Description

Test method for mutual color fastness of spliced textiles Test method for mutual color fastness of spliced textiles
[Technical Field]
The present invention pertains to the field of textiles and, more particularly, to a method of testing the mutual color fastness of stitched textiles.
The color fastness of the fabric is used to measure the firmness of the fabric color. A fabric with good color fastness can retain its original color after a long period of use without obvious fading.
Stitched textiles are all kinds of textiles that are spliced from fabrics of different colors. Stitching textiles are widely used, and splicing textiles are widely used in clothing, hats, shoes, and the like.
For splicing textiles, not only the color fastness of the various fabrics of the spliced textiles but also the mutual dyeing fastness of the various fabrics of the spliced textiles are considered. In this example, the sample was continuously pressed vertically (12.5 ± 0.9) kPa and placed at a temperature of (37 ± 2) degrees Celsius for 4 hours.
In step S20, the sample is rinsed with water for 1-3 minutes. In this embodiment, the sample is washed twice, each time for about 1 minute, and the total is washed for about two minutes.
In step S21, the sample is dried. In the specific operation, after the sample is rinsed with water in step S20, the water of the sample may be squeezed out, and then excess water is absorbed by the filter paper. The sample is then hung in air at no more than 60 degrees Celsius to dry.
In step S24, the most severely stained part of the sample is used as the result of the mutual color fastness.
In the present invention, when the soaking liquid is disposed, it is preferred to use three-stage water in accordance with GB/T6682. When rinsing the sample, it is also preferred to use tertiary water in accordance with GB/T6682.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Therefore, the scope of the invention should be determined by the appended claims.
