Abstract

 この熱交換器は、胴体と、該胴体の内部に配される複数の伝熱管(20)と、該伝熱管(20)の長手方向に向かって間隔をあけて複数配され、該複数の伝熱管(20)が挿通される複数の管挿通孔(40)が形成された支持板(30)とを備える。前記複数の支持板(30)のうち、前記長手方向に隣接する二の前記支持板(30)間で、一の前記伝熱管(20)に対する前記管挿通孔(40)の形状が互いに異なっている。

Description

熱交換器及びこれを備えたガスタービンプラント
 本発明は、熱交換器及びこれを備えたガスタービンプラントに関するものである。
 本願は、2013年2月18日に、日本に出願された特願2013-029472号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
 一般に、熱交換器としては、胴体内に設けられた複数の伝熱管と、伝熱管を支持する複数の伝熱管支持装置とを備える熱交換器が提案されている(下記特許文献1参照)。この熱交換器では、伝熱管の内部を流通する管内流体と、伝熱管の外部を管内流体と反対方向に向かって流通する管外流体との間で、熱交換が行われている。
 また、この熱交換器では、伝熱管支持装置には、エッグクレート乱流促進機構が設けられている。よって、伝熱管の外部を流通する流体は、伝熱管とエッグクレート乱流促進機構との間の部分を流通する際に流体の層流が乱されるため、伝熱管の内部を流通する流体との間で効率的に熱交換が行われる。

 このように、上記の特許文献1に記載の熱交換器では、熱交換率が幾分向上するだけであったため、より高い熱交換率の向上が望まれている。
 本発明は、効率的に熱交換を行うことができる熱交換器及びこれを備えたガスタービンプラントを提供するものである。
 (1)本発明の第一の態様によれば、熱交換器は、胴体と、複数の伝熱管と、支持板とを備える。前記複数の熱伝熱管は、前記胴体の内部に配されている。前記支持板は、前記伝熱管の長手方向に向かって間隔をあけて複数配されている。前記支持板には、前記複数の伝熱管が挿通される複数の管挿通孔が形成されている。前記複数の支持板のうち、前記長手方向に隣接する二の前記支持板間で、一の前記伝熱管に対する前記管挿通孔の形状が互いに異なっている。
 上記した構成によれば、一の伝熱管に対する支持板に形成された管挿通孔の形状が隣接する支持板間で互いに異なっているため、支持板の管挿通孔と伝熱管との間に形成される空間部分の形状が隣接する支持板同士で互いに異なる。これにより、伝熱管の外部を流通する流体が当該空間部分を通過する際には、空間部分の形状に応じて層流が破壊される。よって、伝熱管の内部を流通する流体と伝熱管の外部を流通する流体との間で、伝熱管の長手方向にわたって効率的に熱交換が行われる。
 (2)上記(1)の熱交換器において、前記複数の伝熱管の束の外周側には、これらを覆うとともに前記長手方向に延び、前記胴体の内周面との間に間隔をあけて配されるダクトが設けられている。
 上記した構成によれば、伝熱管の内部を流通する流体(管内流体と称する。)と、伝熱管の外部を流通する流体(管外流体と称する。)との間で熱交換が行われる。ここで、熱交換により管外流体が高温になったとしても、管外流体はダクト内を流通するため、ダクト外部と胴体の内周面との間に存在する流体の温度上昇を抑えることができる。よって、胴体自体の温度が上昇することはないため、熱交換器としての健全な状態を維持することができる。
 (3)上記(1)または(2)の熱交換器において、前記伝熱管の外周面には、径方向外側に向かって突出するとともに前記長手方向に向かって延在するフィンが設けられていても良い。
 上記した構成によれば、伝熱管にはフィンが設けられていることで熱交換の際の伝熱面積が増大するため、熱交換が効率的に行われる。
 (4)上記(1)から(3)のいずれか一つに記載の熱交換器において、前記胴体には、前記複数の前記伝熱管内に管内流体を供給する入口ヘッダー配管と、熱交換された前記管内流体を該伝熱管から排出する出口ヘッダー配管とのうち、少なくとも何れか一方が設けられていてもよい。
 上記した構成によれば、例えば入口ヘッダー配管が設けられている場合には、管内流体は入口ヘッダー配管を介して伝熱管内に供給され、熱交換された管内流体は伝熱管から排出される。ここで、一般に熱交換器として、管内流体を胴体内に供給するノズル及び熱交換された管内流体を胴体から排出するノズルをそれぞれ胴体に設けた熱交換器がある。この熱交換器では、供給側のノズルが設けられた側の部屋と排出側のノズルが設けられた側の部屋とを仕切る壁を設ける必要である。一方、上記した構成の熱交換器では、このような壁を設けることなく、入口ヘッダー配管が設けられることで、熱交換前後の管内流体を分離することができるため、当該壁分のコストを抑えることができる。なお、出口ヘッダー配管が設けられている場合も、入口ヘッダー配管が設けられている場合と同様に、熱交換前後の管内流体を分離することができるため、当該壁分のコストを抑えることができる。
 (5)上記(4)の熱交換器において、前記入口ヘッダー配管と前記出口ヘッダー配管との両方が設けられていてもよい。
 上記した構成によれば、管内流体は入口ヘッダー配管を介して伝熱管内に供給され、熱交換された管内流体は出口ヘッダー配管を介して伝熱管から排出される。ここで、一般に熱交換器として、伝熱管の端部を支持するため管板を有し、胴体に管内流体を供給するノズル及び熱交換された管内流体を排出するノズルが設けられたものがある。この熱交換器では、管板の厚さが胴体の温度、圧力、内径等の条件によって決定されるため、条件によっては管板の厚さを厚くする必要がある。一方、上記した構成の熱交換器では、このような管板を有さずに、入口ヘッダー配管及び出口ヘッダー配管を設けることで、熱交換前後の管内流体を分離することができるため、当該管板分のコストを抑えることができる。
 (6)本発明の第二の態様によれば、ガスタービンプラントは、上記(1)から(5)のいずれかに一つに記載の熱交換器と、空気圧縮機と、燃焼器と、タービンとを備える。空気圧縮機は、外気を圧縮して圧縮空気を生成する。燃焼器は、燃料を圧縮空気中で燃焼させて燃焼ガスを生成する。タービンは、高温高圧の燃焼ガスにより駆動する。前記熱交換器には、被加熱流体として、前記燃焼器に供給される燃料が供給される。
 上記した構成によれば、被加熱流体である燃料を熱交換して高温状態にすることができる。よって、高温になった燃料が燃焼器に供給されるため、燃焼器は高温のガスを効率的に発生することができる。
 (7)上記(6)のガスタービンプラントにおいて、前記タービンから排気された燃焼ガスと水とを熱交換させて、蒸気を発生させる排熱回収ボイラーをさらに備えていてもよい。前記伝熱管の内部には、管内流体が流通する。前記伝熱管の外部且つ前記胴体の内部には、管外流体が流通する。前記管内流体は、前記排熱回収ボイラーから導出された流体である。前記管外流体は、前記熱交換器に供給される前記燃料であり、前記管内流体と熱交換され、昇温されて、前記燃焼器に供給される。
 上記した構成によれば、熱交換器は、管内流体と管外流体とを熱交換して管外流体である燃料を高温状態にすることができる。よって、高温となった燃料が燃焼器に供給されるため、燃焼器は高温の燃焼ガスを効率的に発生することができる。
 (8)上記(6)のガスタービンプラントにおいて、前記タービンから排気された燃焼ガスと水とを熱交換させて、蒸気を発生させる排熱回収ボイラーをさらに備えていてもよい。前記伝熱管の内部には、管内流体が流通する。前記伝熱管の外部且つ前記胴体の内部には、管外流体が流通する。前記管外流体は、前記排熱回収ボイラーから導出された流体である。前記管内流体は、前記熱交換器に供給される前記燃料であり、前記管外流体と熱交換され、昇温されて、前記燃焼器に供給されてもよい。
 上記した構成によれば、熱交換器は、管内流体と管外流体とを熱交換して管内流体である燃料を高温状態にすることができる。よって、高温となった燃料が燃焼器に供給されるため、燃焼器は高温の燃焼ガスを効率的に発生することができる。
 (9)本発明の第三の態様によれば、ガスタービンプラントは、上記(1)から(5)のいずれかに一つに記載の熱交換器と、空気圧縮機と、燃焼器と、タービンとを備える。前記空気圧縮機は、外気を圧縮して圧縮空気を生成する。前記燃焼器は、圧縮空気中で燃焼させて燃焼ガスを生成する。前記タービンは、高温高圧の燃焼ガスにより駆動する。前記熱交換器には、被冷却流体として、前記タービンに供給される冷却用流体が供給される。
 上記した構成によれば、被冷却流体である冷却用流体を熱交換して低温状態にすることができる。よって、低温となった冷却用流体がタービンに供給されるため、タービン内部を効率的に冷却することができる。
 (10)上記(9)のガスタービンプラントにおいて、排熱回収ボイラーと、蒸気タービンと、復水器とをさらに備えていてもよい。前記排熱回収ボイラーは、前記タービンから排気された燃焼ガスと水とを熱交換させて、蒸気を発生させる。前記蒸気タービンは、前記排熱回収ボイラーで発生した蒸気で駆動する。前記復水器は、前記蒸気タービンを駆動させた蒸気を水に戻す。前記伝熱管の内部には、管内流体が流通する。前記伝熱管の外部且つ前記胴体の内部には、管外流体が流通する。前記管内流体は、前記復水器から導出された流体である。前記管外流体は、前記空気圧縮機から抽気される抽気空気であり、前記管内流体と熱交換され、降温され、前記タービンに供給される。
 上記した構成によれば、熱交換器は、管内流体と管外流体とを熱交換して管外流体である抽気空気を低温状態にすることができる。よって、低温となった抽気空気がタービンに供給されるため、タービン内部を効率的に冷却することができる。
 (11)上記(9)のガスタービンプラントにおいて、排熱回収ボイラーと、蒸気タービンと、復水器とをさらに備えていてよい。前記排熱回収ボイラーは、前記タービンから排気された燃焼ガスと水とを熱交換させて、蒸気を発生させる。前記蒸気タービンは、該排熱回収ボイラーで発生した蒸気で駆動する。前記復水器は、該蒸気タービンを駆動させた蒸気を水に戻す。前記伝熱管の内部には、管内流体が流通する。前記伝熱管の外部且つ前記胴体の内部には、管外流体が流通する。前記管外流体は、前記復水器から導出された流体である。前記管内流体は、前記空気圧縮機から抽気される抽気空気であり、前記管外流体と熱交換され、降温され、前記タービンに供給される。
 上記した構成によれば、熱交換器は、管内流体と管外流体とを熱交換して管内流体である抽気空気を低温状態にすることができる。よって、低温となった抽気空気がタービンに供給されるため、タービン内部を効率的に冷却することができる。
 上記した熱交換器及びこれを備えたガスタービンプラントによれば、効率的に熱交換を行うことができる。

(第一実施形態)
 以下、図面を参照し、本発明の第一実施形態に係る熱交換器について説明する。
 図1に示すように、熱交換器1は、胴体10と、複数の伝熱管20と、支持板30とを備えている。複数の伝熱管20は、胴体10の内部に配設されている。支持板30は、複数の伝熱管20を支持する。管内流体R1は、伝熱管20の内部を流通する。管外流体R2は、伝熱管20の外部を流通する。熱交換器1では、管内流体R1と管外流体R2との間の熱交換により、管外流体R2の温度を上昇させる。
 胴体10は、中空状の容器である。胴体10は、筒状の胴11と、胴11の両端を覆う一対の胴蓋12A,12Bとを有している。この胴11と胴蓋12Aとの間には管板17が設けられている。この管板17には、後述する伝熱管20が固定されている。
 胴体10の胴蓋12Aの上部には、第一入口ノズルA1が設けられている。第一入口ノズルA1は、管内流体R1を胴体10の内部に供給する。また、胴体10の胴蓋12Aの下部には、第一出口ノズルZ1が設けられている。第一出口ノズルZ1は、管内流体R1を胴体10の外部に排出する。
 第一入口ノズルA1から供給された管内流体R1は、部屋13A内を通過する。第一出口ノズルZ1から排出される管内流体R1は、部屋13B内を通過する。胴蓋12Aにおいて、部屋13Aと部屋13Bとは、第一仕切壁14により仕切られている。
 胴体10の胴11の下部には、第二入口ノズルA2が設けられている。第二入口ノズルA2は、管外流体R2を胴体10の内部に供給する。また、胴体10の胴11の上部には、第二出口ノズルZ2が設けられている。第二出口ノズルZ2は、管外流体R2を胴体10の外部に排出する。
 第二入口ノズルA2から供給された管外流体R2は、部屋16A内を通過する。第二出口ノズルZ2から排出される管外流体R2は、部屋16B内を通過する。胴11において、部屋16Aと部屋16Bとは、第二仕切壁15により仕切られている。
 伝熱管20において、その胴体10の胴蓋12A側の配された部分は、管板17に固定されている。伝熱管20において、胴蓋12B側に配された部分は、湾曲形成されている。換言すると、伝熱管20は、管板17に固定された伝熱管20の入口部20Pから胴体10の胴蓋12Bに向かって直線状に延びている。これに続いて、伝熱管20は、胴蓋12B側においてU字状に湾曲している。これに続いて、伝熱管20は、再び胴蓋12Aに向かって直線状に延びている。これに続いて、伝熱管20は、出口部20Qが管板17に固定されている。これにより、伝熱管の図1に示す紙面上側の往路となり、紙面下側の復路とされている。この伝熱管20の内部を、管内流体R1が流通する。
 図2に示すように、複数の伝熱管20は、断面視して千鳥状に配されている。
 また、複数の伝熱管20の束の外周部には、ダクト21A,21Bが設けられている。ダクト21A,21Bは、伝熱管20の長手方向に沿って向かって延びている。ダクト21A,21Bは、胴体10の内周面との間に間隔をあけるとともに、互いに上下方向に離間して配されている。
 ダクト21Aは、伝熱管20内に供給された管内流体R1が管板17から遠ざかる方向に向かって延びている。ダクト21Bは、伝熱管20内を流通する管内流体R1が管板17に近づく方向に向かって延びている。このダクト21A,21Bの内部且つ複数の伝熱管20の外側を、管外流体R2が流通する。
 図3に示すように、このダクト21A,21Bの内部には、それぞれ上部から下方に向かって延びる上板22が設けられている。ダクト21A,21Bの内部には、下部から上方に向かって延びる下板23が設けられている。上板22及び下板23の端部における伝熱管20が配されていない部分には、凸部22A,23Aが設けられている。つまり、最上部の複数の伝熱管20間に、凸部22Aが配されている。最下部の複数の伝熱管20間に、凸部23Aが配されている。
 これら上板22及び下板23により、ダクト21A,21B内を流通する管外流体R2が、複数の伝熱管20の束から離間した上方及び下方を流通することが防止され、伝熱管20の近接した部分を流通することが可能とされている。これにより、効率的な熱交換を可能にしている。
 図1及び図2に示すように、支持板30は、胴体10の内面に対応した形状である。支持板30は、伝熱管20の長手方向に向かって間隔をあけて複数配されている。この支持板30には、複数の伝熱管20が挿通される複数の管挿通孔40が形成されている。
 図4Aは、複数の支持板30のうち一の支持板30(以下、第一支持板41と称する。)の断面拡大図である。図4Bは、第一支持板41の管外流体R2の下流側に隣接して配された第二支持板42の断面拡大図である。
 図4Aに示すように、第一支持板41には、略円形状の開口である円孔40Aが上下方向に間隔をあけて複数穿設されている。円孔40Aの内部は、管挿通孔40とされている。この円孔40Aが複数配された列(以下、円孔列L1と称する。)の隣の列は、管挿通孔40として開口が略横長楕円形状の楕円孔40Bが上下方向に間隔をあけるとともに、円孔列L1に対して上下方向に位置をずらして複数穿設されて構成されている(以下、楕円孔列L2と称する。)。このように、円孔列L1と楕円孔列L2とが、水平方向に交互に配されている。
 第二支持板42にも、第一支持板41と同様に円孔列L1と楕円孔列L2とが交互に配されている。但し、第二支持板42は、第一支持板41に対して水平方向に一列Lずれて配されている。
 図4A及び図4Bに示すように、第一支持板41と第二支持板42との間で、複数の伝熱管20のうち一の伝熱管20Aに対する管挿通孔40の形状が互いに異なるように構成されている。
 本実施形態では、第一支持板41で円孔列L1を構成する円孔40Aに挿通された伝熱管20は、第二支持板42では楕円孔列L2を構成する楕円孔40Bに挿通されている。
 一方、第一支持板41で楕円孔列L2を構成する楕円孔40Bに挿通された伝熱管20は、第二支持板42では円孔列L1を構成する円孔40Aに挿通されるように構成されている。
 図4A、図4B、図5A及び図5Bに示すように、円孔40Aにおいては、挿通される伝熱管20との間に、環状空間43Aが形成される。環状空間43Aは、周方向にわたって略同一幅で形成されている。
 一方、楕円孔40Bにおいては、挿通される伝熱管20の外周面と楕円孔40Bの内周面とが、上下部分において当接している。これにより、伝熱管20の側方には、それぞれ空間43B,43Bが形成される。また、伝熱管20の外周面が楕円孔40Bの内周面に当接することで、伝熱管20は支持板40により支持されている。
 図5A及び図5Bに示すように、このように構成された第一支持板41と第二支持板42とが、伝熱管20の長手方向に向かって交互に配されている。
 次に、上記のように構成された熱交換器1の動作について説明する。
 管内流体R1は、第一入口ノズルA1から流入し部屋13Aを通過して、複数の伝熱管20の内部を流通する。一方、管外流体R2は、第二入口ノズルA2から流入し部屋16Aを通過して、ダクト21B,21Aの内部且つ各々の伝熱管20の外部を流通する。
 管内流体R1が流通する方向と管外流体R2が流通する方向とは、反対方向となっている。管内流体R1と管外流体R2とは、伝熱管20の管壁を通して熱交換可能とされている。
 ここで、管外流体R2が、伝熱管20の外周面と支持板30に形成された管挿通孔40との間を通過する際には、伝熱管20の長手方向に向かって形成された層流が、環状空間43A、空間43Bの形状に対応して破壊された流れが形成される。
 すなわち、第一支持板41において、管外流体R2が一の伝熱管20Aの外周面と円孔40Aとの間を通過する際には、一の伝熱管20Aの長手方向に向かって形成された層流が、環状空間43Aの形状に対応して破壊された流れが形成される。
 次に、第二支持板42において、管外流体R2が一の伝熱管20Aの外周面と楕円孔40Bとの間を通過する際には、空間43Bの形状に対応して上記の流れが再び破壊されて、新たな流れが形成される。
 このようにして、管外流体R2は支持板30に形成された管挿通孔40と伝熱管20の外周面との間を通過するごとに、環状空間43A、空間43Bの形状に対応して層流が破壊されることにより、攪拌流が生じ温度ムラが抑制されるため、効率的に熱交換が可能とされる。
 このような熱交換により、管外流体R2は温度が上昇し、管内流体R1は温度が低下して、それぞれ第二出口ノズルZ2、第一出口ノズルZ1から排出される。
 このように構成された熱交換器1では、一の伝熱管20Aに対する支持板30に形成された管挿通孔40の形状が隣接する支持板30間で互いに異なっている。これにより、支持板30の管挿通孔40と伝熱管20との間に形成される環状空間43A、空間43Bの形状が隣接する支持板30間で互いに異なる。よって、管外流体R2が環状空間43A、空間43Bを通過する際には、環状空間43A、空間43Bの形状に応じて層流が破壊されることにより、攪拌流が生じ温度ムラが抑制されるため、管内流体R1と管外流体R2との間で、伝熱管20の長手方向にわたって効率的に熱交換が行われる。
 また、熱交換により管外流体R2が高温になっても、管外流体R2はダクト21A,21B内を流通するため、ダクト21A,21B外部と胴体10の内周面との間に存在する流体の温度上昇を抑えることができる。よって、胴体10自体の温度が上昇することはないため、熱交換器1としての健全な状態を維持することができる。
 また、例えば伝熱管20から管内流体R1が漏出した場合には、管外流体R2の流速を抑えて管内流体R1を胴体10の下部に滴下させる。これにより、漏出した管内流体R1が第二出口ノズルZ2側に設けられた機器等に付着することを防止することができる。
 また、管外流体R2はダクト21A,21B内を流通するため、伝熱管20の長手方向に沿った流れが主流となるとともに、伝熱管20との接触面積を大きく確保することができる。よって、管外流体R2は、管内流体R1との間で効率的に熱交換をすることができる。
(第二実施形態)
 以下、本発明の第二実施形態に係る熱交換器201について、図6A及び図6Bを用いて説明する。
 この実施形態において、前述した実施形態で用いた部材と同一の部材には同一の符号を付して、その説明を省略する。
 本実施形態に係る熱交換器201は、上述した第一実施形態に係る熱交換器1が具備する支持板30の構成を変更したものであって、それ以外の構成は第一実施形態に係る熱交換器1と同一である。
 本実施形態に係る支持板230を構成する第一支持板241には、管挿通孔250として第一孔251が上下方向に間隔をあけて複数穿設されている。第一孔251が列設された一の列の水平方向隣の列は、一の列に対して上下方向に位置をずらして第一孔251が上下方向に離間して複数穿設されて構成されている。つまり、第一支持板241には、第一孔251が千鳥状に穿設されている。
 第一孔251は、中心が略円形状の円孔部251Aと、円孔部251Aの上端から上方に向かって突出するように形成された上孔部251Bと、円孔部251Aの下部から斜め下方に向かって突出するように形成された一対の下孔部251Cとで形成されている。
 一方、第二支持板242には、第一支持板241の第一孔251の上下を反転させた第二孔252が複数穿設されている。第二孔252が列設された一の列の水平方向隣の列は、一の列に対して上下方向に位置をずらして第二孔252が上下方向に離間して複数穿設されて構成されている。つまり、第二支持板242には、第二孔252が千鳥状に穿設されている。
 第二孔252は、中心が略円形状の円孔部252Aと、円孔部252Aの下端から下方に向かって突出するように形成された下孔部252Bと、円孔部252Aの上部から上方に向かって突出するように形成された一対の上孔部252Cとで形成されている。
 上記のように構成された第一支持板241と第二支持板242とが、伝熱管20の長手方向に向かって交互に配されている。
 このようにして第一支持板241と第二支持板242との間で、一の伝熱管20A(20)に対する管挿通孔250の形状が互いに異なるように構成されている。
 ここで、第一支持板241においては、第一孔251の内周面と伝熱管20の外周面とが、下部において当接している。第一支持板241における伝熱管20の下部以外の外周面に沿って、第一空間261が形成される。空間261は、伝熱管20に沿って形成された外縁部261Aと、外縁部261Aの上部に形成された上孔部251Bに対応する空間部261Bと、外縁部261Aの下部に形成された下孔部251Cに対応する空間部261Cとによって形成されている。
 一方、第二支持板242においては、第二孔252の内周面と伝熱管20の外周面とが、下部において当接している。第二支持板242における伝熱管20の外周面に沿って、第二空間262が形成される。第二空間262は、伝熱管20に沿って形成された外縁部262Aと、環状部262Aの下部に形成された下孔部252Bに対応する空間部262Bと、環状部262Aの上部に形成された上孔部252Cに対応する空間部262Cとによって形成されている。
 このように構成された熱交換器201では、一の伝熱管20に対する支持板230に形成された管挿通孔250は、第一支持板241では第一孔251であるとともに第二支持板242では第二孔252である。これにより、隣接する支持板230間で、管挿通孔250の形状が互いに異なっているため、支持板230の管挿通孔250と伝熱管20との間に形成される第一空間261、第二空間262の形状が隣接する支持板230間で互いに異なる。よって、管外流体R2が第一空間261、第二空間262を通過する際には、第一空間261、第二空間262の形状に応じて層流が破壊されることにより、攪拌流が生じ温度ムラが抑制されるため、管内流体R1と管外流体R2との間で、伝熱管20の長手方向にわたって効率的に熱交換が行われる。
(第三実施形態)
 以下、本発明の第三実施形態に係る熱交換器301について、図7A及び図7Bを用いて説明する。
 この実施形態において、前述した実施形態で用いた部材と同一の部材には同一の符号を付して、その説明を省略する。
 本実施形態に係る熱交換器301は、上述した第一実施形態に係る熱交換器1が具備する伝熱管20及び支持板30の構成を変更したものであって、それ以外の構成は第一実施形態に係る熱交換器1と同一である。
 伝熱管320の外周面には、径方向外側に向かって突出するとともに長手方向に向かって延びるフィン320Aが設けられている。フィン320Aは、断面視して伝熱管320の水平方向両側に一対設けられている。
 本実施形態に係る支持板330を構成する第一支持板341には、管挿通孔350として第一孔351が上下方向に間隔をあけて複数穿設されている。第一孔351が列設された一の列の水平方向隣の列は、一の列に対して上下方向に位置をずらして第一孔351が上下方向に離間して複数穿設されて構成されている。つまり、第一支持板341には、第一孔351が千鳥状に穿設されている。
 第一孔351は、略菱形に形成され、一対の対角線のうち長い方の対角線が水平方向を向くように配されている。
 一方、第二支持板342には、第一支持板341の第一孔351を90度回転させた第二孔352が形成されている。第二孔352が列設された一の列の水平方向隣の列は、一の列に対して上下方向に位置をずらして第二孔352が上下方向に離間して複数穿設されている。つまり、第二支持板342には、第二孔352が千鳥状に穿設されている。
 第二孔352は、略菱形に形成され、一対の対角線のうち長い方の対角線が上下方向を向くように配されている。
 上記のように構成された第一支持板341と第二支持板342とが、伝熱管320の長手方向に向かって交互に配されている。
 このようにして第一支持板341と第二支持板342との間で、一の伝熱管320に対する管挿通孔350の形状が互いに異なるように構成されている。
 ここで、第一支持板341においては、第一孔351と伝熱管320の外周面との間に、第一空間361が形成されている。一方、第二支持板342においては、第二孔352と伝熱管320の外周面との間に、第二空間362が形成される。
 このように構成された熱交換器301では、一の伝熱管320に対する支持板330に形成された管挿通孔350は、第一支持板341では第一孔351であるとともに第二支持板342では第二孔352である。これにより、隣接する支持板330間で、管挿通孔350の形状が互いに異なっているため、支持板330の管挿通孔350と伝熱管320との間に形成される第一空間361、第二空間362の形状が隣接する支持板330間で互いに異なる。よって、管外流体R2が第一空間361、第二空間362を通過する際には、第一空間361、第二空間362の形状に応じて層流が破壊されることにより、攪拌流が生じ温度ムラが抑制されるため、管内流体R1と管外流体R2との間で、伝熱管320の長手方向にわたって効率的に熱交換が行われる。
 また、伝熱管320にはフィンが設けられていることで熱交換の際の伝熱面積が増大するため、熱交換が効率的に行われる。
(第三実施形態の変形例)
 図8A及び図8Bに示すように、第三実施形態の変形例である支持板330には、伝熱管320のフィン320Aの断面形状に対応した第一孔371及び第二孔372が穿設されている。
 第一支持板341に形成された第一孔371は、一対の対角線のうち長い方の対角線が水平方向を向くように配された略菱形の菱形孔部371Aと、菱形孔部371Aの水平方向両端に設けられた一対の横孔部371Bとで形成されている。
 一方、第二支持板342に形成された第二孔372は、第一孔371を90度回転させた形状である。つまり、一対の対角線のうち長い方の対角線が上下方向を向くように配された略菱形の菱形孔部372Aと、菱形孔部372Aの上下方向両端に設けられた上下孔部372Bとで形成されている。
 このように構成された熱交換器301Aでは、一の伝熱管320に対する支持板330に形成された管挿通孔350は、第一支持板341では第一孔371であるとともに第二支持板342では第二孔372である。これにより、隣接する支持板330間で、支持板330の管挿通孔350と伝熱管320との間に形成される空間部分の形状が、隣接する第一支持板341、第二支持板342間で互いに異なる。よって、管外流体R2が管挿通孔350と伝熱管320との間に形成される空間部分を通過する際には、空間部分の形状に応じて層流が破壊される。よって、管内流体R1と管外流体R2との間で、伝熱管320の長手方向にわたって効率的に熱交換が行われる。
(第四実施形態)
 以下、本発明の第四実施形態に係る熱交換器401について、図9A、図9B、図10A及び図10Bを用いて説明する。
 この実施形態において、前述した実施形態で用いた部材と同一の部材には同一の符号を付して、その説明を省略する。
 本実施形態に係る熱交換器401は、上述した第一実施形態に係る熱交換器1が具備する支持板30の構成を変更したものであって、それ以外の構成は第一実施形態に係る熱交換器1と同一である。
 図9A及び図9Bに示すように、第一支持板441には、縦長形状の開口である縦孔440Aが穿設されている。縦孔440Aの内部は、管挿通孔440とされている。この縦孔440Aが複数配された列(以下、縦孔列L11と称する。)の隣の列は、管挿通孔440として開口が略円形状の円孔440Bが上下方向に間隔をあけて複数配設されて構成されている(以下、円孔列L12と称する。)このように、縦孔列L11と円孔列L12とが、水平方向に交互に配されている。
 一方、第二支持板442には、第一支持板441と同様に縦孔列L11と円孔列L12とが交互に配されている。また、第二支持板442は、第一支持板441に対して水平方向に一列ずれて配されている。
 このようにして第一支持板441と第二支持板442との間で、一の伝熱管20に対する管挿通孔440の形状が互いに異なるように構成されている。本実施形態では、第一支持板441で縦孔列L11を構成する縦孔440Aに挿通された伝熱管20は、第二支持板442では円孔列L12を構成する円孔440Bに挿通されるように構成されている。
 図10A及び図10Bに示すように、縦孔440Aにおいては、挿通される伝熱管20との間に、第一空間部461が形成される。第一空間部461は、縦長形状の孔と伝熱管20の水平方向端部との間に形成される空間部461Aと、隣接する伝熱管20同士の間に形成される空間部461Bとによって形成されている。
 一方、円孔440Bにおいては、円孔440Bの内周面の下部と伝熱管52の外周面の下部とが当接している。伝熱管52の下部以外の外周面に沿って、第二空間部462が形成される。
 このように構成された熱交換器401では、一の伝熱管20に対する支持板430に形成された管挿通孔440の形状が隣接する支持板430間で互いに異なっている。これにより、支持板430の管挿通孔440と伝熱管20との間に形成される空間(第一空間部461、第二空間部462)の形状が隣接する支持板430間で互いに異なる。よって、管外流体R2が第一空間部461、第二空間部462を通過する際には、第一空間部461、第二空間部462の形状に応じて層流が破壊される。よって、攪拌流が生じ温度ムラが抑制されるため、管内流体R1と管外流体R2との間で、伝熱管20の長手方向にわたって効率的に熱交換が行われる。
(第五実施形態)
 以下、本発明の第五実施形態に係る熱交換器501について、図11及び図12を用いて説明する。
 この実施形態において、前述した実施形態で用いた部材と同一の部材には同一の符号を付して、その説明を省略する。
 本実施形態に係る熱交換器501は、上述した第一実施形態に係る熱交換器1における第一入口ノズルA1、第一出口ノズルZ1、第二入口ノズルA2及び第二出口ノズルZ2の構成を変更したものである。さらに、本実施形態に係る熱交換器501では、胴体10の胴11に管板17が設けられておらずに、ミストを除去するデミスター517が設けられている点で、第一の実施形態に係る熱交換器1と相違している。上記以外の構成は第一実施形態に係る熱交換器1と同一である。
 胴体10の胴11の上部には、管内流体R1を胴体10の内部に供給する第一入口ヘッダー配管(入口ヘッダー配管)A3が設けられている。この第一入口ヘッダー配管A3には、複数の伝熱管20の端部に対応した挿通孔が形成された固定板(不図示)が設けられている。固定板には、複数の伝熱管20の端部が挿通されるとともに固定されている。この第一入口ヘッダー配管A3は、複数の伝熱管20に管内流体R1を供給する。
 また、胴体10の胴11の下部には、管内流体R1を胴体10の外部に排出する第一出口ヘッダー配管(出口ヘッダー配管)Z3が設けられている。この第一出口ヘッダー配管Z3には、複数の伝熱管20の端部に対応した挿通孔が形成された固定板(不図示)が設けられている。固定板には、複数の伝熱管20の端部が挿通されるとともに固定されている。この第一出口ヘッダー配管Z3は、熱交換された管内流体R1を複数の伝熱管20から排出する。
 胴体10の胴11の下部には、管外流体R2を胴体10の内部に供給する第二入口ノズルA4が設けられている。また、胴体10の胴蓋12Aの上部には、管外流体R2を胴体10の外部に排出する第二出口ノズルZ4が設けられている。
 第二入口ノズルA4から供給された管外流体R2が通過する部屋516Aと、第二出口ノズルZ4から排出される管外流体R2が通過する部屋516Bとは、第二仕切壁515により仕切られている。
 このように構成された熱交換器501の動作について説明する。
 管内流体R1は、第一入口ヘッダー配管A3から流入して、複数の伝熱管20の内部を流通する。一方、管外流体R2は、第二入口ノズルA4から流入し部屋516Aを通過して、ダクト21A,21Bの内部且つ各々の伝熱管20の外部を流通する。
 管内流体R1が流通する方向と管外流体R2が流通する方向とは、反対方向となっている。管内流体R1と管外流体R2とは、伝熱管20の管壁を通して熱交換可能とされている。この熱交換により、管外流体R2は温度が上昇し、管内流体R1は温度が低下して、それぞれ第二出口ノズルZ4、第一出口ヘッダー配管Z3から排出される。
 このように構成された熱交換器501では、第一実施形態の熱交換器1と同様に管外流体R2が環状空間43A,43Bを通過する際には、環状空間43A,43Bの形状に応じて層流が破壊される。よって、管内流体R1と管外流体R2との間で、伝熱管20の長手方向にわたって効率的に熱交換が行われる。
 また、例外的に伝熱管20から管内流体R1が漏出した場合であっても、第二出口ノズルZ4が設けられた胴蓋12Aと胴11との間に設けられたデミスター517が、漏出した管内流体R1を吸収することができる。よって、管内流体R1が胴蓋12A内に流入することはないため、胴蓋12Aに設けられた機器等の作動に影響を及ぼす可能性がない。
 また、第一実施形態においては、伝熱管20を固定するための管板17の厚さは、胴体10内部の温度、圧力、胴体10内径等の条件に応じて決まる。これらの条件により管板17の厚さを大きくする必要がある場合に、本実施形態の熱交換器501を採用すれば、本実施形態では伝熱管20は第一入口ヘッダー配管A3及び第一出口ヘッダー配管Z3に設けられた固定板に固定される構成であり管板17を設ける必要がないためコストを抑えることができる。
(第六実施形態)
 以下、本発明の第六実施形態に係る熱交換器601について、図13及び図14を用いて説明する。
 この実施形態において、前述した実施形態で用いた部材と同一の部材には同一の符号を付して、その説明を省略する。
 本実施形態に係る熱交換器601は、上述した第一実施形態に係る熱交換器1における第一入口ノズルA1、第一出口ノズルZ1、第二入口ノズルA2および第二出口ノズルZ2の構成を変更したものである。上記以外の構成は第一実施形態に係る熱交換器1と同一である。
 胴体10の胴蓋12Aの下部には、管内流体R1を胴体10の内部に供給する第一入口ノズルA5が設けられている。また、胴体10の胴蓋12Aの上部には、管内流体R1を胴体10の外部に排出する第一出口ノズルZ5が設けられている。
 胴蓋12Aにおける第一入口ノズルA5から供給された管内流体R1が通過する部屋613Bと、第一出口ノズルZ5から排出される管内流体R1が通過する部屋613Aとは、第一仕切壁14により仕切られている。
 また、胴体10の胴11の上部には、管外流体R2を胴体10の内部に供給する第二入口ノズルA6が設けられている。また、胴体10の胴11の上下方向略中央部には、管外流体R2を胴体10の外部に排出する一対の第二出口ノズルZ6が設けられている。第二入口ノズルA6は、サーマルシールド構造(不図示)を介して胴体10の胴11に設けられている。
 胴11における第二入口ノズルA6から供給された管外流体R2が通過する部屋616Aと、第二出口ノズルZ6から排出される管外流体R2が通過する部屋616Bとは、第二仕切壁615により仕切られている。
 このように構成された熱交換器601の動作について説明する。
 管内流体R1は、第一入口ノズルA5から流入して部屋613Bを通過して、複数の伝熱管20の内部を流通する。一方、管外流体R2は、第二入口ノズルA6から流入し部屋616Aを通過して、ダクト21A,21Bの内部且つ各々の伝熱管20の外部を流通する。
 管内流体R1が流通する方向と管外流体R2が流通する方向とは、反対方向となっている。管内流体R1と管外流体R2とは、伝熱管20の管壁を通して熱交換可能とされている。この熱交換により、管外流体R2は温度が低下して第二入口ノズルA6よりも下方に設けられた第二出口ノズルZ6から排出されるとともに、管内流体R1は温度が上昇して第一入口ノズルA5よりも上方に設けられた第一出口ノズルZ5から排出される。
 このように構成された熱交換器601では、第一実施形態の熱交換器1と同様に管外流体R2が環状空間43A,43Bを通過する際には、環状空間43A,43Bの形状に応じて層流が破壊される。よって、管内流体R1と管外流体R2との間で、伝熱管20の長手方向にわたって効率的に熱交換が行われる。
(第六実施形態の変形例)
 第六実施形態の変形例として、図15に示すように、複数の伝熱管20の胴蓋12Aにヘッダー配管(入口ヘッダー配管)A7が設けられ、ヘッダー配管A7から管内流体R1を複数の伝熱管20の内部に供給する構成であってもよい。
 この場合には、第六実施形態のように管内流体R1が通過する部屋613A及び613Bを仕切るための第一仕切壁14を設ける必要がないため、コストを抑えて簡易な構成とすることができる。
(第七実施形態)
 次に、本発明の第七実施形態として、上記のように構成された熱交換器1を備えたガスタービンプラント50について、図16を用いて説明する。この実施形態において、前述した実施形態で用いた部材と同一の部材には同一の符号を付して、その説明を省略する。
 図16に示すように、ガスタービンプラント50は、ガスタービン60と、排熱回収装置70と、燃料供給系統80とを備えている。排熱回収装置70は、ガスタービン60から排気された燃焼ガスの熱を回収する。燃料供給系統80は、ガスタービン60に燃料Fを供給する。
 ガスタービン60は、空気圧縮機61と、燃焼器62と、タービン63とを有している。空気圧縮機61は、外気を圧縮して圧縮空気を生成する。燃焼器62は、燃料Fを圧縮空気中で燃焼させて燃焼ガスを生成する。タービン63は、高温高圧の燃焼ガスにより駆動する。このタービン63には、例えばタービンロータ64の回転で発電する発電機65が接続されている。
 排熱回収装置70は、排気ライン71と、煙突69と、排熱回収ボイラー72と、蒸気タービン73とを有している。排気ライン71は、タービン63の燃焼ガスの排気口に接続されている。煙突69は、排気ライン71の端部に設けられている。排熱回収ボイラー72は、排気ライン71を通る排気ガスと水とを熱交換させて蒸気を発生させる。蒸気タービン73は、排熱回収ボイラー72で発生した蒸気で駆動する。
 この蒸気タービン73には、例えばロータの回転で発電する発電機75が接続されている。
 さらに、排熱回収装置70は、復水器76と、給水ポンプ77とを有している。復水器76は、蒸気タービン73を駆動させた蒸気を水に戻す。給水ポンプ77は、復水器76中の水を排熱回収ボイラー72に戻す。
 復水器76と給水ポンプ77とは復水ライン78で接続されている。また、給水ポンプ77と排熱回収ボイラー72とは給水ライン79で接続されている。
 燃料供給系統80は、燃料ライン81と、熱交換器1と、予熱燃料ライン82と、加熱水ライン83とを有している。燃料ライン81には、燃料供給源からの燃料Fが流れる。熱交換器1は、燃料ライン81に接続され燃料Fを予熱する。予熱燃料ライン82は、熱交換器1で予熱された燃料Fを燃焼器62に導入する。加熱水ライン83は、排熱回収ボイラー72で加熱された水を熱交換器1に導入する。
 熱交換器1は、排熱回収ボイラー72で加熱された水と燃料Fとを熱交換させて、燃料Fを加熱する。
 ここで、熱交換器1の第一入口ノズルA1には加熱水ライン83が接続されている。これにより、排熱回収ボイラー72で加熱された水が管内流体R1として、第一入口ノズルA1から熱交換器1に供給される。また、熱交換器1の第二入口ノズルA2には燃料ライン81が接続されている。これにより、燃料Fが管外流体R2(被加熱流体)として、第二入口ノズルA2から熱交換器1に供給される。
 このように構成されたガスタービンプラント50では、熱交換器1において、排熱回収ボイラー72で加熱された水と燃料Fとを熱交換させて、燃料Fを加熱し昇温させて燃焼器62に導入することができる。よって、燃焼器62は、加熱された燃料Fを圧縮空気中で燃焼させて燃焼ガスを効率的に生成することができるため、ガスタービンプラント50としての熱効率を高めることができる。
(第八実施形態)
 次に、第八実施形態に係る熱交換器601を備えたガスタービンプラント150について、図17を用いて説明する。この実施形態において、前述した実施形態で用いた部材と同一の部材には同一の符号を付して、その説明を省略する。
 本実施形態に係るガスタービンプラント150は、上述した第七実施形態に係るガスタービン60中の高温部を冷却する冷却系統86の一部として熱交換器601を具備したものであって、それ以外の構成は第七実施形態に係るガスタービンプラント50と同一である。
 図17に示すように、タービン63は、タービンロータ64を覆うケーシング66を有している。
 タービンロータ64は、詳細は図示しないが、回転中心軸を中心として回転するロータ本体と、このロータ本体の外周に固定されている複数の動翼とを有している。ロータ本体の内部及び動翼の内部には、動翼を冷却するための冷却空気が通る冷却空気流路が形成されている。
 冷却系統86は、圧縮空気ライン87と、熱交換器601と、冷却空気ライン88と、冷却水ライン89とを有している。圧縮空気ライン87は、ガスタービン60の空気圧縮機61から抽気した圧縮空気(抽気空気)を熱交換器601に導入する。熱交換器601は、圧縮空気ライン87に接続され圧縮空気を冷却する。冷却空気ライン88は、熱交換器601で冷却された圧縮空気である冷却空気をタービンロータ64に導入する。冷却水ライン89は、排熱回収装置70の給水ライン79中の水を熱交換器601に導入する。
 熱交換器601は、空気圧縮機61から抽気した圧縮空気と排熱回収装置70の復水器76から排出された水とを熱交換させて、圧縮空気を冷却する。
 ここで、熱交換器601の第一入口ノズルA5には冷却水ライン89が接続されている。これにより、復水器76から排出された水が管内流体R1として、第一入口ノズルA5から熱交換器601に供給される。また、熱交換器601の第二入口ノズルA6には圧縮空気ライン87が接続されている。これにより、圧縮空気(被冷却流体、冷却用流体)が管外流体R2として、第二入口ノズルA6から熱交換器601に供給される。
 このように構成されたガスタービンプラント150では、熱交換器601において、復水器76から排出された水と空気圧縮機61から抽気した圧縮空気とを熱交換させて、圧縮空気を冷却させ降温させて冷却空気ライン88を介してタービンロータ64に導入することができる。これにより、冷却された冷却空気は動翼の内部の冷却空気流路に導入されて、動翼を冷却することができる。
 なお、上述した実施の形態において示した各構成部材の諸形状や組み合わせ等は一例であって、本発明の主旨から逸脱しない範囲において設計要求等に基づき種々変更可能である。
 例えば、第一実施形態及び第五実施形態に係る熱交換器では、管内流体R1と管外流体R2との熱交換により、管内流体R1の温度が低下するとともに管外流体R2の温度が上昇する構成であった。一方、第六実施形態に係る熱交換器では、管内流体R1と管外流体R2との熱交換により、管内流体R1の温度が上昇するとともに管外流体R2の温度が低下する構成であった。これらを逆にして、第一実施形態及び第五実施形態に係る熱交換器では、管内流体R1の温度が上昇するとともに管外流体R2の温度が低下する構成であってもよい。また、第六実施形態に係る熱交換器では、管内流体R1の温度が低下するとともに管外流体R2の温度が上昇する構成であってもよい。
 また、熱交換により管内流体R1の温度が上昇するとともに管外流体R2の温度が低下する構成の場合には、第七実施形態において、熱交換器1の第一入口ノズルA1が燃料ライン81に接続され、第二入口ノズルA2が加熱水ライン83に接続されていてもよい。これにより、排熱回収ボイラー72で加熱された水が管外流体R2として、第二入口ノズルA2から熱交換器1に供給される。また、熱交換器1の第一入口ノズルA1に接続された燃料ライン81から燃料Fが、管内流体R2として熱交換器1に供給される。
 このように構成されたガスタービンプラントでは、熱交換器1において、排熱回収ボイラー72で加熱された水と燃料Fとを熱交換させて、燃料Fを加熱し昇温させて燃焼器62に導入することができる。よって、燃焼器62は、加熱された燃料Fを圧縮空気中で燃焼させて燃焼ガスを効率的に生成することができるため、ガスタービンプラント50としての熱効率を高めることができる。
 また、熱交換により管内流体R1の温度が低下するとともに管外流体R2の温度が上昇する構成の場合には、第八実施形態において、熱交換器601の第一入口ノズルA5には圧縮空気ライン87が接続され、第二入口ノズルA6には冷却水ライン89が接続されていてもよい。これにより、圧縮空気ライン87から抽気された圧縮空気が管内流体R1として、第一入口ノズルA5から熱交換器601に供給される。また、冷却水ライン89から水が管外流体R2として、熱交換器601に供給される。
 このように構成されたガスタービンプラントでは、熱交換器601において、復水器76から排出された水と空気圧縮機61から抽気した圧縮空気とを熱交換させて、圧縮空気を冷却させて冷却空気ライン88を介してタービンロータ64に導入することができる。
これにより、冷却された冷却空気は動翼の内部の冷却空気流路に導入されて、動翼を冷却することができる。
 また、第二実施形態から第四実施形態に係る熱交換器を構成する支持板及び伝熱管の構成は、第五実施形態及び第六実施形態に係る熱交換器にも適用することができる。
上記した熱交換器及びこれを備えたガスタービンプラントによれば、効率的に熱交換を行うことができる。

Claims (11)

  1.  胴体と、
     該胴体の内部に配される複数の伝熱管と、
     該伝熱管の長手方向に向かって間隔をあけて複数配され、該複数の伝熱管が挿通される複数の管挿通孔が形成された支持板とを備え、
     前記複数の支持板のうち、前記長手方向に隣接する二の前記支持板間で、一の前記伝熱管に対する前記管挿通孔の形状が互いに異なっている熱交換器。
  2.  請求項1に記載の熱交換器において、
     前記複数の伝熱管の束の外周側には、これらを覆うとともに前記長手方向に延び、前記胴体の内周面との間に間隔をあけて配されるダクトが設けられている熱交換器。
  3.  請求項1または請求項2に記載の熱交換器において、
     前記伝熱管の外周面には、径方向外側に向かって突出するとともに前記長手方向に向かって延在するフィンが設けられている熱交換器。
  4.  請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器において、
     前記胴体には、前記複数の前記伝熱管内に管内流体を供給する入口ヘッダー配管と、熱交換された前記管内流体を該伝熱管から排出する出口ヘッダー配管とのうち、少なくとも何れか一方が設けられている熱交換器。
  5.  請求項4に記載の熱交換器において、
     前記胴体には、前記入口ヘッダー配管と前記出口ヘッダー配管との両方が設けられている熱交換器。
  6.  請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器と、
     外気を圧縮して圧縮空気を生成する空気圧縮機と、
     燃料を圧縮空気中で燃焼させて燃焼ガスを生成する燃焼器と、
     高温高圧の燃焼ガスにより駆動するタービンとを備え、
     前記熱交換器には、被加熱流体として、前記燃焼器に供給される燃料が供給されるガスタービンプラント。
  7.  請求項6に記載のガスタービンプラントにおいて、
     前記タービンから排気された燃焼ガスと水とを熱交換させて、蒸気を発生させる排熱回収ボイラーをさらに備え、
     前記伝熱管の内部には、管内流体が流通し、
     前記伝熱管の外部且つ前記胴体の内部には、管外流体が流通し、
     前記管内流体は、前記排熱回収ボイラーから導出された流体であり、
     前記管外流体は、前記熱交換器に供給される前記燃料であり、前記管内流体と熱交換され、昇温されて、前記燃焼器に供給されるガスタービンプラント。
  8.  請求項6に記載のガスタービンプラントにおいて、
     前記タービンから排気された燃焼ガスと水とを熱交換させて、蒸気を発生させる排熱回収ボイラーをさらに備え、
     前記伝熱管の内部には、管内流体が流通し、
     前記伝熱管の外部且つ前記胴体の内部には、管外流体が流通し、
     前記管外流体は、前記排熱回収ボイラーから導出された流体であり、
     前記管内流体は、前記熱交換器に供給される前記燃料であり、前記管外流体と熱交換され、昇温されて、前記燃焼器に供給されるガスタービンプラント。
  9.  請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器と、
     外気を圧縮して圧縮空気を生成する空気圧縮機と、
     燃料を圧縮空気中で燃焼させて燃焼ガスを生成する燃焼器と、
     高温高圧の燃焼ガスにより駆動するタービンとを備え、
     前記熱交換器には、被冷却流体として、前記タービンに供給される冷却用流体が供給されるガスタービンプラント。
  10.  請求項9に記載のガスタービンプラントにおいて、
     前記タービンから排気された燃焼ガスと水とを熱交換させて、蒸気を発生させる排熱回収ボイラーと、
     該排熱回収ボイラーで発生した蒸気で駆動する蒸気タービンと、
     該蒸気タービンを駆動させた蒸気を水に戻す復水器とをさらに備え、
     前記伝熱管の内部には、管内流体が流通し、
     前記伝熱管の外部且つ前記胴体の内部には、管外流体が流通し、
     前記管内流体は、前記復水器から導出された流体であり、
     前記管外流体は、前記空気圧縮機から抽気される抽気空気であり、前記管内流体と熱交換され、降温されて、前記タービンに供給されるガスタービンプラント。
  11.  請求項9に記載のガスタービンプラントにおいて、
     前記タービンから排気された燃焼ガスと水とを熱交換させて、蒸気を発生させる排熱回収ボイラーと、
     該排熱回収ボイラーで発生した蒸気で駆動する蒸気タービンと、
     該蒸気タービンを駆動させた蒸気を水に戻す復水器とをさらに備え、
     前記伝熱管の内部には、管内流体が流通し、
     前記伝熱管の外部且つ前記胴体の内部には、管外流体が流通し、
     前記管外流体は、前記復水器から導出された流体であり、
     前記管内流体は、前記空気圧縮機から抽気される抽気空気であり、前記管外流体と熱交換され、降温されて、前記タービンに供給されるガスタービンプラント。
