卷管组件包括卷管 13和插固在卷管 13两端的主动轮管塞 18及被动轮管塞 19, 卷帘布 11 宽度大于卷管 13长度, 在主动轮管塞 18和被动轮管塞 19外露在卷管 13外的部位上均开设有环形凹槽 110且环形凹槽 110外径小于卷管 13管径, 当卷 帘布 11卷绕至卷管 13上时卷帘布 11两侧边分别卷绕位于相对应的环形凹槽 110 处, 也就是说当卷帘布 11上升并被卷管 13卷起来时, 定位件 17也随着卷帘布 11 的上升而卷绕上去并位于相对应的环形凹槽 110处。 由于定位件 17是缝纫固连在 裙边 11a上的, 裙边 11a卷绕上去叠加在一起时, 其形成的厚度 (即定位件 17卷 绕上去后叠加所形成的厚度)大于卷帘布 11卷绕至卷管 13上时所形成的厚度, 因 此将定位件 17卷绕叠加的位置设置在环形凹槽 110处。 具体的说, 当裙边 11a卷 绕至环形凹槽 110处时,裙边 11a在定位件 17 自身重力作用下具有一下坠的趋势, 由于环形槽与卷管 13外壁之间具有一高度差,该高度差弥补了定位件 17卷绕时所 形成的厚度与卷帘布 11卷绕至卷管 13上时所形成的厚度之间的厚度差,从而使得 裙边 11a厚度与卷帘布 11 的厚度相同并一直保持平整的状态。 这种采取縮小裙边 11a卷绕位置的管径的方式, 在卷帘布 11被卷管 13卷起来时, 裙边 11a与卷帘布 11 保持平整的状态, 使得卷帘布 11 整体整齐平整的卷在卷管 13 上, 保证了卷帘 布 11在被卷管 13卷起或从卷管 13处被拉出时卷帘布 11始终保持平整的状态,从 而克服了现有防风窗帘卷绕时卷帘布 11移位的问题。
卷帘布 11下边沿连接有一横向设置的下杆 15, 在闷头 111上向上垂直设置有一 线轮架 116和一滚轴 120, 在线轮架 116上安装有一带涡卷弹簧 118的钢丝线轮 117, 钢丝线轮 117上缠绕有牵引钢丝 119且牵引钢丝 119一端缠绕在钢丝线轮 117上,另一 端穿绕过滚轴 120并固连在下杆 15上。 在滚轴 120上开设有环形槽, 牵引钢丝 119穿 绕过环形槽, 环形槽起导向和定位作用, 保证牵引钢丝 119在通过滚轴 120时不会跑 偏。 当卷帘布 11上升时并被卷管 13卷起来时, 钢丝线轮 117转动将牵引钢丝 119放出 且牵引钢丝 119将涡卷弹簧 118拉紧; 当卷帘布 11下降时, 由于受风压影响风对卷帘 布 11施加一个向上的作用力 (即对下杆 15施加一个向上的作用力), 此时下杆 15拉 紧牵引钢丝 119并具有一向上移动的趋势, 而钢丝线轮 117是要将牵引钢丝 119收拢 起来, 因此牵引钢丝 119两头被紧紧拉住, 由于之前涡卷弹簧 118是处于拉紧状态, 在卷帘布 11下降时时涡卷弹簧 118释放它的弹力并牵引卷帘布 11下移 (即对下杆 15 施加一个向下的作用力),涡卷弹簧 118所释放出来的弹力能抵消并消除风力对下杆 5所施加的作用力, 从而保证卷帘布 11受风压的情况下也能顺畅下移, 同时牵引钢 丝 119一端固定在钢丝线轮 117,另一端只是穿绕过滚轴 120并直接固定在下杆 15上, 减少了牵引钢丝 119绕圈途径,保证了卷帘布 11在钢丝线轮 117作用下升降时的顺畅 性, 牵引效果更好。
在主动轮管塞 18外端部连接有带挂环 122的摇杆齿轮箱 121, 在挂杆上钩挂有 垂直设置的摇杆 16,通过转动摇杆 16可以带动卷管 13转动,手动控制卷帘布 11升降, 操作简捷方便。
实施例 2
本实施例具有前后两个窗框, 如图 6-21所示, 两个窗框的结构原理相同。 前窗框的两侧为左右对称的前框体 22, 前框体 22具有前支撑部 22a与前导向 部 22b, 前框体呈长条 L形状, 即前支撑部 22a与前导向部 22b之间为垂直连接结 构, 且两者的上部形成一缺口 22e (前支撑部的上端高于前导向部)。 本实施例中, 前支撑部 22a和前导向部 22b为一体式结构。
前框体 22上部外侧安装有前窗罩 21, 前导向部 22b与前支撑部 22£1之间形成 的前缺口 22e的宽度与窗罩的宽度相等。 安装时, 将前窗罩 21 固定安装在该前缺 口 22e处, 这样可以保证前窗罩 21不会孤零零的暴露凸出在外面, 使得本窗户前 半部分 (即暴露在外墙部分) 呈方框型, 保证了窗户整体的美观性。 前框体的两侧支撑部上端部之间安装上滑 29, 下端部之间安装下滑 210, 上滑 与下滑开设有上下相对应的滑道,上滑 29和下滑 210上的滑道方便水平移动推窗。 下滑 210的底面由外窗框封口板 224盖住。
后窗框的两侧为左右对称的后框体 23, 后框体 23具有后支撑部 23a与后导向 部 23b, 后框体呈长条 L形状, 即后支撑部 23a与后导向部 23b之间为垂直连接结 构, 且两者的上部形成一缺口 23e (后支撑部的上端高于后导向部)。 本实施例中, 后支撑部 23a和后导向部 23b为一体式结构。
后框体 23上部外侧设有后窗罩 217, 后导向部 23b与后支撑部 23a之间所形 成的后缺口 23e宽度比后窗罩 217宽度小, 由于后框体 23是面向室内的, 为了整 个产品的美观及协调性, 后框体 23不能突出墙外, 而后窗罩 217 由于需要在内部 安装管状电机 21 1, 其面积不能过小, 因此在设计时, 后框体 23上的后导向部 23b 与后支撑部 23a之间所形成的后缺口 23e 宽度要比后窗罩 217 宽度小, 使后窗罩 217能单独凸出墙体。
后框体的两侧支撑部上端部之间安装上滑 29, 下端部之间安装下滑 210, 上滑 与下滑开设有上下相对应的滑道,上滑 29和下滑 210上的滑道方便水平移动推窗。 下滑 210的底面由内窗框封口板 223盖住。
本实施例中,前窗罩 21和后窗罩 217均通过螺钉分别固定在前框体 22上部和 后框体 23上部。
前支撑部 22a与后支撑部 23a之间通过塑条 25固定相连, 具体结构如下: 在 前支撑部 22a—侧面上开设有第一卡槽 22c , 在后支撑部 23a—侧面上开设有与第 一卡槽 22c相对应的第二卡槽 23c,塑条 25两长侧边分别穿插卡固在第一卡槽 22c 和第二卡槽 23c 内。 塑条 25横截面呈 I型, 安装时, 先将前框体 22和后框体 23 对齐, 再将塑条 25对准第一卡槽 22c和第二卡槽 23c穿插进去, 通过塑条 25两长 侧边分别卡固在第一卡槽 22c和第二卡槽 23c内从而将前框体 22和后框体 23连接 在一起, 安装方便。 窗框整体采用铝合金材料制成, 其中, 前框体 22 的前支撑部 22a与后框体 23 的后支撑部 23a均为横向周边封闭且纵向两端具有开口的中空的 板体, 这样不仅在保证产品牢固性的前提下能降低生产成本, 而且具有良好的隔热 效果。
当前后窗框通过塑条相连后, 两者相对应的上滑、 下滑也固定相连, 两上滑间 通过一塑条 (隔热条) 相连, 两下滑间通过另一塑条 (隔热条) 相连。
其中一个前支撑部 22a的内侧边上具有用于定位推窗的前框体限位部 22d, 处 于对立面的后支撑部 23a的内侧边上具有用于定位另一推窗的后框体限位部 23d, 通过这两个限位部可以方便安装及定位推窗的位置。
前窗罩 21和后窗罩 217 内均设置有窗帘布卷动机构, 在本实施例中, 窗帘布 卷动机构均包括安装于卷管 216 的管状电机 21 1, 两窗帘布 24上端边沿分别固连 在相对应的卷管 216 管壁上, 卷管 216外卷绕窗帘布 24, 通过开启管状电机 21 1 便可驱动卷管 216转动即可自动升降窗帘布 24, 使窗帘布 24展开或收卷。
卷管 216两端分别插固主动轮管塞 225、 被动轮管塞 226, 卷帘布 24的宽度大于卷 管 216的长度, 主动轮管塞 225和被动轮管塞 226外露于卷管 216外的部位上均开设有 环形凹槽 226A且环形凹槽的外径小于卷管 216的管径, 当卷帘布 24卷绕于卷管 216上 时, 卷帘布 4的两侧裙边分别卷绕位于相对应的环形凹槽处, 从而能有效减小裙边 卷绕后的外径, 并防止帘布跑偏。 环形凹槽的长 15mm— 40mm、 深 2mm— 6mm。
窗帘布 24纵向两侧裙边 24a内设有与裙边等长的珠链 26, 珠链 26的两端与 裙边固连, 珠链由固连在一根尼龙绳上且预先设定好间距的多个塑料珠粒制成, 相 邻珠粒间的距离为 12mm— 20mm, 珠粒直径为 2.5mm—4mm。 当卷帘布 24上升并 被卷管 216卷起来时,裙边内的珠链 26也随着卷帘布 24的上升而卷绕上去并位于 相对应的环形凹槽处。 本实施例中, 在窗帘布缠绕在卷管上时, 相近两层窗帘布裙 边内珠链的珠粒不会重叠, 避免了珠粒重叠, 以保正窗帘布缠绕在卷管上时不会跑 偏移位。
在前后窗罩的两端部均安装有端盖 212, 端盖 212与卷管 216转动配合。 在端 盖 212上具有延伸部 212b, 通过将延伸部 212b插固在窗框支撑部内, 便可使得端 盖 212与窗框支撑部固定在一起, 可保证本窗帘整体的牢固性。 其中, 安装在前窗 罩 21上的 (即位于外墙部分) 窗帘布 24采用遮阳面料制成, 安装在后窗罩 217上 的 (即位于室内部分) 窗帘布 24采用纱窗布制成, 这样可根据实际情况需要分别 放下两片窗帘布 24, 两窗帘布 24分别起到阻止阳光照进室内、 防蚊透风作用。 端 盖 212上可以开设有散热孔。
前框体 22 的前导向部 22b和后框体 23 的后导向部 23b 内部均具有轨道 27, 轨道 27与相对应的导向部为一体式结构, 便于制造。 导向部 22b朝向窗帘布 24的 一侧具有纵向开口。轨道 27沿纵向形成开口槽,开口槽的开口处朝窗帘布 24—侧, 开口槽的上口与窗罩 21相连通, 并在前导向部 22b和后导向部 23b内靠近轨道 27 端口处均安装有两个对称设置的封塞 28, 两封塞 28之间形成有缝隙 28a。 窗帘布 24 的两侧边沿分别通过同侧导向部 22b 的纵向开口及开口槽的开口处后伸入开口 槽。
珠链 26中珠粒的直径大于缝隙 28a 口径, 裙边内的珠链随窗帘布卷绕时, 其 珠与珠的节距可使珠链上的珠子错落叠放, 从而能有效地减小裙边卷绕后的外径, 并防止窗帘布跑偏。 裙边 24a穿过两封塞 28之间的缝隙 28a并可上下移动, 裙边 24a是由普通的尼龙复合材料或普通的化纤材料制成的布料,抗拉性好, 不易断裂, 裙边 24a对折形成一周向封闭的空间。 在裙边 24a随着窗帘布 24被卷起时, 裙边 24a被压平, 且裙边 24a厚度与窗帘布 24 的厚度相同并一直保持平整的状态, 可 防止窗帘布 24移位, 当风吹向窗帘布 24时, 窗帘布 24通过裙边 24a被两珠链 26 拉住, 使得窗帘布 24 处于被拉直的状态, 同时保证了珠链 26 始终被限制在轨道 27 内而不会脱离出来。 窗帘布 24与裙边 24a可以通过热合机在温度为 150_400 °C 条件下热合或采用缝纫机缝纫方式固连在一起。
在窗框导向部下端面安装有底塞 213, 导向部上端面安装有导向塞 214。 通过 底塞 213和导向塞 214可以使灰尘等杂质不会进入到窗框导向部内,保证了窗框导 向部内轨道 27的整洁, 防止由于杂质过多堵塞轨道 27造成窗帘布 24升降困难的 情况。
底塞 213上向上垂直设置有一线轮架 230和一滚轴 227, 在线轮架 230上安装有 一带涡卷弹簧 228的钢丝线轮 231, 钢丝线轮 231上缠绕有牵引钢丝 229且牵引钢丝 229—端缠绕在钢丝线轮 231上, 另一端穿绕过滚轴 227并固连在下杆 220上。 在滚轴 227上开设有环形槽, 牵引钢丝 229穿绕过环形槽, 环形槽起导向和定位作用, 保证 牵引钢丝 229在通过滚轴 227时不会跑偏。当卷帘布 24上升时并被卷管 230卷起来时, 钢丝线轮 231转动将牵引钢丝 229放出且牵引钢丝 229将涡卷弹簧 228拉紧; 当卷帘布 24下降时, 由于受风压影响风对卷帘布 24施加一个向上的作用力 (即对下杆 220施 加一个向上的作用力), 此时下杆 220拉紧牵引钢丝 229并具有一向上移动的趋势, 而钢丝线轮 231是要将牵引钢丝 229收拢起来, 因此牵引钢丝 229两头被紧紧拉住, 由于之前涡卷弹簧 228是处于拉紧状态,在卷帘布 24下降时时涡卷弹簧 228释放它的 弹力并牵引卷帘布 24下移 (即对下杆 220施加一个向下的作用力), 涡卷弹簧 228所 释放出来的弹力能抵消并消除风力对下杆 220所施加的作用力, 从而保证卷帘布 24 受风压的情况下也能顺畅下移, 同时牵引钢丝 229—端固定在钢丝线轮 231, 另一端 只是穿绕过滚轴 227并直接固定在下杆 220上, 减少了牵引钢丝 229绕圈途径, 保证 了卷帘布 24在钢丝线轮 231作用下升降时的顺畅性, 牵引效果更好。
窗帘布的下边沿连接一下杆 220, 下杆 220的呈中空状, 两端各由一下杆塞 22 封住。 下杆 220的下表面沿其长度方向安装一根橡胶条 221。 下杆 220的下表面沿长 度方向形成一道倒凸形插槽, 插槽嵌入橡胶条 221, 橡胶条 221局部凸出于下杆 220 的下表面。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种抗风遮阳窗帘, 包括卷帘布、 窗罩、 卷管组件, 所述的卷管组件转动 式地装配于所述的窗罩之内, 卷管组件外卷绕所述的卷帘布, 卷管组件转动而带动 卷帘布展开或收卷, 所述窗罩的两端各向下固定连接一边轨, 边轨朝向卷帘布一侧 具有纵向开口, 其特征在于: 所述边轨内沿纵向装入有两对称设置的卡条且所述两 卡条之间形成有面朝卷帘布一侧的空隙, 空隙的上口与窗罩相连通; 所述卷帘布的 两侧边沿分别穿过同侧边轨的纵向开口及两卡条之间的空隙后伸入边轨内腔并横 向固连于柔性定位件上,所述卷管组件上具有两对称设置的环形凹槽且当卷帘布卷 绕至卷管上时卷帘布两侧边分别卷绕位于相对应的环形凹槽处,所述定位件外径大 于两卡条之间的间隙宽度。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的抗风遮阳窗帘, 其特征在于: 所述卷管组件包括卷 管和插固在卷管两端的主动轮管塞及被动轮管塞,上述环形凹槽分别开设在主动轮 管塞和被动轮管塞外露在卷管外的部位上且所述环形凹槽外径小于卷管管径,所述 卷帘布宽度大于卷管长度。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的抗风遮阳窗帘, 其特征在于: 所述定位件长度 与卷帘布长度相同且定位件缝纫固连在卷帘布侧边。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的抗风遮阳窗帘, 其特征在于: 所述卷帘布的两侧边 沿各固定连接一裙边, 所述的卷帘布通过所述的裙边横向固连于所述的定位件。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的抗风遮阳窗帘, 其特征在于: 卷帘布下边沿连 接有一横向设置的下杆, 所述的边轨下端部固连有闷头, 且在闷头上安装有带涡卷 弹簧的钢丝线轮,钢丝线轮上缠绕有牵引钢丝且牵引钢丝一端缠绕固连在钢丝线轮 上, 另一端固连在下杆上。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的抗风遮阳窗帘, 其特征在于: 主动轮管塞外端 部连接有带挂环的摇杆齿轮箱, 在挂杆上钩挂有垂直设置的摇杆。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的抗风遮阳窗帘, 其特征在于: 所述定位件为软 牵引钢丝或尼龙绳。
8、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的抗风遮阳窗帘, 其特征在于: 所述定位件为珠 链。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的抗风遮阳窗帘, 其特征在于: 所述的窗罩有两个, 分别是第一窗罩、 第二窗罩; 所述的卷帘布有两块, 分别是第一伸縮式窗帘布、 第 二伸縮式窗帘布; 第一窗罩安装于第一窗框的上部, 第一窗框具有第一窗口, 第一 窗罩内设第一伸縮式窗帘布;
第一窗框的一侧固定连接第二窗框, 第二窗框具有第二窗口, 第二窗口与所述 的第一窗口位置相对应, 第二窗框的上部安装所述的第二窗罩, 第二窗罩内设所述 的第二伸縮式窗帘布; 或者, 第一窗框的一侧固定连接边封, 边封具有第二窗口, 第二窗口与所述的第一窗口位置相对应。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的抗风遮阳窗帘, 其特征在于: 所述第一窗框的两侧为 对称的支撑部与导向部, 同侧的支撑部与导向部一体成型, 支撑部的上端高于导向 部的上端即同侧的支撑部与导向部的上部形成缺口;第一窗框两侧的缺口部安装所 述的第一窗罩。

12、 如权利要求 10所述的抗风遮阳窗帘, 其特征在于: 所述的边封由竖向的 两侧封条、 连接于两侧封条上端的上滑、 连接于两侧封条下端的下滑围成, 上滑与 下滑相对应。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的抗风遮阳窗帘, 其特征在于: 所述支撑部的一侧面 沿纵向开设有第一卡槽, 与此相对应的, 所述边封条的一侧面沿纵向开设有第二卡 槽; 一塑条的两侧边分别穿插卡固在同侧的第一卡槽与第二卡槽。
14、 如权利要求 12所述的抗风遮阳窗帘, 其特征在于: 其中一边封条内侧边 具有定位推窗的边封限位部,处于对侧的第一窗框支撑部内侧边具有定位另一推窗 的窗体限位部。
15、 如权利要求 1 1所述的抗风遮阳窗帘, 其特征在于: 所述第二窗框的两侧 为对称的支撑部与导向部, 同侧的支撑部与导向部一体成型, 支撑部的上端高于导 向部的上端即同侧的支撑部与导向部的上部形成缺口;第二窗框两侧的缺口部安装 所述的第二窗罩。
16、 根据权利要求 8所述的抗风遮阳窗帘, 其特征在于: 所述的珠链由固连在 一根尼龙绳上且留有间距的多个塑料珠粒制成, 相邻珠粒间的距离为 12mm— 20mm, 珠粒直径为 2.5mm— 4mm。
17、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的抗风遮阳窗帘, 其特征在于: 所述环形凹槽的 长度为 15mm— 40mm、 深度为 2mm— 6mm。
