Claims (22)
- 착신자 단말기(4)에 대한 문자 수신신호 또는 전화 콜신호의 전송 요청시 발신자 전화번호부에 해당 착신자의 전화번호가 기저장되었는 지를 판단하여, 미저장 전화번호의 착신자 단말기(4)로만 전자명함이 발송되도록 처리하는 전자명함 관리 어플리케이션(6)이 설치된 발신자 단말기(2)와;상기 발신자 단말기(2)로부터 문자 수신신호 또는 전화 콜신호가 수신되면서 상기 발신자의 전자명함이 전자명함 중계서버(10)로부터 수신되면 화면 출력하는 전자명함 관리 어플리케이션(6)이 설치된 착신자단말기(4)와;상기 발신자 단말기(2)로부터 전자명함 중계에 대한 요청신호를 수신하고, 해당 발신자의 전자명함을 착신자단말기(4)로 전송하는 전자명함 중계서버(10)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호 연동기반 전자명함 전송관리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 발신자 단말기(2)의 전자명함 관리 어플리케이션(6)은 발신자 단말기(6)에 저장된 발신자의 전화번호부와 연동되어 전화번호를 열람하는 어플리케이션인 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호 연동기반 전자명함 전송관리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 발신자 단말기(2)는 그 내부에, 특정 상대방 전화번호를 입력하고 전화 콜신호 또는 문자 발송 요청신호를 발생시키는 키입력부(18)와, 음성 통화 또는 문자 송수신에 대한 착신과 발신을 처리하는 착신부(14) 및 발신부(16)와, 상기 착신부(14) 및 발신부(16)에 착신 또는 발신 신호를 발생하는 착/발신 제어부(20)로 이루어진 전화 통신부(12)와;다수 지인의 전화번호가 저장된 유저 전화번호 저장부(24)와, 발신자의 전자명함을 저장하는 전자명함 저장부(26)와; 상기 착/발신 제어부(20)로부터 음성 통화 또는 문자 송수신에 대한 신호 및 착신자 전화번호를 인가받아 유저 전화번호 저장부(24)에 해당 착신자 전화번호가 존재하는 지를 판단하고, 미존재시 전자명함을 전송하도록 제어하는 전자명함 발송제어부(28)와; 전자명함을 전송 처리하는 전자명함 전송부(30)로 이루어진 전자명함 관리부(22)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호 연동기반 전자명함 전송관리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 착신자 단말기(4)는 음성 통화 또는 문자 수신에 대한 신호를 착신하는 경우에는 상기 발신자 단말기(2)로 전자명함을 전송하지 않게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호 연동기반 전자명함 전송관리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 발신자 단말기(2) 및 착신자 단말기(4)는 통화 상대방의 별도 요청시 키조작으로 전자명함을 상대방 단말기로 전송할 수 있게 전자명함 관리 어플리케이션(6)에 수동 전송 기능이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호 연동기반 전자명함 전송관리 시스템.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 전자명함 저장부(26)는 그 내부에 가족, 친구, 선배, 후배의 상세 분류별로 서로 다른 전자명함을 전송하고,상기 전자명함 발송제어부(28)는 상대방 전화번호가 어느 상세 분류에 포함되는 지를 판단하여 해당 전자명함을 추출하여 전송하도록 제어하는 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호 연동기반 전자명함 전송관리 시스템.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 전자명함 저장부(26)는 그 내부에 기존 거래처, 거래 희망처의 상세 분류별로 서로 다른 전자명함을 저장하고,상기 전자명함 발송제어부(28)는 상대방 전화번호가 어느 상세 분류에 포함되는 지를 판단하여 해당 전자명함을 추출하여 전송하도록 제어하는 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호 연동기반 전자명함 전송관리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 발신자 단말기(2)는 시간에 연동하여 전자명함을 자동으로 교체하도록 관리하는 전자명함 관리 어플리케이션(6)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호 연동기반 전자명함 전송관리 시스템.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 발신자 단말기(2)는 대표 전자명함을 저장하고, 평일 주간 및 평일 야간, 공휴일의 시간 분류별로 서로 다른 전자명함을 저장하는 전자명함 저장부(26)와;상대방 전화번호가 어느 시간대에 포함되는 지를 판단하여 해당 전자명함을 추출하여 전송하도록 제어하는 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자명함 발송제어부(28)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호 연동기반 전자명함 전송관리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 발신자 단말기(2)와 착신자 단말기(4)는 내부에 탑재된 상기 전자명함 관리 어플리케이션(6)이 상호 통신하여 착신자 단말기(4)의 내부에 발신자의 전자명함이 저장되었는 지를 확인하여 전자명함이 중복 발송되지 않게 처리하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호 연동기반 전자명함 전송관리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전자명함 중계서버(10)는 SMS 서버 또는 MMS 서버인 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호 연동기반 전자명함 전송관리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전자명함 중계서버(10)는 전자명함을 착신자 단말기(4)측으로 푸쉬방식으로 전송하는 서버인 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호 연동기반 전자명함 전송관리 시스템.
- 발신자 단말기(2)가 통화 또는 문자 전송의 상대 유저 전화번호를 입력받는 제 1과정과;발신자 단말기(2)가 해당 상대 유저가 전자명함을 전송받아야 할 대상인지를 판단하는 제 2과정과;해당 상대 유저가 전자명함을 전송받아야 할 대상이 아니라면, 상기 발신자 단말기(2)는 통화 또는 문자 전송을 수행하는 제 3과정과;해당 상대 유저가 전자명함을 전송받아야 할 대상이라면 발신자 단말기(2)는 전자명함을 해당 착신자 단말기(4)로 전송하고 통화 또는 문자 전송을 수행하는 제 4과정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호 연동기반 전자명함 전송관리 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 제 1과정 이전에,상기 발신자 단말기(2)가 전자명함을 등록하는 과정이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호 연동기반 전자명함 전송관리 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 제 2과정은 발신자 단말기(2)에 탑재된 광고 자동 삽입 어플리케이션(6)이 해당 상대 유저의 전화번호와 발신자의 전화번호부에 저장된 전화번호를 비교하는 과정과;해당 전화번호가 발신자의 전화번호부에 저장된 번호인지를 판단하는 과정과;해당 전화번호가 발신자의 전화번호부에 미저장된 번호인 경우 전자명함 발송 대상으로 판단하는 과정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호 연동기반 전자명함 전송관리 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 제 2과정은 발신자 단말기(2)가 착신자 단말기(4)의 전자명함 요청신호를 수신한 경우 전자명함 발송 대상으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호 연동기반 전자명함 전송관리 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 제 2과정은 발신자 단말기(2)와 착신자 단말기(4)에 탑재된 광고 자동 삽입 어플리케이션(6)간의 통신으로, 착신자 단말기(4)에 발신자의 전자명함이 미저장된 경우 전자명함 발송 대상으로 판단하는 과정인 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호 연동기반 전자명함 전송관리 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 제 4과정은 착신자 단말기(4)의 전화번호가 발신자 단말기(2)의 전화번호부의 어느 분류에 속하는 지를 발신자 단말기(2)의 전자명함 관리 어플리케이션(6)이 판단하는 과정과;해당 분류별로 저장된 전자명함을 추출하는 과정이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호 연동기반 전자명함 전송관리 방법.
- 제 18항에 있어서,상기 발신자 단말기(2)의 전화번호부 분류는 가족, 친구, 선배, 후배, 기존 거래처, 거래 희망처로 구분되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호 연동기반 전자명함 전송관리 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 제 4과정은 발신자 단말기(2)의 전자명함 관리 어플리케이션(6)이 시간연동 전자명함 교체모드가 설정되었는 지를 판단하는 과정과;현재 시간대가 어느 시간대인지를 판단하는 과정과;해당하는 시간대로 매칭된 전자명함을 추출하는 과정이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호 연동기반 전자명함 전송관리 방법.
- 제 20항에 있어서,상기 전자명함은 평일 주간, 평일 야간, 공휴일인지에 따라 서로 다른 전자명함이 매칭된 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호 연동기반 전자명함 전송관리 방법.
- 제 20항에 있어서,상기 시간연동 전자명함 교체모드 해제시 발신자 단말기(2)의 전자명함 관리 어플리케이션(6)이 대표 전자명함을 추출하는 과정이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 전화번호 연동기반 전자명함 전송관리 방법.
