一种对讲机及其连接器
技术领域
本发明涉及通信设备技术领域, 特别是涉及一种对讲机的连接器。 本 发明还涉及一种釆用上述连接器组装成的对讲机。 背景技术
对讲机是一种双向通信设备, 包括信号发送和接受的单元; 具体地, 对讲机的主机是通过连接器与外接设备发生信号传递的。
现有技术中, 连接器与主机之间大多釆用螺钉固定的方式进行连接。 在其中一种连接方式中, 连接器设有螺纹孔, 然后通过小头螺钉螺旋 连接在主机的侧面, 且小头螺钉的头部开有槽, 便于进行旋紧或者拆卸。 但是, 小头螺钉的头部较小, 即使其头部开有槽, 也不便于进行手动旋拧, 存在连接不可靠的风险; 如果釆用工具进行拧紧, 当用力过大时就容易将 主机上的螺母拧松, 甚至导致螺钉的断裂, 进而需要更换主机外壳以及连 接器。
可以想到, 连接器还可以釆用大头螺钉与主机进行螺纹连接, 这种连 接方式虽然解决了小头螺钉手动操作不便的问题, 但螺钉在拧紧后经常由 于生锈或者热胀冷缩等原因而锁死, 进而造成后续拆卸的不便。
上述两种连接方式虽然简单易行, 但也存在结构庞大、 拆装不便等缺 点; 同时, 釆用上述两种方式进行连接时, 螺钉通常位于连接器的中间位 置, 且螺钉与连接器的螺纹孔之间密封性较差, 故上述两种连接方式的防 水性能较差, 不能满足对讲机的应用需要。
为解决上述技术问题, 还可以在连接器上设置固定件和滑扣, 然后在 主机外壳上与所述滑扣对应的位置设置锁止片, 进而釆用滑动卡扣的连接 方式将连接器与主机相连。
在进行安装时, 首先将连接器上端的固定件插入主机的外壳内, 然后 向上推动连接器下端的滑扣, 最后按下主机外壳上的锁止片将滑扣锁定, 进而完成连接器与主机之间的固定连接。 釆用上述滑动卡扣的方式连接形成的对讲机, 虽然能够实现手动组装 和拆卸, 但其装配的过程较为繁瑣, 首先需要将固定件与主机固连, 然后 向上推动滑扣, 当滑扣推动到位后再通过锁止片将其锁定。 可见, 在上述 滑动卡扣的过程中, 需要兼顾滑扣和固定件的组装以及锁止片与滑扣的配 合, 其自动化程度较低, 操作的便捷性较差。
此外, 如果用力拉扯连接器的导线, 或者在长期使用过程中, 连接器 上端的固定件极有可能滑出主机外壳或者被破坏, 则下端滑扣的连接也将 受到破坏, 从而导致整个连接的失效, 引发通信故障; 且当固定件破坏时, 整个连接器也随之失效, 需要更换新的连接器; 由于固定件与主机固定连 接, 固定件承受的外力会进一步传递给主机, 进而导致主机的损坏。
因此, 如何设计一种对讲机的连接器, 以提高连接的便捷性, 提高自 动化程度, 降低其损坏率, 是本领域技术人员目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种对讲机的连接器, 能够实现与主机的自动组 装和拆卸, 提高了连接的可靠性和便捷性, 且其耐久性较好。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种对讲机, 其结构简单, 主机与连接器之 间的连接更加可靠。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供一种对讲机的连接器, 所述连接器 具有基体, 所述连接器包括固定卡扣和活动卡扣, 所述固定卡扣卡固于对 讲机主机的定位槽内, 所述活动卡扣包括转轴和与所述转轴枢接的卡头, 所述卡头卡入对讲机主机的卡槽内,并具有将其锁定在所述卡槽内的扭簧, 所述扭簧与所述转轴铰接,所述固定卡扣和所述转轴均设置在所述基体上。
本发明的连接器首先通过固定卡扣与对讲机的主机固连, 然后通过活 动卡扣扣合在主机的卡槽内, 釆用卡扣的连接方式便于进行组装和拆卸; 活动卡扣的卡头内置有扭簧, 且扭簧能够绕转轴转动, 进而将卡头卡入主 机的卡槽内,无需任何工具进行辅助,也不需要对卡头额外施加外力作用, 只需将固定卡扣和活动卡扣对准定位槽和卡槽, 然后推动连接器即可完成 整个连接器与主机的连接, 不仅提高了操作的自动化程度, 也简化了操作 过程; 本发明釆用卡头绕转轴转动的方式实现活动卡扣与卡槽的连接, 这 种转动连接的方式通过扭簧对卡头施加锁紧力,既能够保证连接的可靠性, 的导线以及对讲机的主机造成损伤。
优选地, 所述活动卡扣还包括阻碍所述卡头脱离所述卡槽的定位件, 以进一步提高连接的可靠性。
优选地, 所述定位件为设置在所述卡头侧面的凸起, 所述凸起沿平行 于所述转轴的轴线方向向外伸出设置, 所述连接器的外壳设有凸缘, 所述 凸起以其外壁抵接于所述凸缘的一侧。
定位件可以为向外轴向延伸设置的凸起,当活动卡扣卡接于卡槽内时, 该凸起与连接器的凸缘相互抵接, 即使有外力作用在卡头上, 使得卡头产 生了滑脱卡槽的运动趋势, 凸起也会将凸缘产生的阻力传递给卡头, 进而 抵消部分外部作用力, 阻碍卡头向外滑脱; 只有当外部作用力大到一定程 度, 克服了凸起与凸缘之间的静摩擦力时, 活动卡扣才有可能与卡槽相分 离, 此时, 活动卡扣与卡槽的及时分离又可以对连接器的导线起到保护作 用, 避免其被扯断。
优选地, 所述定位件为锁环, 当所述卡头嵌入所述对讲机主机的卡槽 后, 所述锁环以其边沿顶靠所述卡头的尾部, 所述锁环具有为所述卡头的 尾部摆动提供空间的缺口。
定位件还可以为锁环, 该锁环以其边沿将所述卡头的尾部顶靠, 进而 阻止卡头的转动, 辅助卡头进行定位, 进一步提高连接的可靠性。 锁环还可以设置缺口, 当转动手柄将锁环的缺口正对卡头的尾部时, 卡头处于自由状态, 即可对活动卡扣进行组装和拆卸; 当完成组装后, 再 次转动手柄, 使得卡头的尾部脱离锁环的缺口对应区域, 则卡头重新被锁 死。
优选地, 所述连接器的基体还设有凸台, 所述锁环设有与所述凸台配 合的第一凹槽, 当所述第一凹槽与所述凸台卡固时, 所述锁环的缺口与所 述卡头的尾部相对。 优选地, 所述锁环还设有与所述凸台配合的第二凹槽, 所述第二凹槽 与所述凸台卡固时, 所述锁环的上边沿与所述卡头的尾部顶靠。
锁环还可以配套的设置第一凹槽和第二凹槽, 辅助配合卡头的锁定和 释放, 第一凹槽与凸台卡固时, 将锁环锁定在缺口正对卡头尾部的位置, 以便操作者进行组装和拆卸; 第二凹槽与凸台卡固时, 卡头的尾部脱离缺 口区域, 重新被锁死, 而第二凹槽与凸台的卡固可以防止锁环转动, 进一 步提高锁紧程度和连接的牢固性。
优选地, 所述连接器的基体还设有导正销, 所述导正销适配地插入对 讲机主机的导正孔内, 以便连接器准确地与主机对应连接, 简化连接过程, 避免出现安装偏差。
优选地, 所述连接器的线尾 SR设置成裙边结构, 所述活动卡扣的尾 部具有操作柄, 所述操作柄包覆于所述裙边结构中。
当活动卡扣的操作柄内置于裙边结构时, 整个连接器的外部结构更为 精简, 且可以起到保护活动卡扣的作用, 也可以避免灰尘等杂质的侵入。 本发明还提供一种对讲机, 包括主机和与所述主机相连的连接器, 所 述连接器为上述任一项所述的连接器。
由于本发明的对讲机具有上述任一项所述的连接器, 故上述任一项所 述的连接器所产生的技术效果均适用于本发明的对讲机, 此处不再赘述。 附图说明

本发明的核心是提供一种对讲机的连接器, 能够实现与主机的自动组 装和拆卸, 提高了连接的可靠性和便捷性, 且其耐久性较好。
本发明的另一核心是提供一种对讲机, 其结构简单, 主机与连接器之 间的连接更加可靠。
本发明的对讲机包括主机和能够与主机实现可拆卸连接的连接器, 且 连接器连接有导线, 以便与外接设备发生信号传递。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案, 下面结合附图和具 体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
请参考图 1和图 2, 图 1为本发明所提供连接器在一种具体实施方式 中的立体结构示意图; 图 2为图 1所示连接器的局部剖面结构示意图。
在一种具体实施方式中, 本发明的连接器具有基体, 以构成其主体部 分, 所述连接器包括活动卡扣 1和固定卡扣 2, 固定卡扣 2设置在连接器 的基体上, 可以釆用固定连接的方式设置在基体上, 也可以与基体一体成 型而成, 固定卡扣 2用于与对讲机主机的定位槽 3卡接定位; 活动卡扣 1 包括转轴 11和卡头 12, 转轴 11设置在基体上, 卡头 12与转轴 11枢接, 以便卡头 12绕转轴 11转动; 卡头 12能够卡入对讲机主机的卡槽 4内; 卡 头 12中内置有扭簧 13 , 扭簧 13铰接于转轴 11上, 且扭簧 13能够对卡头 12施加压力, 该压力通常沿转轴 11的周向向下, 以便将卡头 12锁紧固定 在对讲机主机的卡槽 4内。
本发明的连接器, 釆用固定卡扣 2和活动卡扣 1相互配合, 实现与对 讲机主机的卡接, 其结构简单, 安装和拆卸比较便捷; 活动卡扣 1包括转 轴 11和卡头 12, 且卡头 12能够绕转轴 11进行转动, 以便卡头 12根据卡 槽 4的结构变化其倾斜角度, 进而逐渐卡入卡槽 4内, 使得活动卡扣 1 自 动地与卡槽 4卡接;扭簧 13为卡头 12提供一定的预紧力, 当卡头 12卡入 卡槽 4时, 扭簧 13将卡头 12锁紧在卡槽 4内, 避免其从卡槽 4中向外滑 脱, 保证连接的可靠性; 当固定卡扣 2卡接于定位槽 3内后, 再将活动卡 扣 1与卡槽 4卡接, 由于活动卡扣 1釆用转动连接的结构设置, 无需任何 辅助工具即可将卡头 12卡入卡槽 4内, 不仅简化了安装和拆卸的过程,使 得操作更加省时省力, 还实现了连接器的自动化安装, 提高了安装效率。
请参考图 3-6, 图 3为图 1所示连接器的安装过程第一示意图; 图 4 为图 1所示连接器的安装过程第二示意图; 图 5为图 4中 A部分的局部放 大示意图; 图 6为图 1所示连接的安装过程第三示意图。
在进行安装时, 可以首先将固定卡扣 2卡入主机的定位槽 3内, 然后 以固定卡扣 2与定位槽 3的卡固点为支点转动连接器, 使得活动卡扣 1逐 渐靠近卡槽 4, 如图 3所示; 当活动卡扣 1的卡头 12与卡槽 4的边缘接触 时, 由于卡槽 4的边缘具有坡面, 进而对卡头 12产生向上的顶靠力, 使得 卡头 12绕转轴 11顺时针转动,则卡头 12在外部推力的作用下即可滑入卡 槽 4内; 当卡槽 4的边缘不设置坡面时, 需要手动转动卡头 12, 以便卡头 12能够打开一定的角度, 进而卡入卡槽 4内; 在卡头 12转动的过程中, 扭簧 13也随之绕转轴 11顺时针转动, 并产生弹性形变, 如图 4和图 5所 示; 当卡头 12越过卡槽 4的边缘时, 卡头 12进入卡槽 4的槽孔内, 扭簧 13在弹性回复力的作用下向下按压卡头 12, 则卡头 12的头端抵靠于卡槽 4的内端面, 卡头 12卡入卡槽 4内, 完成连接器的安装, 如图 6所示。
其中, 活动卡扣 1的卡头 12可以釆用塑胶材料制成,进而可以利用塑 胶材料的塑性变形提供一定的緩冲力 , 对卡槽 4和连接器起到一定的保护 作用。
由于连接器在使用的过程中经常会受到外力的作用, 存在连接失效的 风险, 为提高连接的可靠性, 本发明的连接器还可以包括定位件, 以阻碍 卡头 12向外滑脱出卡槽 4。
请参考图 7和图 8, 图 7为本发明所提供定位件第一种设置方式的结 构示意图; 图 8为图 7所示定位件中 B部分的局部放大示意图。
在第一种设置方式中,本发明的定位件可以为设置在卡头 12侧面的凸 起 51 , 凸起 51沿平行于转轴 11的轴线方向向外伸出设置; 连接器的基体 具有外壳 6, 外壳 6上设有凸缘 61 , 凸缘 61与凸起 51对应设置, 凸起 51 的外壁 4氏接在凸缘 61的一侧, 如图 8所示。
此外, 凸起 51还可以釆用塑胶材料制成, 利用塑胶的塑性变形特性, 釆用过盈配合进行小力量的锁定; 当连接器的导线受到拉扯, 活动卡扣 1 承受的力量达到一定程度的时候, 活动卡扣 1即可自行打开, 从而对导线 和连接器进行保护, 防止导线被扯断或者连接器被扯坏。
通常, 活动卡扣 1处于连接器的上方, 固定卡扣 2处于连接器的下方, 且两者一般位于连接器电气连接部分 9 (请参见图 7 )的两端, 如图 1-6所 示, 但是, 本领域技术人员应该理解, 活动卡扣 1和固定卡扣 2的位置并 不仅限于上述设置, 两者的位置可以进行互换, 或者可以根据连接器的结 构进行相应改变。
如图 7和图 8所示, 凸起 51可以呈圓柱型设置, 当然, 如果凸起 51 釆用塑胶制成, 凸起 51还可以釆用棱柱、 棱雉等结构设置; 凸缘 61可以 为与凸起 51相互配合的凸沿,且该凸沿也可以沿转轴 11的轴向延伸设置, 如图 8所示;凸缘 61还可以呈条块状设置,或者设置为其他不规则的形状。
理论上讲, 凸起 51和凸缘 61的结构基本上不受限制, 两者的作用相 当于活动卡扣 1的扭簧 13; 本领域技术人员应该可以理解, 凸起 51和凸 缘 61相接触的部分通常应具有圓弧导向或者过渡结构,以免外部作用力过 大时将凸起 51和凸缘 61压溃或者造成其断裂, 引发结构性破坏。
当卡头 12卡入卡槽 4之后,扭簧 13的弹性回复力将卡头 12锁定,且 凸起 51被凸缘 61定位, 即使存在向外拉扯卡头 12的外力, 也会被扭簧 13的弹性回复力和凸缘 61对凸起 51的作用力所抵消或者部分抵消, 只有 当该外力克服了扭簧 13的弹性回复力和凸起 51与凸缘 61之间的静摩擦力 时, 卡头 12才有可能脱离卡槽 4。
更为优选的是, 凸起 51和凸缘 61可以釆用过盈配合连接, 此时由凸 起 51传递给卡头 12的预紧力更大, 则防止滑脱的效果更好。
当定位件釆用上述第一种设置方式时, 大多应用于导线的强度较低的 情况下, 以便对导线进行充分的保护, 防止连接器受到损坏。
请参考图 9-12, 图 9为本发明所提供定位件第二种设置方式的结构示 意图; 图 10为本发明所提供连接器的外壳中凸台部分的局部放大示意图; 图 11为本发明所提供锁环未锁定状态的结构示意图; 图 12为本发明所提 供锁环锁定状态的结构示意图。
在第二种设置方式中, 本发明的定位件可以为锁环 52, 锁环 52与卡 头 12相互配合, 当卡头 12卡入卡槽 4之后, 锁环 52以其边沿顶靠卡头 12的尾部, 防止卡头 12绕转轴 11转动, 进而将卡头 12锁紧在卡槽 4内, 以免其向外滑出, 如图 12所示。
所述卡头 12卡入卡槽 4内的部分为其头部,相应地, 与其头部相对的 另外一端为其尾部, 也就是本文所述的卡头 12的尾部。
锁环 52通常可以呈圓环状设置,便于与外壳 6相互配合,如图 9所示; 锁环 52的边沿可以是锁环 52朝向上方的环面的外周边, 本文中所指的上 方以对讲机或者连接器正常使用时的状态为参照; 当然,在锁环 52变换其 安装位置时, 锁环 52还可以以其他边沿抵顶卡头 12的尾部。
锁环 52还可以设置手柄 521 , 以便带动锁环 52绕其纵向轴线转动; 锁环 52具有缺口 522, 缺口 522为卡头 12尾部的摆动提供空间, 以使卡 头 12能够卡入卡槽 4内, 当完成卡头 12的卡装后, 再转动手柄 521 , 将 缺口 522与卡头 12分离, 则锁环 52的上边沿顶靠于卡头 12的尾部,将卡 头 12锁死。
在此基础上, 锁环 52还可以设置第一凹槽 523和第二凹槽 524, 基体 上还可以设置凸台 62, 第一凹槽 523和第二凹槽 524均与凸台 62配合设 置; 当第一凹槽 523与凸台 62卡固时,锁环 52的缺口 522与卡头 12的尾 部相对, 如图 11所示; 当第二凹槽 524与凸台 62卡固时, 缺口 522与卡 头 12相错设置,锁环 52的边沿将卡头 12的尾部顶靠锁死,如图 12所示。 具体地, 凸台 62可以设置在卡头 12的中间位置或者设置在其侧面; 可以理解, 凸台 62可以设置在锁环 52外周边的任意位置, 以便于实现与 第一凹槽 523和第二凹槽 524的卡接,如图 10所示; 第一凹槽 523可以根 据缺口 522和凸台 62的位置进行相应设置; 显然, 第二凹槽 524也可以根 据缺口 522和凸台 62的位置进行相应设置,且第二凹槽 524的位置更加灵 活,其可以设置在缺口 522与卡头 12相错时的任意位置,此时均可以实现 对卡头 12的锁固。
如图 11和图 12所示, 进行活动卡扣 1的安装时, 首先转动手柄 521 , 当第一凹槽 523与凸台 62卡固时, 缺口 522正对卡头 12的尾部, 然后即 可按照图 3-6所示的步骤将卡头 12卡入卡槽 4内; 当完成卡头 12与卡槽 4的卡固后, 再次转动手柄 521 , 当转动到第二凹槽 524与凸台 62卡固的 位置时, 缺口 523旋出卡头 12的尾部对应的位置, 且锁环 52没有缺口的 部分与卡头 12的尾部完全接触,即锁环 52以其边沿将卡头 12的尾部顶靠, 如图 12所示。
第一凹槽 523和第二凹槽 524的设置便于手柄 521的转动定位, 增加 手柄 521转动时的手感, 防止用力过大时转动过渡, 出现缺口 522与卡头 12的尾部不匹配的现象; 当手柄 521的第二凹槽 524超过凸台 62的位置 时, 锁环 52的边沿就不能够将卡头 12的尾部完全顶靠, 可能会影响定位 效果。
釆用上述结构,通过锁环 52将卡头 12定位, 由于锁环 52的锁紧力较 大, 能够有效地防止卡头 12的运动, 使其牢固地卡固于卡槽 4内, 从而提 高了连接器与对讲机主机之间连接的可靠性; 即使有较大的外力作用在连 接器的导线上, 进而通过导线向外牵拉卡头 12, 由于卡头 12的尾部被锁 环 52牢固地锁紧, 则卡头 12也艮难从卡槽 4中滑出, 也就不会出现连接 失效的问题。
当卡头 12釆用塑性材料制成时,如果连接器上的导线受到过大的拉扯 力, 导线就可能带动卡头 12运动, 此时, 卡头 12的尾部发生弹性变形, 进而解除锁环 52对卡头 12尾部的锁定,使得卡头 12处于自由状态, 活动 卡扣 1从卡槽 4内向外滑脱。 也就是说, 锁环 52对卡头 12的定位可以具 有一定的緩冲空间, 当连接器所受外力过大时, 为防止导线被扯断或者连 接器发生损坏, 可以允许卡头 12滑出卡槽 4, 但这种情况仅在连接器受到 过大外力作用时,主要为了保护连接器和导线等部件; 即使卡头 12滑出卡 槽 4, 连接器和主机也都没有受到损坏, 操作者还可以将卡头 12重新卡入 卡槽 4内进行连接。
同理, 也可以将凸台 62釆用塑性材料制成, 以便为锁环 52提供一定 的緩冲和运动空间, 同样可以起到对导线和连接器的保护作用。
可以想到, 釆用上述第二种结构设置的定位件通常应用于导线强度较 大的情况下,此时的导线所能够承受的拉力也较大, 则导线不容易被拉断, 锁环 52可以牢固地将卡头 12锁紧, 而不必担心可能会损坏导线。
请参考图 13和图 14, 图 13为本发明所提供导正销一种设置方式的结 构示意图; 图 14为本发明所提供导线的线尾 SR的剖面结构示意图。
本发明的连接器还可以设置导正销 7, 导正销 7设置在连接器的基体 上, 如图 13所示, 进行安装时, 首先将导正销 7适配地插入主机 8的导正 孔 81内,在安装过程中自动导正组装位置,使连接器能够与主机 8完整对 接, 以便于后续连接器的安装; 且当导正销 7进行导正后, 连接器上的电 气连接部分 9与主机 8上的电气接口 82就能够相互匹配地连接,确保电气 连接位置的准确性。
此外,导正销 7可以设置在基体上与卡头 12的底部相对应的位置, 则 当卡头 12卡入卡槽 4后, 卡头 12的尾部底端就可以通过导正销 7进行支 撑定位, 以辅助提高卡头 12定位的可靠性。 当然, 为进一步提高支撑定位 效果, 可以设置两个导正销 7, 且两个导正销 7可以平行于转轴 11的轴线 方向设置。
本发明的连接器的线尾 SR ( stress relief, 应力释放或者应力消除 )可 以设置成裙边结构 10; 线尾 SR主要应用在线材类产品上, SR也可以理解 为 soft rubber的缩写, 翻译为软胶, 主要起应力释放和保护线材作用; 活 动卡扣 1的尾部可以设置操作柄 14, 且操作柄 14可以包覆于裙边结构 10 中, 所述裙边结构 10呈具有一定弧度设置的护罩状设置, 如图 14所示; 一方面, 将操作柄 14包覆于裙边结构 10中使得整个连接器的外观则更加 简洁大方; 另一方面, 裙边结构 10可以起到保护活动卡扣 1的作用, 同时 还具有一定的防尘功能。

本发明还提供一种对讲机, 所述对讲机包括主机 8和与主机 8相连的 连接器, 连接器为上述任一项所述的连接器, 具体结构参见上文, 此处不 再赘述。
本领域技术人员应该可以理解,在使用状态,连接器连接在主机 8上, 当不需要连接器与外接设备发生信号传递时, 可以将连接器取下, 也就是 说, 本发明的连接器与主机 8之间釆用的是可拆卸的连接方式。
以上对本发明所提供的对讲机及其连接器进行了详细介绍。 本文中应 用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述, 以上实施例的说明 只是用于帮助理解本发明对讲机及其连接器的核心思想。 应当指出, 对于 本技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以 对本发明进行若干改进和修饰, 这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的 保护范围内。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种对讲机的连接器, 所述连接器具有基体, 其特征在于, 所述连 接器包括固定卡扣和活动卡扣, 所述固定卡扣卡固于对讲机主机的定位槽 内, 所述活动卡扣包括转轴和与所述转轴枢接的卡头, 所述卡头卡入对讲 机主机的卡槽内, 并具有将其锁定在所述卡槽内的扭簧, 所述扭簧与所述 转轴铰接, 所述固定卡扣和所述转轴均设置在所述基体上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述活动卡扣还包括阻 碍所述卡头脱离所述卡槽的定位件。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述定位件为设置在所 所述连接器的外壳设有凸缘, 所述凸起以其外壁抵接于所述凸缘的一侧。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述定位件为锁环, 当 所述卡头嵌入所述对讲机主机的卡槽后, 所述锁环以其边沿顶靠所述卡头 的尾部, 所述锁环具有为所述卡头的尾部摆动提供空间的缺口。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述锁环还设有带动所 述锁环绕其纵向轴线转动的手柄。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述连接器的基体还设 有凸台, 所述锁环设有与所述凸台配合的第一凹槽, 当所述第一凹槽与所 述凸台卡固时, 所述锁环的缺口与所述卡头的尾部相对。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述锁环还设有与所述 凸台配合的第二凹槽, 所述第二凹槽与所述凸台卡固时, 所述锁环的上边 沿与所述卡头的尾部顶靠。
8、 如权利要求 1-7任一项所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述连接器的 基体还设有导正销, 所述导正销适配地插入对讲机主机的导正孔内。
9、 如权利要求 1-7任一项所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述连接器的 线尾 SR设置成裙边结构, 所述活动卡扣的尾部具有操作柄, 所述操作柄 包覆于所述裙边结构中。
10、 一种对讲机, 包括主机和可拆卸地连接在所述主机上的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述连接器为上述 1-9任一项所述的连接器。
