Abstract
Description

(1)第1伸縮領域に取り付けられるウエスト弾性体の伸長倍率、及び第2伸縮領域に取り付けられるウエスト弾性体の伸長倍率がいずれも2.2~2.3倍の範囲にある。
(2)おむつが、前後ウエスト域のシーム部における連結を解除しておむつを平面状に伸展したとき、おむつの縦方向寸法を二等分する横方向中心線を有し、体液吸収パネルの縦方向における両端部が、それぞれ、前ウエスト域と後ウエスト域に位置し、前後ウエスト域のそれぞれが、一対のシーム部においてクロッチ域に最も近いシーム部の下端縁どうしを結ぶ仮想線を有し、前後ウエスト域のそれぞれにおいて、仮想線から体液吸収パネルの端部までの縦方向における寸法が、仮想線から前ウエスト域または後ウエスト域の外端縁までの縦方向における寸法の、少なくとも70%である。
