Abstract

L'invention concerne un collier de serrage de tuyau (100) destiné à être utilisé avec une extrémité de tuyau (10) et une extrémité de tuyau femelle (20) possédant un boîtier de joint d'étanchéité annulaire (22) pour loger un joint d'étanchéité (23) et assurer un contact étanche avec une extrémité de tuyau à l'insertion par coulissement de l'extrémité du tuyau. Le collier de serrage de tuyau (100) comprend un élément de serrage (101) possédant un axe longitudinal, une partie avant de l'élément de serrage (104) destinée à s'encliqueter sur le logement de joint d'étanchéité annulaire (22) coulissant de manière télescopique sur le collier de serrage de tuyau (100) à l'extrémité femelle du tuyau (20) et une partie arrière de l'élément de serrage (106) pour l'insertion par coulissement de l'extrémité d'un tuyau (10) et l' insertion par coulissement dans l'extrémité femelle (20) de tuyau encliqueté, et un ensemble de dents acérées (111) autour de l'axe longitudinal et orientée vers celui-ci. Le collier de serrage de tuyau (100) comprend un dispositif de serrage (102) encerclant la partie arrière d'élément de serrage (106) et fonctionnant pour resserrer la partie arrière de l'élément de serrage (106) sur l'extrémité du tuyau (10) pour forcer l'ensemble de dents pointues (111) à pénétrer radialement et vers l'intérieur dans l'extrémité de tuyau (10).
