聚磷酸铵阻燃剂及其制备方法
一、 技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚磷酸铵高效多功能阻燃剂配方及工艺。
二、 背景技术
阻燃剂的应用不仅是一个囯家的经济问题, 它还涉及一个国家的政治和社 会问题, 一直受到世界各国的关注。 有机合成材料已广泛应用于交通运输、 航 空航天、 国防工业、 建筑材料、 电器仪表、 日用家具、 室内装修及人民的衣着 等各个领域, 在国民经济建设和人民生活中发挥重大作用, 但合成材料如塑料、 橡胶、 纤维等一般易燃且燃烧时且伴有毒气, 使用中毒以窒息死亡, 并给消防 带来不便, 严重的火灾事故人死财毁, 已成为人们日益严重关注的社会问题, 因此各国都对阻燃剂的研究、 生产、 应用、 测试以及阻燃法规的建立完善方面 做了大量的工作。 已为阻燃的发展提供广阔的市场和法律保证。 在我国, 随着 国民经济的飞速发展, 高层公共建筑曰趋增多, 尤其是公共娱乐场所如歌舞厅、 影剧院、 宾馆、 饭店以及商业写字楼等, 这些建筑物内的装饰材料大多数为棉、 涤, 以及腈纶、 丙纶、 涤纶, 涤纶纺织品, 如窗帘, 沙发面, 壁粘, 地毯等, 而我国由于阻燃事业起步较晚, 以及各种原因, 使建筑物内现已装修, 装饰上 的纺织品大多数为不阻燃的, 这就增加了发生火灾的几率。 目前国内研发生产 阻燃产品的企业甚多, 品种众多, 巿场竟争激烈, 全国生产液体类防火不燃剂 产品虽已十多家, 但尚没有能达到难燃、 微烟、 耐高温、 不传热等性能的防火 产品。 201110105511.6专利为一种聚磷酸铵阻燃剂的制备方法, 其特征在于该 方法包括以下步骤: a)磷酸铵盐与 P4O10在氨气存在下, 于 50〜: L50'C温度条 件进行氨化反应,反应压力保持 lxl02〜2xl02Pa,反应 5〜: L5min后停止通氨; b)在氮气存在条件下, 物料搅泮混合 10〜60min后, 再在反应器内压力低于大 气压力 lxl02〜3xl02Pa条件下, 温度为 200〜400eC, 通氨反应 l〜3h。
三、 发明内容
本发明的目的就是提高聚磷酸铵阻燃剂的品质, 提供一种具有难燃、 微烟、 耐髙温、 不传热等性能的防火产品。 一种聚磷酸铵高效多功能阻燃剂配方及工 艺其特征在于,阻燃剂的配方: Π型聚磷酸铵 75%,防火助剂 15%,渗透剂 10%, 加自来水 200%; 防火阻燃助剂成分是: 含氮有机磷酸酯类化合物 30%, 高吸水 性树脂 70%; 渗透剂为阴离子型渗透剂; 先将 II型聚磷酸铵 75%、 防火阻燃助 剂 15%、渗透剂 10%进行充分混合, 再加自来水 200%输进反应釜,搅拌并加温 到 30-48 V ,搅拌 20-40分钟后,将液体过滤后输送到浸泡池,木材以及装饰材 料如: 棉、 腈纶、 涤纶纺织品浸泡后取出烘干或自然晾干均可。 本发明难燃程 度比原有技术提高了 1 倍以上 (原碳化程度为 50-70。/。, 现技术的碳化程度为 25%)。
四、 具体实施方式
一种聚磷酸铵高效多功能阻燃剂配方及工艺, 阻燃剂的配方: II型聚磷酸 铵 75%, 防火助剂 15%, 渗透剂 10%, 加自来水 200%; 防火阻燃助剂成分是: 含氮有机磷酸酯类化合物 30%, 高吸水性树脂 70%; 渗透剂为阴离子型渗透剂; 先将 II型聚磷酸铵 75%、 防火阻燃助剂 15%、 渗透剂 10%进行充分混合, 再加 自来水 200%输进反应釜,搅拌并加温到 37 V ,搅拌 28分钟后,将液体过滤后 输送到浸泡池, 木材以及装饰材料如: 棉、 腈纶、 涤纶纺织品浸泡后取出自然 晾干。

1、 一种聚磷酸铵高效多功能阻燃剂配方及工艺其特征在于, 阻燃剂的配方: II 型聚磷酸铵 75%, 防火助剂 15%, 渗透剂 10%, 加自来水 200%; 防火阻燃助剂 成分是: 含氮有机磷酸酯类化合物 30%, 髙吸水性树脂 70%; 渗透剂为阴离子 型渗透剂; 先将 II型聚磷酸铰 75%、 防火阻燃助剂 15%、 渗透剂 10%进行充分 混合, 再加自来水 200%输进反应釜, 搅拌并加温到 3048 搅拌 2040分钟 后, 将液体过滤后输送到浸泡池, 木材以及装饰材料如: 棉、 腈纶、 涤纶紡织 品浸泡后取出烘干或自然晾干均可。
