技术领域
本发明涉及一种四冲程发动机的凸轮室。
背景技术
目前, 如同以草木为对象的手提式割草机(剪切机)和背负式作 业机, 传统的二冲程和四冲程小型通用发动机, 作为驱动作业人员自 己手提或者背负着进行作业的作业机的发动机, 已经被广泛使用。 由 于污染物排放规定变的越来越严格,所以将驱动源从二冲程更换为四 冲程发动机的需求日益提高。然而, 四冲程发动机具有更复杂的润滑 系统, 这使得发动机在以倾斜角度运行时不太起作用。润滑成为每个 发动机厂商的主要设计问题, 现在仅有本田公司按欧洲专利第
EP835987 号专利技术用于批量生产的可在各种倾斜角度下工作的四 冲程发动机。该技术采用特殊油箱围绕安装在曲轴上的旋转刀片以产 生油雾, 但是按此方式设计发动机更宽, 更重, 成本更高。另外 FUJI ROBIN公司的美国专利第 US6213079号揭示了带有较为复杂的润滑系 统的发动机, 特别是气缸体上有较为复杂的油路管道, 使加工复杂, 成本提高。
此外, 市场上还出现另一种汽油机, 其设置的凸轮室是利用气缸 的外壁作为底面、 并环绕底面设置侧壁, 形成了凸轮室, 因此凸轮室 的底面是弧形及有沟槽, 造成部分润滑油容易滞留在其内, 不容易回 流至储油箱, 从而对润滑油的利用率产生了不利影响。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的上述缺陷,提供一种改进的 四冲程发动机的凸轮室, 能提高其内的润滑油的利用效率。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了如下核心技术方案: 一种四 冲程发动机的凸轮室, 设有底部和回流槽, 其特征在于: 所述底部设 有顺滑的平面,所述平面可将所述凸轮室内的润滑油顺畅地导流至所 述回流槽。
此外, 本发明还提出如下附属技术方案:
所述平面与所述回流槽之间为直接相互贯通。
所述四冲程发动机还包括位于所述凸轮室旁侧的气缸,所述气缸 具有圆环状的外壁。
所述底部与所述外壁相邻。
所述四冲程发动机的凸轮室,其两侧分别开设缺口部以便所述气 缸的外壁为大致等壁厚。
所述四冲程发动机的凸轮室还包括位于所述底部两侧的侧壁。 所述侧壁设有圆弧部, 所述圆弧部与所述回流槽相连。
所述四冲程发动机的凸轮室,其内部还包括安装于所述底部上的 齿轮以及凸轮机构。
相比于现有技术, 本发明的优点在于: 本发明的四冲程发动机的 凸轮室, 不再利用气缸的外壁作为底面, 而是单独在外壁上设置一个 底部, 并且底部设有顺滑的平面, 该平面可将所述凸轮室内的润滑油 顺畅地导流至凸轮室的回流槽, 并避免了润滑油在凸轮室内滞留, 故 而提高了凸轮室内的润滑油的利用效率。

具体实施方式
以下结合较佳实施例及其附图对本发明技术方案作进一歩非限 制性的详细说明。
参照图 1和图 2,对应于本发明较佳实施例的四冲程发动机 10, 自上而下大致包括摇臂室 1、 活塞 3、 凸轮室 5、 曲轴室 7、 闽门室 9 以及储油箱 11。 该发动机 10 内还设有润滑系统 (未标号), 该润滑 系统的功用是向作相对运动的零件表面输送定量的清洁润滑油,以实 现液体摩擦, 减小摩擦阻力, 减轻机件的磨损; 并对零件表面进行清 洗和冷却。 本润滑系统, 其利用活塞 3的往复运动而产生的曲轴室 7 内的压力变化。 当活塞 3从下死点向上死点运动时产生的负压, 一方 面通过设置在曲轴室 7和储油箱 11之间的通路并在曲轴室 7内负压 的作用下将润滑油吸入曲轴室 7中润滑其内的各零部件 (未标号); 另一方面通过设置在曲轴室 7和摇臂室 1之间的回油通路将已润滑过 摇臂室 1内各零部件的润滑油吸入曲轴室 7。 当活塞 3从上死点向下 死点运动时产生的正压,通过设置在曲轴室 7和闽门室 9之间的单向 簧片闽 (图未示) 将曲轴室 7内产生的油雾压入闽门室 9, 进入闽门 室 9的润滑油通过设置在闽门室 9和储油箱 11之间的孔 (图未示) 回流至储油箱 11,同时进入闽门室 9的部分油雾通过设置在闽门室 9 与凸轮室 5底部的孔流入凸轮室 5润滑凸轮机构 52, 该凸轮机构 52 包括凸轮 57以及凸轮从动件 59 ; 润滑过凸轮机构 52的油雾通过设 置在凸轮室 5顶部和摇臂室 1底部的通路流入摇臂室 1继续润滑摇臂 室 1内各零部件 (未标号)。 另外在摇臂室 1的中心位置设置有与化 油器上的空滤器(图未示)相通的通气路的开口端部, 此通气路将在 润滑油循环中产生的吹漏气排至化油器入口的开口端部,并使得此吹 漏气进入燃烧室进行燃烧。
进一歩参照图 3至图 4, 上述四冲程发动机 10还包括设置在凸 轮室 5旁侧的气缸 100, 该气缸 100具有圆环状的外壁 102。 对应于 本发明的较佳实施例,凸轮室 5不再利用气缸 100的外壁 102作为底 面, 而是单独在外壁 102上设置一个底部 54, 所述底部 54与所述外 壁 102相邻。 该底部 54具有顺滑平面 58和回流槽 56。 该顺滑平面 58与所述回流槽 56之间为直接相互贯通, 这样, 平面 58可将所述 凸轮室 5 内的润滑油顺畅地导流至所述回流槽 56, 并避免了润滑油 在凸轮室内的滞留,故而提高了凸轮室内的润滑油的利用效率。另外, 凸轮室 5还包括位于所述底部 54两侧的侧壁 51, 该侧壁 51包括圆 弧部 53, 所述圆弧部 53与所述回流槽 56相连, 这样的侧壁 51构造 也增强了润滑油的回流效果。 凸轮室 5内部除了设置凸轮机构 52之 夕卜,还设有齿轮 55,该凸轮机构 52和齿轮 55均位于上述底部 54上。 同时,凸轮室 5的两侧分别开设缺口部 500,以便气缸 100的外壁 102 具有大致的等壁厚, 从而使得四冲程发动机 10能够稳定工作。
需要指出的是, 上述较佳实施例仅为说明本发明的技术构思及特 点, 其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以 实施, 并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。 凡根据本发明精神实质所 作的等效变化或修饰, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

1、 一种四冲程发动机的凸轮室, 设有底部和回流槽, 其特征在于: 所述底部 设有顺滑的平面, 所述平面可将所述凸轮室内的润滑油顺畅地导流至所述回流 槽。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述四冲程发动机的凸轮室, 其特征在于: 所述平面与所 述回流槽之间为直接相互贯通。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述四冲程发动机的凸轮室, 其特征在于: 所述四冲程发 动机还包括位于所述凸轮室旁侧的气缸, 所述气缸具有圆环状的外壁。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述四冲程发动机的凸轮室, 其特征在于: 所述底部与所 述外壁相邻。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述四冲程发动机的凸轮室, 其特征在于其两侧分别开设 缺口部以便所述气缸的外壁为大致等壁厚。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述四冲程发动机的凸轮室, 其特征在于其还包括位于所 述底部两侧的侧壁。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述四冲程发动机的凸轮室, 其特征在于: 所述侧壁设有 圆弧部, 所述圆弧部与所述回流槽相连。
8、 根据权利要求 1至 7任一项所述四冲程发动机的凸轮室, 其特征在于其内 部还包括位于所述底部上的齿轮以及凸轮机构。
