Abstract

The invention relates to physical training and sport and is intended for the tactical preparation of sports men and women, for assessing the optical, cognitive and motor capabilities thereof. With the aim of increasing the effectiveness of preparing sports men and women, training is carried out with devices forming an expanded reality for the sports men and women. The training is presented to the sports men and women in the form of expanded 2D and 3D images of a surrounding space which is unpredictable for the sports man or woman, according to a program in a set of hardware and software, and the transparency, illumination, shape of the players and objects, the size thereof, the volume, the speed of movement and position in the volume of the specified training space are changed. The claimed method makes it possible to provide, at a qualitatively new level, tactical preparation of a sports man or women, to develop playing mentality, group actions and to individualize various training tasks according to purpose and complexity. The special-purpose, multi-variant simulation of playing situations with expanded reality, presented by said combination of 2D and 3D images, ensures a synergistic effect. The training is maximally variable, close to real competition conditions and has the effect of the presence of a rival and a trainer.

Способ тактико-технической подготовки спортсменов, заключающийся в том, что тренировку спортсмена со спортивным снарядом выполняют на игровом поле с управляемой светодинамической подсветкой, при помощи которой задают разрешенные световые зоны, при этом непредсказуемо для спортсмена меняют положение, форму и площадь световых зон, изменение положения, формы и площади световых зон и режимов тренировки задают вручную или программно-аппаратным комплексом, отличающийся тем, что подготовка проводится с устройствами, формирующими у заданного числа спортсменов дополненную реальность, предъявляемую им в виде дополненных изображений разрешенных и запрещенных свето динамических зон на игровом поле и/или не лежащих в плоскости игрового поля заданного количества плоских и/или объемных изображений других игроков и/или объектов окружающего пространства, которые непредсказуемо для спортсмена, по заданной программе программно-аппаратного комплекса, меняют прозрачность, расцветку, форму игроков и объектов, их размер, объем, скорость перемещения и положение в объеме заданного тренировочного пространства.
