- 제 15항 내지 제 17항 중 선택된 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 근거리 유저 식별 방법을 이용한 근거리 유저 기반 정보 제공 방법으로서,광고 단말로부터 유저 탐색 요청을 수신하여 접수하는 단계와;상기 광고 단말의 디텍팅 수단이 통신 또는 네트워크 연결없이 주변 유저 단말의 디텍팅 정보만을 획득하고, 상기 디텍팅 정보를 정보 제공 서버로 전송하는 디텍팅 정보 전송 단계와;상기 정보 제공 서버정보 제공 서버 정보와 일치하는 유저 정보를 추출하고, 상기 유저에게 제공될 광고를 추출하여 유저 단말에게 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근거리 유저 기반 정보 제공 방법.
- 제 18항 또는 제 18항에 있어서,상기 디텍팅 정보 전송 단계는상기 클라이언트 단말 또는 광고 단말의 네트워크 모듈로부터 감지된 Wi-Fi와 접속된 주변 유저 단말의 Wi-Fi 맥 어드레스 정보를 디텍팅 정보로 수신하거나;상기 클라이언트 단말 또는 광고 단말의 근거리 통신 모듈로부터 감지된 블루투스 커버리지 내의 주변 유저 단말의 블루투스 맥 어드레스 정보를 디텍팅 정보로 수신하여 상기 정보 제공 서버로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근거리 유저 기반 정보 제공 방법.
- 제 20항에 있어서,상기 디텍팅 정보 전송 단계 이전에디텍팅 활성화 모듈이 상기 클라이언트 단말 또는 광고 단말 주위의 주변 유저 단말에 네트워크 모듈 또는 근거리 통신 모듈을 활성화시키는 디텍팅 활성화 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근거리 유저 기반 정보 제공 방법.
- 제 20항에 있어서,상기 디텍팅 활성화 단계는상기 디텍팅 활성화 모듈이 클라이언트 단말 또는 광고 단말의 위치 추적 모듈로부터 GPS 정보를 수신하여 클라이언트의 위치 기반으로 위치 추적 범위에 존재하는 다른 유저 단말의 GPS 정보를 수집하고, 상기 수집된 다른 유저 단말의 네트워크 모듈 또는 블루투스 모듈을 활성화시키는 푸쉬 알람을 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근거리 유저 기반 정보 제공 방법.
- 제 20항에 있어서,상기 디텍팅 활성화 단계는상기 디텍팅 활성화 모듈이 클라이언트 단말 또는 광고 단말의 위치 추적 모듈로부터 GPS 정보를 수신하여 클라이언트의 위치 기반으로 위치 추적 범위에 존재하는 소셜 어플리케이션이 설치된 유저 단말에 네트워크 모듈 또는 블루투스 모듈을 활성화시키는 푸쉬 알람을 전송하여 디텍팅 활성화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근거리 유저 기반 정보 제공 방법.
