或者, 当服务 器判断接收方呼叫发送方为本地拨打长途业务时, 服务器同样可以根据接收方的用户 设置,在多媒体消息携带的回复地址前添加回复发送方时需要增加的拨打前缀(例如, 预设的 IP长途前缀), 从而使得接收方不用手动修改回复地址, 提高了用户体验。 所添加的回复前缀除了上述提到的运营商服务号、 拨打前缀外, 还可以是网络路 由标识, 例如, 当回复地址是 Email、 语音信箱地址时, 那么添加网络路由标识作为 回复前缀, 可以让接收方回复发送方时采用最快或最优的网络路由。 步骤 S106, 接收方接收上述多媒体消息。 例如, 在实际应用中, 接收方接收到含有回复前缀的多媒体消息后, 首先对该多 媒体消息进行分析, 从其中提取添加有回复前缀的回复地址再进行回复, 从而可以使 得回复方式为与发送方和 /或接收方相符合的最优回复方式或最佳回复路由, 从而满足 了系统传送多媒体消息的优化路由的需求, 或满足用户的需要, 提高用户体验。 其中, 本发明实施例的上述多媒体消息可以是即时消息, 也可以是短消息、 MMS 或 E-MAIL等需要发送的消息, 从编码方式上来看, 可以是 SIP寻呼消息或者 MIME (Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions, 多功能网际邮件扩充协议) 格式消息、 MMS 格式消息。 通过本发明实施例提供的上述方法,服务器在接收到发送方发送的多媒体消息时, 根据发送方和 /或接收方的用户设置, 在该多媒体消息携带的回复地址前添加回复前 缀, 接收方收根据添加有回复前缀的回复地址执行回复操作, 从而使得回复可以按照 发送方和 /或接收方的用户设置进行, 从而提高了用户体验的效果。 下面以语音信箱业务为例, 对多媒体消息处理的流程进行说明: 语音信箱是类似于录音电话的一项业务, 当语音信箱用户未能及时接听来电时, 来电可以被转移到语音信箱中, 让来电者留下语音留言。 语音信箱业务利用互联网技 术, 对传统的录音电话业务进行扩展, 终端可以通过语音信箱客户端直接访问语音信 箱, 而不是需要通过传统的拨打服务号接入信箱听取留言的方式。 语音信箱业务的服 务器与客户端之间的交互采用电子邮件协议, 例如互联网多媒体消息访问协议版本 4 ( Internet Message Access Protocol - Version 4, IMAP4, 现在的版本是' ΊΜΑΡ第四版第 一次修订版", 即 IMAP4revl ), 这使得用户可以像管理电子邮件信箱一样管理语音信 箱, 通过向传统语音信箱引入"可视化管理"技术, 发送方还可以像发送电子邮件一样, 预先编辑一条语音留言多媒体消息然后发送出去。 语言信箱业务作为本发明的一个优 选实施例, 其传输的语音留言多媒体消息具有代表性, 下面请结合参考图 2, 图 2是 根据本发明优选实施例的多媒体消息处理流程图, 如图 2所示, 该流程主要包括以下 步骤: 步骤 S201, 发送方留言到接收方语音信箱里; 该步骤即发送方发送多媒体消息到语音信箱服务器中的接收方的语音信箱里。 方案一: 采用传统方式留言。 上述步骤中发送方以传统方式留言, 在传统语音信箱和"可视"语音信箱分开设置 的情况下, 具体方案可以是发送方直接将留言多媒体消息存留在接收方传统语音信箱 里, 传统语音信箱服务器再将留言多媒体消息经过网关转换将留言转移到 "可视 "语音 信箱里。 在传统语音信箱和"可视"语音信箱合并设置的情况下, 发送方可以直接将留言多 媒体消息存放在合一的语音信箱中。 方案二: 采用编辑并发送留言方式留言。 发送方编辑一条留言多媒体消息发送, 该留言多媒体消息最终发送到接收方的留 言信箱中; 语音多媒体消息客户端编辑完语音多媒体消息, 设置该语音多媒体消息的回复地 址, 比如, 通过 Reply_To 字段中设置回复地址, 再发送该携带回复地址信息的多媒 体消息。 其中, 回复地址可以是发送方的电话号码、 Email 地址、 发送方使用的用户 终端的 IP地址、用户终端的路由标识、用户终端上客户端的访问标识等能够标识发送 方的标识信息。 该语音多媒体消息为 MIME (Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions, 多功能网际邮 件扩充协议) 格式编码的多媒体消息。 步骤 S202, 服务器分析多媒体消息中的回复地址, 并添加回复前缀, 该多媒体消 息最终由接收方客户端接收; 在本发明优选实施例中, 接收方语音信箱服务器接收到发送方的多媒体消息后, 根据发送方和 /或接收方的回复偏好设置, 提取语音多媒体消息中的 Reply_To 中字段 中设置的回复地址, 在该地址中添加相应的回复前缀, 完成对多媒体消息的 Reply_To 字段中的回复地址的更新, 将携带该回复地址的多媒体消息发送给接收方。 例如, 发送方的回复地址是手机号码, 但发送方正处于国际漫游, 根据回复地址 中设置的在国际漫游时将漫游地运营商的服务号作为回复前缀添加到回复地址前, 供 接收方直接回拨。又例如, 接收方也可在服务器中设定长途 IP拨打前缀或漫游拨打前 缀, 服务器在接收方处于本地拨打长途时或接收方处于漫游状态时在回复地址前添加 这些相应前缀, 便于接收方直接进行回复操作。 步骤 S203 : 接收方收到多媒体消息后, 提取回复地址, 做出相应的回复操作。 其中, 针对不同的回复地址, 接收方可以进行相应的语音呼叫、发送短信、 MMS、
EmaiK 多媒体信息等。 通过本实施例提供的上述方法, 可以在语音信箱系统中按照用户设置添加回复前 缀, 从而提高了回复时的用户体验。 图 3是根据本发明实施例的多媒体消息处理装置的结构示意图, 该装置位于服务 器侧, 可以设置为实现本发明实施例提供的上述方法。 如图 3所示, 该装置主要包括 接收模块 10、 修改模块 20以及发送模块 30。 其中, 接收模块 10, 设置为接收来自发 送方的多媒体消息, 其中, 该多媒体消息中携带有发送方的回复地址; 修改模块 20, 设置为根据发送方和 /或接收方的用户设置,在该多媒体消息携带的回复地址前添加回 复前缀; 发送模块 30, 设置为将经修改模块修改后的上述多媒体消息发送到接收方。 其中, 发送方和 /或接收方的用户设置可以是在发送方处于漫游或与接收方位于不 同服务区域的情况下, 在回复地址前添加回复发送方时需要经历的运营商的服务号。 因此, 如图 4所示, 该装置还可以包括: 第一判断模块 40, 设置为判断发送方当前位 于漫游地或与接收方位于不同服务区域,触发修改模块 20在上述多媒体消息携带的回 复地址前添加回复发送方时需要经历的运营商的服务号。 或者, 发送方和 /或接收方的用户设置也可以是在接收方处于漫游或与发送方位于 不同服务区域的情况下, 在回复地址前增加漫游地的漫游拨打前缀。 因此, 如图 4所 示, 该装置还可以: 第二判断模块 50, 设置为判断接收方当前位于漫游地或与发送方 位于不同服务区域,触发修改模块 20在上述多媒体消息携带的回复地址前添加回复所 述发送方时需要增加的拨打前缀。 或者, 发送方和 /或接收方的用户设置也可以是在接收方呼叫发送方为本地拨打长 途业务的情况下, 在回复地址前增加漫游地的长途拨打前缀。 因此, 如图 4所示, 该 装置还可以: 第三判断模块 60, 设置为判断接收方呼叫发送方为本地拨打长途业务, 触发修改模块 20在多媒体消息携带的回复地址前添加预设的长途拨打前缀。 在本发明实施例的一个优选实施方式中, 上述第一判断模块 40、第二判断模块 50 和第三判断模块 60也可以合一设置。 在本发明实施例的一个优选实施方式中, 上述装置可以同时包括第一判断模块 40、 第二判断模块 50和第三判断模块 60, 也可以只包含其中之一或两者。 通过本发明实施例提供的上述装置, 可以在接收到发送方发送的多媒体消息时, 根据发送方和 /或接收方的用户设置, 在该多媒体消息携带的回复地址前添加回复前 缀, 从而可以优化接收方在回复发送方时的回复路由及回复方式, 或者简化用户操作, 提高用户体验。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 在本发明实施例中, 服务器根据发送方和 /或接收方 的用户设置, 对来自发送方的多媒体消息中携带的回复地址中添加回复前缀, 接收方 收到多媒体消息后, 根据添加有回复前缀的回复地址执行回复操作的方式, 从而可以 优化接收方在回复发送方时的回复路径及回复方式, 或者简化用户操作, 提高用户体 验。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种多媒体消息的处理方法, 包括:
服务器接收来自发送方的多媒体消息, 其中, 所述多媒体消息中携带有所 述发送方的回复地址;
所述服务器根据所述发送方和 /或接收方的用户设置,在所述多媒体消息携 带的所述回复地址前添加回复前缀, 然后发送所述多媒体消息;
所述接收方接收所述多媒体消息。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在所述服务器接收来自发送方的多媒体消 息之前, 所述方法还包括: 所述发送方在待发送的所述多媒体消息中设置所述 回复地址。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述服务器根据所述发送方和 /或接收方的 用户设置, 在所述多媒体消息携带的所述回复地址前添加回复前缀, 包括: 所述服务器判断所述发送方和接收方位于不同服务区域, 或所述服务器判 断所述发送方当前位于漫游地;
所述服务器根据所述发送方和 /或所述接收方的用户设置,在所述多媒体消 息携带的所述回复地址前添加回复所述发送方时需要经历的运营商的服务号。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述服务器根据所述发送方和 /或接收方的 用户设置, 在所述多媒体消息携带的所述回复地址前添加回复前缀, 包括: 所述服务器判断所述发送方和接收方位于不同服务区域, 或所述服务器判 断所述接收方当前位于漫游地;
所述服务器根据所述接收方的用户设置, 在所述多媒体消息携带的所述回 复地址前添加回复所述发送方时需要增加的拨打前缀。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述服务器根据所述发送方和 /或接收方的 用户设置, 在所述多媒体消息携带的所述回复地址前添加回复前缀, 包括: 所述服务器判断所述接收方呼叫所述发送方为本地拨打长途业务; 所述服务器根据所述接收方的用户设置, 在所述多媒体消息携带的所述回 复地址前添加预设的长途拨打前缀。 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述回复地址包括以下至少 之一: 所述发送方的电话号码、 所述发送方的电子邮箱的地址、 所述发送方的 用户终端的 IP地址、所述用户终端的路由标识、所述用户终端上的客户端的访 问标识。 一种多媒体消息的处理装置, 位于服务器上, 包括:
接收模块, 设置为接收来自发送方的多媒体消息, 其中, 所述多媒体消息 中携带有所述发送方的回复地址;
修改模块, 设置为根据所述发送方和 /或接收方的用户设置, 在所述多媒体 消息携带的所述回复地址前添加回复前缀;
发送模块, 设置为将经所述修改模块修改后的所述多媒体消息发送到所述 接收方。 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括: 第一判断模块, 设置为判断所述发送方当前位于漫游地或与所述接收方位 于不同服务区域, 触发所述修改模块在所述多媒体消息携带的所述回复地址前 添加回复所述发送方时需要经历的运营商的服务号。 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括: 第二判断模块, 设置为判断所述接收方当前位于漫游地或与所述发送方位 于不同服务区域, 触发所述修改模块在所述多媒体消息携带的所述回复地址前 添加回复所述发送方时需要增加的拨打前缀。 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括: 第三判断模块, 设置为判断所述接收方呼叫所述发送方为本地拨打长途业 务, 触发所述修改模块在所述多媒体消息携带的所述回复地址前添加预设的长 途拨打前缀。
