Description

一种改进的夹片式锚具
本发明涉及一种应用于岩土工程基坑及边坡支护中,可实现大吨位的拉拔,且方便实现芯材回收的改进的夹片式锚具。
随着城市化进程的推进,地下停车场、地下行人通道、地下商业街、地下铁道等地下设施的建设需要进行基坑及边坡支护。
现有技术中,如灌注桩、锚杆和土钉广泛应用于岩土工程中,作为主要受力构件的芯材原料均为钢材,如钢筋、钢管、钢绞线、钢丝绳,用于加固基坑及边坡,取得了非常好的使用效果,但是通常应用的钢材都是一次性使用,且使用完后芯材均遗留在土层中,不仅浪费材料,还对邻近建筑物施工形成障碍。如通常采用的锚杆长度基本都达到20-30米,土钉达到8-15米,按照现有技术很难对其进行回收。在相当多的工程实例中,邻近建筑物在后续的施工中因为锚杆、土钉的影响,不得不采取特殊的施工措施,大大增加了开发时处理地下障碍物的难度和费用。为此,迫切需要开发一种可方便拆芯的夹片式锚具及其芯材回收方法,不仅方便回收,且在基坑及边坡支护过程中,可以不影响支护性能。
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种应用于岩土工程基坑及边坡支护中,可实现大吨位的拉拔,且方便实现芯材回收的改进的夹片式锚具。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种改进的夹片式锚具,包含锚环组件,夹片组件,护套,隔离套管;所述锚环组件上设置有锚孔;所述锚孔内设置有扩大部;所述护套设置在锚孔内;当夹片组件插入锚孔时,所述护套被锚具组件、夹片组件将护套夹紧在锚孔内;所述隔离套管设置在锚环组件的端部;所述护套上设置有电加热装置。
优选的,所述改进的夹片式锚具,还包含导线,所述导线与电加热装置电连接。
优选的,所述导线通往混凝土或岩土外面。
优选的,所述护套由环氧树脂或塑料或蜡或尼龙制成。
优选的,所述锚环组件的外部设置有加固部。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明的改进的夹片式锚具,在基坑及边坡支护过程中,可承受28吨的拉拔力,能够适合¢15.2钢绞线26吨的结构强度,从而完全满足现有支护需要;同时,当需要回收时,可利用导线通电使电加热装置发热,可使护套软化或熔化,降低或解除了芯材与夹片组件之间的摩擦阻力,从而达到方便回收芯材的目的;本发明所述的改进的夹片式锚具结构简单、实用,且其芯材回收方法简单,实施方便。
下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明:

如附图1-2所示为本发明所述的改进的夹片式锚具,包含锚环组件1、夹片组件2、护套8、隔离套管6;所述锚环组件1上设置有锚孔5;所述锚环组件1,包含锚环本体(未标出)、钢板11;所述钢板11设置在锚环本体的底部;所述锚孔5穿过锚环本体、钢板11;所述锚环本体上的锚孔内设置有第一凸台9;所述第一凸台9、钢板11、锚环本体上的锚孔形成一个扩大部;所述护套8的上部设置有第二凸台,所述护套8插入扩大部中时,所述护套8的底部设置在钢板11上,所述第二凸台10与第一凸台9配合;当夹片组件2插入锚孔5内的护套8的锥度孔时,所述护套8被锚具组件1、夹片组件2将护套加紧在锚孔5内;所述隔离套管6设置在锚环组件1的端部;所述护套8上设置有电加热装置7;所述电加热装置7设置在护套8的内部或外表面;所述电加热装置7与导线4电连接;所述导线4通往混凝土或岩土外面。所述电加热装置7为环形电阻丝或其他形状或类型电加热装置,如S形电阻丝,电热棒;使用时,芯材3穿过设置在锚孔5中的夹片组件2,并穿过隔离管套6,所述隔离管套6用以将芯材3与其外侧的混凝土隔离;当拉拽芯材3时,夹片组件2可将芯材3夹紧在锚孔5中;所述芯材3为钢绞线或钢管或钢筋或钢丝绳或型钢;所述护套8由可熔材料制成,如环氧树脂或塑料或蜡或尼龙制成;当电加热装置7加热时,所述护套8可软化或熔化。所述隔离套管6包裹电线4,以保护电线4,防止岩土体或混凝土伤害;所述锚环组件1,还包含有加固部9,所述加固部9设置在锚环组件1的外部,以加强锚环组件1的强度。
本发明的改进的夹片式锚具,在基坑及边坡支护过程中,可承受28吨位的拉拔力,能够适合¢15.2钢绞线26吨的结构强度,从而完全满足现有支护需要;同时,当需要回收时,可利用导线通电使电加热装置发热,可使护套软化或熔化,降低或解除了芯材与夹片组件之间的摩擦阻力,从而达到方便回收芯材的目的;本发明所述的改进的夹片式锚具结构简单、实用,且其芯材回收方法简单,实施方便。

  1. 一种改进的夹片式锚具,包含锚环组件、夹片组件、护套、隔离套管;所述锚环组件上设置有锚孔;其特征在于:所述锚孔内设置有扩大部;所述护套设置在锚孔内;当夹片组件插入锚孔时,所述护套被锚具组件、夹片组件将护套夹紧在锚孔内;所述隔离套管设置在锚环组件的端部;所述护套上设置有电加热装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的改进的夹片式锚具,其特征在于:还包含导线,所述导线与电加热装置电连接。
