Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a color fastness detection method, in particular to a method for detecting the color fastness of a bamboo mat product to water friction.
Background
with the improvement of life quality of people, the quality requirement on bamboo mat products is higher and higher, but the quality of the bamboo mat products on the current market is uneven, and the condition that the color fastness of the products is not qualified always occurs in the process of spot check. The reason is mainly reflected in that the product quality is not excessive and the color fastness determination method needs to be improved. The market share of bamboo mat products is increased, and the proportion of the impact on the rights and interests of consumers caused by unqualified color fastness is increased. Manufacturers of bamboo mat products are often frustrated due to the quality problem of the products, and therefore, a detection method for objectively evaluating the color fastness of the bamboo mat products is urgently needed to be explored no matter the manufacturers stand at the angle of consumers or the manufacturers. At present, the method for measuring the color fastness of bamboo mat products is to use absorbent gauze fully soaked with 65% ethanol to wipe a colored part repeatedly and forcefully for 10 times, and visually inspect whether the absorbent gauze has color or not. The method is not established by simulating the using process of bamboo mat products. The traditional detection method has the following problems: first, the reagents used are different from human secretions during actual use. Secondly, the wiping cloth is not a standard substance, and the liquid carrying rate, wiping strength and wiping stroke of the wiping cloth are not quantitative indexes. The evaluation method of the detection result is unreasonable again, the observation of the color on the absorbent gauze is unqualified, and the evaluation method is too high in draft rate and obviously not suitable for evaluating the quality condition of bamboo mat products. In conclusion, the existing detection method for the color fastness of bamboo mat products is poor in operability and reproducibility of detection results, detection results of different detection personnel are greatly different due to non-instrument detection, and the detection results are unreasonable to evaluate, so that the problem is solved.
