在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述对象确定单元 104 包括: 对象匹配 子单元 1040 , 用于获取所述图片中包含的至少一个拍摄对象, 并将所述 至少一个拍摄对象的特征参数与预存特征参数进行比较, 以判断是否存在 匹配的拍摄对象; 其中, 所述对象确定单元 104将所述匹配的拍摄对象作 为所述目标对象。 在该技术方案中, 图片中可能包含多个拍摄对象, 比如 桌子上的鼠标、 铅笔和名片, 但可能只有名片是可以被识别和进一步处理 的, 因而通过在终端 100 中预存可被处理的对象的一些基本特征, 比如形 状、 内容等, 以便于从图片中的众多拍摄对象中进行选择, 并实现进一步 的处理过程。 通过对拍摄对象的识别和判断, 从而确保当获取的图片中包 含多个拍摄对象时, 能够准确地从中找到可用于进一步处理的目标对象, 以快速启动关联应用程序。 在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括: 数据处理单元 114 , 利用所述 关联应用程序处理所述目标对象。 在该技术方案中, 关联应用程序可以直 接对目标对象进行处理; 当然, 显然也可以是仅由目标对象唤起, 而用于 实现其他的与该目标对象的功能和操作。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括存储单元 116 和 /或搜索单元 118: 所述存储单元 116 用于存储所述关联应用程序得到的处理结果; 所 述搜索单元 118用于搜索所述处理结果, 以供所述终端 100展示所述搜索 结果。 在该技术方案中, 比如目标对象为名片, 则关联应用程序可以包括 文字识别应用, 并将识别出来的名片信息作为联系人信息存储起来; 目标 对象可以为快递单, 则关联应用程序可以包括文字识别应用和浏览器, 通 过文字识别应用识别出快递单号, 然后通过浏览器搜索该快递单号, 以查 询相关快递状态。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述终端 100的屏幕上还显示所述摄像 头采集的实时预览画面, 则所述终端 100还包括: 数据显示单元 120, 用 于在所述实时预览画面中, 将所述关联应用程序得到的处理结果显示在对 应于所述目标对象的位置, 或将对应于所述关联应用程序的标识显示在所 述位置上; 操作处理单元 122 , 用于根据感应到的针对所述标识的触摸操 作, 展示出相应的处理结果。 在该技术方案中, 通过调用关联应用程序, 可以得到拍摄对象相关的信息。 因此, 当在终端 100的屏幕上显示摄像头 捕捉的实时图像时, 可以利用处理得到的信息对实时图像中的拍摄对象进 行标注, 以达到 "增强现实 (Augmented Reality ) " 的使用体验; 而在仅 显示标识、 在用户触摸操作后才显示对应的处理结果时, 则是尽量不影响 用户原本的使用体验, 并且给予用户自主的选择机会, 从而当用户对这些 信息感兴趣或希望对其进行处理时, 才显示相应的信息。
图 2 示出了根据本发明的实施例的应用程序的快速启动方法的流程 图。
如图 2 所示, 根据本发明的实施例的应用程序的快速启动方法, 包 括: 步骤 202 , 通过终端的摄像头获取图片, 并确定所述图片中的目标对 象; 步骤 204 , 采集所述目标对象的特征信息, 以启动所述特征信息的关 联应用程序。 在该技术方案中, 通过摄像头获取图片是指当终端上配置的 摄像头被开启后, 终端可以随时获取摄像头当前对准的物体的图片, 而并 不特指用户点击 "快门" 后得到的照片。 具体地, 开启摄像头的方式包括 启动如 "照相机" 、 "录像机" 、 "二维码识别" 等某个应用程序或应用 功能, 对于 "二维码识别" 等用于实现对图片的具体信息进行识别等功能 的应用程序, 比如用户原本希望对 "二维码" , 但将其对准 "名片" 后, 终端也将自动获取图片, 并用于启动 "名片" 的关联应用程序。 通过摄像 头获取图片, 可以快速地启动图片内容的关联应用程序, 而用户无需在多 个应用程序之间反复执行开启、 关闭、 切换等操作, 筒化用户操作。 此 外, "启动" 关联应用程序并不一定需要将相应的程序界面显示在终端屏 幕上, 而可以仅在后台启动和运行。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 在所述采集所述目标对象的特征信息的 步骤之前, 还包括: 判断所述终端当前获取的实时图片与最近一次用于采 集所述特征信息的参照图片是否存在差异, 其中, 若是, 则从所述实时图 片中确定所述目标对象, 并采集所述目标对象的特征信息, 否则丟弃所述 实时图片, 并重新进行获取。 在该技术方案中, 通过判断当前获取的图片 是否发生变化, 从而确定是否需要做进一步的分析和处理过程, 避免对同 一场景反复分析, 有利于对终端的系统资源和电量消耗实现有效控制。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述判断所述终端当前获取的图片与上 一次用于采集所述特征信息的参照图片是否存在差异的步骤包括: 将所述 实时图片的内容与所述参照图片的内容进行比较, 和 /或将在获取所述实 时图片和所述参照图片时分别采集的物理量进行比较; 其中, 若比较结果 为所述内容和 /或所述物理量的差异大于或等于预设差异值, 则判定所述 实时图片与所述参照图片存在差异。 在该技术方案中, 可以对图片的内容 进行比较, 比如终端可以对图片中的拍摄对象进行识别, 若拍摄对象没有 发生变化, 则认为没有差异; 也可以对图片中每个像素点进行比较, 若所 有或大部分(具体数值可以由用户设定, 比如 95% )像素点相同, 则认为 没有差异。 还可以对物理量进行比较, 比如通过设置在终端上的传感器获 取物理量, 具体地, 比如传感器可以为光线传感器、 角度传感器、 三轴陀 螺仪等, 则相应的物理量可以为光线强度、 与预设基准面的角度、 空间位 置等, 通过将物理量的具体数值进行比较, 若数值相同或差异较小 (具体 数值可以由用户设定, 比如小于 5% ) , 则认为没有差异。 通过对图片的 内容和 /或物理量进行检测, 有利于准确获知终端的变化情况, 从而确定 是否需要执行进一步的图片处理。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括: 获取所述终端的运动速度; 其 中, 在所述终端的运动速度小于或等于预设速度的情况下, 判断所述实时 图片与所述参照图片是否存在差异。 在该技术方案中, 由于终端在运动的 过程中, 摄像头获取的图片往往都是模糊不清的, 若将这些图片与先前静 止时的图片进行比较, 则显然存在差异, 但对这些图片的进一步分析和处 理显然是没用的。 因此, 通过对终端的运动速度的获取, 从而避免无效的 分析和处理过程, 实现了对终端的系统资源和电量;;肖耗的有效管理。

在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括: 利用所述关联应用程序处理所 述目标对象。 在该技术方案中, 关联应用程序可以直接对目标对象进行处 理; 当然, 显然也可以是仅由目标对象唤起, 而用于实现其他的与该目标 对象的功能和操作。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括: 存储所述关联应用程序得到的 处理结果; 和 /或搜索所述处理结果, 并展示搜索结果。 在该技术方案 中, 比如目标对象为名片, 则关联应用程序可以包括文字识别应用, 并将 识别出来的名片信息作为联系人信息存储起来; 目标对象可以为快递单, 则关联应用程序可以包括文字识别应用和浏览器, 通过文字识别应用识别 出快递单号, 然后通过浏览器搜索该快递单号, 以查询相关快递状态。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述终端的屏幕上还显示所述摄像头采 集的实时预览画面, 则所述快速启动方法还包括: 在所述实时预览画面 中, 将所述关联应用程序得到的处理结果显示在对应于所述目标对象的位 置; 或将对应于所述关联应用程序的标识显示在所述位置上, 并当感应到 针对所述标识的触摸操作时, 展示出相应的处理结果。 在该技术方案中, 通过调用关联应用程序, 可以得到拍摄对象相关的信息。 因此, 当在终端 屏幕上显示摄像头捕捉的实时图像时, 可以利用处理得到的信息对实时图 像中的拍摄对象进行标注, 以达到 "增强现实 (Augmented Reality ) " 的 使用体验; 而在仅显示标识、 在用户触摸操作后才显示对应的处理结果 时, 则是尽量不影响用户原本的使用体验, 并且给予用户自主的选择机 会, 从而当用户对这些信息感兴趣或希望对其进行处理时, 才显示相应的 信息。
图 3示出了根据本发明的实施例的应用程序的快速启动方法的具体流 程图。
如图 3所示, 根据本发明的实施例的应用程序的快速启动方法的具体 流程包括:
步骤 302 , 用户手持移动设备, 比如手机、 数码相机、 平板电脑、 笔 记本电脑等, 并在其取景框内预览移动设备的摄像头对准的对象。 当然, 该摄像头应该理解为: 可以设置在移动设备上, 也可以是与移动设备通过 有线或无线方式连接的独立部件。
步骤 304, 移动设备通过摄像头获取当前图像。 当然, 为了避免识别 错误或为了降低处理负担, 可以首先对当前图像进行判断, 比如是否清 晰, 若清晰, 则允许执行后续步骤, 否则需要重新获取或将其处理成较为 清晰的图片。
步骤 306 , 判断获取的当前图像与最近处理的图像是否相同。 具体 地, 可以通过将图像本身的内容进行比较, 比如比较图像中的拍摄对象是 否相同、 图像中的像素点是否相同; 也可以通过对移动设备的状态进行比 较, 比如可以通过在移动设备上安装的传感器对一些物理量, 比如光线、 移动设备的倾斜角度、 移动设备的移动速度等进行检测, 并将获取两张图 像时分别对应的物理量进行比较。 其中, 对于图像内容和 /或物理量的判 断结果, 若相同或差异小于预设阈值, 则认为两张图像相同, 返回步骤
304, 否则认为两张图像不同, 进入步骤 308。
步骤 308 , 判断当前图像中是否存在可识别的拍摄对象, 若存在, 则 进入步骤 310 , 否则返回步骤 304。 具体地, 可以在移动设备中预存可识 别对象的参数信息, 对当前图像中的拍摄对象进行匹配, 从而当存在匹配 的拍摄对象时, 认为其可识别。
步骤 310 , 获取识别出的拍摄对象的特征信息, 然后将其与预设的特 征信息数据库中的预存特征信息进行比较, 当存在匹配的预存特征信 , 时, 确定对应的关联应用程序。
步骤 312 , 启动关联应用程序。 具体地, 关联应用程序可以为一个或 多个。 通过启动关联应用程序, 可以对上述匹配的拍摄对象进行处理, 比 如当拍摄对象为二维码时, 对该二维码进行识别; 也可以仅仅启动而不对 拍摄对象进行处理, 比如当拍摄对象为二维码时, 仅启动用于识别二维码 的应用程序, 而并不对其进行处理 (可由用户手动选择是否处理当前二维 码) 。
下面结合图 4A至图 4G, 对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明, 其中, 图 4A 至图 4G 示出了根据本发明的实施例的快速启动应用程序的界面示 意图。
用户可以通过进入 "照相机" 或其他应用程序, 开启终端上的摄像 头。 比如如图 4A 所示, 是通过 "照相机" 程序开启了摄像头, 则用户可 以在终端的屏幕上看到摄像头捕捉到的预览画面 402。
终端可以自动对摄像头捕捉到的对应于预览画面 402的实时场景进行 图像获取, 从而由终端对图像中的目标对象 404进行识别。 具体地, 比如 图 4A 中, 终端首先获取了包含目标对象 404的图像, 通过采集目标对象 404 的特征参数, 并与终端中预存的特征信息进行比较, 识别出目标对象 404 为 "二维码" 。 然后, 终端自动启动已经安装的可用于识别 "二维 码" 的应用程序。
当然, 摄像头获取的图像中可能并不仅仅包含目标对象 404, 比如在 图 4B 中, "二维码" 被包含在另一张纸上, 则对于终端而言, 可以识别 到获取的图像上包含物体 406 和该物体 406 中的目标对象 404。 在物体 406 上可能还包含一些文字、 图片等。 此时, 终端将分别获取其识别出来 的拍摄对象, 比如这里的物体 406 中包含的文字、 图片以及目标对象 404 , 分别获取这些拍摄对象的特征参数, 并与终端中的预存特征参数进 行匹配, 从而判断出这些拍摄对象的具体类型。
在终端自动启动应用程序以处理 "二维码" (目标对象 404 ) 时, 如 图 4C所示, 可以将处理得到的处理结果 408显示在预览画面 402上, 具 体地, 可以通过 "注释框" 或位置重叠等方式在处理结果 408与目标对象 404之间建立关联关系。
为了得到比较好的体验效果, 当用户改变移动设备的位置时, 只要目 标对象 404仍处于预览画面 402中, 可以使得处理结果 408始终位于目标 对象 404附近, 得到类似于 "增强现实" 的效果。
当然, 用户可以通过手动点击图 4C 中作为处理结果 408 的网址, 但 实际上, 由于本发明中的关联应用程序的数量可以为多个, 所以还可以由 终端自动启动 "浏览器" 来打开 "www.coolpad.com.cn" 对应的网页, 并 采用类似于图 4C 的显示方式一一在图 4D 所示的界面上, 将打开的网页 作为处理结果 408显示在目标对象 404附近。 当然, 用户可以通过点击该 网页, 从而进入浏览器界面, 以具体浏览该网页。
需要说明的是, 虽然上述各图中均显示为预览画面 402 上的界面变 化, 但实际上, 关联应用程序并不一定是在后台运行, 也可以直接将当前 的预览画面 402切换至关联应用程序的操作界面。 用户可以根据需要设置 具体的显示方式。
显然, 本发明的技术方案可以用于多种不同的场景, 除了上述对二维 码的识别外, 还可以用于条形码识别、 快递单识别、 名片识别、 电影海报 识别、 音乐专辑封面识别等很多其他场景, 比如识别出条形码的信息; 或 是识别出快递单上的单号, 并自动搜索相关物流信息; 或是识别出名片上 的信息, 并自动存储为联系人信息; 或是识别出电影海报上的电影信息, 并自动搜索相关影讯或电影票团购信息; 或是识别出音乐专辑封面上的专 辑信息, 并自动搜索下载或购买信息。 下面结合图 4E至图 4G, 对 "名片 识别" 的场景进行具体说明。
如图 4E所示, 终端通过摄像头捕捉到对应于预览画面 402 的当前图 像, 图像中包含物体 406A、 物体 406B和物体 406C。 通过与终端中的预 存特征参数进行比较, 终端识别出其中的物体 406C 是可识别的物体, 作 为用于进一步识别的目标对象 404 (如图 4F 所示) 。 然后, 终端对该目 标对象 404进行特征信息的采集, 并与终端中的预存特征信息进行比较, 以识别出其具体为 "名片" , 则终端自动启动 "名片" 的关联应用程序, 如光学字符识别软件, 从而识别出 "名片" 中包含的信息, 得到相关的联 系人信息。
终端可以存储识别出来的信息: 一种情况下, 终端可以直接存储识别 出的联系人信息; 另一种情况下, 终端还可以生成对应于识别出的联系人 信息的标识 408 , 并将标识 408显示在预览画面 402中的目标对象 404附 近, 如图 4F所示。 具体地, 比如该标识 408 为 "通讯录" , 则当用户触 摸点击 "通讯录" 时, 终端才将 "名片" 对应的联系人信息存储至 "通讯 录" 中。
当然, 如果终端自动存储了识别出来的联系人信息, 也可以显示 "通 讯录" 对应的标识 408 , 则当用户点击 "通讯录" 时, 将跳转至 "通讯 录" 程序的界面, 使得终端上的显示界面发生切换。
对于 "名片" 的处理场景下, 如图 4G, 还可以显示 "拨出" 、 "发 短信" 等功能按键 410 , 则当用户点击 "拨出" 时, 终端可以直接调用 "电话" 程序, 并且进一步地, 终端可以直接拨打 "名片" 上识别出的电 话号码, 也可以将识别出的电话号码作为即将呼出的号码, 仅需用户在 "电话" 程序的界面上点击 "呼叫" 按键(图中未示出) 即可。
或者, 当用户点击 "发短信" 时, 终端可以直接调用 "短信" 程序, 跳转至短信编辑界面, 并新建一条以 "名片" 上的联系人为收件人的新信 息 (图中未示出) , 以供用户编辑。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案, 考虑到相关技术中, 当 用户开启终端如手机上的摄像头进行拍摄的过程中, 若发现了感兴趣的对 象时, 必须手动执行程序的开关和界面切换, 耗时费力。 因此, 本发明提 供了一种终端和一种应用程序的快速启动方法, 可以通过终端上配置的摄 像头抓取信息, 并快速启动对应的应用程序, 不必手动切换界面和点击应 用图标, 筒化用户操作。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于 本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
图片获取单元, 用于通过所述终端的摄像头获取图片;
对象确定单元, 用于确定所述图片中的目标对象;
信息采集单元, 用于采集所述目标对象的特征信息;
程序启动单元, 用于启动所述特征信息的关联应用程序。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
判断单元, 用于判断所述图片获取单元当前获取的实时图片与所述信 息采集单元最近一次用于采集所述特征信息的参照图片是否存在差异, 其 中,
若是, 则由所述对象确定单元从所述实时图片中确定所述目标对象, 并由所述信息采集单元采集所述目标对象的特征信息, 否则丟弃所述实时 图片, 并由所述图片获取单元重新进行获取。
3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述判断单元包括内 容比较子单元和 /或物理量比较子单元:
所述内容比较子单元用于将所述实时图片的内容与所述参照图片的内 容进行比较;
所述物理量比较子单元用于将在获取所述实时图片和所述参照图片时 分别采集的物理量进行比较;
其中, 所述判断单元在比较结果为所述内容和 /或所述物理量的差异 大于或等于预设差异值的情况下, 判定所述实时图片与所述参照图片存在 差异。
4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述对象确定单元包 括:
对象匹配子单元, 用于获取所述图片中包含的至少一个拍摄对象, 并 将所述至少一个拍摄对象的特征参数与预存特征参数进行比较, 以判断是 否存在匹配的拍摄对象;
其中, 所述对象确定单元将所述匹配的拍摄对象作为所述目标对象。
5. 根据权利要求 1 至 4 中任一项所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包 括:
数据处理单元, 利用所述关联应用程序处理所述目标对象。
6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括存储单元和 /或 搜索单元:
所述存储单元用于存储所述关联应用程序得到的处理结果;
所述搜索单元用于搜索所述处理结果, 以供所述终端展示所述搜索结 果。
7. 根据权利要求 5 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端的屏幕上还 显示所述摄像头采集的实时预览画面, 则所述终端还包括:
数据显示单元, 用于在所述实时预览画面中, 将所述关联应用程序得 到的处理结果显示在对应于所述目标对象的位置, 或将对应于所述关联应 用程序的标识显示在所述位置上;
操作处理单元, 用于根据感应到的针对所述标识的触摸操作, 展示出 相应的处理结果。
8. 一种应用程序的快速启动方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
通过终端的摄像头获取图片, 并确定所述图片中的目标对象; 采集所述目标对象的特征信息, 以启动所述特征信息的关联应用程 序。
9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的应用程序的快速启动方法, 其特征在于, 在所述采集所述目标对象的特征信息的步骤之前, 还包括:
判断所述终端当前获取的实时图片与最近一次用于采集所述特征信息 的参照图片是否存在差异, 其中,
若是, 则从所述实时图片中确定所述目标对象, 并采集所述目标对象 的特征信息, 否则丟弃所述实时图片, 并重新进行获取。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的应用程序的快速启动方法, 其特征在于, 所述判断所述终端当前获取的图片与上一次用于采集所述特征信息的参照 图片是否存在差异的步骤包括:
将所述实时图片的内容与所述参照图片的内容进行比较, 和 /或将在 获取所述实时图片和所述参照图片时分别采集的物理量进行比较; 其中, 若比较结果为所述内容和 /或所述物理量的差异大于或等于预 设差异值, 则判定所述实时图片与所述参照图片存在差异。
11. 根据权利要求 8所述的应用程序的快速启动方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定所述图片中的目标对象的步骤包括:
获取所述图片中包含的至少一个拍摄对象, 并将所述至少一个拍摄对 象的特征参数与预存特征参数进行比较;
其中, 若存在匹配的拍摄对象, 则将所述匹配的拍摄对象作为所述目
12. 根据权利要求 8 至 11 中任一项所述的应用程序的快速启动方 法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
利用所述关联应用程序处理所述目标对象。
13. 根据权利要求 12 所述的应用程序的快速启动方法, 其特征在 于, 还包括:
存储所述关联应用程序得到的处理结果; 和 /或
搜索所述处理结果, 并展示搜索结果。
14. 根据权利要求 12 所述的应用程序的快速启动方法, 其特征在 于, 所述终端的屏幕上还显示所述摄像头采集的实时预览画面, 则所述快 速启动方法还包括:
在所述实时预览画面中, 将所述关联应用程序得到的处理结果显示在 对应于所述目标对象的位置; 或
