具有避震装置的自行车
技术领域
本发明与一种具避震装置的自行车有关, 该避震装置为一弹性避震块, 且该 弹性避震块由外层件及内层件构成, 具有结构简单、 组装固定容易以及可变化弹 力特性需求的优点。 背景技术
一般的自行车大多于车架、 前轮支架或后轮支架处设有避震装置, 藉以吸收 行驶于路面、 颠簸地面时所产生的反作用力, 以达到缓冲、 吸震及减少骑承者不 适的目的。 传统的自行车避震装置大多分为有压缩弹簧、 油压及气压等避震型式。
然而, 传统自行车避震装置不论是压缩弹簧、 油压及气压等避震型式, 其结 构都较为复杂, 不利于制造、 组装或维修。 再加上传统自行车避震装置要改变阻 尼值大小,须变更其基本的弹簧或油压 /气压结构,得对整组装置进行拆装、替换, 亦有亟待改进之处。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于, 提出一种具避震装置的自行车, 以解决现有技术存在的 缺陷, 其具有结构简单、 组装固定容易以及可变化弹力特性需求, 达到缓冲、 吸 震及减少骑承者不适的目的。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种具避震装置的自行车, 包含:
一前车架, 其设有一第一弧形段;
一后车架, 其设有一第二弧形段;
一活动关节, 其设于该前车架与后车架间, 使第一弧形段与第二弧形段能相 互靠合或张开; 以及
一弹性避震块, 其外周缘设有一第一弧形面及一第二弧形面, 该第一弧形面 接合于第一弧形段, 且第二弧形面接合于第二弧形段, 使该弹性避震块装设于第 一弧形段与第二弧形段之间; 其中, 该弹性避震块进一步包含:
一外层件, 该外层件贯穿设有一穿槽, 该第一弧形面与第二弧形面设置于其 外周缘; 以及
一内层件, 其设于该穿槽内。
其中, 该外层件于第一弧形面与第二弧形面处各设有一固定孔, 各固定孔供 以一固定元件分别固接于第一弧形段与第二弧形段。
其中, 该固定孔连通于穿槽, 且该固定元件为一螺丝, 于该第一弧形段与第 二弧形段上各设有一锁孔, 该锁孔内设有一螺丝套, 该螺丝套供螺丝螺锁固定; 再者, 该螺丝具有一尺寸大于固定孔的头端, 以卡固于穿槽内。
其中, 该外层件、 穿槽及内层件的截面呈纺锤状、 椭圆状其中之一。
其中, 该外层件与内层件具有相同弹性系数。
其中, 该外层件与内层件具有相异弹性系数。
其中, 该外层件及内层件为硅胶弹性体。
其中, 该第一弧形面与第一弧形段具有相同的弧形曲线, 且该第二弧形面与 第二弧形段具有相同的弧形曲线。
其中, 该第一弧形段一端与前车架相连接, 另一端为一自由端, 该活动关节 设于第一弧形段与前车架间, 而该第二弧形段一端与后车架相连接, 另一端为一 枢接端, 该枢接端与活动关节相连接。
其中, 该第一弧形段于活动关节至自由端之间设有一座管。
通过上述结构, 本发明具避震装置的自行车能实现以下技术效果:
1.当自行车受到外力或地面反作用力时, 该前车架与后车架以活动关节为轴 心产生动作, 使第一弧形段与第二弧形段可相互靠合或张开, 并可藉由该弹性避 震块的作用, 达到缓冲、 吸震及减少骑承者不适的目的。
2.该外层件于第一弧形面与第二弧形面处各设有一固定孔, 各固定孔可供以 一固定元件分别固接于第一弧形段与第二弧形段, 其固定方式简单、 组装 /维修快 速方便。
3.该外层件及内层件系为硅胶弹性体, 该内层件只需藉由其弹性即可快速固 定于该穿槽内, 且该外层件与内层件可为相同 /相异弹性系数, 当弹性避震块需要 不同阻尼特性时, 只需直接更换合适的内层件, 具有快速、 简单及方便的优点。 附图说明

请参考图 1〜图 4所示, 本发明一种具避震装置的自行车, 包含:
一前车架 10, 其设有一第一弧形段 11, 该第一弧形段 11一端与前车架 10相连 接, 另一端为一自由端 12。 该前车架 10可供前轮、 把手等组件装设。
一后车架 20, 其设有一第二弧形段 21, 该第二弧形段 21—端与后车架 20相连 接, 另一端为一枢接端 22。 该后车架 20可供后轮等组件装设。
一活动关节 30, 其设于该前车架 10与后车架 20间, 较佳的实施例中, 该活动 关节 30设于第一弧形段 11与前车架 10间, 且第二弧形段 21的枢接端 22与活动关节 30相连接, 该自由端 12呈可自由摆动状态, 使第一弧形段 11与第二弧形段 21可相 互靠合或张开; 且该第一弧形段 11于活动关节 30至自由端 12之间设有一座管 13, 以供座椅装设。 以及
一弹性避震块 40, 其外周缘设有一第一弧形面 41及一第二弧形面 42, 该第一 弧形面 41接合于第一弧形段 11, 且第二弧形面 42接合于第二弧形段 21, 该第一弧 形面 41与第一弧形段 11具有相同的弧形曲线, 且该第二弧形面 42与第二弧形段 21 具有相同的弧形曲线, 使该弹性避震块 40装设于第一弧形段 11与第二弧形段 21之 间; 其中, 该弹性避震块 40进一步包含:
一外层件 43, 该外层件 43贯穿设有一穿槽 431, 该第一弧形面 41与第二弧形面 42设置于其外周缘; 以及
一内层件 44, 其设于该穿槽 431内, 其中, 该外层件 43及内层件 44为硅胶弹性 体, 且该外层件 43、 穿槽 431及内层件 44的截面呈纺锤状、 椭圆状其中之一, 而该 外层件 43与内层件 44可具有相同或相异的弹性系数。
其中, 在一较佳的实施例中, 如图 5所示, 该外层件 43于第一弧形面 41与第二 弧形面 42处各设有一固定孔 432, 各固定孔 432可供以一固定元件 433分别固接于第 一弧形段 11与第二弧形段 21。 且该固定孔 432连通于穿槽 431, 且该固定元件 433为 一螺丝, 于该第一弧形段 11与第二弧形段 21上各设有一锁孔 434, 该锁孔 434内设 有一螺丝套 435, 该螺丝套 435可供螺丝螺锁固定; 再者, 该螺丝具有一尺寸大于 固定孔 432的头端, 以卡固于穿槽 431内。
明了上述本案详细结构后, 以下针对本案的动作原理逐一详细说明: 如图 3及图 5所示, 本发明安装时, 只需先将固定元件 433自外层件 43的固定孔
432由穿槽 431往向外侧(第一弧形面 41/第二弧形面 42)穿过, 再分别锁设于第一弧 形段 11与第二弧形段 21锁孔 434内的螺丝套 435, 将该外层件 43与第一弧形段 11及 第二弧形段 21相接合。 接着, 将内层件 44件往穿槽 431内塞入, 藉由外层件 43及内
层件 44的弹性变形, 使得内层件 44得以紧固于穿槽 431内, 本发明的结构及安装方 式十分简单、 容易。 更进一步地, 该内层件 44上可穿设一孔 441, 该孔 441可供与 固定元件 433的头端卡固, 以加强外层件 43及内层件 44间的卡固力量。 而当使用者 欲改变避震装置的阻尼特性时, 亦只需将内层件 44自穿槽 431施力推出, 再重新安 装具合适弹性系数的内层件 44, 即可达到改变避震装置阻尼特性的目的。
而由于座管 13设于该第一弧形段 11自活动关节 30至自由端 12之间, 当使用者 骑乘受到地面反作用力时, 该前车架 10与后车架 20间以活动关节 30为轴心, 使第 一弧形段 11与第二弧形段 21可相互靠合或张开, 并藉由第一弧形段 11与第二弧形 段 21挤压弹性避震块 40 (如图 6 ) , 利用弹性避震块 40弹性来吸收及释放反作用 力, 达到缓冲、 吸震、 减少骑承者不适的目的。
由以上详细说明, 可使熟知本项技艺者明了本发明确实与习用的设计截然不 同, 具有相当的新颖性。 且本发明具有习用设计所无法预期的功效, 实已符合专 利核准的积极要件, 爰依法提出专利申请。
虽本发明是以一较佳实施例作说明, 但精于此技艺者能在不脱离本发明精神 与范畴下作各种不同形式的改变。 以上所举实施例仅用以说明本发明而已, 非用 以限制本发明的范围。 举凡不违本发明精神所从事的种种修改或变化, 倶属本发 明意欲保护的范畴。
Claims
1.一种具避震装置的自行车, 其特征在于, 包含:
一前车架, 其设有一第一弧形段;
一后车架, 其设有一第二弧形段;
一活动关节, 其设于该前车架与后车架间, 使第一弧形段与第二弧形段能相 互靠合或张开; 以及
一弹性避震块, 其外周缘设有一第一弧形面及一第二弧形面, 该第一弧形面 接合于第一弧形段, 且第二弧形面接合于第二弧形段, 使该弹性避震块装设于第 一弧形段与第二弧形段之间; 其中, 该弹性避震块进一步包含:
一外层件, 该外层件贯穿设有一穿槽, 该第一弧形面与第二弧形面设置于其 外周缘; 以及
一内层件, 其设于该穿槽内。
2.如权利要求 1所述的具避震装置的自行车, 其特征在于, 该外层件于第一弧 形面与第二弧形面处各设有一固定孔, 各固定孔供以一固定元件分别固接于第一 弧形段与第二弧形段。
3.如权利要求 2所述的具避震装置的自行车, 其特征在于, 该固定孔连通于穿 槽, 且该固定元件为一螺丝, 于该第一弧形段与第二弧形段上各设有一锁孔, 该 锁孔内设有一螺丝套, 该螺丝套供螺丝螺锁固定; 再者, 该螺丝具有一尺寸大于 固定孔的头端, 以卡固于穿槽内。
4.如权利要求 1所述的具避震装置的自行车: 其特征在于, 该外层件、 穿槽及 内层件的截面呈纺锤状、 椭圆状其中之一。
5.如权利要求 1所述的具避震装置的自行车: 其特征在于, 该外层件与内层件 具有相同弹性系数。
