Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil d'entraînement physique (1) comprenant un bâti (9) et au moins une manivelle (10) disposée sur le bâti (9) et pouvant être mise en rotation en continu ainsi qu'un élément d'actionnement (5) pour la main d'une personne à l'entraînement, lequel est monté sur le bâti et peut tourner par rapport à la manivelle (10), cette dernière étant conçue pour exercer un couple par rapport à un axe de rotation lors d'une rotation de la manivelle. Selon l'invention, un premier mécanisme d'accouplement (11) qui force un mouvement oscillant de va-et-vient de l'élément d'actionnement (5) lors d'une rotation de la manivelle est disposé entre l'élément d'actionnement (5) et le bâti (9).
