Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a technology for extracting a supplier from supplier information accumulated in a database when a company (buyer) who orders a part for manufacturing or assembling a product selects a supplier to conduct a transaction.
  • evaluation values for capitalized items (items such as capital, sales, and representatives) on the database are collected and stored for each supplier, and the buyer can extract a supplier candidate by searching a database using an arbitrary evaluation item as a key.
  • the required specifications mainly include the design department, such as the shape of the part, the material to be used, the function that the part can realize, the durability and weather resistance under the assumed usage environment, the feeling of use, the texture and texture, the distortion and distortion, etc.
  • the quality assurance department, etc. and the reasonable price mainly refers to whether parts are manufactured with appropriate manufacturing methods and processes, and whether the supplier is engaged in activities for steady cost reduction. This is a request from the procurement department or design department.
  • Whether or not delivery is performed as requested is due mainly to a request from the manufacturing department, such as whether parts are supplied in line with the production plan of the company.
  • Comprehensive judgment is an action made by the consensus of all departments related to the parts to be procured in addition to these departments.
