多媒体消息的发布方法及装置 技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种多媒体消息的发布方法及装置。 背景技术 目前,相关技术中的多媒体消息业务(Multimedia Messaging Service,简称为 MMS) 是一种能够在移动终端(例如:手机)与移动终端之间以及移动终端与电子邮件(Email ) 服务器等其他应用之间传送多媒体内容的消息服务。 多媒体消息为用户提供了包括图 像、 声音等多种媒体格式的消息内容, 从而使得运营商可以为用户提供十分丰富的、 个性化的服务。 在使用过程中, 很多用户在接收到多媒体消息后, 会将其中一部分较 为精彩的内容与好友分享。 然而, 相关技术中只能通过再次转发多媒体消息来完成, 如果分享的好友数量较多, 不但会使得操作繁琐, 而且还会增加额外的资费。 为了解 决上述难题, 社交平台应运而生, 社交平台是一个基于用户关系信息分享、 传播以及 获取的平台, 例如: 时下较为流行的微博 (MicroBlog), 其最大的优势就在于: 信息 发布以及信息传播的速度快。 针对相关技术中如何通过社交平台将用户自主选择的多媒体消息内容进行发布, 目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。 发明内容 本发明提供了一种多媒体消息的发布方法及装置, 以至少解决相关技术中如何通 过社交平台将用户自主选择的多媒体消息内容进行发布的问题。 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种多媒体消息的发布方法。 根据本发明的多媒体消息的发布方法包括: 对接收到的多媒体消息进行解析, 从 多媒体消息中获取接收方的标识信息; 将多媒体消息发布至与接收方的标识信息绑定 的一个或多个社交平台上。 优选地, 将多媒体消息发布至一个或多个社交平台上包括: 判断当前是否存储有 接收方预先输入的一个或多个社交平台的标识信息; 如果是, 则读取一个或多个社交 平台的标识信息; 按照一个或多个社交平台的标识信息将多媒体消息发布至一个或多 个社交平台。 优选地, 按照一个或多个社交平台的标识信息将多媒体消息发布至一个或多个社 交平台包括: 分别获取一个或多个社交平台中与每个社交平台对应的消息格式; 按照 与每个社交平台对应的消息格式分别对多媒体消息进行转换, 并将转化后的多媒体消 息进行发布。 优选地, 在对多媒体消息进行解析之前, 还包括: 接收来自于 BOSS的业务信息, 其中, 业务信息用于表示接收方已经开通将多媒体消息发布至一个或多个社交平台的 业务; 对业务信息进行存储。 优选地, 上述方法还包括: 按照预设规则将多媒体消息发布至一个或多个社交平 台上, 其中, 预设规则包括以下至少之一: 根据多媒体消息的发送方确定是否发布该 多媒体消息; 根据多媒体消息的内容确定是否发布该多媒体消息; 根据多媒体消息的 主题确定是否发布该多媒体消息。 优选地, 上述方法应用于多媒体消息业务中心 (MMSC)。 根据本发明的另一方面, 提供了一种多媒体消息的发布装置。 根据本发明的多媒体消息的发布装置包括: 获取模块, 设置为对接收到的多媒体 消息进行解析, 从多媒体消息中获取接收方的标识信息; 发布模块, 设置为将多媒体 消息发布至与接收方的标识信息绑定的一个或多个社交平台上。 优选地, 发布模块包括: 判断单元, 设置为判断当前是否存储有接收方预先输入 的一个或多个社交平台的标识信息; 读取单元, 设置为在判断单元输出为是时, 读取 一个或多个社交平台的标识信息; 发布单元, 设置为按照一个或多个社交平台的标识 信息将多媒体消息发布至一个或多个社交平台。 优选地, 发布单元包括: 获取子单元, 设置为分别获取一个或多个社交平台中与 每个社交平台对应的消息格式; 发布子单元, 设置为按照与每个社交平台对应的消息 格式分别对多媒体消息进行转换, 并将转化后的多媒体消息进行发布。 优选地, 上述装置还包括: 接收模块, 设置为接收来自于 BOSS的业务信息, 其 中, 业务信息用于表示接收方已经开通将多媒体消息发布至一个或多个社交平台的业 务; 存储模块, 设置为对业务信息进行存储。 优选地, 发布模块, 设置为按照预设规则将多媒体消息发布至一个或多个社交平 台上, 其中, 预设规则包括以下至少之一: 根据多媒体消息的发送方确定是否发布该 多媒体消息; 根据多媒体消息的内容确定是否发布该多媒体消息; 根据多媒体消息的 主题确定是否发布该多媒体消息。 通过本发明, 采用对接收到的多媒体消息进行解析, 从多媒体消息中获取接收方 的标识信息;将多媒体消息发布至与接收方的标识信息绑定的一个或多个社交平台上, 将多媒体消息系统与时下新兴的社交平台 (例如: 微博) 紧密联系起来, 以便于用户 与好友分享丰富的多媒体消息内容, 由此解决了相关技术中如何通过社交平台将用户 自主选择的多媒体消息内容进行发布的问题, 进而简化了用户与好友分享多媒体消息 的操作, 同时由于社交平台传播的广泛性, 对于多媒体消息业务的开展具有较大的促 进作用。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部分, 本发 明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的不当限定。 在附图 中: 图 1是根据本发明实施例的多媒体消息的发布方法的流程图; 图 2是根据本发明优选实施例的 BOSS系统和多媒体消息中心连接的示意图; 图 3是根据本发明优选实施例的通过社交平台发布多媒体消息的流程图; 图 4是根据本发明实施例的多媒体消息的发布装置的结构框图; 图 5是根据本发明优选实施例的多媒体消息的发布装置的结构框图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的 情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 图 1是根据本发明实施例的多媒体消息的发布方法的流程图。 如图 1所示, 该方 法可以包括以下处理步骤: 步骤 S102: 对接收到的多媒体消息进行解析, 从多媒体消息中获取接收方的标识 信息; 步骤 S104:将多媒体消息发布至与接收方的标识信息绑定的一个或多个社交平台 上。 相关技术中, 无法通过社交平台将用户自主选择的多媒体消息内容进行发布。 采 用如图 1所示的方法, 对接收到的多媒体消息进行解析, 从多媒体消息中获取接收方 的标识信息;将多媒体消息发布至与接收方的标识信息绑定的一个或多个社交平台上, 将多媒体消息系统与时下新兴的社交平台 (例如: 微博) 紧密联系起来, 以便于用户 与好友分享丰富的多媒体消息内容, 由此解决了相关技术中如何通过社交平台将用户 自主选择的多媒体消息内容进行发布的问题, 进而简化了用户与好友分享多媒体消息 的操作, 同时由于社交平台传播的广泛性, 对于多媒体消息业务的开展具有较大的促 进作用。 在优选实施过程中, 本发明实施例所提供的上述技术方案可以应用于 MMSC中。 优选地,在步骤 S104中,将多媒体消息发布至一个或多个社交平台上可以包括以 下操作: 步骤 S1 : 判断当前是否存储有接收方预先输入的一个或多个社交平台的标识信 息; 步骤 S2: 如果是, 则读取一个或多个社交平台的标识信息; 步骤 S3 : 按照一个或多个社交平台的标识信息将多媒体消息发布至一个或多个社 交平台。 在优选实施例中,用户可以通过自服务系统输入需要绑定的社交平台的账号信息。 多媒体消息业务中心可以根据多媒体消息的接收方用户查询相关控制信息, 检查接收 方用户是否已经开通了自动发布多媒体消息至社交平台业务, 如果没有开通, 则无需 进行任何处理; 如果接收方用户已经开通了自动发布多媒体消息至社交平台业务, 则 需要读取用户的社交平台账户信息。 优选地,在上述步骤 S2中,按照一个或多个社交平台的标识信息将多媒体消息发 布至一个或多个社交平台可以包括以下步骤: 步骤 S21 : 分别获取一个或多个社交平台中与每个社交平台对应的消息格式; 步骤 S22: 按照与每个社交平台对应的消息格式分别对多媒体消息进行转换, 并 将转化后的多媒体消息进行发布。 在优选实施例中, 由于不同的社交平台所使用的消息格式各不相同, 因此, 需要 在将多媒体消息发布至各个社交平台之前, 分别按照与每个社交平台对应的消息格式 对多媒体消息进行转换, 然后再进行发布。 优选地, 在步骤 S102, 对多媒体消息进行解析之前, 还可以包括以下操作: 步骤 S4: 接收来自于 BOSS的业务信息, 其中, 业务信息用于表示接收方已经开 通将多媒体消息发布至一个或多个社交平台的业务; 步骤 S5: 对业务信息进行存储。 在优选实施例中, 如果希望将用户自主选择的多媒体消息内容通过社交平台进行 发布, 那么其前提条件在于: 该用户必须开通此项业务。 用户可以通过业务受理人员 在业务运营支撑系统 (Business& Operation Support System, 简称为 BOSS) 开通此项 功能。 此后, BOSS 系统可以将开通多媒体消息自动发布至社交平台业务的用户相关 信息发送至多媒体消息业务中心 (Multimedia Messaging Service Central , 简称为 MMSC)。 MMSC 对于开通多媒体消息内容自动发布至社交平台的用户设置相应的业 务功能, 并同步到 MMSC的用户数据库中。 优选地, 在步骤 S104中, 上述方法还可以包括以下步骤: 步骤 S6: 按照预设规则将多媒体消息发布至一个或多个社交平台上, 其中, 预设 规则可以包括但不限于以下至少之一:
( 1 ) 根据多媒体消息的发送方确定是否发布该多媒体消息;
(2) 根据多媒体消息的内容确定是否发布该多媒体消息; (3 ) 根据多媒体消息的主题确定是否发布该多媒体消息。 在优选实施例中, 用户可以通过自服务系统设置自动发布多媒体消息的规则, 根 据自身需求可以设置如下规则:
1. 根据多媒体消息的发送方确定是否发布该多媒体消息; 由于多媒体消息的发送方可能是移动终端用户, 也可能是 VASP, 还可能是 Email 用户, 因此, 用户可以从中指定自身感兴趣的消息发送者, 当这些发送方发送多媒体 消息给自己时, 即可自动发布到社交平台。 2. 根据多媒体消息的内容确定是否发布该多媒体消息; 多媒体消息的内容可以包括但不限于: 图片、 文字、 flash动画、 视频短片。
3. 根据多媒体消息的主题确定是否发布该多媒体消息; 用户可以设置部分关键字(例如: 时事政治、 娱乐报道、 天气资讯), 当多媒体消 息的主题中包含上述关键字时, 即可自动发布到社交平台。 需要说明的是, 以上规则仅是本发明实施例中优选的个人设置规则, 并非是对全 部设置规则的穷举, 并不构成对本发明的不当限制。 而且, 上述各项规则既可以单独 设置, 也可以组合设置。 作为本发明的一个优选实施方式, 以属于 MMSC的增值业务供应商 (VASP) 平 台向终端用户发送多媒体消息的业务流程为例对上述优选实施过程加以说明。 首先, 接收到多媒体消息的用户需要开通将多媒体消息自动发布至社交平台的业 务。 用户可以通过营业厅的受理人员来开通此项功能, 将该用户的相关信息保存到
BOSS系统中。 其次, BOSS系统将开通了该项业务的用户相关信息通知给多媒体消息中心。 图 2是根据本发明优选实施例的 BOSS系统和多媒体消息中心连接的示意图。 如 图 2所示, 各功能实体的具体介绍如下:
( 1 ) BOSS负责移动终端用户的多媒体消息业务的开通、 多媒体消息业务的退订 等, 并将开通业务及退订业务的用户相关信息发送至 MMSC。
① 多媒体消息业务的开通 BOSS 系统将开通了自动发布业务的用户以及相关业务信息发送到多媒体消息中 心。 MMSC进行用户信息的查询, 如果用户已经开通了此项业务, 则向 BOSS系统返 回失败响应, 提示相关错误 (例如: 该用户已经开通此项功能, 无法执行重复操作); 如果用户没有开通此项业务, 则可以对 MMSC内的用户数据库信息进行更改, 并在修 改成功后, 向 BOSS系统返回成功的响应消息。 ②用户取消自动发布业务 用户如果需要取消此项业务, 则需要由营业厅的受理人员负责注销, 同时对 MMSC中的用户数据库进行修改。
BOSS 系统将需要注销自动发布业务的用户以及相关业务信息发送到 MMSC。 MMSC进行用户信息的查询, 如果用户还没有开通此项业务或者查询不到该用户的相 关信息, 则 MMSC向 BOSS系统返回失败响应, 提示相关错误(例如: 该用户未开通 过此项业务, 或者, 查询不到此用户的相关信息)。 如果用户已经开通过此项业务, 则 对 MMSC中的用户数据库所保存的与该用户相关的信息进行更改, 并在修改成功后, 向 BOSS系统返回成功的响应消息。 在 BOSS与 MMSC之间的接口可以优选采用业务管理点 (Service Manage Point, 简称为 SMP) 协议。
(2) MMSC 负责多媒体消息的保存与转发, 同时还要负责用户关于多媒体业务 的管理。 在 MMSC与其他 MMSC之间可以优选采用 Mm4接口。
(3 ) 用户代理 (UA), 即用户所使用的移动终端, UA可以通过无线网络发送和 /或接收多媒体消息。 在无线网络与 MMSC之间可以优选采用 Mml接口。
(4) VASP负责提供多媒体应用和服务, VASP既可以发送多媒体消息至 UA, 也 可以接收来自于 UA的多媒体消息。 在 VASP与 MMSC之间可以优选采用 Mm7接口。 ( 5 ) 电子邮件服务器 (Email Server) 负责发送多媒体消息到 MMSC, 也可以接 收来自于 MMSC的多媒体消息。 在 Email Server与 MMSC之间可以优选采用 Mm3接口。 需要说明的是, 用户可以根据自身需要编辑个人的社交平台账户信息以及多媒体 消息自动发布的规则, 其中, 编辑与修改操作需要在用户自服务系统中进行。 在编辑 完成后, 用户自服务系统可以将用户编辑的信息保存到 MMSC。 作为本发明的另一个优选实施方式, 图 3是根据本发明优选实施例的通过社交平 台发布多媒体消息的流程图。 如图 3所示, 该流程可以包括以下步骤: 步骤 S302:发送方 VASP编辑多媒体消息并经由 Mm7接口向 MMSC提交多媒体 消息; 步骤 S304: MMSC在接收到多媒体消息后经由 Mm7接口向 VASP返回提交消息 响应; 步骤 S306: MMSC根据多媒体消息的接收方用户查询相关控制信息,检查接收方 用户是否已经开通了自动发布多媒体消息至社交平台业务, 如果没有开通, 则无需进 行任何处理; 如果接收方用户已经开通了自动发布多媒体消息至社交平台业务, 则系 统需要读取用户的社交平台账户信息, 并根据用户设置的多媒体消息发布规则判断该 条多媒体消息是否需要发布; 用户可以通过自服务系统设置自动发布多媒体消息的规则, 例如: 可以在接收到 的多媒体消息中指定自动发布从特定消息发送方所接收到的多媒体消息, 或者指定自 动发布包含特定内容的多媒体消息, 并且用户可以自由设定规则组合。 步骤 S308: 多媒体消息用户数据库将查询到的用户社交平台账户信息以及是否需 要自动发布的标识信息发送至 MMSC的消息处理模块; 步骤 S310: 多媒体消息中心需要将多媒体消息转换为符合第三方社交平台的消息 格式; 步骤 S312: MMSC经由第三方社交平台接口将转换后的多媒体消息发布到第三方 社交平台 (例如: 新浪微博、 腾讯微信)。 图 4是根据本发明实施例的多媒体消息的发布装置的结构框图。 如图 4所示, 该 多媒体消息的发布装置可以包括: 获取模块 10, 设置为对接收到的多媒体消息进行解 析, 从多媒体消息中获取接收方的标识信息; 发布模块 20, 设置为将多媒体消息发布 至与接收方的标识信息绑定的一个或多个社交平台上。 采用如图 4所示的装置, 解决了相关技术中如何通过社交平台将用户自主选择的 多媒体消息内容进行发布的问题, 进而简化了用户与好友分享多媒体消息的操作, 同 时由于社交平台传播的广泛性, 对于多媒体消息业务的开展具有较大的促进作用。 优选地, 如图 5所示, 发布模块 20可以包括: 判断单元 200, 设置为判断当前是 否存储有接收方预先输入的一个或多个社交平台的标识信息; 读取单元 202, 设置为 在判断单元输出为是时, 读取一个或多个社交平台的标识信息; 发布单元 204, 设置 为按照一个或多个社交平台的标识信息将多媒体消息发布至一个或多个社交平台。 优选地, 发布单元 204可以包括: 获取子单元(图中未示出), 设置为分别获取一 个或多个社交平台中与每个社交平台对应的消息格式; 发布子单元(图中未示出), 设 置为按照与每个社交平台对应的消息格式分别对多媒体消息进行转换, 并将转化后的 多媒体消息进行发布。 优选地, 如图 5 所示, 上述装置还可以包括: 接收模块 30, 设置为接收来自于
BOSS 的业务信息, 其中, 业务信息用于表示接收方已经开通将多媒体消息发布至一 个或多个社交平台的业务; 存储模块 40, 设置为对业务信息进行存储。 在优选实施过程中, 上述发布模块 20, 设置为按照预设规则将多媒体消息发布至 一个或多个社交平台上, 其中, 预设规则可以包括但不限于以下至少之一: ( 1 ) 根据多媒体消息的发送方确定是否发布该多媒体消息;
(2) 根据多媒体消息的内容确定是否发布该多媒体消息;
(3 ) 根据多媒体消息的主题确定是否发布该多媒体消息。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 上述实施例实现了如下技术效果 (需要说明的是这 些效果是某些优选实施例可以达到的效果): 采用本发明实施例所提供的技术方案, 与 相关技术相比, 可以简化用户与好友分享多媒体消息的操作, 同时由于社交平台传播 的广泛性, 可以吸引更多的用户来关注丰富多样的多媒体消息内容以及发布该多媒体 消息内容的用户, 对于多媒体消息业务的开展具有较大的促进作用。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。 工业实用性 如上所述, 本发明实施例提供的一种多媒体消息的发布方法及装置具有以下有益 效果: 简化了用户与好友分享多媒体消息的操作, 同时由于社交平台传播的广泛性, 对于多媒体消息业务的开展具有较大的促进作用。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种多媒体消息的发布方法, 包括:
对接收到的多媒体消息进行解析, 从所述多媒体消息中获取接收方的标识 信息;
将所述多媒体消息发布至与所述接收方的标识信息绑定的一个或多个社交平台 上。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 将所述多媒体消息发布至所述一个或多个 社交平台上包括:
判断当前是否存储有所述接收方预先输入的所述一个或多个社交平台的标 识信息;
如果是, 则读取所述一个或多个社交平台的标识信息;
按照所述一个或多个社交平台的标识信息将所述多媒体消息发布至所述一 个或多个社交平台。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 按照所述一个或多个社交平台的标识信息 将所述多媒体消息发布至所述一个或多个社交平台包括:
分别获取所述一个或多个社交平台中与每个社交平台对应的消息格式; 按照与所述每个社交平台对应的消息格式分别对所述多媒体消息进行转 换, 并将转化后的多媒体消息进行发布。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 在对所述多媒体消息进行解析之前, 还包 括:
接收来自于业务运营支撑系统 BOSS的业务信息, 其中, 所述业务信息用 于表示所述接收方已经开通将所述多媒体消息发布至所述一个或多个社交平台 的业务;
对所述业务信息进行存储。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括: 按照预设规则将所述多媒体消息发布至所述一个或多个社交平台上,其中, 所述预设规则包括以下至少之一: 根据所述多媒体消息的发送方确定是否发布该多媒体消息;
根据所述多媒体消息的内容确定是否发布该多媒体消息;
根据所述多媒体消息的主题确定是否发布该多媒体消息。 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法应用于多媒体消息 业务中心 MMSC。
一种多媒体消息的发布装置, 包括:
获取模块, 设置为对接收到的多媒体消息进行解析, 从所述多媒体消息中 获取接收方的标识信息;
发布模块, 设置为将所述多媒体消息发布至与所述接收方的标识信息绑定 的一个或多个社交平台上。 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述发布模块包括:
判断单元, 设置为判断当前是否存储有所述接收方预先输入的所述一个或 多个社交平台的标识信息;
读取单元, 设置为在所述判断单元输出为是时, 读取所述一个或多个社交 平台的标识信息;
发布单元, 设置为按照所述一个或多个社交平台的标识信息将所述多媒体 消息发布至所述一个或多个社交平台。 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述发布单元包括:
获取子单元, 设置为分别获取所述一个或多个社交平台中与每个社交平台 对应的消息格式;
发布子单元, 设置为按照与所述每个社交平台对应的消息格式分别对所述 多媒体消息进行转换, 并将转化后的多媒体消息进行发布。 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
接收模块,设置为接收来自于业务运营支撑系统 BOSS的业务信息,其中, 所述业务信息用于表示所述接收方已经开通将所述多媒体消息发布至所述一个 或多个社交平台的业务;
