本发明实施例提供的技术方案可以应用于多种无线通信网络,例如:LTE系统,先进的长期演进(long term evolution advanced,简称LTE- A)系统等。在本发明实施例中,基站(base station,BS)可以是与UE或其它通信站点,如中继站点,进行通信的站点,基站可以提供特定物理区域的通信覆盖,例如,基站可以是LTE系统中的ENB。UE可以分布于整个无线网络中,每个UE可以是静态的或移动的。UE可以称为终端(terminal),移动台(mobile station),用户单元(subscriber unit),站台(station)等。UE可以为蜂窝电话(cellular phone),个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA),无线调制解调器(modem),无线通信设备,手持设备(handheld),膝上型电脑(laptop computer),无绳电话(cordless phone),无线本地环路(wireless local loop,WLL)台等。
本发明实施例中的周期性CQI报告可以包括以下至少一种信息:信道质量指示( channel quality indication,简称CQI);预编码矩阵(precoding matrix information,简称PMI);秩(Rank Indication,简称RI)。
如图1所示,本实施例以终端的角度,以UE为例,提出一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括如下步骤。
110、用户设备UE通知基站所述UE是否发送周期性CQI报告。
例如,所述UE发送携带第一指示的特性组指示(Feature group indicators,简称FGI)或者UE能力信息给所述基站,其中,所述第一指示用于指示所述UE是否发送周期性CQI报告。
在步骤110中,所述UE通知所述基站的信息可以包括以下至少一种:(1)所述UE是否在非连续接收DRX的休眠期发送周期性CQI报告;(2)所述UE是否在DRX的激活期结束后的4个子帧内发送周期性CQI报告;(3)所述UE是否在接收到基站的初传调度的子帧之后的4个子帧内发送周期性CQI报告,所述接收到基站的初传调度的子帧处于激活期。

本实施例具有其他替代方案。例如,如果UE的判断结果为发送周期性CQI报告,则根据本实施例,UE可以先通知所述基站所述UE发送周期性CQI报告,然后所述UE发送周期性CQI报告给所述基站。在替代方案中,UE与基站还可以通过预设置将UE未通知基站所述UE是否发送周期性CQI报告的情况默认为UE发送周期性CQI报告,则UE的判断结果为发送周期性CQI报告时,UE发送周期性CQI报告,而不必先执行上述“通知”的动作,以进一步省电。又如,如果UE的判断结果为不发送周期性CQI报告,则根据本实施例,UE可以发送用于指示所述UE不发送周期性CQI报告的通知给所述基站。在另一替代方案中,UE与基站还可以通过预设置将UE未通知基站所述UE是否发送周期性CQI报告的情况默认为UE不发送周期性CQI报告,则UE的判断结果为不发送周期性CQI报告时,UE可以不执行上述“通知”的动作,以进一步省电。

本实施例具有其他替代方案。例如,如果基站的判断结果为UE发送周期性CQI报告,则根据本实施例,基站可以在获知UE的通知之后,接收周期性CQI报告。在替代方案中,基站与UE还可以通过预设置将UE未通知基站所述UE是否发送周期性CQI报告的情况默认为UE发送周期性CQI报告,则基站未接收到UE发送的通知时,可以判断UE发送周期性CQI报告,然后基站接收周期性CQI报告。又如,如果基站的判断结果为不发送周期性CQI报告,则根据本实施例,基站可以在获知UE的通知之后,不再接收周期性CQI报告。在另一替代方案中,基站与UE还可以通过预设置将UE未通知基站所述UE是否发送周期性CQI报告的情况默认为UE不发送周期性CQI报告,则基站未接收到UE发送的通知时,可以判断UE不发送周期性CQI报告,从而不再接收周期性CQI报告。
上述实施例提供的信息处理方法可以应用于多种场景。
例如,现有技术中的基站无法确定在DRX休眠期,UE是否发送周期性CQI报告,如果应用上述实施例提供的信息处理方法,技术方案可以包括如下步骤。
310、UE判断是否发送周期性CQI报告给基站。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述UE通知所述基站所述UE是否发送周期性CQI报告包括:
    所述UE发送携带第一指示的特性组指示FGI信息或者UE能力信息给所述基站,其中,所述第一指示用于指示所述UE是否发送周期性CQI报告。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述UE通知所述基站的信息包括以下至少一种:
    所述UE是否在非连续接收DRX的休眠期发送周期性CQI报告;

  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的设备,其特征在于,所述发射器用于将所述处理器的判断结果通知给所述基站包括:所述发射器用于发送携带第一指示的特性组指示FGI信息或者UE能力信息给所述基站,其中,所述第一指示用于通知所述处理器的判断结果。
  8. 根据权利要求5或6或7所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备为用户设备。
  9. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    基站获取用户设备UE是否发送周期性信道质量指示CQI报告的通知;
    如果所述通知指示所述UE发送周期性CQI报告,所述基站接收所述UE发送的周期性CQI报告。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基站获取UE是否发送周期性CQI报告的通知包括:
    所述基站从所述UE接收携带第一指示的特性组指示FGI信息或者UE能力信息,其中,所述第一指示用于指示所述UE是否发送周期性CQI报告。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述UE是否发送周期性CQI报告包括以下至少一种:
    所述UE是否在非连续接收DRX的休眠期发送周期性CQI报告;
    所述UE是否在DRX的激活期结束后的4个子帧内发送周期性CQI报告;
    所述UE是否在接收到基站的初传调度的子帧之后的4个子帧内发送周期性CQI报告,所述接收到基站的初传调度的子帧处于激活期。
  12. 根据权利要求9或10或11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基站在物理上行共享信道PUSCH上获取所述UE发送的周期性CQI报告。
  13. 一种设备,其特征在于,包括处理器和接收器,其中,
    所述接收器用于获取用户设备UE是否发送周期性信道质量指示CQI报告的通知;
    所述处理器用于判断所述通知是否指示所述UE发送周期性CQI报告;
    所述接收器还用于在所述处理器的判断结果为是时,接收所述UE发送的周期性CQI报告。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的设备,其特征在于,所述接收器用于获取用户设备UE是否发送CQI报告的通知包括:所述接收器用于从所述UE接收携带第一指示的特性组指示FGI信息或者UE能力信息,其中,所述第一指示用于指示所述UE是否发送周期性CQI报告。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的设备,其特征在于,所述接收器用于接收所述UE发送的周期性CQI报告包括:所述接收器用于在物理上行共享信道PUSCH上获取所述UE发送的周期性CQI报告。
  16. 根据权利要求13或14或15所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备为基站。
  17. 一种信息处理系统,其特征在于,包括如权利要求5-8中任一所述的设备,以及如权利要求13-16中任一所述的设备。
