现有混装盲插方案通过单独开发专门的连接器模具将不同种类的连 接器一体化注塑。 图 1为现有技术提供的混装盲插连接器剖面示意图。 如 图 1所示, 信号连接部分(母端)和电源连接部分(母端)一体注塑成为 混装连接器的母端, 信号连接部分(公端)和电源连接部分(公端)一体 注塑成为混装连接器的公端。 混装连接器的公母端互配, 通过位于塑胶机 体两端的导向销实现。
现有的混装盲插连接器需要事先开发模具, 模具较复杂, 成本较高, 开发周期较长, 而且模具不能灵活将多个连接器进行组合或搭配。 发明内容 本发明提供一种盲插集成连接器, 用于灵活集成多个连接器, 进一步 还用于提升集成后盲插连接器整体的径向容差能力和轴向容差能力。
本发明提供一种盲插集成连接器, 包括: 第一安装板、 结构件和第二 安装板;
所述结构件内装联有第一导向结构和至少两个子连接器的第一连接 端;
所述第一安装板与所述结构件连接;
所述第二安装板上装联有与所述结构件内的子连接器的第一连接端 配套的第二连接端, 所述第二安装板上还设置有与所述第一导向结构配套 的第二导向结构。
结合上述技术方案, 在第一种可能的实现方式中, 所述结构件内还设 置有印刷电路板, 每个所述连接器的第一连接端设置在所述电路印刷板 上, 每个所述连接器的第一连接端的信号线通过所述印刷电路板上的线缆 导出。
结合上述技术方案, 或, 上述技术方案的第一种可能的实现方式, 在 第二种可能的实现方式中, 所述结构件嵌套在所述第一安装板的中空部 分, 从所述结构件的外壳伸出有限位凸台, 所述结构件通过所述限位凸台 与所述第一安装板连接, 所述结构件上还设置有凹槽, 每个所述连接器的 第一连接端的信号线通过所述凹槽导出并固定。
结合上述技术方案, 或, 上述技术方案的第一种和第二种可能的实现 方式, 在第三种可能的实现方式中, 所述连接器还包括浮动机构, 所述第 一安装板通过所述浮动机构和所述结构件连接;
所述浮动机构包括连接柱、 所述连接柱穿过所述第一安装板上的圓孔 连接至所述结构件, 或者, 所述连接柱穿过所述结构件上的圓孔连接至所 述第一安装板, 所述圓孔的直径大于所述连接柱的直径。
结合上述技术方案, 或, 上述技术方案的第一种至第三种可能的实现 方式, 在第四种可能的实现方式中, 所述浮动机构还包括套设在所述连接 柱上的弹簧, 所述连接柱位于所述结构件与所述第一安装板之间。
本发明提供的盲插集成连接器中, 结构件内和第二安装板内可以灵活 装联至少两个子连接器的不同连接端, 因此, 本发明提供的盲插集成连接 器可以集成多个子连接器, 不需要开发连接器模具。 进一步, 第一安装板 通过浮动机构与内部设置有子连接器的第一连接端端的结构件连接, 。 盲 插集成连接器的径向容差分为装配过程中的径向容差和集成后的径向容 差, 因而提高了盲插集成连接器整体的径向容差。 更进一步, 浮动机构中 还包括设置在所述结构件与所述第一安装板之间的弹簧, 弹簧的反弹力使 得集成后盲插集成连接器的整体具有轴向容差能力, 提高了盲插集成连接 器整体的轴向容差。 因此, 本发明提供的盲插集成连接器可应用到容差要 求较大的场景, 成本低, 开发周期短。 附图说明

本发明提供的盲插集成连接器包括: 第一安装板、 结构件和第二安装 板。 盲插集成连接器可以通过第一安装板或第二安装板固定在待装配外围 设备的产品上。
所述第一安装板与所述结构件连接。 所述结构件内装联有第一导向结 构和至少两个子连接器的第一连接端。 第二安装板上装联有与结构件内的 子连接器的第一连接端配套的第二连接端。 子连接器可以是信号连接器、 电源连接器或射频同轴连接器等。 子连接器的第一连接端可以是子连接器 的公端, 相应地, 子连接器的第二连接端是子连接器的母端。 子连接器的 第一连接端也可以是子连接器的公端, 相应地, 子连接器的第二连接端是 子连接器的母端。 例如, 结构件内装联有信号连接器的母端和电源连接器 的母端以及射频同轴连接器的母端, 则第二安装板上装联有该信号连接器 的公端和该电源连接器的公端以及该射频同轴连接器的公端; 或者, 结构 件内装联有信号连接器的公端和电源连接器的公端以及射频同轴连接器 的公端, 则第二安装板上装联有该信号连接器的母端和该电源连接器的母 端以及该射频同轴连接器的母端; 或者, 结构件内装联有信号连接器的母 端和电源连接器的母端以及射频同轴连接器的公端, 则第二安装板上装联 有该信号连接器的公端和该电源连接器的公端以及该射频同轴连接器的 母端。
所述第二安装板上还装联有与所述第一导向结构配套的第二导向结 构。 第一导向结构和第二导向结构可以分别是导向套和导向销。
装配本发明实施例提供的盲插集成连接器时, 先将第二安装板上的第 二导向结构与结构件内的第一导向结构进行配合。 在装配第一导向结构和 第二导向结构的过程中, 使第二安装板上各子连接器的第二连接端与结构 件内部相应的第一连接端进行配合, 从而使各子连接器与上述产品实现连 接。 例如, 结构件内装联的是子连接器的母端, 第二安装板装联的是该子 连接器的公端, 在装配第一导向结构和第二导向结构的过程中, 该子连接 器的母端与公端相配合。
可选地, 结构件内可以设置有印刷电路板(Printed Circuit Board, 简 称 PCB ) , 子连接器的第一连接端可以焊接或压接在印刷电路板上。 每个 子连接器的第一连接端的信号线通过所述印刷电路板导出并连接至上述 待装配外围设备的产品上。
可选地, 所述结构件嵌套在所述第一安装板的中空部分, 从所述结构 件的外壳伸出有限位凸台, 所述结构件通过所述限位凸台与所述第一安装 板连接, 所述结构件上还设置有凹槽, 例如, U形凹槽。 每个所述子连接 器的第一连接端的信号线通过凹槽导出并固定。
本发明提供的盲插集成连接器中, 结构件内装联有至少两个的子连接 器的第一连接端, 第二安装板装联有与结构件内子连接器的第一连接端配 套的第二连接端。 在装配第一安装板上的第一导向结构和第二安装板上的 第二导向结构的过程中, 可使第二安装板上各子连接器的第二连接端与位 于结构件内部的各子连接器的第二连接端进行配合。 结构件与第一安装板 连接, 第一安装板或第二安装板固定在待装配外围设备的产品上, 第二安 装板上各子连接器的第二连接端与结构件内相应的第一连接端配合后, 实 现了各子连接器与上述产品的连接。 由于, 本发明提供的盲插集成连接器 中, 结构件内和第二安装板上可以灵活装联至少两个子连接器的不同连接 端, 不需要开发专门的连接器模具。 因此, 本发明提供的盲插集成连接器 可以灵活集成多个子连接器。
进一步, 在实现灵活集成多个子连接器的基础上, 为提升盲插集成连 接器的径向容差能力, 可通过浮动机构连接上述第一安装板和结构件。 其 中, 浮动机构包括连接柱, 所述连接柱穿过所述第一安装板上的圓孔连接 至所述结构件, 或者, 所述连接柱穿过所述结构件上的圓孔连接至所述第 一安装板, 所述圓孔的直径大于所述连接柱的直径。 连接柱可以是包括栓 帽和栓体的盖栓, 也可以是螺钉, 也可以是定位销。
连接柱与第一安装板和结构件的第一种连接方案是, 第一安装板上设 有直径大于连接柱的直径的圓孔, 所述连接柱穿过所述第一安装板上的圓 孔连接至所述结构件。 连接柱与第一安装板和结构件的第二种连接方案 是, 结构件上设置有直径大于连接柱的直径的圓孔, 所述连接柱穿过所述 结构件上的圓孔连接至所述第一安装板。
因此, 上述浮动机构由连接柱穿过所述第一安装板上直径大于连接柱 直径的圓孔连接至所述结构件实现, 或者, 由连接柱穿过所述结构件上直 径大于连接柱直径的圓孔连接至所述第一安装板实现。 连接柱与结构件可 以通过螺纹连接, 也可以通过其它方式连接。 同样, 连接柱与第一安装板 可以通过螺纹连接, 也可以通过其它方式连接。
上述浮动机构中, 如果第一安装板固定, 由于连接柱穿过的圓孔的直 径大于连接柱的直径, 结构件可以相对于第一安装板径向移动, 相应地, 如果结构件固定, 第一安装板可以相对于结构件移动。 因此, 在第二安装 板上的第二导向结构与结构件内的第一导向结构进行配合的过程中, 带动 第二安装板上各子连接器的第二连接端和位于结构件内部的相应的第一 连接端在径向位置上整体移动, 使得各子连接器的第一连接端和第二连接 端在配合时径向活动范围增大, 保证各子连接器配合时径向位置偏差在各 子连接器自身径向容差能力内, 提升了盲插集成连接器在装配过程中的径 向容差能力, 从而提升了集成后盲插集成连接器的整体径向容差能力。 连 接柱穿过圓孔后与第一安装板或结构件的配合间隙越大, 径向位置的偏差 越大, 盲插集成连接器的径向容差能力越大。 而现有的盲插连接器在装配 过程中径向容差能力较小, 径向容差能力仅取决于盲插连接器中各子连接 器自身的容差能力。 而本发明提供的盲插集成连接器的径向容差分为两个 阶段; 一是装配过程中盲插集成连接器的整体径向容差能力, 二是装配好 后各子连接器自身具有的径向容差。
进一步, 在提升盲插集成连接器整体的径向容差能力后, 为提升盲插 集成连接器整体的轴向容差能力, 浮动机构还包括有弹簧。 弹簧位于所述 结构件与所述第一安装板之间, 并套设在连接柱上。 也就是, 弹簧套设在 连接柱上, 一端连接第一安装板, 另一端连接结构件。 连接柱依次穿过第 一安装板上的圓孔和弹簧连接至结构件, 或者, 连接柱依次穿过结构件上 的圓孔和弹簧连接至第一安装板。
结构件与所述第一安装板之间设置有弹簧, 且第一安装板与结构件之 间活动连接, 在第二安装板上的第二导向结构与结构件内的第一导向结构 配合后, 弹簧被结构件与所述第一安装板挤压, 弹簧提供的反弹力为第二 安装板上各子连接器的第二连接端和位于结构件内部的相应的第一连接 端提供轴向容差。 现有的盲插连接器的轴向容差能力仅取决于盲插连接器 中各子连接器自身的轴向容差能力。 而本发明提供的盲插集成连接器的轴 向容差包括盲插集成连接器整体具有的轴向容差和浮动连接器内各子连 接器自身具有的轴向容差。
更进一步, 为防止结构件上的圓孔过大时, 套设在连接柱上的弹簧穿 出圓孔。 浮动机构还包括有限位环, 限位环套设在连接柱上。 在连接柱与 第一安装板和结构件的第一种连接方案中, 连接柱依次穿过设置在所述第 一安装板上的圓孔、 所述限位环和所述弹簧连接至所述结构件, 所述限位 环位于所述第一安装板上的圓孔和所述弹簧之间, 以防止第一安装板上的 圓孔过大时, 套设在连接柱上的弹簧穿出圓孔。 在连接柱与第一安装板和 结构件的第二种连接方案中, 连接柱依次穿过设置在所述结构件上的圓 孔、 所述限位环和所述弹簧连接至所述第一安装板。 所述限位环位于所述 结构件上的圓孔和所述弹簧之间, 以防止结构件上的圓孔过大时, 套设在 连接柱上的弹簧穿出圓孔。
本发明实施例提供的盲插集成连接器中, 第一安装板通过包括连接柱 的浮动机构连接第一安装板, 所述连接柱穿过所述第一安装板上的圓孔连 接至所述结构件, 或者, 所述连接柱穿过所述结构件上的圓孔连接至所述 第一安装板。 连接柱穿过的圓孔的直径大于连接柱的直径。 因此, 各子连 接器的第一连接端和第二连接端在配合时径向活动范围增大, 保证各子连 接器配合时径向位置偏差在各子连接器自身径向容差能力内, 提升了盲插 集成连接器在装配过程中的径向容差能力, 进一步, 浮动机构中还包括设 置在所述结构件与所述第一安装板之间的弹簧, 弹簧的反弹力使得集成后 盲插集成连接器的整体具有轴向容差能力, 提高了盲插集成连接器整体的 轴向容差。 因此, 本发明提供的盲插集成连接器可应用到容差要求较大的 场景。 另外, 结构件内和第二安装板上可以灵活装联至少两个子连接器的 不同连接端, 本发明提供的盲插集成连接器可以灵活集成多个子连接器, 不需要设计专门的连接器模具, 成本低, 开发周期短。
图 2为本发明实施例提供的一种盲插集成连接器的立体图。 图 3A为 图 2提供的盲插集成连接器的分解示意图。 图 3B为图 2中浮动机构的剖 面示意图。 如图 2所示, 盲插集成连接器包括第一安装板 8、 结构件和第 二安装板 12。 结构件包括上结构件 6和下结构件 5。 盲插集成连接器通过 第一安装板 8固定在待装配外围设备的产品上。
结构件中不同种类的子连接器 1的母端和子连接器 3的母端装联在一 块 PCB板 2上, PCB板 2通过上结构件 6和下结构件 5装夹固定。 子连 接器 1的信号和子连接器 3的信号通过 PCB板 2上焊接的线缆导出。
PCB板 2上还装联有第一导向结构 4。 另外, 还可以将第一导向结构 4直接设置在结构件上, 也就是第一导向结构 4与结构件成一体设计。
第二安装板 12上装联有子连接器 1的公端 9和子连接器 3的公端 10 , 还装联有与第一导向结构 4配套的第二导向结构 11。第一导向结构 4可以 是导向套, 第二导向结构 11可以是导向销。 装配过程中, 第一导向结构 4 和第二导向结构 1 1 先于各子连接器配合, 通过浮动机构吸收容差, 保证 所集成的子连接器的公母两端装配时, 位置偏差在其各自容差范围内。 另外,也可将子连接器 1的公端和子连接器 3的公端装联在一块 PCB 板 2上, 将子连接器 1 的母端和子连接器 3的母端装联在第二安装板 12 上。
如图 3A所示, 浮动机构包括螺钉 13、 第一安装板 8上的圓孔 81、 限 位环 14和弹簧 15。 第一安装板 8上设置有圓孔、 限位环 14和弹簧 15设 置在第一安装板 8和结构件之间。 螺钉 13依次穿过第一安装板 8上的圓 孔、 限位环 14和弹簧 15连接至上结构件 6。 限位环 14可以防止弹簧 15 穿出第一安装板上的圓孔。 如图 3B所示, 第一安装板 8上的圓孔 81大于 螺钉的直径, 限位环 14的中心孔直径小于弹簧的直径。 螺钉 13与上结构 件 6可以通过螺纹连接, 也可以通过其它方式连接。
图 3A中所示的浮动机构, 如果第一安装板 8固定, 由于螺钉 13穿过 的圓孔的直径大于螺钉 13的直径, 结构件可以相对于第一安装板 8径向 移动, 相应地, 如果结构件固定, 第一安装板 8可以相对于结构件移动。 因此, 在第二安装板 12上的第二导向结构 11与结构件内的第一导向结构 4进行配合的过程中,第二安装板 12上各子连接器的公端和位于结构件内 部的相应母端可以在径向位置上整体移动, 从而提升了盲插集成连接器在 装配过程中的径向容差能力。 在第二安装板 12上的第二导向结构 1 1与结 构件内的第一导向结构 4配合后, 弹簧 15被第一安装板 8和结构件挤压, 弹簧的反弹力可为第二安装板上各子连接器的公端和位于结构件内部的 相应母端提供轴向容差。
进一步, 盲插集成连接器装配后, 结构件内的金属簧片 16与第二安 装板 12的金属化亮铜区连接。 金属簧片 16与第二安装板 12的金属化亮 铜区连接后, 与结构件外壳一同为连接器提供电磁屏蔽。
本实施例中, 连接第一安装板和结构件的浮动机构包括螺钉 13、 第一 安装板 8上的圓孔、 限位环 14和弹簧 15。 第一安装板 8固定在待装配外 围设备的产品上, 由于螺钉 13穿过的圓孔的直径大于螺钉 13的直径, 结 构件可以相对于第一安装板 8径向移动。 在第二安装板上的第二导向结构 与结构件内的第一导向结构进行配合的过程中, 可以带动第二安装板上各 子连接器的公端和位于结构件内部的相应母端在径向位置上整体移动, 从 而使盲插集成连接器在装配过程中具有径向容差能力。 同时, 在第二安装 板 12上的第二导向结构 1 1与结构件内的第一导向结构 4配合后, 弹簧被 挤压, 通过弹簧的弹力可为第二安装板上各子连接器的公端和位于结构件 内部的相应母端提供轴向容差能力。
在图 2提供的实施例中, 还有一种同等的替代方案, 上结构件 6上设 置有圓孔, 螺钉 13依次穿过上结构件 6上的圓孔、 限位环和弹簧连接至 第一安装板。 上结构件 6上的圓孔和限位环 14的中心孔的直径均大于螺 钉的直径。 同样, 螺钉 13与第一安装板 8通可以过螺纹连接, 也可以通 过其它方式连接。
在图 2提供的实施例中, 结构件与第一安装板是平行设置。 结构件与 第一安装板的位置关系还有另外一种替代方案, 第一安装板为中空的安装 板, 结构件嵌套在所述第一安装板的中空部分, 所述结构件的外壳与所述 结构件的中空部分之间有缝隙, 从所述结构件的外壳伸出有限位凸台。 螺 钉穿过所述第一安装板上的圓孔连接至所述限位凸台, 同样, 螺钉也可以 穿过所述限位凸台上的圓孔连接至所述第一安装板。 此方案中, 可以不在 结构件设置 PCB板 2, 各子连接器的母端装联在结构件内, 各子连接器尾 部焊接的线缆通过设置在结构件内的 U形凹槽导出并固定。
图 4为本发明实施例提供的另一种盲插集成连接器的立体示意图。 图 5为图 4的立体示意图。 图 6为图 4的分解示意图。结合图 4、图 5和图 6 , 第一安装板 21为中空的安装板, 结构件包括侧面板 20和正面板 22 , 侧面 板 20和正面板 22通过螺钉连接组装。
如图 6所示, 与图 2不同的是, 结构件内不设置装联子连接器 18和 子连接器 19的 PCB板。 子连接器 18的母端和子连接器 19的母端装联在 结构件内设置的 U形凹槽。子连接器 18的母端的尾部和子连接器 19的母 端的尾部均焊接有线缆, 通过线缆将子连接器 18的信号和子连接器 19的 信号导出。 结构件上还装联有第一导向结构 17。 子连接器 18的母端的尾 部和子连接器 19的母端的尾部的线缆通过凹槽导出并固定。
第二安装板上装联有子连接器 18的公端和子连接器 19的公端以及与 第一导向结构 17配套的第二导向结构, 第二安装板在图 4、 图 5和图 6 中未示出。
如图 5和图 6所示, 结构件嵌套在第一安装板 21的中空部分, 所述 结构件的外壳与所述结构件的中空部分之间有缝隙。 从所述结构件的外 壳, 具体地侧面板 20上伸出有限位凸台 24。 与图 2不同的是, 所述定位 销 26依次穿过上限位环 27、 弹簧 28、 所述限位凸台 24上的圓孔连接至 第一安装板 21。 进一步, 定位销 26穿过限位凸台 24上的圓孔后, 还可以 再穿过下限位环 29, 之后连接至第一安装板 21。 其中, 上限位环的直径 大于定位销 26的直径。本实施例中浮动机构包括定位销 26、上限位环 27、 弹簧 28和限位凸台 24。
由于上限位环 27的直径大于定位销 26的直径且结构件的外壳与所述 结构件的中空部分之间有缝隙, 因此, 结构件可以在第一安装板的中空部 分进行径向移动。 因此, 在第二安装板上的导向结构与结构件内的第一导 向结构 17进行配合的过程中, 第二安装板上各子连接器的公端和位于结 构件内部的相应母端可以在径向位置上整体移动, 从而提升了盲插集成连 接器在装配过程中的径向容差能力。
另外, 由于上限位环 27和限位凸台 24之间设置有弹簧, 在第二安装 板上的导向结构与结构件内的第一导向结构 17配合后, 弹簧 28被上限位 环 27和限位凸台 24挤压, 通过弹簧的弹力可为第二安装板上各子连接器 的公端和位于结构件内部的相应母端提供轴向容差。
上限位环 27的作用是与限位凸台 24配合挤压弹簧 28。可以将弹簧设 置在限位凸台 24和第一安装板 21之间, 通过限位凸台 24和第一安装板 21挤压弹簧 28 , 从而不需要设置上限位环 27 , 可以将定位销 26先穿过限 位凸台 24上的圓孔、 再穿过弹簧 28 , 之后连接至第一安装板 21。 也可以 先将定位销 26依次穿过第一安装板 21上的圓孔、再穿过弹簧 28 , 之后连 接至限位凸台 24。
本实施例提供的盲插集成连接器提高了容差能力, 可以灵活集成多个 子连接器, 不需要设计专门的连接器模具, 成本低, 开发周期短。
图 7为本发明实施例提供的又一种盲插集成连接器的分解示意图。 图 7与图 6的不同之处在于,用于装配盲插集成连接器的导向结构 30与结构 件成一体设置。 而图 6中第一导向结构 17与结构件分离设置, 与子连接 器 18的母端和子连接器 19的母端一起装联在结构件内。

1、 一种盲插集成连接器, 其特征在于, 包括: 第一安装板、 结构件 和第二安装板;
所述结构件内装联有第一导向结构和至少两个子连接器的第一连接 端;
所述第一安装板与所述结构件连接;
所述第二安装板上装联有与所述结构件内的子连接器的第一连接端 配套的第二连接端, 所述第二安装板上还设置有与所述第一导向结构配套 的第二导向结构。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述结构件内还设 置有印刷电路板, 每个所述子连接器的第一连接端设置在所述电路印刷板 上, 每个所述子连接器的第一连接端的信号线通过所述印刷电路板上的线 缆导出。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述结构件嵌套在 所述第一安装板的中空部分, 从所述结构件的外壳伸出有限位凸台, 所述 结构件通过所述限位凸台与所述第一安装板连接, 所述结构件上还设置有 凹槽, 每个所述子连接器的第一连接端的信号线通过所述凹槽导出并固 定。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述连 接器还包括浮动机构, 所述第一安装板通过所述浮动机构和所述结构件连 接;
所述浮动机构包括连接柱, 所述连接柱穿过所述第一安装板上的圓孔 连接至所述结构件, 或者, 所述连接柱穿过所述结构件上的圓孔连接至所 述第一安装板, 所述圓孔的直径大于所述连接柱的直径。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述浮动机构还包 括套设在所述连接柱上的弹簧, 所述连接柱位于所述结构件与所述第一安 装板之间。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述浮动机构还包 括套设在所述连接柱上的限位环, 所述限位环位于所述第一安装板上的圓 孔和所述弹簧之间, 或者, 所述限位环位于所述结构件上的圓孔和所述弹 簧之间。
7、 根据权利要求 3所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述连接器还包括 浮动机构, 所述第一安装板通过所述浮动机构和所述限位凸台连接; 所述浮动机构包括连接柱, 所述连接柱穿过所述第一安装板上的圓孔 连接至所述限位凸台, 或者, 所述连接柱穿过所述限位凸台上的圓孔连接 至所述第一安装板;
所述结构件的外壳与所述结构件的中空部分之间有缝隙, 所述圓孔的 直径大于所述连接柱的直径。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述浮动机构还包 括套设在连接柱上的弹簧, 所述连接柱位于所述限位凸台与所述第一安装 板之间。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述浮动机构还包 括套设在所述连接柱上的上限位环和弹簧;
所述上限位环的中心孔的直径大于所述连接柱的直径, 所述连接柱依 次穿过所述上限位环、 所述弹簧、 所述限位凸台上的圓孔连接至所述第一 安装板。
10、 根据权利要求 1至 9任一项所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述结 构件内还设置有金属弹片, 所述金属簧片与所述第二安装板的金属化亮铜 区连接, 所述金属簧片与所述第二安装板的金属化亮铜区以及所述结构件 外壳一同为所述连接器提供电磁屏蔽。
