Abstract

マスク
　本発明は、通気性を備え着用者の鼻部、口部を覆うマスクに関するものである。
　近年、インフルエンザその他の空気感染症に対する予防やスギ花粉等のアレルギー対策として、着用者の鼻部及び口部を覆うマスクが一般的に使用されている。これらマスクの面布には多種多様な形状、材質、構成のものが商品化されている。ただし、マスク面布の保持は、マスク面布の両側部に設けられたゴム紐等の保持部材を着用者の耳に掛けることで行われるのが一般的である。しかしながら、耳に掛けるタイプの保持部材は着用者が耳に不快感や痛みを感じる場合がある。この問題点に対して下記［特許文献１］では、マスク面布の保持を着用者の顔面に貼り付ける粘着部により行う発明が開示されている。

　しかしながら、マスクの着用により会話に支障がある場合や、飴やペットボトル飲料等のちょっとした飲食のため、短時間口部分を露出する場合がある。この場合、［特許文献１］に記載のマスクでは、その都度粘着部の付け剥がしが必要となり煩わしいという問題点がある。
　本発明は上記事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、粘着部を剥がすことなく口部を露出することが可能なマスクを提供することを目的とする。
　本発明は、
（１）通気性を備え着用者の鼻部及び口部を覆うマスク面布３０と、前記マスク面布３０の両側部に設けられ前記マスク面布３０を着用者Ｙの顔面に保持する保持部材と、を備えたマスクにおいて、
前記保持部材は、前記マスク面布３０の両側上部に設けられた一対の第１保持部３２と、前記マスク面布３０の両側下部に設けられた一対の第２保持部３４と、を有し、
前記第１保持部３２は、着用者Ｙの頬骨部分に密着して前記マスク面布３０を着用者Ｙの顔面に保持する粘着部３２ａと、粘着部材を有さない非粘着部３２ｂと、を備え、
前記非粘着部３２ｂと第２保持部３４とを繋げることで、前記粘着部３２ａの密着を維持したままマスク面布下部３０ａの口部露出のための移動を可能としたことを特徴とするマスク８０ａ、８０ｂ、８０ｃを提供することにより、上記課題を解決する。
（２）非粘着部３２ｂに設けられた面ファスナにより、非粘着部３２ｂと第２保持部３４とを繋げることを特徴とする上記（１）記載のマスク８０ａ、８０ｂを提供することにより、上記課題を解決する。

　本発明に係るマスクによれば、粘着部を剥がすことなく着用者の口部分を露出することができる。

　本発明に係るマスクの実施の形態について図面に基づいて説明する。ここで、図１は本発明に係るマスク８０ａ、８０ｂ、８０ｃを正面から見た図である。また、図２は襞部を有する本発明に係るマスク８０ｂ、８０ｃを示す図である。また、図３、図４、図５は本発明に係るマスク８０ａ、８０ｂ、８０ｃの着用状態を示す図である。
　先ず、本発明に係るマスク８０ａ、８０ｂ、８０ｃに共通する構成を説明する。図１に示す本発明に係るマスク８０ａ、８０ｂ、８０ｃは、通気性を備え着用者Ｙの鼻部及び口部を覆うマスク面布３０と、マスク面布３０の両側上部に設けられた一対の第１保持部３２と、マスク面布３０の両側下部に設けられた一対の第２保持部３４と、を有している。
　第１保持部３２は、先端側でかつ着用者側に設置され着用者Ｙの頬骨部分に密着することでマスク面布３０を着用者Ｙの顔面に保持する粘着部３２ａと、粘着部材を備えていない非粘着部３２ｂと、を有している。尚、第２、第３の形態のマスク８０ｂ、８０ｃでは、第１保持部３２はマスク面布３０の上辺に対して若干斜め上方に向くように形成することが好ましい。
　また、第２保持部３４は第１保持部３２よりも長く、マスク面布３０の上辺に対して斜め上方に向くように形成する。そして、第１保持部３２、第２保持部３４には、第２保持部３４と第１保持部３２の非粘着部３２ｂとを繋ぐための連結手段が設置される。
　尚、図２（ａ）、（ｂ）に示すように、マスク面布３０の側辺にはマスク８０ａ、８０ｂ、８０ｃの密閉性を高める襞部２０を設けても良い。尚、図２ではマスク８０ｂ、８０ｃに襞部２０を設けた例を示している。
　マスク８０ａ、８０ｂ、８０ｃのマスク面布３０は、従来のマスク面布に用いられる周知の紙や布を使用することができる。特に、安価で使い捨てが可能な不織布を用いることが好ましい。また、マスク面布３０の上辺部には、容易に変形が可能な変形部材１０を設置しても良い。この変形部材１０は例えば金属製のワイヤや薄板で形成されており、着用者Ｙが自身の鼻部にフィットするように変形させることで、マスク面布３０上部における鼻部梁横部分の密閉性を更に向上させることができる。
　また、本発明に係るマスク８０ａ、８０ｂ、８０ｃの粘着部３２ａとしては、複数回の粘着が可能なシリコンゲル系の粘着剤を用いることが好ましい。そして、粘着部３２ａは、シリコンゲル系の粘着テープを第１保持部３２に固定することで形成することが好ましい。ここで、シリコンゲル系の粘着剤は低刺激でかぶれにくく、またアレルギーの原因物質にもなりにくいという特徴を有している。このため、乳幼児や高齢者、アレルギーを有する人等にも問題なく使用することができる。また、シリコンゲル系の粘着剤は着用者Ｙの肌に密着する形で粘着力を発揮する。ただし、粘着剤自体の粘着力はさほど強くないため、粘着部３２ａを剥がす際にも肌の角質成分を引き剥がすことがない。このため、着用者Ｙは粘着部３２ａを剥がす際にも痛みを感じず、また肌がダメージを受けることもない。さらに、粘着部３２ａは着用者の顔面に施された化粧の上からでも十分な粘着力を発揮するとともに、粘着部３２ａを剥がす際にも化粧落ちがほとんど生じない。このように、粘着部３２ａには角質成分や化粧が付着しないため、複数回の付け外しを行っても粘着力の劣化がほとんど発生しない。このため、何回付け外しを行っても強い粘着力を維持することができる。
　尚、マスク８０ａ、８０ｂ、８０ｃは、マスク面布３０の横方向に沿って複数のプリーツ（折り返し）が形成されており、着用時にマスク面布３０を上下方向に引くことで、マスク面布３０の縦寸法を調整することができる。また、非着用時はマスク面布３０を左右方向に引くことで、図１の状態に復帰する。
　次に、本発明に係る第１の形態のマスク８０ａの説明を行う。本発明に係る第１の形態のマスク８０ａは、第１保持部３２の顔面側の面に粘着部３２ａを備え、第１保持部３２の外側の面、即ち粘着部３２ａの裏面側に連結手段としての面ファスナ３６ａを備えている。尚、第２保持部３４を面ファスナ３６ａと係合可能な不織布等で形成することにより、第２保持部３４の任意の箇所で第２保持部３４と面ファスナ３６ａとを係合することができる。

　そして、マスク８０ａの着用時には、図３に示すように、第１保持部３２の粘着部３２ａを着用者Ｙの頬骨部分に密着させた上で、第２保持部３４を第１保持部３２の面ファスナ３６ａと係合させる。また、マスク面布３０の側方を第２保持部３４のアール部３８で塞ぐ。これにより、第１保持部３２の非粘着部３２ｂと第２保持部３４とが繋がるとともに、マスク面布下部３０ａは着用者Ｙの顔面に保持される。そして、口部を露出させるときには、着用者Ｙがマスク面布下部３０ａを上側（鼻部側）へ持ち上げる。このとき、第２保持部３４はマスク面布下部３０ａの移動に応じて撓み、マスク面布下部３０ａの移動の影響は粘着部３２ａにはほとんど及ばない。このため、粘着部３２ａの密着状態は維持される。これにより、着用者Ｙは粘着部３２ａの付け剥がしを行うことなく、簡単且つ気軽に口部の露出を行うことができる。
　次に、本発明に係る第２の形態のマスク８０ｂの説明を行う。本発明に係る第２の形態のマスク８０ｂは、第２保持部３４の先端部分に連結手段としての面ファスナ３６ｂが設置されている。また、粘着部３２ａとマスク面布３０との間に位置する非粘着部３２ｂには面ファスナ３６ｂと係合する面ファスナ３６ｃが設置されている。そして、マスク８０ｂの着用時には、図４（ａ）に示すように、第２保持部３４の面ファスナ３６ｂと第１保持部３２の面ファスナ３６ｃとを係合させた上で、第１保持部３２の粘着部３２ａを着用者Ｙの頬骨部分に密着させる。これにより、第１保持部３２の非粘着部３２ｂと第２保持部３４の先端部とが繋がるとともに、マスク面布下部３０ａは着用者Ｙの顔面に保持される。そして、口部を露出させるときには、着用者Ｙがマスク面布下部３０ａを上側（鼻部側）へ持ち上げる。このとき、第２保持部３４はマスク面布下部３０ａの移動に応じて撓み、マスク面布下部３０ａの移動の影響は粘着部３２ａにはほとんど及ばない。このため、粘着部３２ａの密着状態は維持される。これにより、着用者Ｙは粘着部３２ａの付け剥がしを行うことなく、簡単且つ気軽に口部の露出を行うことができる。
　次に、第３の形態のマスク８０ｃの説明を行う。本発明に係る第３の形態のマスク８０ｃは、第２保持部３４の先端側に連結手段としてのスリット３５が形成されている。そして、マスク８０ｃの着用時には、図５（ａ）に示すように、このスリット３５に第１保持部３２を通し、第１保持部３２の粘着部３２ａとマスク面布３０との間に位置する非粘着部３２ｂの位置まで挿し入れた上で、第１保持部３２の粘着部３２ａを着用者Ｙの頬骨部分に密着させる。これにより、第１保持部３２の非粘着部３２ｂと第２保持部３４の先端部とが繋がるとともに、マスク面布下部３０ａは着用者Ｙの顔面に保持される。そして、口部を露出させるときには、図５（ｂ）に示すように、着用者Ｙがマスク面布下部３０ａを上側（鼻部側）へ持ち上げる。このとき、第２保持部３４はマスク面布下部３０ａの移動に応じて撓み、マスク面布下部３０ａの移動の影響は粘着部３２ａにはほとんど及ばない。このため、粘着部３２ａの密着状態は維持される。これにより、着用者Ｙは粘着部３２ａの付け剥がしを行うことなく、簡単且つ気軽に口部の露出を行うことができる。
　以上のように、本発明に係るマスク８０ａ、８０ｂ、８０ｃは、着用者Ｙの顔面に粘着部３２ａを密着して保持するタイプのマスクでありながら、粘着部３２ａの密着状態を維持したまま口部の露出を行うことができる。これにより、着用者Ｙはマスク８０ａ、８０ｂ、８０ｃを着用したまま、気軽に口部を露出して会話やちょっとした飲食を行うことができる。
　尚、本例で示したマスク８０ａ、８０ｂ、８０ｃのデザインは一例であり、マスク面布３０、第１保持部３２、第２保持部３４、粘着部３２ａ、連結手段等の各部の寸法、形状、構成等は、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で変更して実施することが可能である。

Claims (4)

  1. 通気性を備え着用者の鼻部及び口部を覆うマスク面布と、
    前記マスク面布の両側部に設けられ前記マスク面布を着用者の顔面に保持する保持部材と、を備えたマスクにおいて、
    前記保持部材は、前記マスク面布の両側上部に設けられた一対の第１保持部と、前記マスク面布の両側下部に設けられた一対の第２保持部と、を有し、
    前記第１保持部は、着用者の頬骨部分に密着して前記マスク面布を着用者の顔面に保持する粘着部と、粘着部材を有さない非粘着部と、を備え、
    前記非粘着部と第２保持部とを繋げることで、前記粘着部の密着を維持したままマスク面布下部の口部露出のための移動を可能としたことを特徴とするマスク。
  2. 非粘着部に設けられた面ファスナにより、非粘着部と第２保持部とを繋げることを特徴とする請求項１記載のマスク。
  3. 第１保持部の顔面側の面に粘着部を備え、第１保持部の外側の面に面ファスナを備え、さらに第２保持部の側辺にはマスク面布の側方を閉塞するアール部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項２記載のマスク。
  4. 第２保持部に形成されたスリットに第１保持部を通すことで、非粘着部と第２保持部とを繋げることを特徴とする請求項１記載のマスク。
