自动化机械的应用使生产力得到空前的提高,制造业也越来越多 的使用到自动化机械, 在电子线材制造领域同样如此。 电子排线不仅 细而且密, 如果全手工加工, 测量长度、 剪断、 剥去两端胶皮、 将排 线的细线分离、 给每条排线上端子, 这将是一个非常复杂的过程, 不 仅浪费时间, 而且质量得不到保证。 后来, 人们逐渐使用自动化机械 代替人工来完成电子排线从头到尾的各道工序,使生产力得到大大的 提升。
但是, 目前的自动化电子线材加工机械还是存在产品质量、加工 速度等问题。所以, 不断的改进和完善自动化电子线材加工机械是将 会我们的一个长期目标。 实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种排线分线、拨线、 送料机构, 属于电子排线自动加工机械中的一个机构, 能同时完成分 线、 拨线、 送料机构的动作。

一种排线分线、 拨线、 送料机构, 包括: 一机架; 一传动轴, 设 在机架上, 并与机架用两轴承连接; 一传动齿轮, 传动齿轮中心套于 并固定在传动轴上, 由电机带动, 给整个机构提供动能,; 一拨线机 构, 包括: 拨线凸轮、拨线摆块、拨线爪, 所述拨线凸轮为圆盘凸轮, 拨线凸轮中心套于并固定在传动轴上,拨线摆块一端与机架使用铰链 连接, 拨线摆块中部与拨线凸轮接触, 拨线爪固定在拨线摆块的另一 端; 一送料机构, 包括: 送料凸轮、 送料摆块、 送料抓, 所述送料凸 轮为圆盘凸轮, 送料凸轮中心套于并固定在传动轴上, 送料摆块一端 与机架使用铰链连接, 送料摆块中部与送料凸轮接触, 送料爪固定在 拨线摆块的另一端; 一分线机构, 包括: 分线凸轮、 分线摆块、 分线 刀,所述分线凸轮为圆柱凸轮,分线凸轮中心套于并固定在传动轴上, 分线摆块中部与机架使用铰链连接, 送料摆块一端与送料凸轮连接, 分线刀固定在拨线摆块的另一端;
进一步, 所述拨线摆块在与拨线凸轮接触部分设有滑轮, 减小 拨线摆块与拨线凸轮之间的摩擦, 使他们相对运动更平滑。
进一步, 所述送料摆块在与送料凸轮接触部分设有滑轮, 减小 送料摆块与送料凸轮之间的摩擦, 使他们相对运动更平滑。
进一步, 所述分线凸轮中部设有曲线的凹齿, 凹齿沿分线凸轮 外轮廓首尾相接。

如图 1至图 2所示, 一种排线分线、 拨线、 送料机构, 包括: 机 架 12、 传动轴 2、 传动齿轮 1、 拨线机构、 送料机构、 分线机构。 传 动轴 2设在机架 12上, 并与机架 12用两轴承连接, 传动轴可以在机 架上旋转; 传动齿轮 1中心套于并固定在传动轴 2上, 由电机带动, 给整个机构提供动能,; 拨线机构, 包括: 拨线凸轮 3、 拨线摆块 4、 拨线爪 5, 所述拨线凸轮 3为圆盘凸轮, 拨线凸轮 3中心套于并固定 在传动轴 2上, 拨线摆块 4一端与机架 12使用铰链连接, 拨线摆块 4中部与拨线凸轮 3接触, 拨线爪 5固定在拨线摆块 4的另一端; 送 料机构, 包括: 送料凸轮 6、 送料摆块 7、 送料抓 8, 所述送料凸轮 6 为圆盘凸轮, 送料凸轮 6中心套于并固定在传动轴 2上, 送料摆块 7 一端与机架 12使用铰链连接, 送料摆块 7中部与送料凸轮 6接触, 送料爪 8固定在拨线摆块 7的另一端; 分线机构,包括:分线凸轮 9、 分线摆块 10、 分线刀 11, 所述分线凸轮 9为圆柱凸轮, 分线凸轮 9 中心套于并固定在传动轴 2上,分线摆块 10中部与机架 12使用铰链 连接, 送料摆块 10—端与送料凸轮 9连接, 分线刀 11固定在拨线摆 块 10的另一端。
所述拨线摆块 4在与拨线凸轮 3接触部分设有滑轮,所述送料摆 块 7在与送料凸轮 6接触部分设有滑轮,所述分线凸轮 9中部设有曲 线的凹齿, 凹齿沿分线凸轮 9外轮廓首尾相接, 所述分线摆块 10的 端部使用滑轮与分线凸轮 9接触。
传动齿轮 1由电机带动使传动轴 2转动,传动轴 2上的拨线凸轮 3、 送料凸轮 6、 分线凸 9轮跟着传动轴 2旋转给其他机构提供动力。
拨线爪 5连接着拨线摆块 4由圆盘凸轮的拨线凸轮 3带动,做横 向移动;分线刀 11连接着分线摆块 10由圆柱凸轮的分线凸轮 9带动, 做竖向移动; 拨线爪 5和分线刀 11相互配合, 分线刀 11对准电子排 线 13的其中一根向其运动,使对准的这根电子线与其他电子线分开, 然后拨线爪 5勾住电子排线 13移动一根电子线的距离,分线刀 11再 继续分线, 这样使电子排线 13的每根电子线都分开。 送料机构的作 用是为分线后的电子排线 13提供端子。

一分线机构, 包括: 分线凸轮、 分线摆块、 分线刀, 所述分线 凸轮为圆柱凸轮, 分线凸轮中心套于并固定在传动轴上, 分线摆块中 部与机架使用铰链连接, 送料摆块一端与送料凸轮连接, 分线刀固定 在拨线摆块的另一端。
