THE DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed description, the subject matter plastic bag dispenser is explained with references to examples without forming any restrictive effect in order to make the subject more understandable.
As can be seen in Figure 1 and Figure 2, the subject matter plastic bag dispenser has a body (10) which is preferably obtained from sheet panels. It has a front panel (1 1) having a screen (111 ) and a trigger (112) on said body (10). Moreover, it has an upper panel (13), two lateral panels (12) and a bottom panel (14) in order to form the body (11). There are rail housings (121) extending in a parallel manner with respect to the upper and bottom panel (13, 14) along the lateral panels (12) and in a channel form obtained by means of the convolutions formed on said lateral panels (12). Since the length of said bottom panel (14) is shorter than the upper and lateral panels (13, 12), a product output opening (15) is provided between the bottom panel (14) and the front panel (11). The drawer (20), seen in Figure 3, comprises a rear panel (21) for covering the rear side of the body (10), a carrier arm (22) and a support arm (23) extending inwards the body (10) from said rear panel (21), and a support plate (24) connected from the end portions of said arms (22, 23) and fixed in a manner forming an angle between the rear panel (21 ) and the support plate (24). The carrier arm (22) is provided in a manner such that a distance is provided between the upper edge and the carrier arm (22) in the intermediate axis of the rear panel (21). In a similar manner, the support arm (23) is closer to the intermediate axis and to the bottom edge of the rear panel (21). Said support plate (24) is provided in an L-like form. The upper portion (241) corresponding to the short edge in said L form is connected to the carrier arm (22). The bottom portion (242) forming the other side of the support plate (24) is connected to the support arm (23). On the carrier arm (22), there are pluralities of adjustment openings (222) provided in hole form on a line towards the side, where the support plate (24) is provided, from the rear panel (21) side. The hanger arm (221) placed to one of said adjustment openings (222) is removed from the place thereof when desired, and can be fixed to the other adjustment opening (222).
The guide connection flaps (211) are obtained by means of the convolutions formed from the lateral edges of the rear panel (21 ) towards the side where the support plate (24) is provided. The guide connection flaps (243) are obtained by curling the lateral edges of the bottom portion (242) of the support plate (24) towards the rear panel (21). The resistance of the support plate (24) is increased since said guide connection flaps (243) are provided along the bottom portion (242). Moreover, there is a drawer handle (213) provided for holding the drawer (20) on the face of the rear panel (21) facing the outer side of the body (10).
As can be seen in Figure 5 and Figure 6, there is a roll carrier (31 ), fixed to the upper panel (13), in the region remaining between the support plate (24) and the front panel (1 1 ). The roll carrier (31) extends in a parallel manner with respect to the support plate (24) in the direction of the width of the upper panel (13). On both sides of the roll carrier (31), there are connection flaps (3 1) extending downwardly from the end portions thereof. The roll carrier arms (32), connected to said connection flaps (311) by means of the rotary connection pins (33), extend inwards the body (10). Said roll carrier arms (32) are provided in the form of an arc whose inner side faces the support plate (24). A roll (30) is provided in cylindrical form extending between the end portions of the roll carrier arms (32) provided in a parallel manner with respect to each other. Said roll (30) is connected to the roll carrier arms (32) by means of the roll connection shafts (34), and can rotate in the axis of the roll connection shafts (34) thanks to a motor (302) provided inside the roll (30). The outer wall of the roll (30) is coated by an external coating (301) which does not slide when it rubs to the nylon plastic bags (60) and which is at least partially made of a plastic based material like rubber. Thus, the roll (30) provides a movement to the plastic bag (60) which is in contact thanks to the rotation movement it realizes.
Moreover, a shock absorber (40) provided for pushing the roll (30) towards the support plate (24) extends from the upper panel (13) towards a shock absorber connection arm (35) extending between the roll carrier arms (32) in the vicinity of the roll (30). The connection of the shock absorber (40) to the upper panel (13) is realized through the connection openings (411 ) provided on a shock absorber connection unit (41). On the other hand, the shock absorber (40) and the roll carrier arms (32) are provided to be parallel with respect to each other thanks to the connection openings (411) in cocoon form provided on another shock absorber connection unit (41) used for providing connection to the shock absorber connection arm (35).
As can be seen in Figure 4, the connection of the drawer (20) to the body (10) is realized by means of rails (25) and guides (26). Said rails (25) are positioned inside the rail housings
(121 ) provided on the lateral panels (12), and fixed through the rail connection openings
(122) . Said guides (26) are fixed to the guide connection flaps (211 , 243) provided on the connection plate (24) and on the rear panel (14) through the guide connection openings (212, 244). Thanks to the sliding movement realized on the rails (25) by the guides (26), the drawer (20) can exit through the body (10) and can enter inwards again, or the guide (26) is removed from the rail (25) when desired, and the drawer (20) can be completely separated from the body (10).
In the open position of the drawer seen in Figure 4, the placement of the plastic bags into the present invention is realized through the drawer (20). In the open position of the drawer (20), the plastic bags (60) are fixed on a hanger arm (221) provided on the carrier arm (22) through the hanger flaps. Thus, the plastic bags (60) fixed to the hanger arm (221) are laid on the upper portion (241) of the support plate (24), and sag towards the bottom side from there where the bottom portion (242) is provided. The sagging amount of the plastic bag (60) can be adjusted by determining the adjustment opening (222) of the hanger arm (221) depending on the size of the plastic bag (60) used. After desired amount of plastic bags (60) are placed on the drawer (20), the drawer (20) is pushed into the body (10), and the plastic bags (60) are provided to be pressed between the roll (30) and the support plate (24). Depending on the amount of plastic bag (60) loaded, the roll (30) is pushed in a manner diverging from the support plate (24), and the shock absorber (40) is closed slightly. At the continuation, as the amount of plastic bags (60) decreases, the shock absorber (40) is opened and the roll (30) approaches the support plate (24). In other words, the roll (30) is provided to apply the same pressure to the plastic bags (60) in an independent manner from the number of plastic bags (60).
The plastic bag dispenser functions by means of a control box (50) provided in the portion of the bottom panel (14) facing into the body. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the power, applied to the motor (302) provided inside the roll (30) and applied to the screen (11) provided on the front panel (11), can be controlled in a separate manner thanks to the two control switches (51) provided on the lateral side of the body (10). During the operation of the subject matter plastic bag dispenser, first of all, the placement of the plastic bags (60) on the drawer (20) is realized as described above, and the drawer (20) is closed. Afterwards, power is applied to the system by bringing the control switches (51) to the open position as can be seen in the diagram given in Figure 7. When the user desires to take the plastic bag (60), in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it gives a command to the trigger (112) provided as a sensor sensitive to movement, and provides operation of the motor (302). The motor (302) realizes rotation movement thanks to the command sent, and rotates the roll (30). As a result of the rotation of the roll (30), the plastic bag (60) in contact is torn from the hanger flap, and is pushed towards the product output opening (15). After the bottom edge of the plastic bag (60) exits the product output opening (15), the user takes the plastic bag (60) by means of drawing the plastic bag (60). The frequency of the commands of the user one after the other during usage is predetermined. Thus, the duration sufficient for taking the plastic bag (60) guided to the product output opening (15) is provided. In other words, the duration between the commands which may be given to the trigger (112) one after the other is determined, and it is not possible to give command in durations shorter than this duration.
During serving the plastic bag (60), the air, taken from an air generator (72) from the blowing tips (70) provided at the vicinity of the roll (30) and transferred by the air hoses (71), is provided to be blown towards the plastic bag (60). Thus, as the air exiting the blowing tips (70) reaches the plastic bag (60) from the side of the roll (30), the risk of wrapping the plastic bag (60) onto the roll (30) is prevented, and the plastic bag (60) is guided to the product output opening (15). Moreover, at the continuation of the movement, as the air is continued to be blown while the user draws the plastic bag (60), the air reaches the mouth portion of the plastic bag (60), and the opening of the plastic bag (60) is facilitated.
Moreover, as can be understood from the diagram illustrated in Figure 8, the screen (1 1 1) provided on the front panel (11) illustrates the video images received from a memory unit (53). These images can be videos describing the usage of the plastic bag dispenser, and there may be promotion or advertisement videos on different subjects, and they can be changed when desired. Moreover, in the alternative embodiments of the present invention, multimedia tools like tablet, computer, etc. can be used instead of screen (111). Said tablet computer is used together with a card reader, and plastic bag sale becomes possible for a fee with a card formed particularly for a user, or pluralities of campaigns may be realized.
The amount of plastic bags (60) on the drawer (20) can be monitored through the monitoring openings (123) provided on the lateral panels (12). In the alternative embodiment of the present invention, the amount of plastic bags (60) provided inside the body (10) can be monitored, and when the plastic bags (60) are finished, auditory or visual warning can be given.
In the alternative embodiment of the present invention, as a trigger (112), a button can be used instead of a sensor which is sensitive to movement. In another alternative embodiment, in order to provide the plastic bag (60) for a certain fee, coin is put into coin inlet (52) on the body (10), and the operation of the motor (302) can be provided. In this embodiment, in order to increase system safety, the drawer (20) is locked by means of a lock and it can be only opened by authorized personnel. In another alternative embodiment of the present invention, a card reader can be used for realizing the payment by means of a credit card and a similar card.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, pluralities of drawers (20) are provided. Thus, the first drawer (20) is used by being positioned into the body (10), and the other drawer (20) can be filled outside of the body (10). By means of this method, the duration of plastic bag (60) loading to the present invention is minimized.
In another alternative embodiment of the present invention, in order to provide the plastic bags (60) to be given only by the authorized personnel outside of customer initiative, the motor (302) can be controlled in a remote manner. In said embodiment of the present invention, during removal of the plastic bag (60) from the body (10) as a result of the movement of the roll (30), the separation of the layers of the plastic bag (60) together with the movement of the roll (30) is provided, in other words, the plastic bag (60) is provided to be opened slightly. In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, in order to provide opening of the plastic bag (60), a second roll and a motor (302) can be provided inside the body (10).
The protection scope of the present invention is set forth in the annexed Claims and cannot be restricted to the illustrative disclosures given above, under the detailed description. It is because a person skilled in the relevant art can obviously produce similar embodiments under the light of the foregoing disclosures, without departing from the main principles of the present invention.
