Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil de fixation d'un tube d'insertion dans la trachée, ledit appareil permettant de fixer un tube d'insertion dans la trachée inséré dans une trachée pour sécuriser une voie respiratoire d'un patient et maintenir la respiration du patient étant opéré sous respiration artificielle et anesthésie générale en soins intensifs en vue de protéger la vie du patient. Bien que le tube d'insertion dans la trachée permette la fixation en utilisant généralement un sparadrap autocollant, ce procédé de fixation n'est parfois pas adapté, le sparadrap autocollant est facilement décollé par la salive ou par le sang, ou le tube est déplacé ou séparé en raison d'un mouvement, ce qui met le patient en danger. De manière à résoudre le problème susmentionné, il existe différents types d'appareils de fixation d'un tube d'insertion dans la trachée. Il existe cependant des problèmes en ce que les appareils ne sont pas adaptés, le tube est plié, etc. La présente invention est configurée de manière à ce qu'une partie de fixation de tube en spirale (200) possédant une élasticité et formée en une résine synthétique ou un matériau métallique est installée dans une partie de contact avec le visage étant en contact avec le visage d'un patient et y étant fixée, et une protubérance de fixation et un matériau adhésif sont fournis sur une surface intérieure de la partie de fixation du tube. Après l'insertion d'un tube dans la trachée, lorsque la partie de fixation du tube est tournée et enroulée autour du tube d'insertion de trachée, le tube d'insertion de trachée est fermement fixé par une force élastique, la protubérance de fixation, et un matériau adhésif. La partie de fixation de tube a une propriété élastique, de sorte que lorsque le tube d'insertion dans la trachée reçoit une force d'un côté, le tube d'insertion dans la trachée n'est pas plié et est légèrement incurvé. En raison de la structure susmentionnée, après l'insertion du tube dans la trachée, le tube peut être fixé facilement, rapidement et en toute sécurité, et l'interruption de la respiration artificielle générée par la flexion du tube peut être empêchée.
