, 将接收到的信息按照用户设定的处理规则进行处理前还包括判断 当前接收到的信息是否满足按照用户设定的处理规则进行处理的条件, 如满足, 才对 该信息按照用户设定的处理规则进行处理。 在本实施例中, 发送终端的用户可以设定 信息处理规则, 即设定将信息发送至目标终端前, 对信息进行处理的规则; 目标终端 用户也可以设定信息处理规则, 即设定接收信息前对该信息进行处理的规则; 因此, 本实施例中判断接收到的信息是否满足按照用户设定的处理规则进行处理的条件可包 括- 判断发送该信息的发送终端用户和接收该信息的目标终端用户是否有至少一个用 户设定了信息处理规则; 如是, 则对该信息按照用户设定的处理规则进行处理。 本实 施例中具体可通过该信息中发送终端的标识信息 (例如号码) 和目标终端的标识信息 等确定对应的用户, 进而判断该用户是否订购了该信息增值业务, 如判定用户订购了 该信息增值业务, 即判定该信息满足按照用户设定的处理规则进行处理的条件, 也即 判定该信息包含的发送终端用户和 /或接收该信息的目标终端用户设定了信息处理规 贝 U。 在本实施例中, 当判定发送终端用户和目标终端用户都设定了信息处理规则时, 则对该信息先按照发送终端用户设定的处理规则进行处理, 然后再对其按照目标终端 用户设定的信息处理规则处理。 当然, 根据实际应用场景, 也可设置为对信息先按照 目标终端用户设定的信息处理规则处理, 然后再照发送终端用户设定的处理规则进行 处理。 本实施例中, 在上述步骤 102所示的接收息过程中, 还包括以下过程: 判断当前 接收到的信息是否是级联信息, 如是, 则继续接收, 直到接收到该级联信息的最后一 条信息或直到接收超时, 具体过程请参见图 2所示, 包括: 步骤 201 : 收到一条信息; 步骤 202: 判定该信息是否是级联信息, 如否, 转至步骤 203 ; 否则, 转至步骤 204; 步骤 203 : 将接收到的信息按照用户设定的处理规则进行处理; 步骤 204: 继续接收下一条信息; 步骤 205 : 判定在预设时间内是否接收到下一条信息, 如是, 则转至步骤 206, 否 贝 U, 转至步骤 207; 步骤 206: 判断当前接收到的这条信息是否是最后一条, 如是, 转至步骤 208; 否 贝 U, 转至步骤 204; 步骤 207: 插入丢失分片标识到该级联信息中, 并对其按照用户设定的处理规则 进行处理。 步骤 208: 对接收到的级联信息按照用户设定的处理规则进行处理。 在本实施例中, 用户设定信息处理规则时, 可针对不同的发送用户以及接收用户 等设定不同的信息处理规则, 且设定的多个处理规则既可同时进行, 也可按照一定的 顺序进行, 下面以一种设定方式为例进行说明。 用户先设定至少一个信息处理流程,然后在每个信息处理流程中设置至少一个信 息处理规则。 本实施例中至少两个信息处理流程时, 对信息处理时可同时选择多个信 息处理流程对其进行处理; 当然也可按照一定的顺序选择相应的信息处理流程对该信 息进行处理。本实施例中当用户在一个信息处理流程中设定至少两个信息处理规则时, 该信息处理流程中的各信息处理规则可按照优先级从高到低的顺序排列, 然后对信息 处理时可按照优先级从高到低下或从低到高的顺序依次选择对应的信息处理规则。 当 然, 信息处理流程包括的多个信息处理规则也可不按照优先级排列, 也可随机排列, 对信息处理时则可随机选择信息处理规则对其进行处理。 在本实施例中, 设置的各信息处理规则包括触发条件和处理方式; 选取一个信息 处理规则对信息处理时, 需判定该信息是否满足该信息处理规则的触发条件, 如满足, 才按照该信息处理规则的处理方式该信息进行处理。 本实施例中, 设置的触发条件可 包括信息发送时间、 发送终端标识信息(如号码等标志信息)、 目标终端标识信息、 信 息内容等中的至少一种。 例如设定信息的发送时间在 23点值至 24点时间段内的, 才 对其按照用户设定的处理方式进行处理。 本实施例中的处理方式也可根据用户不同的 需求任用户自定义设置, 例如处理方式具体可包括对信息不作处理(即原样输出)、对 信息停止处理(即停止对该信息采用后续的处理规则进行处理)、转发信息(即将该信 息转发至设定的目标地址)、将信息保存到邮件(即将该信息同时保存到邮件, 或将该 信息直接保存到邮件, 而不再采用短信或彩信的方式发送)、修改信息的格式(包括信 息内容的显示格式等)、 自动回复信息、在信息中增加第三方信息(例如在该信息中增 加广告信息等) 等中的至少一种。 根据上述阐述可知, 本实施例中用户可自定义短信或彩信等信息的处理规则, 而 不仅局限于服务提供商提供的固化处理流程, 更能满足用户的多样化需求, 进而提升 服务质量。
实施例二 为了更好的理解本发明, 下面结合具体的信息处理系统对本发明做进一步说明。 请参见图 3所示, 该系统包括依次连接的信息接入网元、 信息增值平台、 信息输出网 元, 其中: 信息接入网元设置为接收信息并转发送给信息增值平台, 该信息包括短信和彩信 中的至少一种; 信息增值平台设置为保存用户设定的信息处理规则, 以及用于接收到所述信息接 入网元发送的信息后, 按照用户设定的处理规则对其进行处理; 并将处理后的信息发 送给信息输出网元; 信息输出网元设置为将信息增值平台处理后的信息输出, 具体可能采用短信、 彩 信或邮件等方式输出。 在本实施例中, 用户可先向运营商订购次增值业务, 业务开通后, 用户可凭自己 的用户名和密码登陆信息增值平台, 进而为自己设定相应的信息处理规则, 具体可通 过 WEB等方式的图形化界面增加相应的信息处理流程, 进而在信息处理流程中设置 相应的信息处理规则, 请参见图 3所示的信息增值平台中保存的各信息处理流程和信 息处理规则示意图。 本实施例中的信息接入网元接收信息时, 会按照上述方式判断当前接收的信息是 否是级联信息, 如是, 则继续接收, 直到接收到该级联信息的最后一条信息或直到接 收超时。 具体的, 本实施例中的信息接入网元和信息输出网元可为短信网关、 短信中 心等等, 为了更好的理解本发明, 下面以信息为短信、 信息接入网元和信息输出网元 为短信网关为例进行说明。 假设发送终端用户通过短信网关向目标终端用户发送短信; 而目标终端用户设定 的一个信息处理流程, 该信息处理流程中包括以下按照优先级从高到低的顺序设置有 多个信息处理规则, 此时信息增值平台对短信网关发送的短信处理过程如下: 步骤 401 : 判定该信息处理流程中是否还有未处理的信息处理规则, 如没有, 转 至步骤 402, 否则, 转至步骤 403 ; 步骤 402, 将该短信原样输出; 步骤 403 : 判断该短信是否满足当前信息处理规则的触发条件, 该触发条件可以 是发送终端的号码 (即主叫号码)、 目标终端的号码 (即被叫号码)、 短信发送时间、 短信包括的内容等等; 如满足, 转至步骤 404, 否则, 转至步骤 401 ; 步骤 404: 判断当前信息处理规则的处理方式, 如判定处理方式为不处理, 则转 至步骤 401 (即将该短信原样输出且直接进行后续规则的处理); 如判定为停止处理, 则转至步骤 402 (即将该短信原样输出且不再进行后续规则的处理); 如判定为转发, 则转至步骤 405 ; 如判定为保存到邮件, 则转至步骤 406; 如判定为自动回复则转至步 骤 407; 如判定为增加第三方信息, 则转至步骤 408; 步骤 405 : 将该短信中的被叫号码替换为用户设置的被叫号码, 转至步骤 401 ; 步骤 406: 将该短信转换为邮件格式, 转至步骤 401 ; 步骤 407:将用户设置的恢复内容以短信的方式发送给该发送终端,转至步骤 401 ; 步骤 408: 跟第三方平台交互, 获取第三方信息并添加到该短信中, 并转至步骤 401; 本实施例中的第三方平台可以是各种社交平台, 例如微信平台、 微博平台等, 也 可以是广告平台、 位置服务平台等。 下面以一个用户 A想将用户 B发送过来的短信在另外保存到自己的邮箱为例以便 于后续的查阅等为例对本发明作进一步的说明, 其包括: 步骤 501 : 该用户通过运营商订购此短信增值业务; 步骤 502: 用户根据获取的用户名及密码登陆信息增值平台; 步骤 503 : 用户通过 WEB方式的图像化界面增加一个信息处理流程; 步骤 504: 在信息处理流程中增加一个信息处理规则, 该信息处理规则的触发条 件为发送方号码为用户 B,处理方式为将信息保存到邮件; 步骤 505 : 短信网关接收到用户 B发送给用户 A的短信息, 判定用户 A设定了信 息处理规则, 将其转发给信息增值平台; 步骤 506: 信息增值平台判定该信息的发送方号码为用户 B, 满足信息处理规则 的触发条件, 对其按照该规则的处理方式对其进行处理, 将该短信保存为邮件并发送 到用户设定的邮箱中。 在该处理规则中, 当该短信为级联短信时 (支持最大 255条级 联短信), 在上述步骤 505中则需将所有级联短信接收完毕后, 在进入步骤 506, 将所 有相关的级联短信都存取出来并封装成一条消息后保存成一封邮件。 当上述步骤 505 接收短信过程中出现分片丢失的情况时, 则可在该短信中插入分片丢失标识, 然后进 入步骤 506, 以提醒用户该短信丢失了部分内容。 可见, 通过本发明, 用户可以按照自己的需求设定对短信、 彩信等信息处理的规 贝 U, 而并仅限于服务提供商的固化业务流程, 因此可满足不同用户的多样化业务需求, 进而提高用户体验的满意度, 在一定程度上能促进短信和彩信增值业务的发展。 以上内容是结合具体的实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明, 不能认定本发 明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在 不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干简单推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本发 明的保护范围。 工业实用性 本发明提供的技术方案可以应用于移动通信中的信息的处理, 具体的可以应用于 短信、 彩信业务中的信息处理。 在本发明提供的技术方案中, 用户可以按照自己的需 求设定对短信、 彩信等信息处理的规则, 而并仅限于服务提供商的固化业务流程, 因 此可满足不同用户的多样化业务需求, 进而提高用户体验的满意度, 在一定程度上能 促进短信和彩信增值业务的发展。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种信息处理方法, 包括:
用户设定信息处理规则, 所述信息包括短信和彩信中的至少一种; 接收信息;
将接收到的信息按照用户设定的处理规则进行处理后再发送。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的信息处理方法, 其中, 将接收到的信息按照用户设定的处 理规则进行处理前, 还包括:
判断该信息是否满足按照用户设定的处理规则进行处理的条件, 如满足, 判定对该信息按照用户设定的处理规则进行处理。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的信息处理方法, 其中, 判断接收到的信息是否满足按照用 户设定的处理规则进行处理的条件包括:
判断发送该信息的发送终端用户和接收该信息的目标终端用户是否有至少 一个用户设定了信息处理规则; 如是, 则对其按照用户设定的处理规则进行处 理。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的信息处理方法, 其中, 若判定所述发送终端用户和目标终 端用户都设定了信息处理规则, 则对所述信息先按照发送终端用户设定的处理 规则进行处理, 然后再对其按照目标终端用户设定的信息处理规则处理。
5. 如权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的信息处理方法, 其中, 所述接收信息包括: 判 断当前接收到的信息是否是级联信息, 如是, 则继续接收, 直到接收到该级联 信息的最后一条信息或直到接收超时。
6. 如权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的信息处理方法, 其中, 所述用户设定信息处理 规则包括:
用户先设定至少一个信息处理流程, 然后在每个信息处理流程中设置至少 一个信息处理规则。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的信息处理方法, 其中, 当用户设定至少两个信息处理流程 时, 对所述信息处理时同时选择多个信息处理流程对其进行处理; 当用户在一 个信息处理流程中设定至少两个信息处理规则时, 该信息处理流程中的各信息 处理规则按照优先级从高到低的顺序排列, 对信息处理时按照优先级从高到低 下或从低到高的顺序依次选择对应的信息处理规则。
8. 如权利要求 6所述的信息处理方法, 其中, 所述信息处理规则包括触发条件, 处理方式; 选取一个信息处理规则对信息处理时, 判定该信息是否满足该信息 处理规则的触发条件, 如满足, 则按照该信息处理规则的处理方式该信息进行 处理。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的信息处理方法, 其中, 所述触发条件包括信息发送时间、 发送终端标识信息、 目标终端标识信息、 信息内容中的至少一种。
10. 如权利要求 8所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述处理方式包括对信息不作处理、 对信息停止处理、 转发信息、 将信息保存到邮件、 修改信息的格式、 自动回复 信息、 在信息中增加第三方信息中的至少一种。
11. 一种信息处理系统, 包括信息接入网元、 信息增值平台、 信息输出网元;
所述信息接入网元设置为接收信息并转发送给信息增值平台, 其中, 所述 信息包括短信和彩信中的至少一种;
所述信息增值平台设置为保存用户设定的信息处理规则, 以及接收到所述 信息接入网元发送的信息后, 按照用户设定的处理规则对其进行处理; 并将处 理后的信息发送给信息输出网元;
所述信息输出网元设置为将所述信息增值平台发送的信息输出。
12. 如权利要求 11所述的信息处理系统, 其中, 所述信息接入网元接收信息包括: 所述信息接入网元判断当前接收到的信息是否是级联信息,如是,则继续接收, 直到接收到该级联信息的最后一条信息或直到接收超时。
13. 如权利要求 11或 12所述的信息处理系统, 其中, 所述用户设定的信息处理规 则包括: 至少一个信息处理流程, 每个信息处理流程中设置有至少一个信息处 理规则。
14. 如权利要求 13所述的信息处理系统, 其中, 所述信息处理规则包括触发条件, 处理方式; 所述信息增值平台选取一个信息处理规则对信息处理时, 判定该信 息是否满足该信息处理规则的触发条件, 如满足, 则按照该信息处理规则的处 理方式该信息进行处理。 如权利要求 14所述的信息处理系统,其中,所述处理方式包括对信息不作处理、 对信息停止处理、 转发信息、 将信息保存到邮件、 修改信息的格式、 自动回复 信息、 在信息中增加第三方信息中的至少一种。
