为了达到上述的目的, 本发明提供一种安全静脉留置针, 包括: 一留置针 座, 其中心设置一容通孔, 侧壁上设置一与容通孔连通的分流管, 其中容通孔 的前端固设有一外露于留置针座外的留置管; 一保护座, 其前端设有一针头容 置部, 而后端为一圆弧件, 保护座接合于留置针座的容通孔上; 一穿剌针座, 其前端插固一穿剌针, 后端设有一第一套接部, 当穿剌针座容置于针头容置部 时, 穿剌针通过保护座体中心的一前端孔、 留置针座的容通孔及留置管以从留 置管的前端外露; 一回抽件, 其前端设有一第二套接部; 及一推送座, 为一中 空管体, 其管体外围设置一推送件, 管体中心嵌固有回抽件, 管体外围与管体 中心之间穿设有保护座的圆弧件,推送座通过推送件的推送动作以在保护座的 圆弧件上进行前后的滑动, 当推送件往前推送, 回抽件的第二套接部与穿剌针 座的第一套接部彼此套接, 当推送件往后推送, 与回抽件套接一起的穿剌针座 跟着向后拉引, 以致穿剌针倒针至针头容置部内。
本发明一实施例中, 其中第一套接部为一凹槽结构,第二套接部为一凸块 结构,第一套接部的一内缘侧壁设有一凸起及一薄面而另一内缘侧壁设有一厚 面, 当第二套接部套接于第一套接部时,杠杆作用将产生于穿剌针座及回抽件 间以迫使穿剌针往后退针至针头容置部时产生倾斜。
本发明一实施例中, 其中推送座的管体中心设置一圆孔, 管体外围与圆孔 之间设置一圆弧孔,回抽件嵌固于圆孔中,而保护座的圆弧件穿设于圆弧孔中。
本发明一实施例中, 其中针头容置部的前端内缘侧壁形成有至少一沟槽, 当穿剌针退针至针头容置部时, 穿剌针的针头倾斜置入于沟槽内。
本发明一实施例中, 其中沟槽与前端孔间形成有一斜面, 当穿剌针从前端 孔退针至针头容置部时, 穿剌针的针头沿着斜面倾斜进入沟槽内。
本发明一实施例中,还包括一弹簧组件,弹簧组件固设在保护座的后端上, 利用推送件往后推送推送座以压抵弹簧组件受力压缩, 而在松开推送件后, 弹 簧组件的反弹力将前推推送座、 回抽件及穿剌针座, 以令穿剌针座上的穿剌针 针头前顶在沟槽深处。
本发明一实施例中, 其中弹簧组件包括一压抵件、 一弹簧件及一收容座, 压抵件及弹簧件容置于收容座之中,弹簧组件利用收容座以装配于保护座的一 后端容置口之上。
本发明一实施例中, 其中推送件的上方设置一凹陷态样的指推部, 而两侧 设置一对具有止滑纹的翼部。
本发明一实施例中, 其中留置针座内还包括一隔离塞, 隔离塞设置于容通 孔与分流管的交接处的后端, 穿剌针经由剌穿隔离塞以通过容通孔。
本发明一实施例中, 其中保护座的前端外围设有一 U型的挡部而推送座 的部分管体相对设有一 u型的缺口, 保护座的圆弧件后端上设有一标示曲线, 当推送件往前推送而令推送座的缺口贴合至挡部时,回抽件的第二套接部将套 入于穿剌针座的第一套接部中, 或者, 当推送件往后推送而令推送座的缺口移 至标示曲线上方时, 穿剌针针头将倒针回收至针头容置部内。 附图简要说明

下面结合附图对发明的结构原理和工作原理作具体的描述:
参阅图 2、 图 3、 图 4及图 5, 分别为本发明安全静脉留置针一较佳实施 例的立体构造分解图、 剖视构造分解图、 立体构造组合图及剖视构造组合图。 如图所示,静脉留置针 200包括一留置针座 21、一保护座 22、一穿剌针座 23、 一推送座 24、 一回抽件 25。
其中, 留置针座 21的中心设置一容通孔 212,侧壁上设置一与容通孔 212 连通的分流管 213。 该分流管 213套设一输液管 215, 输液管 215将作为药剂 注入或血液流出的通道。再者, 于容通孔 212的前端固设有一外露于留置针座 21外的留置管 211, 而后端为一开口。
进一歩配合参阅图 6所示, 保护座 22的前端设有一中空管体的针头容置 部 221, 前端中心处形成有一前端孔 223, 而后端为一圆弧件 222。 本发明一 实施例中,保护座 22的前端亦可直接接合于留置针座 21的后端开口中。或者, 本发明又一实施例中, 留置针座 21的后端开口内缘进一歩设有一第一卡固体 2120, 保护座 22的前端孔 223的外围进一歩环设一第二卡固体 2230, 留置针 座 21与保护座 22利用第一卡固体 2120与第二卡固体 2230的卡合 (例如: 彼 此相对的凸部及凹部:)以稳定地接合一起。
穿剌针座 23的前端插固一穿剌针 231。 当穿剌针座 23设置于保护座 22 的针头容置部 221时, 穿剌针 231将会依序通过保护座体 22的前端孔 223、 留置针座 21的容通孔 212及留置管 211以从留置管 211的前端外露。 再者, 留置针座 21 内还包括一隔离塞 214, 其设置于容通孔 212与分流管 213的交 接处后端。 穿剌针 231经由剌穿隔离塞 214以通过容通孔 212。 隔离塞 214用 以夹紧穿剌针 231, 以避免穿剌针 231引领留置管 211穿剌进入静脉血管时产 生滑动。 进一歩配合参阅图 7A-图 7E所示, 推送座 24为一中空管体, 其管体外围 设置一推送件 241, 管体中心设置一圆孔 243, 而管体外围与中心圆孔 243之 间设置一圆弧孔 245。 于本发明中, 回抽件 25嵌固在圆孔 243中, 而保护座 22的圆弧件 222穿设于圆弧孔 245中。 利用推送件 241的推送动作, 推送座 24将可在保护座 22的圆弧件 222上进行前后的滑动, 且嵌固在推送座 24中 的回抽件 25也会跟着推送座 24进行相对的作动。在本发明一实施例中, 推送 座 24的圆孔 243内部设置一第一嵌合部 2431, 而回抽件 25的外围相对环设 一第二嵌合部 251, 回抽件 25通过第二嵌合部 251以嵌固在第一嵌合部 2431 上。
又, 穿剌针座 23的后端设有一第一套接部 232, 而回抽件 25的前端相对 设有一第二套接部 252。 当医护人员欲对于病患进行穿剌时, 推送推送座 24 的推送件 241往前, 则推送座 24将会带动回抽件 25往前移动, 以令回抽件 25的第二套接部 252套接于穿剌针座 23的第一套接部 232之上。 回抽件 25 套接于穿剌针座 23后,医护人员利用穿剌针座 23上的穿剌针 231引领留置管 211穿剌进入人体静脉血管之中。医护人员在确认穿剌成功后, 推送推送座 24 的推送件 241往后,则推送座 24将会带动回抽件 25及其套接一起的穿剌针座 23往后拉引, 以令穿剌针座 23上的穿剌针 231可以倒针至保护座 22的针头 容置部 221 内, 而达到穿剌针 231 安全回收的目的。 再者, 关于第一套接部 232与第二套接部 252的详细套接方式容后叙述。
又,保护座 22的前端外围设有一 U型的挡部 224, 而推送座 24的部分管 体相对设有一 U型的缺口 244。 当推送件 241往前推送而令推送座 24的缺口 244贴合至挡部 224时, 则回抽件 25的第二套接部 252将套入于穿剌针座 23 的第一套接部 232中。 此外, 保护座 22的后端圆弧件 222上设有一标示曲线 2221 ο 当推送件 241往后推送而令推送座 24的缺口 244移至标示曲线 2221 上方时, 此时穿剌针座 23上的穿剌针 231针头将可以倒针回收至针头容置部 22内。 此外, 推送件 241的两侧设置一对具有止滑纹的翼部 2411, 而上方设 置一凹陷态样的指推部 2413。 医护人员亦可选择通过推送件 241的翼部 2411 往前推送推送座 24, 或者选择通过推送件 241的指推部 2413往后推送推送座 24。
再者, 本发明静脉留置针 200还包括一弹簧组件 26。 该弹簧组件 26包括 一压抵件 261、 一弹簧件 262及一收容座 263, 压抵件 261及弹簧件 262容置 于收容座 263之中,弹簧组件 26利用收容座 263以装配于保护座 22的后端容 置口 225之上。 而, 针头容置部 221的前端内缘侧壁形成有至少一沟槽 2211, 各沟槽 2211与前端孔 223间分别形成有一斜面 2213。
请参阅图 8为图 5的局部构造放大图。 如图所示, 于本发明一实施例中, 穿剌针座 23的第一套接部 232为一凹槽结构, 而回抽件 25的第二套接部 252 为一具弹性的凸块结构。 第一套接部 232的一内缘侧壁设有一凸起 2321及一 薄面 2323, 而另一内缘侧壁设有一厚面 2325。 当第二套接部 252套接于第一 套接部 232时, 第一套接部 232内的凸起 2321将挤压第二套接部 252靠向厚 面 2325而令杠杆作用产生于穿剌针座 23及回抽件 25间。 之后, 穿剌针座 23 上的穿剌针 231向后抽离于前端孔 223(如图 2及图 3所示:)时, 杠杆作用将使 穿剌针座 23及其固设的穿剌针 231产生倾斜, 以避免穿剌针 231再次由保护 座 22的中心前端孔 223(如图 2及图 3所示)穿出而让医护人员意外剌伤。再者, 本发明所述的第二套接部 252 其内部为一中空结构, 以使得第二套接部 252 具有较佳的弹性, 而利于第二套接部 252套接于第一套接部 251上。
接续,对于穿剌针 231所进行的穿剌程序与倒针回收程序, 其详细操作内 容如下所述: 首先, 参阅图 9及图 10所示, 当医护人员欲对于病患进行穿剌 程序时, 可以推送推送座 24的推送件 241往前至挡部 224如图 4所示:)位置, 回抽件 25的第二套接部 252将套接在穿剌针座 23的第一套接部 232之中,此 时医护人员将利用穿剌针座 23上的穿剌针 231引领留置管 211穿剌进入人体 静脉血管之中。并且, 于回抽件 25的第二套接部 252套接于穿剌针座 23的第 一套接部 232时, 第一套接部 232中的凸起 2321将挤压第二套接部 252靠向 厚面 2325而令杠杆作用产生于穿剌针座 23与回抽件 25间。
继续参阅图 11及图 12所示, 医护人员在确认静脉穿剌成功后, 进行穿剌 针 231的倒针回收程序, 推送推送座 24的推送件 241往后, 穿剌针座 23跟着 套接一起的回抽件 25往后拉引。当推送推送座 24的推送件 241往后拉引至标 示曲线 2221(如图 4所示)位置时, 穿剌针 231将会脱离于前端孔 223, 则第一 套接部 232及第二套接部 252间所产生的杠杆作用将导致穿剌针 231产生倾斜 而进入沟槽 2211内, 此时的第二套接部 252将会靠向薄面 2323。 又, 当推送 推送座 24的推送件 241往后拉引至标示曲线 2221如图 4所示:)位置时, 回抽 件 25的底部将会压抵弹簧组件 26受力压缩。 之后, 松开推送件 241, 利用第 一套接部 232及第二套接部 252间所产生的杠杆作用以及弹簧组件 26的反弹 推力下, 穿剌针 231将会倾斜往前移动。 并且, 配合斜面 2213的设计, 穿剌 针 231针头将会沿着斜面 2213倾斜进入 2211沟槽内, 如此在弹簧组件 26的 推力作用下将可使得穿剌针 231针头往前顶止在沟槽 2211深处, 于是穿剌针 231针头即可安全无虞地回收于保护座 22之中, 以避免医护人员被使用过的 穿剌针 231意外剌伤的风险。 而后, 当穿剌针 231针头确实倒针在保护座 22 内部时, 医护人可以将保护座 22从留置针座 21的后端开口处进行拆离, 藉以 完成穿剌针 231的倒针回收程序。
当然, 本发明还可有其它多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情 况下, 熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但 这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。 工业应用性
本发明提供的安全静脉留置针, 尤指一种防针剌伤的静脉留置针, 其包括 一固设有留置管的留置针座、一保护座、一固设有穿剌针的穿剌针座、 一回抽 件及一推送座, 穿剌针可以从留置管的前端外露, 推送座可以在保护座上进行 前后的滑动推送, 进行穿剌程序前,往前推送推送座而令回抽件套接在穿剌针 座上, 完成穿剌程序后, 再往后推送推送座而令穿剌针座跟着套接的回抽件往 后拉引, 则穿剌针座上的穿剌针即可以倒针回收至保护座内, 藉此, 穿剌程序 完成后, 穿剌针将回收于保护座内, 以避免医护人员被使用过的穿剌针意外剌 伤的风险。

Claims

权利要求书
1 . 一种安全静脉留置针, 其特征在于, 包括:
一留置针座,其中心设置一容通孔,侧壁上设置一与容通孔连通的分流管, 其中容通孔的前端固设有一外露于留置针座外的留置管;
一保护座, 其前端设有一针头容置部, 而后端为一圆弧件, 保护座接合于 留置针座的容通孔上;
一穿剌针座, 其前端插固一穿剌针, 后端设有一第一套接部, 当穿剌针座 容置于针头容置部时, 穿剌针通过保护座体中心的一前端孔、 留置针座的容通 孔及留置管以从留置管的前端外露;
一回抽件, 其前端设有一第二套接部; 及
一推送座, 为一中空管体, 其管体外围设置一推送件, 管体中心嵌固有回 抽件, 管体外围与管体中心之间穿设有保护座的圆弧件, 推送座通过推送件的 推送动作以在保护座的圆弧件上进行前后的滑动, 当推送件往前推送, 回抽件 的第二套接部与穿剌针座的第一套接部彼此套接, 当推送件往后推送, 与回抽 件套接一起的穿剌针座跟着向后拉引, 以致穿剌针倒针至针头容置部内。
2 . 根据权利要求 1所述的安全静脉留置针, 其特征在于, 该第一套接部 为一凹槽结构, 该第二套接部为一凸块结构, 该第一套接部的一内缘侧壁设有 一凸起及一薄面而另一内缘侧壁设有一厚面,当该第二套接部套接于该第一套 接部时,杠杆作用将产生于该穿剌针座及该回抽件间以迫使该穿剌针往后退针 至该针头容置部时产生倾斜。
3 . 根据权利要求 1所述的安全静脉留置针, 其特征在于, 该推送座的管 体中心设置一圆孔, 管体外围与该圆孔之间设置一圆弧孔, 该回抽件嵌固于该 圆孔中, 而该保护座的该圆弧件穿设于该圆弧孔中。
4 . 根据权利要求 2所述的安全静脉留置针, 其特征在于, 该针头容置部 的前端内缘侧壁形成有至少一沟槽, 当该穿剌针退针至该针头容置部时, 该穿 剌针的针头倾斜置入于该沟槽内。
5 . 根据权利要求 4所述的安全静脉留置针, 其特征在于, 该沟槽与该前 端孔间形成有一斜面, 当该穿剌针从该前端孔退针至该针头容置部时, 该穿剌 针的针头沿着该斜面倾斜进入该沟槽内。
6 . 根据权利要求 4所述的安全静脉留置针, 其特征在于, 还包括一弹簧 组件, 该弹簧组件固设在该保护座的后端上, 利用该推送件往后推送该推送座 以压抵该弹簧组件受力压缩, 而在松开该推送件后, 该弹簧组件的反弹力将前 推该推送座、该回抽件及该穿剌针座, 以令该穿剌针座上的该穿剌针针头往前 顶止在该沟槽深处。
7 . 根据权利要求 6所述的安全静脉留置针, 其特征在于, 该弹簧组件包 括一压抵件、一弹簧件及一收容座,该压抵件及该弹簧件容置于该收容座之中, 该弹簧组件利用该收容座以装配于该保护座的一后端容置口之上。
8 . 根据权利要求 1所述的安全静脉留置针, 其特征在于, 该推送件的上 方设置一凹陷形状的指推部, 而两侧设置一对具有止滑纹的翼部。
9 . 根据权利要求 1所述的安全静脉留置针, 其特征在于, 该留置针座内 还包括一隔离塞, 该隔离塞设置于该容通孔与该分流管的交接处的后端, 该穿 剌针经由剌穿该隔离塞以通过该容通孔。
10. 根据权利要求 1所述的安全静脉留置针, 其特征在于, 该保护座的前 端外围设有一 U型的挡部而该推送座的部分管体相对设有一 U型的缺口, 该 保护座的该圆弧件后端上设有一标示曲线,当该推送件往前推送而令该推送座 的该缺口贴合至该挡部时,该回抽件的该第二套接部将套入于该穿剌针座的该 第一套接部中, 或者, 当该推送件往后推送而令该推送座的该缺口移至该标示 曲线上方时, 该穿剌针针头将倒针回收至该针头容置部内。
